Meanwhile, Xana was hysterically happy.
'This is it, my plan is finally coming together! Soon I'll have Franz and those kids on their knees begging for mercy!' Xana smirked.
As Xana was walking, he was taking electricity from every source he could. One of them just so happened to be the electricity for Paige's apartment complex.
"What is going on today!?" Paige wondered as she hopelessly flicked the living room light switch on and off repetitively.
After realizing the lights weren't bound to activate anytime soon, Paige put on a brown cardigan along with her black flats before grabbing her car keys and walking out to go after her son. Suddenly, Paige's cell phone began to ring.
"Where did you see Ralph walking to?" Walter questioned.
"I didn't see him walking anywhere specific. All I know is he walked out the house in his sleep. I'm just so worried he-" But Paige was so upset she burst into tears.
"I recommend going from there and seeing if you can find anything showing where Ralph went." Walter suggested.
"Thank you Walter." Paige thanked.
"Well it wouldn't be team scorpion without you and Ralph would it?" Walter smiled.
"Yeah, I guess so." Paige agreed while blushing.
"Call me back if you get any leads." Walter notified before ending the call.
'Why is this happening now? Wouldn't it have happened when he was four?' Paige wondered.
Unfortunately for him, Xana couldn't locate any supercomputers in the area except for the one at the college nearby. So that's where Xana decided to go. However, he would have to absorb the energy from that supercomputer the way he did from the one in the factory.
"I'm almost done, the program should be ready soon." Jeremy notified.
"I mean, really Einstein you have to be bored like the rest of us." Odd yawned.
"Not when lives are on the line, including our own." Jeremy commented.
"You can at least take a break." Aelita remarked.
"I'll take one later." Jeremy denied.
"If you can blink you can take a break. Come on Jeremy, we're going to teach you how to have fun." Ulrich added.
While looking around the college, Xana was hoping to find someone that could direct him to the supercomputer. But there was one set back he didn't think of. That was his voice. When he possessed someone, their voice gained a deep tone which tended to frighten others. This caused Xana to take a different approach to his plan by searching the grounds for a sign that would point him in the right direction.
Luckily, right after he turned around, Xana saw a sign that pointed to the school's basement.
'At last! My victory is at hand! In moments I'll finally be able to exact my revenge on those blasted humans that cursed me!' Xana cheered.
"I know you guys find ping pong and foosball fun but don't you want to do something productive at least once in a while?" Jeremy queried.
"To Odd this is productive, for me it's training to get better at Pencak Silat." Ulrich stated.
"Hey, I can do more than sleep!" Odd whined.
"Yeah, he's an excellent human garbage disposal that could take home the gold in sleeping through a Subdigitals concert." Yumi teased.
Everyone except Odd laughed at Yumi's hilarious comment.
Xana left his human host as Ralph was given back control over his body. After entering the supercomputer, Xana felt as if he could control the world. Only for the moment he could use the speaker system and all other electronics on the premises to transform the students and staff there into 'zombies'. During their time relaxing, William entered the recreation room with a cherry soda in hand.
"Hey Yumi, can I talk to you for a second outside?" William greeted.
"Sure, I'll be right back guys." Yumi informed before stepping outside with her fellow classmate.
"Have you seen the Snorkeling Combat 2 movie yet?" William pondered.
"No, why, have you?" Yumi commented.
"Not yet, I was wondering if you wanted to watch it with me." William guessed.
"R-really? Sure, okay, sounds good to me." Yumi supposed.
"Awesome! I'll pick you up later at 5:30 since the movie starts at 6 so we can have time to talk before." William grinned.
Yumi nodded as William left before she returned to her friends in the rec room.
'I can't believe it! I actually have a date with William!' Yumi squealed mentally.
"I kind of wish he was still possessed so I could devirtualize him reptitively and pretend he died." Ulrich snarled.
"Try telling that to Yumi, maybe she'll go with you then." Odd recommended.
"If I told her that she'd hate me for life." Ulrich protested.
