Tigger stretched his limbs. He was watching his latest student try to bounce. However, she always landed on her face. Tigger cringed when she failed. He scowled when a few Woozles laughed behind him. "Like you guys did any better." He looked back at the map he and Lumpy had reviewed for hours. Maybe a whole day. "Ok…So we're here. Maybe Pooh and the others are…" He twirled his finger and jabbed at the latest spot. "Here!"

Mayble got up from her spot and looked at the map. She groaned. "Off all the places you had to pick! That's the valley of the Nigtmares! Hot-tempered and mean. You're really sure?"

"Positulutely!" Tigger said.

Mayble sighed. "You do realize where we are don't you?" She extended her arms out to an empty expanse of land. "We've gotten out of Woozle town and are now stuck in the middle of Bone Beast territory! It'll only be a matter of time before they find us."

"Awww! I bet we can take'em! After all, they don't have any muscles! Right Lumpy?"

Lumpy was asleep. His trunk curled against his body.

"Lumpy!"

Lumpy woke up to the sound of his name. "Oh…Sorry Tigger…I'm just so tired. I've hadn't much sleep since we left Woozle town with Sagile and Mim." The two Woozles simply rested their heads on Lumpy's back. Sagile was dark green with black eye patches while Mim was pale white with pink eyes.

Mayble groaned. "We should've just left them."

"What a horrible thing to say!" Lumpy said. "They were starving! Plus they have no mum or dad! They'd be much better with us than in that awful place."

"Plus, it's cool to teach a few more buckaroos since we ran out of town anyway." Tigger laughed.

Mayble facepalmed. "Don't remind me."

After Tigger took on the Woozel general, the rest of the citizens got angry. Woozels had a strong sense of pride. Defeat from an outsider was not an option. In a massive swarm, the Woozels drove the trio out along with two younglings. The younglings were considered weak. Unfit to live with them. After running for a while, Tigger and Lumpy decided to have the little one tag along for the long journey. So far, they decided to head to the plains since it was the closest place next to Woozel territory.

"So,"Tigger placed his hand over his eyes. "Let's see…" He glanced around. "Nope…Nuh uh…No…" He turned back to see an angry Mayble staring at him. "Oh come on! Instead of being crouchy and a downer, just help me out. Maybe it would help improve your bouncing."

Mayble only growled. She followed Tigger's gestures. Her eyes scanned the area. Then, she leaned forward. Curious of what she's seen. Her sharp vision focused. To her surprise, she saw a young Bat talking to a Donkey. Well, that's something you don't see everyday, She thought. She tapped on Tigger's shoulder. Then spun his head. When his eyes met hers, Mayble pointed in the direction.

Tigger adjusted his eyes. He nearly did a double take the moment he caught sight of Eeyore. "Gasp! It's Eeyore! And he's with a humongorus Bat!"

Lumpy got up from his spot. The little Woozels climbed on. Fearful of what might be out there. "Really?"

"Yeah! We gotta help him! Charge!" Tigger bounces over to where Eeyore was spotted. Lumpy ran after him. The little Woozles cheered as they rode on the Heffalump's back. A cloud of dust erupted. Leaving Mayble to reach out to them.

"Wait you fools! You can't just!" Mayble growled. "Why did I ever agree to this?!"

The group went faster and faster. Until they finally had a strong visual of Eeyore and Jasper. "Eeyore!" Tigger called out. Eeyore turned in his direction, eyes filled with surprise. With all his might, Tigger bounced high into the air and tackled Jasper out of the tree he was hanging from.

"Tigger!" Eeyore shouted. He went over to Tigger, but Lumpy grabbed him. "Stop!"

Tigger glared hard at the Bat. "Alright you sneaky flying thing. Where's Pooh and Piglet?! And my buddy Roo!"

Jasper coughed. His eyes filled with pain. "I'm sorry…Who? More importantly…Who are you?"

Tigger growled. "I'm Tigger! That's T-I-double guh-er! And you are going to-" He stopped the moment the little Bat started to cry. He looked at Mayble. "Are they…supposed to do that?"

Mayble looked at Jasper. She let out a sigh of relief. "It's harmless. This one is still a baby. They do take a while to fly. They screech badly." Her eyes widened in realization. "Uh oh! Tigger! Get off before he-" She clamped her ears as a loud screech erupted from Jasper.

Lumpy let go of Eeyore and covered his ears. Sagile and Mim both shut their eyes against the noise. Tigger fell back and curled up into a ball. Eeyore ran over to Jasper. The donkey patted the young bat's head. Trying to say soothing words to him.

Jasper whimpered. "Why was he being soo mean? I didn't do anything to him!" He let out a few shuttered breaths. He rolled on to his wings and regained balance. His ears drooped slightly from exhaustion. He looked at Tigger. "I'm sorry if I did anything to offend you, my name's Jasper."

Tigger was silent for a moment. He got up from his spot and looked up at the Bat. "Uh…Hi. Aren't you gonna suck out my blood or something?"

Jasper cringed. "Bleugh! I don't get why mama wants me to drink it. It tastes so weird." He stuck out his tongue. It earned a few giggles from Lumpy and the young Woozels. "Personally, I'd rather eat other things from this Rainbow Forest. Like Hon-nay."

"It's actually called Honey." Lumpy said. He bowed. "My name's Lumpathor, but everybody calls me Lumpy." He pointed his trunk at the Woozels. "This is Sagile, Mim and Mayble. They're Woozels but they're nice. Eeyore is our friend, you see. We thought you were hurting them."

Jasper's eyes widened as realization hit him. "Oh! You're Mr. Eeyore's friends?! It's so nice to meet you. Even if some of them are Woozels. It's so nice to meet you."

"Now just wait a minute! What do you mean by that?" Mayble growled. She marched over to Jasper. Her face merely inches from his. "Listen here, you oversized rat kite! I will not stand by and be insulted! We're going to go look for someone and hopefully get outta here! So you just head back to your cave and we can forget about this whole mess."

Before Jasper could say anything a loud rumble was heard in the distance. The ground beneath them began to vibrate. Pebbles skittered across the dirt. A large dust cloud appeared in the distance. In a panic, everyone ran as fast as they could. Jasper took to the air once again. The bat made a frantic effort to grab Eeyore, Tigger and Mayble. He flapped his wings as hard as he could. His feet snagged Lumpy, but Lumpy's stubby tail slipped out of his grasp. Then, Jasper noticed several rock formations that seemed large enough to hide them or at least protect them from whatever was heading in their direction.

Lumpy ran as fast as his legs could carry him. He could feel Sagile and Mim gripping his ears tightly. He noticed Jasper flickering his wing toward something. When he saw the rocks, he moved toward it with renewed speed. He bounced over the gray tips and hid against the shadow of stones.

Jasper landed with a thump. Tigger, Mayble and Eeyore fell off his back and joined Lumpy. They were soon covered by Jasper's wings. The vibration grew stronger. Their bodies shook, up to the point where their own teeth were rattling. It felt like the hours grew agonizingly slow. Then, it stopped. Silence hung in the air for a moment. The group inched their heads above their hiding place to have a better look. They tried to bite back their terror at what they were seeing before them. An army of boney animals led by a strange dinosaur skeleton.

"Oh…"Mayble whimpered. "Of all the luck…"

"Is that…"Eeyore began.

"The Skullasaurus General." Jasper whispered. "I only saw him once and it was a fight with my momma."

"Uh…What's your Momma's name?"

"Queen Umbrina."

Mayble's eyes widened in pure terror. "Just my luck…"

—-(The border of Nightmare and Chimeras)-

Piglet found his feet a bit tender after walking for so long. Wisp, Piglet and Hurricane agreed to continuously walk throughout the entire night since Wisp's herd might come back for revenge. However, it was an eternity ago and the pain was kicking in. He didn't want to bother Wisp who already had bags of herbs on her back. His eyes nervously looked up at Hurricane. Way too risky to ask the Chimera to carry such a small animal like himself.

Hurricane glanced over his shoulder. His muscles rippled over his bandages. He was starting to feel a little better, but the soreness of where Tigger's saber hit him still lingered. He noticed that the little pink creature known as Piglet was gimping badly. Barely keeping up with the strides of him and Wisp. Hurricane extended his neck. He nabbed the cowering animal by his sweater and set him down on his back. "Just keep quiet."

Piglet blinked for a moment. Was Hurricane being nice? Just days ago, the Chimera was ready to kill anyone. Even kidnapped Honey Maple while she was in an egg. He didn't have time to ponder the question. A rustle entered his ears. He looked around. "D-did anyone hear that?"

Hurricane lifted his head. "Nobody move. We've got other Chimeras." His nostrils twitched as he sniffed the air. His red eyes looked annoyed. "Whirlwind isn't with them. At least the fool has some sense."

Piglet leaned forward. "Uh…didn't you just say that since the spell was disrupted he's scattered somewhere else."

"He's always picked on since he was young. A weakling. Unfortunately, he clung onto me like a rancid stench."

Piglet tilted his head. "Well that's a pretty mean way to talk to somebody like that."

"It's the way we live out here." Hurricane said.

"Yeah! And don't you forget it!"

Piglet let out a shriek. He clung onto Hurricane's back. Wisp coward next to the Chimera. Her ears pinned back, head lowered. A group of Chimeras walked out of the shadows and surrounded them. The leader of the group had a Jaguar head with Hyena limbs. His Addax horns were decorated with bones from creatures that even Piglet would rather not know about.

Hurricane narrowed his eyes. "What do you want, Gyro?"

"Just wanted to learn what happened to the star General of The Bad Dream King." Gyro answered. "Got the hatchling?"

Hurricane snarled. "I almost had it. Then, a striped creature threw his saber at me." He approached Gyro with a firm step. "The spell was disrupted. I'll be able to correct-"

"You don't need to." Gyro said. He raised his head. "Because I'm in charge!"

Hurricane stared at him. "What?! But the Bad Dream King-"

"Is tired of your failures." Gyro glanced down at Wisp. An evil smile on his face. "You've always had a soft spot for the weak ones. You'd train the runts day in and day out! Then, they'd be annoyingly strong. Though Whirlwind was quite an exception to keep around."

Hurricane growled. He got between Wisp and Gyro. His teeth bared. He could feel Piglet grip on him tightly. Without warning, he lowered his head and rammed into Gyro. The Jaguar-headed Chimera went flying. Before Gryo could even get back on his paws. Hurricane bit his arm and yanked him around. Piglet had to shift on his back to avoid getting hit as a bunch of claws came down. They raked Hurricane's shoulder. Hurricane roared in pain. He backed away as the claws came at him again. Hurricane pushed Wisp out of the way just as another Chimera was about to pounce on her. He tossed Piglet over to Wisp. Then, he let out a thick smoke out of his mouth.

Wisp immediately ran for it. She was only a few paces when she felt claws snatch her. Her eyes went up to see that Hurricane was holding her. "What are you doing?!"

"Getting you to safety."

"But your wounds aren't heaaaallllled!" Piglet screamed as he, Wisp and Hurricane began to plummet down to the earth. He clung onto Wisp. His memories went back to the Hundred Acre Wood. The colorful leaves. The snow in the winter time. Hanging out with Pooh over at Pooh Corner. How he wished to go back to those times. Suddenly, something hit them from the left and the group were pinned against the wall. The air knocked out of him for a moment. He squirmed and climbed out. He smiled at his friends who were now a tangle of limbs and heads. "Kessy! Owl! Gopher! Gypsy! Tobias! Lacy! I'm so glad to-See you…" Piglet gulped as a large number of Chimeras surrounded them. "Oh…d-d-d-dear…" He was about to brace for the worst.

Suddenly, a wall of fire appeared. The Chimeras shrieked and backed away. Two large shadows loomed over the group. All eyes were focused on the things above them. "It's you!" They all screamed in unison.

—-(Pooh and Honey Maple)-

Pooh leaned forward intently. His ears take in the details of the Goblin Elder's story. "A long time ago," The Elder began. "There was darkness. The darkness found himself bored. So, he created the creatures you know now. Dragons, Goblins, unicorns. Then, the darkness still felt lonely. At that moment, it needed a partner. So, he created light."

Pooh tilted his head. "So…Light was created from darkness?"

"In a way."

Rabbit crossed his arms. His brow raised. "So what caused the war between you and the Rainbow Forest?"

"It was believed that the light hoarded all the treasures that Darkness created and passed it on to her loyal subjects. Dragons, animals, dinosaurs." Kuml shrugged. "You get the gist of it."

Rabbit's face soured. "You mean to tell me-" His words were cut off as a suddenly noise filled the air. He crouched down. His ears flat against his head. "Wha…What was that?"

Whirlwind lifted his ears. Onyx immediately got onto her hooves. Her nostrils flared. Honey Maple and Mageln hid behind Pooh, whimpering. Kuml gripped his staff tightly. Silence hung in the air for a moment. Then, a henya-like laugh echoed. Several animalistic shadows moved toward them. Whirlwind slowly made a grab for Pooh, Honey Maple and Mageln.

Pooh held on to Whirlwind's neck. "What's going on?" Even though he was a bear of very little brain, he couldn't shake the feeling of something was amiss.

Onyx snorted. "Just our luck! Another horde of -Chimeras..." She stopped herself upon looking at Whirlwind. "Found us. We have to move fast!" Her head whipped around. Then, she found a path that led to a clearing. "This way!" She galloped forward. Whirlwind, Rabbit and Kuml ran after her.

Whirlwind's eyes widened in realization. "But wait…YOU'RE TAKING US TO SKELETAL BEAST TERRITORY!" He flapped his wings. He tried to grab Rabbit and Kuml but Onyx beat him to it. He straightened himself. He looked over to see several Chimeras leaping out of the brushes and went at him. "Hold on!"

Pooh pulled Mageln and Honey Maple to the front. His red sweater was trapped in Honey Maple's skin prickled with pain. He could hear the wind howl. Or perhaps his own as he found his world spinning out of control. Each dip and dive felt more jarring than the next. Several Chimera almost slashed him, but Whirlwind managed to avoid them. Sickening cracks made Pooh cringed. He glanced down to see that Rabbit screamed and clung on for dear life while Kamul smacked a few with his staff. Suddenly, Pooh saw a rock formation and what looked like his friends hiding.

Pooh was about to point when a Chimera blind-sided Whirlwind, knocking the bear off his back. Pooh screamed. His world spinning below him. He covered his eyes, hoping this is nothing more than a bad dream. Suddenly, he felt something underneath him. He opened his eyes to smooth white scales. Silver frills waving like sails. He looked up to see an all too familiar face. "King Moonsoul!"

"Pooh Bear!" King Moonsoul said. He gave a warm smile. "I'm glad I found you just in time." He glared at Whrilwind. The Dragon King muttered a few words. Then, shots of fire surrounded Whirlwind and grabbed Honey Maple. Chains soon formed and tied up Whirlwind and Mageln. The two Hollow Realm residents were soon in his claws before they plummeted toward the earth. Honey Maple soon rested in Pooh's arms once again.

"King Moonsoul! My friends are in danger!" Pooh shouted.

"Ya darn tootin!"

Pooh turned around to see Gopher sitting right behind him. Along with Piglet, a tied up Nightmare, Lacy and a drowsy Raven. "Piglet! Gopher! You're ok!" He leaned forward and hugged them both. "How did King Moonsoul find you?"

Piglet was about to answer when a roar erupted. They all looked down in horror as they saw a skeletal dinosaur monster staring at them with unfeeling red eyes. It snorted and steam rolled out. It let out another roar. In an instant, the Skeletal Beasts roared along with it. The bones separated and hovered. A strange stairway soon formed. The dinosaur marched on them. He was heading straight at King Moonsoul.

"Hold on!" King Moonsoul dove just as a pair of jaws went for them. He spun. He swooped. His wings tilted at an angle where he was able to turn a sharp direction. King Moonsoul soon noticed something. Two brown shapes that were dangling from the shifting bones. As he moved closer, he saw a familiar blue shirt. "Flamesong! Kanga and her son are trapped in the bones!"

Flamesong looked up. Several small flying shapes came over to her. She relayed a few instructions. She neared the stairs. "Skullasaurus!" Once the creature turned to her direction, she blasted fire into his face. The bones beneath Skullasaurus crumbled. Screams were heard. She bit the Skullasaurus' bony tail and flung the creature hard into the ground. She soon flew closer to King Moonsoul. Beside her was none other than Owl, Kessy, Gypsy and Tobias. Gypsy having Kanga, Roo and Mau on her back.

"Pooh! Piglet!" Roo cried. He looked a little worn, but was well. "Did you see Tigger or Lumpy?"

"I saw them!" Kessy said. "They're right below us."

"Kessy!" Pooh gasped. "What-"

King Moonsoul heard a faint roar in the distance. He trembled slightly. Without saying a word, the king pulled out a white scale and flung it to the ground. He gestured to Flamesong to fly closer to him. His blue eyes glowed. A silver curtain rained down on the group. In a commanding voice he said:

Stars above! Hear my cry! Save thy ones I cherish! So that they may never parish. Guide us through this darkened sky!

In a flash, everyone cried out. Their bodies felt light. As if they were turned into clouds being blown by the summer wind. A light blinded them. No one could tell where they began or where they ended. Suddenly, the group were soon surrounded by swaying palm trees and several tents. Sunlight illuminated tents and sand. The smells of spices reached them. It was a peaceful moment.

"Waaaaateeeerrrrr!" Tigger's cry broke the silence. He bounced into the pool of water that was only a few feet away. He guzzled down until Roo, Lumpy and Onyx joined in. Splashes soon followed. Their time with danger was over. For the time being.
