Beowulf's costume slowly disappeared as the others watched in shock, Panther acted fast and rushed Beowulf quickly slipping his Miraculous back on returning his costume to him "why did you do that?" Beowulf asked with Panther scoffing "this was getting too melodramatic, and besides, the fun in our dynamic is not knowing who we are..." Beowulf could feel his stomach drop when he said that, the others approached Beowulf "so...what's the plan?" Asked Cascade with Kong nodding "yeah, I mean what're we gonna do when Chrona comes knocking? I don't wanna be disrespectful but she kinda whooped yours and Panther's asses without even trying" Arachna then spoke up "gonna have to agree with what everyone else is thinking here, none of us are strong enough to fight her head on, and we don't have a plan to circumvent that". Beowulf paced back and forth, he then ruffled his hair in frustration, he then took a deep breath and turned to the group "I have a plan, it might not be a smart one but it's the start of one, I'll try to sap her powers away with my Wolfsbane, it'll take all of you to make this plan work, so here's what's gonna happen..."
A portal opened and Chrona stepped out onto a grassy field, she put her hands out to her sides and felt the grass "I missed this feeling, being stuck in that forsaken space beyond time...if the others saw me in that state they'd mock me for eons, and it's all the fault of Beowulf..." Beowulf's voice came from the other side of the field "there's a Touch Grass joke there, but I have too much self respect to make it" Chrona turned toward him, not wasting any time she appeared right above him slamming her foot down toward him, Beowulf jumped back dodging the strike, her leg impacted the ground causing massive rocks to erupt from the ground. Beowulf shrugged "what? No shakesperean monologue? No declaration to eviscerate my corpse? I thought we had a thing going on" Chrona stomped toward him "I will rip your tongue out through your throat!" Beowulf got into a fighting stance "now see? Just like old times" Beowulf rushed at her and the two matched blows, Beowulf backflipped away and Chrona pursued, suddenly the ground disintegrated under Chrona and revealed a giant neon web, Chrona pointed her finger and blasted jetting her forward, a sudden blast of water caused her to stay in place. Chrona tried it again but two metallic hands grabbed her own and the web rose up trapping Chrona, an arrow of purple neon light flew in and pierced Chrona trapping her further, Beowulf then jumped at her "Wolfsbane!" Beowulf roared reeling his fist back. Beowulf smirked under his mask, they're finally going to win, then, descending from the sky was a small white ball, it made contact with the webs and disintegrated them, a grin creeped and Chrona's face as she dodges Beowulf's punch and hit him with a double axe handle sending him into the ground, Chrona landed and brushed her shoulders "rudimentary plan, but it might've worked if I didn't have my own set of friends..." a man in an all white costume revealed himself, he looked like Cat Noir but different...wrong, he had a grin on his face "sorry I'm late, your portals just aren't user friendly" another portal opened up and the Shroud walked through without saying a word. Chrona joined her allies "I saved my best for last, now then, let's slaughter them all!" Beowulf backed away slightly but was joined by his allies, Arachna put her hand on his shoulder, he looked at her and nodded "deep end it is... let's end it here and now!"
The two groups charged at one another, Kong collided fists with Shroud, Cat Blanc and Panther locked staffs while Beowulf was knocked away by Chrona, Chrona was then blindsided by one of Arachna's legs, Chrona grabbed it and tossed Arachna into Kong, Cascade threw a flurry of kicks at Cat Blanc but he blocked them and knocked her down to the ground, Panther jumped at Blanc and slammed down his staff against Blanc's causing a shockwave to echo through the field. Beowulf recovered and noticed his Miraculous beeping "Ive gotta use this soon" Beowulf surveyed the battle, Blanc hit Panther with multiple strikes before sending him flying, Shroud's metallic arm opened and a load of gun barrels appeared, a storm of missles launched from it scorching the ground causing everyone to scramble, Chrona took advantage of the chaos and rushed in punching Cascade in the stomach, she then pointed her finger at her ready to end it but a flying blade hit her in the hand, she looked to who it was and it was Sonar, Sonar jumped at Chrona and she shot a beam of light at him, he blocked it with his other blade but the explosion knocked him into a nearby rock. Beowulf watched as his teammates were getting decimated, he turned his attention to the slowest one, Shroud, he rushed Shroud throwing right punches trying to hit him with Wolfsbane, Shroud dodged him but was caught offguard by Kong who put him in a full nelson, Beowulf then punched Shroud "your power is mine!" Beowulf then pulled out a light blue orb from Shroud "Devour the Power!" Beowulf felt nothing, his costume hadn't changed, he had no new power, what happened?
Shroud grabbed Kong with his bionic arm and slammed him into the ground, he then brought his metal fist down onto Kong cracking the earth beneath him causing a crater to form, Beowulf looked at his Miraculous, it suddenly spoke "Power already in use..." Beowulf backed away, his heart beating in his ears "how...? Why...?" Chrona approached Shroud "you don't get it, do you? Well, let's let him figure it out". Shroud rushed Beowulf, he blocked the gigantic hit Shroud threw but the force sent him flying into the nearby woods, Beowulf tumbled and tumbled but he recovered, he then hid behind a tree and detransformed "okay Sturnn, let's do this" Ben transformed and jumped back into the fight, Beowulf landed and threw his chain wrapping around Blanc, he then flung Blanc into a standing boulder, Beowulf then jumped up and divekicked Shroud but it was blocked, the hit caused Shroud to slide back, Beowulf assisted Kong back to his feet, Beowulf then pulled out the Pangolin Miraculous, the original one he took from Tremaine "take this, you're gonna need it" Kong put on the Miraculous "Tarzaa, Shell, Unify!" Kong grew a massive head of golden spiky hair that hung around his calves and his costume had various golden spikes on the shoulders, knees, and elbows "cool...what do you want me to do?" Beowulf then answered "combine your powers, also you should probably have a new name...Strikeape!" Strikeape smirked, he then summoned his Avatar and grew a number of spike onto the Avatar, Strikeape then curled up and revved himself launching him into Shroud sending them both into a line of trees.
Beowulf then tossed the Bull Miraculous to Arachna, she put it on "Byyte, Steer, Unify!" Arachna then became Tarantula, Tarantula combined her gauntlets with her arrow to create a forked spear, she threw it at Blanc but he deflected it only to be struck with one of her mechanical legs, Beowulf then attacked Chrona, he jumped high into the air and brought his heel down on her, she blocked it but it caused a crater to form around her, she grabbed him by the ankle and slammed him into the ground, she lifted him up and primed her hand ready to stab into him with her nails, she thrusted but was stopped by a tentacle made of water, Cascade flung her away while Beowulf was let go, Beowulf dusted himself off "thanks Cascade, unfortunately I only had two other Miraculous on hand..." Cascade smiled "don't worry, I won't need one" Cascade twirled her wand and the moisture from the grass rose and she swirled it into a ring, she then flattened the ring and it began rotating at incredibly high speeds, she then tapped it with her wand and it launched at Blanc. Blanc laughed "you really think a little water is enough to stop me?" He twirled his staff and flung it at the ring, his smile quickly disappeared when the ring sliced his staff clean in half, Blanc scurried in place and dove just in time to avoid the ring, the ring returned to Cascade, Blanc scowled and held his hand out, a Destruction Orb appeared in his and he poked a hole into it, he then swirled it creating a ring of his own, Cascade and Blanc tossed their rings, they collided and Cascade's ring was vaporized, Beowulf and Cascade dove out of the way of the ring.
Beowulf looked around for something to use against Blanc, he spotted a large rock "okay Cascade, I have a plan..." Beowulf whispered to her and she got a devious grin on her face "oooh, I like that plan" Beowulf threw his chain around the rock and tossed it at Blanc, Blanc destroyed it but was caught offguard by Beowulf who kicked Blanc across the face, Blanc felt his cheek and an irritated look took over his face, he then punched Beowulf sending him flying, Beowulf dug his claws into the ground stopping himself causing water and dirt to fly up, Blanc's face turned to confusion "water...?" Blanc looked down to see that he was ankle deep in clear water, Cascade smirked and she then whirled her wand then pointed it down, the water tightened around Blanc's ankles, the water erupted and Blanc was yanked from his standing position now being held by a giant tentacle, it whipped him around and slammed him straight into the ground, it then dragged him around and threw him high up into the air. Cascade aimed her hat at Blanc, a tornado of water tore through the sky out of the hat and Blanc was sucked into it, Blanc lifted his hand "do you really think this'll hold me? Mega Cataclysm!" An orb appeared in his hand but his hopes were dashed as a rock hit the orb and caused it to be used "wha-?!" Blanc looked to see Beowulf who had just thrown it, Cascade swirled her wand around the tornado and it began to freeze, Blanc tried to make another orb but he was frozen and sucked into the hat, Cascade placed the hat on the ground and Beowulf placed a heavy rock on the top "that should keep the cat in the bag huh?" Cascade said while looking at Beowulf, Beowulf just stared at her "leave the jokes to me".
Chrona witnessed this and gritted her teeth "time to take a more hands-on approach to this conflict...I've been so used to directing" Chrona rushed to Shroud, Shroud and Strikeape collided with one another, Shroud grabbed Strike and slammed him into the ground, Shroud prepared a rocket from his arm but was hit by a spear by Tarantula, suddenly Chrona appeared behind Tarantula and kicked her away, Chrona met up with Shroud "we've been going about this the wrong way, they're dividing us and trying to conquer so we bring ourselves back together, play to our strengths, we need to free Blanc" Strikeape attacked the two but was frozen by Chrona, Shroud then punched Strikeape and both he and Chrona lept away, after a few seconds Strikeape was unfrozen and he was sent flying. Chrona and Shroud landed infront of Cascade and Beowulf, Chrona pointed at Beowulf and a blast of light came out of it, Beowulf blocked but he was still blown away from it. Cascade shot at Chrona from her wand but Shroud blocked it, Chrona looked at Cascade, Chrona began to vibrate rapidly, without even a semblance of movement Chrona hit Cascade with a flying kick, the air in Cascade's lungs was forced out and she was launched away, Beowulf recovered and ran at Chrona reeling his fist back, Shroud countered him with a punch of his own, the two collided, Chrona approached the hat and lifted the rock, she then lifted the hat and tapped the top, Blanc slid out trapped in a big shard of ice, Chrona touched the ice and suddenly time began to reverse on Blanc until he was out of the ice. Blanc stood alongside Chrona and Shroud, Chrona looked around to see that they were surrounded by the heroes, Chrona let an eery grin onto her face "fighting together? Well atleast you won't miss eachother too long when you get to the other side".
Chrona reversed an area of time and Blanc's staff reappeared, Beowulf lunged at Blanc, Blanv blocked the hit with his staff and Chrona grabbed onto the staff swinging on it kicking Beowulf away, Cascade launched a water whip and it wrapped around Chrona's wrist, Blanc touched the whip with an orb of Destruction and vaporized it, Chrona then rushed Cascade kicking her in the midsection, she then flipkicked Cascade and sent her flying, Strikeape rolled into a ball and peeled off at Shroud, Shroud grabbed him stopping his momentum, then a bolt of energy hit Strikeape from Shroud's mechanical arm throwing Strikeape high into the air, Tarantula jumped at Shroud with her spear held up above her head, Shroud's arm pointed at her and his hand launched out grabbing her by the torso, he then tossed her to the side, she stabbed her spear into the ground stopping herself. Panther observed the fight and saw his opening, he rushed Blanc and Blanc was barely able to block a staff strike, Sonar went in to help, Panther and Sonar coordinated their attacks on Blanc who was being overwhelmed, Sonar pinned his staff and Panther kicked Blanc away, Panther picked up Blanc's staff and began dual wielding them, Panther assaulted Blanc with a series of blows, Blanc tried to defend but Panther was too aggressive. Panther brought both staffs onto Blanc's shoulders, Blanc then roared and the shockwave blew Panther back, Blanc then put his hands in a way where his left hand was above his right to the side, an orb appeared between his hands and it began to expand, Panther dropped both staffs and did the same mirroring Blanc, a black orb appeared in his hands also growing in size, in unison both of them shouted "Destruction Art: Vanish Cannon!" Both of them fired a beam of their respective colors colliding with one another, at the impact point both beams spread into a large dome that was equal their colors, both Cats pushed trying to gain ground on the other as more of the battlefield was being eroded by their destructive power. Beowulf put his forearm up shielding himself from debris, he turned to Cascade "Connect all of us so we can communicate with no eavsedroppers" Cascade nodded and activated her power "Connection!" all of a sudden everyone's thoughts were linked, Beowulf started "okay everyone, I've got a plan to help Panther-" Panther interrupted "I don't need your help!" Beowulf then argued back "the sooner we get you guys to stop, the more earth there's left to save!" Chrona saw Sonar toss one of his blades at Blanc, Chrona shot it out of the air "an...effort to be certain" Beowulf smirked under his muzzle and shouted within his mind "Strike, now!" Strikeape dug his arms into the earth and suddenly crystals erupted around Blanc sticking into him, his beam began to waver and Panther pushed out more energy beating Blanc's beam, Blanc was pushed back by the beam and engulfed by it, a large explosion occured and Blanc lied in a large crater, still breathing but heavily damaged.
Chrona gritted her teeth and pointed at Shroud "get to him and bring him to me..." Shroud nodded and moved to Blanc's position but Beowulf and Strikeape stood in his way "you're gonna have to go through us" Beowulf said with Strikeape roaring in agreement" Strikeape rolled into a ball and took off at Shroud, Shroud blocked it with his arm but was blindsided by a kick from Beowulf. Shroud backed away but was hit again by a heavy handed left hook from Strikeape, Shroud tried to recover but Beowulf caught him with a punch to the midsection, he then wrapped Shroud with his chain and jumped dragging Shroud with him, Beowulf then reeled back and punched Shroud to the ground, Shroud from his crater pointed his arm at Beowulf, it opened up and released a barrage of missles, Beowulf weaved through the barrage until a couple hit their mark creating a multilayered explosion, Beowulf fell to the ground, Strikeape revved up and launched at Shroud, the attack hit and Shroud began sliding backwards, he planted his feet and grabbed Strikeape tossing him to the side, Strikeape landed but kept his rev and launched back at Shroud, Shroud then batted Strikeape away, suddenly Beowulf's chain grabbed onto Strikeape, Beowulf then spun the spinning spikeball and whipped it at Shroud, he managed to block the attack with his mechanical arm but it still caused him to slide back, he put his arm onto the ground to support himself as a few pieces fell off of it and smoke began to leak out.
