He was wrong. Today is a very horrible day indeed. Why? It's simple really, Villains. They've invaded the USJ and scattered the students, intentions all too clear. For the first time in his life, Arashi feels genuine rage. A seething, burning anger that threatens to overwhelm all sense of reason.
Cresting a hill in the landslide zone, Arashi sends out his hard-light projectors to create a platform for him, giving him a full view of the plaza. Looking around, he can see the countless Villains around the complex, however, they're not having all that easy of a time with the students. In all the zones, the students of 1-A and 1-B alike are showing their opponents precisely why they've been entered into the Hero course.
Gazing down into the plaza below, Arashi can see the homeroom teachers battling the Villains brought to the center. Against two Pro Heroes, the crowd has diminished significantly. As another goes down, Aizawa charges straight for a blue haired man covered in hands, capture weapon flying.
The Villain catches the weapon mid-flight, as well as Aizawa's elbow right before it impacts his stomach. The Hero lets out a cry of pain and jumps backward, getting back to back with Vlad King. Before the fighting can continue, a monstrous Villain with an exposed brain charges the Pro Heroes, fist raised high.
When the hand comes down, the two Heroes are sent into the ground, a crater forming around them. Without a second thought, Arashi unslings the bag of inventions he and Mei had brought t show off. He opens it, and removes a very particular device, the Gungnir Cannon.
Taking aim, Arashi reaches for electricity, and pulls. Not just from the batteries he brought, but from the USJ power systems as well. The lights start flickering and the air begins to crackle, the smell of ozone spreading. The cannon whirs to life, barrel spinning faster than the device can safely handle, but Arashi has run out of fucks to give.
The Villains look around in a panic, finally taking notice of Arashi, but it's too late. The cannon is fired, an earsplitting crack of thunder echoing through the building as all of it's power is funneled directly into the beast. The lights die out for a moment, but the offsite emergency power restores them quickly.
A giant cloud of dust was kicked up, covering the plaza as silence fall over the building. Everyone had heard the cannon go off, and most had turned to look. For a select few students though, this was the perfect opportunity to defeat a Villain that was holding Kaminari Denki hostage.
As the dust clears, the monstrous Villain is seen laying on the ground, twitching, everything below it's shoulders having been vaporized. Arashi wills the hard light projected platform forward, the small bit of power running through the projection machines giving out as he reaches the ground. Quickly stowing the projectors, he approaches the remains of his target.
After a moment of consideration, he lays the cannon on top of the fallen Villain. Nodding, he makes his way over to the defeated teachers, grabbing the backs of their costumes and beginning to drag them towards the stairs, you don't carry around heavy bits of metal all day without building up muscle after all.
The blue haired Villain shakes himself from the stupor that had overcome most of those watching, "What the actual FUCK?! How the hell did you do that! Who the fuck even are you?"
Unbeknownst to him, a nearby object has begun to rattle and give off sparks. The Villain, outraged at the situation, begins to march towards Arashi. However, just as he walks by the Nomu's still twitching body, the Gungnir Cannon takes that moment to explode in a shower of sparks and twisted metal.
The Villain falls, having been horribly burnt and riddled with shrapnel. He lets out cries of pain, that go largely ignored by Arashi as he continues to drag the Pro Heroes towards the stairs.
Eventually Vlad King, the less injured and more coherent of the two, finds his voice, "Mochizuki, was it? What exactly was that? And how is it legal?"
Arashi grunts, letting go of the Heroes as he reaches the foot of the stairs, before responding in a voice that barely conceals his rage, "That, Sensei, was the Gungnir Cannon Mk II. It was a device made to amplify electricity quirks and direct them at a target. The only reason it's legal is that it's technically supposed to have a limiter, I just happened to ignore it. Plus Ultra and all."
Vlad King blinks, nodding after a second, "I see. I may have to speak with Power Loader after this."
Arashi grunts, looking around at the students now streaming towards the stairs, "Do it after everyone makes it out alive, Sensei. I can deal with punishments after we're all safe."
It's at that moment that All Might finally decides to make his grand entrance, and Arashi finally begins to relax.
