Author's Note: It's almost two years since I posted the prologue of this sequel and roughly three years since I started out as a fanfic writer. Overall, I can't find the words to thank everyone who has read and reviewed my stories. I'm proud if I made anyone feel satisfied reading, even if they are silent about it. Shoutout to silentlysnowing for taking his time to review my fic and a guest review on the prequel.
Anyways, on to more important manners, viewer discretion is advised as there is strong language and gore present. Also, stay tuned for the epilogue, where I'll finally wrap up the fic. For now, stay tuned and enjoy this last major act.
Ch.8 Aveng-mons: Endgame
It's been three days since my team and I finally destroyed the Plasma Frigate, Team Plasma's deadly superweapon. I've rested exceptionally well, knowing that Unova is saved from its frozen faith at long last, and cleaning up the remaining members of Team Plasma will be trivial. My job at Unova is almost done. While it's sad that I wish I had more time to explore the region, I'll be even happier that the residents of Unova won't have to cower in fear of being frozen or living under Plasma tyranny. Considering our accomplishments, Operation: Thousand Suns was a success. However, life is never that simple… As usual, I've got some good news and some bad news. I'll start with the good news.
One day ago:
"So, you want to continue training?" I ask Ivy.
"Yes. I know I can and want to get stronger," Ivy adamantly says.
"Well, how can I say no to such energy?" I reply, "In that case, allow me to bring along Galvin and Hydra."
"Okay then," Ivy accepts.
After I round up the trio, I announce, "Team. I'm heading out to further train our newest members. You're free to do whatever."
Vineguard then interjects, "Make sure to leave our pokeballs here. Not all of us can squeeze through the doorway."
"Yeah… It's pretty cramped in this room," Chomper weakly adds.
I oblige and recall the three I plan to bring, and I ride on Hydra's back to different parts of Unova to train my current members. As we start our training session, I check my pokedex to learn that Ivy is currently at lv.43 and learned giga drain a while back. Galvin is enamored by the move and pleads with Ivy to teach him the move.
After some insistence, she eventually caves. "Oh, what harm will it do…" Ivy mutters.
Another highlight is while exploring Relic Castle, a krokorok uses the move, scary face, on Ivy, but she isn't scared a bit. Usually, the move frightens the opponent into lowering their speed, but Ivy appears to gain a speed boost. I recall Ivy getting weaker from the move, coil, and now, Ivy is getting faster from the move, scary face. This thought reminds me of using my pokedex to check for any unique attributes that might explain the seemingly backward stat changes. Unfortunately, I forgot to do so on the day we took down the Plasma Frigate. I often allow some thoughts to slip out of my mind. Another proof is how I forgot to mention my forgetfulness…
Anyways, I scroll through my pokedex and see various info regarding my pokemon. Their levels, moves, stats, abilit- Hold it! Abilities… Hydra and Galvin revealed their abilities are levitate and compound eyes, respectively, but Ivy doesn't know… I sweep through my pokedex once more, and lo and behold, I finally have the answer I'm looking for. "Guys, I figured it out!" I shout in amazement.
"Figured what out?" Ivy curiously wonders.
"Your ability, Ivy. It's contrary," I declare.
"Well? Is that bad?" Galvin worriedly asks.
"On the 'contrary', it's not that bad," I quip, "The ability simply reverses the stat changes that would normally happen." Ivy nods understandingly, Galvin sighs in relief, and Hydra groans from my pun. Deal with it, Hydra. I regret nothing…
At the end of our training day, Ivy and Galvin level up to 62 and 60, respectively, allowing the two to learn powerful moves. Ivy adds leaf storm to her other moves: giga drain, dragon pulse, and leech seed. Galvin learns bug buzz to complement his other moves: giga drain, electro web, and thunder. Hydra also gains several levels up to 75, the highest level in my team, and keeps his moveset of draco meteor, flash cannon, crunch, and work up. Speaking of draco meteor, I witness Hydra charge up several purple draconic orbs and launch them into the air, exploding into several meteors, sadistically bombarding several patches of land and decimating the population of several habitats. I've never seen Hydra more happy or psychotic than now.
Present day:
That's all the good news. The bad news starts with a letter that mysteriously appeared next to the door of my room. What freaks me out is as Vine is currently reading the letter, I see a Team Plasma emblem on the envelope. I have a creeping feeling that Team Plasma is not done yet.
"Hmm… This doesn't look good. See for yourself while I call the police chief," Vine reports as he hops out of the room.
The letter read as follows:
Dear Trainer of Interest,
Once more, you've impressed me with your and your pokemons' capabilities. When I heard about your feat of destroying my prized Plasma Frigate, I was beyond shocked. I would never have thought that some trainer had the strength to ruin my perfectly crafted plans and calculations, but you proved otherwise. I've had my best scientists experiment with your talking pokemon phenomenon, but I couldn't precisely replicate your strength and capabilities, not that it matters now. It brings me great pleasure to execute my original idea after all. Meet me in the Giant Chasm, where I wish to talk. Do not worry about your life. My Shadow Triad can and will quickly remove your presence and leave nothing behind if I want you gone. I have an offer you can't resist. If my proposal doesn't suit you, I also have a trainer's pokemon, which you'll need to confront me to take back. Regardless of your motives, I'll be looking forward to our meeting. One last piece of advice: watch your back… just in case.
Sincerely,
G. Harmonia Gropius
As I reread the letter in terror, my heart bounces harder than a spoink. "Oh hell…" I mutter in dread, "Not only does Ghetsis somehow know where I'm at, but he wants to make a proposal… This doesn't sound right."
"Jamie, please don't go!" Sky fearfully pleads while coiling her tail around my waist, "It's too dangerous! W- What if he wants to…"
"For once, I actually agree with Sky. Don't fucking go," Hydra coldly advises, "That piece of shit Ghetsis just wants the get the drop on you, and you'll be deader than all the grunts we slayed."
"Out of everyone here, I expect you to be the most excited to go and kick Ghetsis's ass," I wonder, "Don't you want to get your brother back from that bastard?"
"Yes, I fucking do, but I don't wanna lose ANOTHER brother in the goddamn fight, YOU FUCKING DUMBASS!" Hydra yells with a hint of concern instead of his usual spite and bloodlust.
"Wait! You have a brother, Hydra?!" Sky asks in shock, which puts my bickering with Hydra to a halt.
Hydra stares at Sky and back at me with his jaw dropped. With a scowl, he says, "Nice going, idiot. Now the purrloin is out of the bag, not that it fucking matters. Maybe it's time they finally know."
"Alright, I'll get the others here then," I reply with a sigh.
For the next ten minutes, my three newest members briefly explain why and how they're interested in joining the team. Both Ivy and Galvin wouldn't dare to describe their darkest secrets, like Ivy's royal heritage and Galvin's self-doubt. On the other hand, Hydra has the displeasure of discussing his brother being taken by Team Plasma thanks to my big mouth and how he'll… To put it nicely: wipe them out and bury them in their own bloody corpses. Everyone's reactions to these revelations go as follows.
"You wanted to become a dragon like me? You should have told me earlier, and I'll help you more!" Sky joyfully offers.
"I can relate, man. I, too, wanna make a difference, so I ended up traveling with the Boss," Sparkbomb replies in agreement.
"That's harsh, bro… But you got us, and we got your back, man," Tanker boldly reassures while giving a thumbs up.
As everyone gossips among themselves about the news, Vineguard enters back into the room with his radio in his grasp. He scans the room, clears his "throat," and announces, "Can I have everyone's attention?" Everyone stops and stares at Vine. He continues, "After contacting the police chief, I'm relaying the chief's orders to go to the Giant Cavern. Team Plasma captured a trainer's emboar."
Ivy's ears perk up in surprise, and she asks, "An emboar? By any chance… is the trainer? That… obnoxious…"
"Unfortunately, yes…" Vine confirms, "Emboar's trainer is Andrew, that same spoiled brat that bothers us occasionally, but we still have a job to rescue it."
"Seriously, Vine," Blaze groans, "Considering how annoying that kid is, he deserves to lose his pokemon. I even bet that Team Plasma treats its captors better than that brat!"
"Maybe, maybe not," Chomper chimes in, "I'm just worried about what Team Plasma will do to that poor pokemon."
From the chatter, I eventually recall the first time I arrived in Professor Juniper's lab and saw the three Unova starters. Ivy chose me, and Andrew chose Tepig. That tepig must have evolved into an emboar in their journey. "Say, Ivy? Do you know anything about Emboar when you were younger?" I question.
Ivy then wraps a vine around my right arm, drags me out of the room, and closes the door.
Blaze's POV:
"Huh, wonder what's that all about," I nonchalantly wonder. Not that it matters since I just want to get back to my nap.
However… my least favorite stick in the mud, Vineguard, just so happens to announce, "Okay, team. Since we have to rescue Emboar and Team Plasma is likely prepared for our arrival, I have a plan for our assault. Everyone, listen up."
Not feeling interested in listening to Vine's boring lectures again, I look around for something actually worth my time. Eventually, I settle on nudging Sparkbomb for its attention.
"Sup Blaze. Got a 'tale' or nine you wanna share?" Sparky jokes.
"Just need someone more interesting than Vine the giant grouch," I snidely reply, "Anyways, you think we're up for such a task?"
"Well, if I'm not mistaken, you're at lv.63 and know the moves flamethrower, extrasensory, nasty plot, and will o wisp. I'm at lv.66 with the moves thunder, discharge, mirror coat, and explosion. Lastly, Sky is at lv.71, knowing the moves outrage, fire blast, thunderbolt, and aqua tail. I'd say those are good movesets and levels." Sparky casually lists.
"Blaze, Sparky, are you two listening?" Vine sharply asks.
"U- umm… Yes!" Sparky and I quickly answer, surprised.
Jamie's POV:
As I look around, puzzled, she finally answers, "Look, don't tell anyone I told you this, but… Whenever I feel down, Tepig always cheers me up with a good talk or spar. He also believes in my dream of becoming a strong grass dragon. If possible, I would like to return the favor."
"Well… That could be arranged," I suggest.
"Thank you, Jamie… It means a lot to me that you are essentially filling in Tepig's role in my life." Ivy sincerely thanks, "Plus, I find it odd that you let your pokemon call you by name instead of 'master' or 'trainer.' Perhaps you see yourself as equal to us?"
"Well, that's the gist," I confirm, "We got this far from the shared effort and bond between humans and pokemon."
Vine then opens the door and questions, "Care to explain your abrupt departure?"
"Just some personal things to discuss in private," I casually reply.
"Hmm… So be it, then. Anyways, I devised a plan with the rest and am up to speed with the new members. We must depart as soon as possible," Vine urgently declares, "As for you, Ivy, ask your peers to get updated on the assault plan."
On that note, I recall most of my members except for Vine and Chomper, and we fly off to the Giant Chasm at around 1:00 pm. "H- Hey Jamie?" Chomper asks while airborne, "Can I also talk with you for a bit?"
"Yeah? What's up?" I ask back, ready for a conversation.
"I won't lie. This adventure is much harder than in Johto against Team Rocket. I'm glad we're still in one piece," He comments.
I then explain, "You guys fought hard and well as a team. Of course, I had faith in you guys. You are all much stronger than in Johto. If I recall correctly, Vine is at lv.70 and armed with the moves power whip, poison jab, swords dance, and knockoff. You are at lv.73, bringing the moves stone edge, wing attack, crunch, and iron head to the fight. Lastly, Tanker is at a gargantuan lv.75, and he's locked and loaded with the moves hydro pump, ice beam, earthquake, and focus blast. You guys will become epic legends once we defeat Team Plasma once and for all."
"Indeed, but I strongly advise we focus and stick to the plan, speaking of which…" Vine adds before diving into the details, "When we land just outside of the crater leading to the Giant Chasm, Chomper and Galvin will spot for threats from the air. Meanwhile, the rest of us will enter a cave to emerge inside the giant crater. Then, we'll make our way through the maze-like forest, clearing every section of the area of hostile forces. Blaze and I will take point with Sparkbomb and Tanker absorbing any incoming fire from the enemy. Hydra will launch artillery strikes and assist in providing cover fire with Tanker. Everyone else will simply engage and neutralize the enemy."
"Sounds like a plan," I reply in agreement.
30 minutes later:
Chomper's POV:
As Jamie releases all his team members, Galvin climbs onto my back, and Vine allows me to take off again to look around this place. I'm amazed by how large the Giant Chasm is. It's a giant hole with many trees growing along the sides and a big hole where something big once plowed the trees back into the ground. The air grows chillier as we approach the hole. "How strange," I ponder, "Is winter coming earlier than normal?"
"Actually, that's where Kyurem supposedly lives, according to legends," Galvin explains, "If Ghetsis is here, that means he's probably looking for Kyurem once more. And I'll be more than ready to pounce on him!"
"Just remember to keep an eye out for any enemies. I don't want us to get pounced on," I nervously remind him.
"No worries, nothing can escape my plentiful eyes!" Galvin boasts.
"If you say so," I relent.
After a few minutes of flying, I notice Galvin perk up and shout, "Hey! I see something dark moving in the forest! Let me call Jamie."
However, Jamie's voice rings out from our radios before we can, "At the cave exit! We're under attack!" As we turn our heads, several explosions go off near one end of the giant hole.
"Damn! Looks like Hydra's giving them hell with that draco meteor attack!" Galvin comments as several purple balls of energy scatter into smaller balls that crash back into the ground.
"Well, we gotta help them," I reply as I fly toward the battle with determination.
"Hmm… I see some bisharps. Their lean, mean, fighting machines," Galvin points out, "Allow me to zap them down with my thunder attack!"
"Okay… Be careful!" I nervously oblige by stabilizing my flight path and circling around the battle to allow Galvin to aim more easily. While the electric sparks that emanate from him are tingling uncomfortably, it pales compared to how precise and deadly his shots are. The dust that erupts from each shot shows how powerful Galvin's attack is and how hard he trained with Jamie. As I keep flying around, something shadowy floats up and jumpscares me. "AHHH! WHAT ON EARTH IS THAT?!" I scream as I rapidly flap my wings to regain control.
"It's a banette!" Galvin points out, "They're ghost-type. If I remember type matchups correctly, try using a dark move!" I take Gavin's advice by flying back and charging up a crunch attack. However, the ghost type dashes forward and smacks me across the face. "Are you okay, Chomper?" Galvin asks.
"Yeah. It hurts, but I'm fine." I reply.
"Oh yeah! I also remember Jamie saying something about sucker punch, a move that goes first if you use an attack," Galvin quickly explains, "Here, let me trap it in my electric webs."
As Galvin prepares to throw his web into the banette, the shadowy thing lunges forward faster than the blink of an eye and knocks Galvin off my back. "Nooo! You'll pay for that!" I scream as I turn around, engulf the ghost in my jaws, and repeatedly crunch, chew, and chomp that terrifying creature into bits. Once the ghost type is defeated, I frantically search and call out, "Galvin! Where are you?!"
"Down here!" Galvin's voice rings out. I look towards where the voice came from to see him dangling on the web that he spun just in time. As I fly down to get him, a white blur slashes open Galvin's web, and he falls down. I catch Galvin just in time and slowly put him down. "Thanks. No worries, though. That absol has a huge weakness to my bug-type moves!" Galvin boasts as he releases an ear-piercing buzzing sound that echoes across the forest. After a few seconds, the absol drops to the ground and faints.
"Are we done yet?" I tiredly and nervously ask.
"Not quite. I think I see something," Galvin announces. He fires another electro web into the forest and quickly crawls towards the web but gets knocked back by something fast. The creature reveals itself as a red and black pokemon with incredible speed. "An accelgor! Hope you got some rock moves!" Galvin yells in surprise and dread as said pokemon releases globs of poison from its hands. I quickly shield him from the poisonous attack with an iron head and, with a flap of my wings, conjure sharp rocks and hurl them into the accelgor. It may be fast, but I eventually tire it out, land several super-effective hits, and knock it out. As I catch my breath from the intense battle, I hear Vine's voice from my radio instruct, "Team. Meet me at the treeless center of the Giant Chasm, where we will heal our wounded and interrogate our opponents."
Jamie's POV:
I've heard from Vineguard that the Shadow Triad were tough, but still… I was not prepared for how swift and brutal their attacks were. At least, that's what I'm thinking as I stare at my survival knife that tanked a psycho cut from an absol, resulting in a visible crack in the blade. "Damn… Might need a new blade if this one snaps open," I comment while wheezing from my injuries.
Even if I did nullify the attack, that absol still pounced on me and dug its claws into me. Fortunately, I'm still alive thanks to my jacket covering up my skin, leaving several gashes on my clothing. However, I still suffered plentiful but shallow cuts and slashes. Most importantly, my most unlikely savior is Blaze, who defeated a bisharp before noticing my struggle and chased it away with a flamethrower attack. "Seriously, Jamie? That's what you're worried about?! I can't get a new 'you' if you snap open from that damn absol!" Blaze worriedly yells into my face, full of dirt and sweat with a bit of blood, "HEY! Are you even listening to me?!"
"Uhh, y- yeah… I hear ya…" I weakly reply as I place my blade back into its holster and retrieve my potions from my backpack. However, Blaze stops me with a paw on my hand.
"Is that all you have to say?!" Blaze screams, dumbfounded, "You almost got mauled to death, and you just act like it was nothing?!"
"Well… I have you guys with me, right…?" I tiredly and nervously answer, getting my ninetales worked up more.
"Speaking of which, there's no shame in screaming like a little baby if it means one of us will save your fucking life!" Blaze scolds before heaving a deep sigh, "Look… I may have given you shit and all, but I still care about you, especially after that one time you saved me from Team Rocket." Shocked by Blaze's apparent change in attitude, I couldn't force any words out of my words and simply nod while giving her a gentle pet on her back. She adds, "You won't believe it, but Sky is nearly crying after hearing that you got wrecked hard by that absol, and Ivy is trying to calm her down. So, please… Try not to scare us like that again. We both know you aren't as tough as you think you are."
"Was that last part really necessary?" I groan while rolling my eyes.
With a snicker, my ninetales says, "Yup, your noodle arms speak for themselves. Hehehe."
"Typical Blaze…" I sigh with a light smile, "Glad to see that you're okay."
"Likewise," She replies with content, "Anyways, allow me to do the healing while you rest up." Before I could say anything, Blaze digs around my bag, grabs several full restores, and then runs off towards the distance, where I find Ivy indeed comforting Sky. Guess I nearly gave my girls a massive heart attack…
However, I cannot sit here and do nothing. With pain peppered all over my body, I slowly limp my way over to the center of the crater, where several trees were knocked over by something massive. At the center, I see Vine rounding up the three members of the Shadow Triad. Before I advance, a loud flap catches my attention as Hydra lands behind me. "Holy fuck. You look like shit, man," Hydra comments.
"Well, I'm still alive, at least," I tiredly reply.
"Respect for defending yourself from that fucking absol, but I need you to move your ass already. We gotta interrogate these fucking dipshits already," Hydra urges as he lifts me by the back of my collar and then carries me to Vine and the Triad. "Alright, Vine, I got Jamie here. Any progress on those shitstains?" Hydra asks as he drops me on the dusty, lifeless ground.
"Not yet," Vine reports, "I knew for a while that the most elite forces of Team Plasma would not crack under conventional means." I take my time examining the Shadow Triad. Each member dons a dark uniform resembling ninjas and, while on their knees in defeat, are tightly bound in Vineguard's vines, especially in the neck to squeeze out intel or their throats. The three are also at different heights and making various facial expressions. The shortest one is looking down at the ground, the middle faces the tallest member with a concerned look, and the tallest member is making a scowl towards Vine, Hydra, and me. If we don't get the Triad to confess where Ghetsis or the stolen pokemon is, we may never see him or the pokemon again for a long time, so I gotta do whatever it takes. Maybe take a lesson from Hydra and get messy if necessary.
"You may have won today… But you'll NEVER learn the whereabouts of Lord Ghetsis!" the tallest Shadow snarls, "If you fuckers were smart, you would have left us dead already… NOTHING you do will make us talk! NOTHING!"
I smile at his outburst. "Well, that ain't fun now, is it? Killing you would ruin the 'party,'" I reply, "Since you love interrogations, especially the one with Clay, I'll be a good host and make this one unforgettable…" I then radio Sparkbomb to my location for the first part of the interrogation. I order Sparky to paralyze the tallest Triad member with its static ability and then have Vine squeeze on the Shadow's throat again. "Ready to talk now?" I calmly ask.
"Nnnng… No… NO!" the Shadow declares while in pain.
I merely shrug and decide to move to my next idea. I radio Blaze over and ask her to burn him with a will o wisp. "I swear… You're slowly becoming as deranged as Hydra, but fine… It's not like we have a choice…" she begrudgingly agrees. The ghostly fire dances around the Shadow before setting him on fire.
"It… It burns! Ahhh!" the tallest Triad member howls in pain while the other two watch in horror.
"How about now…? I'm all ears," I offer. While in pain, he shakes his head. Oh well… I'll let the pain continue as I question the other two. "Not bad, you two… I gotta give props to your precious Lord Ghetsis for preparing you three well… Care to explain your relation and loyalty to Ghetsis?" I question while raising my blade to their throats, "Tell me, and maybe I'll put your friend out." Vine then tightens his grip on their necks, threatening to strangle them.
"He's our brother. All of us are, actually…" the shortest one reveals, "Ghetsis found us when-"
"NO! Don't give in!" the middle one interrupts.
"Vine, squeeze the middle out but don't kill him," I order before returning to the short one, "If what you told me is true, then your brothers will suffer for as long as I have questions. I can guarantee their safety if you and your brothers talk."
The short one nods and continues, "We isolated ourselves in Victory Road several years ago, honing in our art of ninjutsu. We may be in our early teens but were proficient in our skills. However, one day, a druddigon attacked us during our training. We didn't have any pokemon to defend ourselves with until Ghetsis found us. His hydreigon used dragon pulse on our attacker and saved our lives. We owe him our lives and loyalty since, and that's why we will not tell you where our master is."
I keep my word and radio Tanker to my area, where he extinguishes the fire on the tallest Shadow, which I presume is the oldest, most hardy, and most loyal. I then take another crack at the oldest and explain, "As you can see, talking is your best bet if you want to leave in one piece. Don't you want to spare your younger brothers of a cruel faith?"
"How… How dare you give away vital information to the enemy!" the oldest Shadow lash out at the youngest before scowling at me, "You won't get any more, you FUCKING bastard!"
"Well, any ideas, Jamie?" Vine asks.
"Hmm…" I ponder, "How about waterboarding?" Vine then nods and wraps his side leaf around the oldest Shadow's face, covering up his eyes, nose, and mouth, and then Tanker lets out a steady stream of water over the Shadow's face. The act induces a drowning sensation without actually causing harm to the person. When the torture session isn't enough, I order Chomper to hurl some stones into the Shadow. After that, I decide to get personal by stabbing his nonvital sections. Still, the oldest member of the Shadow Triad won't talk, leading me to start coming up with more "creative" means to make him spill the beans like bone breaking, Vine's stomach acid, Ivy's leech seed, Hydra shooting off his junk, and more. While the Shadow still won't speak, his screams of agony and pain continue growing, and blood starts covering his tattered outfit and skin.
After Arceus knows how long, a radio from one of the Shadow Triad members blares out, "Where have you been?! Has the trainer come yet?!" Speaking of Arceus, please forgive me for the sins I've committed.
I search and grab the radio from the middle Shadow and bluntly answer, "You're speaking to him right now. I've read your letter, but I don't know who starts a 'talk' by sending out ninjas to surprise the recipient."
There is silence from the radio, followed by a prolonged maniacal laughter, and the voice announces, "You must forgive my rudeness, but it seems like it doesn't matter. I presume you are strong enough to defeat my Shadow Triad, is that so?"
"That's right. And you must be Ghetsis," I reply, sounding calm but actually tensing up in terror, "Why don't you come out so we can have that 'talk' you wanted. Or do you want me to break your precious Shadow Triad with even more painful torture? Maybe death will come if you wait long enough."
Once again, another maniacal laughter before Ghetsis replies, "Listen up well, trainer. I have no place for failure in my Unovian empire. After all: failure must be punished. What you see before you are failures… Every tool, object, or material has an expiration date. When that date comes, said tool, object, or material becomes useless. Their failure is not by fault but by age and must be replaced with a newer and stronger substitute. Do whatever you like with my Shadow Triad. Kill them if you so desire. I have no use for individuals who can't defeat a single trainer together. If you can find me in the vast Giant Chasm, I shall acknowledge your skills and reward you handsomely. Good luck…"
The three Shadow Triad members freeze in horror.
"NO!" the youngest yells.
"It can't be!" the middle fruitfully denies, "Is he-"
"Hold on longer!" the oldest firmly orders, "Ghetsis is testing your loyalty! Do NOT let it falter!
Still… The Shadow Triad hold on to their belief that they mean something to Ghetsis. Well, mostly, the oldest Shadow is holding up their morale. I'll have to address that to break them.
"So… You still think that you matter to Ghetsis?" I forcefully ask, "Do you really think that Ghetsis will save you all like all those years ago?"
"YOU KNOW NOTHING!" the oldest Shadow yells at the top of his nearly broken voice.
I only laugh at his feeble attempt to hope. With a wicked smile, I announce, "I know one thing: Ghetsis gave me free reign over what I can do to you all, including killing you all. Maybe it's time I allow a certain pokemon of mine to take out his vengeance on your shitty organization. Hydra, would you like to rip out the tall one's limbs?"
With a psychotic cackle from Hydra, he eagerly replies, "Are you fucking with me? OF COURSE! I would like to rip that FUCKER'S limb right out of his sockets!" Everyone else gasps loudly from my order and Hydra's agreement, both the two Shadows and my pokemon, who I assume are too speechless to say anything.
In a massive bloodbath, Hydra tears off the legs of the tall Shadow. Vine releases his grasp on the oldest Triad member as blood spews out of where his legs were once there. Hydra then rips out the Shadow's arms, splattering even more blood on the dirt. Once more, cries of pain howl from the Shadow, but he slowly passes out from blood loss, leaving the sound of bones cracking and flesh tearing to replace it. I take a few seconds and give a sadistic smile as I watch the two remaining Triad members stare in horror at their brother getting ripped to pieces. The youngest one turns his head away and clenches his eyes shut at the gruesome sight while the middle one, still staring at the scene, shakes his head vigorously and finally exclaims, "GHETSIS IS IN THE OTHER CAVE!"
"Huh?" I mutter in surprise.
"At the opposite end of where you exited, another cave leads deeper into the Giant Chasm! That's where Ghetsis is waiting for you!" the middle Triad shouts again, "Now, PLEASE! Let my little brother and I go! ...It's not worth it anymore..." Vine obliges, and the duo rushes over to their mutilated older brother, surrounded by a lake of blood. "Why… Why would you do such a thing…" the middle one mutters while somberly staring at their brother's mangled-up body.
Hydra then grabs both Triad members by the throat and yells, "BECAUSE YOU ASSHOLES TOOK MY BROTHER AWAY FROM ME LONG AGO! I hope you like that pain of losing your fucking brother before your eyes because THAT'S THE SAME PAIN THAT I HAD TO GO THROUGH! All thanks to your dipshit team and your GOOD-FOR-NOTHING GHETSIS!"
He then drops the two Triad members, who are left speechless, not that I care. "Alright, team, let's head off to that cave the Shadow Triad finally reveals," I announce, only to be met with mortified and disgusted looks and some of my team vomiting.
"Yeah, whatever…" Ivy huffs.
"Next time, let me know if you are slowly becoming a fucking psycho, so I can stay the hell away!" Blaze scoffs.
"...How could you. You were never this cruel," Sky whimpers with tears in her eyes.
Fifteen minutes later, at the second cave entrance:
"Guys… I'll admit that my actions are somewhat- no… severely out of line, and I'm sorry for going this far," I apologize after a quarter of an hour of defending myself and my actions, "Still… I'm certain there was no other choice but to mutilate him."
"Alright then, Boss. I'll trust ya," Sparkbomb relents after heaving a sigh.
"They were tough dudes. Guess cha got nothin' else that'll work," Tanker agrees.
"Okay… Just don't let it be a regular," Chomper requests, which I nod understandingly.
"Well, glad that's settled. So what's next?" Galvin excitedly asks.
"Let's rush in and tear that fucker, Ghetsis, a new asshole to shit out of!" Hydra savagely suggests.
"Hold it. I have a better idea," Vineguard announces, "Huddle together and listen in."
Another fifteen minutes later:
The deeper I enter this cave, the colder it gets. Nevertheless, I trek on through the chilly ice cave in the Giant Chasm. While I am shivering in the cold cave, I'm exceptionally resistant to the cold. What I really am shivering about is Ghetsis, just like back on my cruise a while back. If all of our intel lines up, Ghetsis is the leader of Team Plasma, who defeated a trainer before me with a powerful legendary pokemon and froze him to death. That pokemon must be Kyurem in this cave, where the cold environment magnified its strength.
Most importantly, Ghetsis also has a hydreigon, an extremely violent dragon pokemon. Even though Hydra is much bloodthirstier than his species, I wouldn't want to underestimate Ghetsis's hydreigon. Speaking of which, I see two figures in the distance sitting by a campfire surrounded by a chilly mist. I don't know how anyone could start a fire in such a cold place, but now is not the time for questioning. "Alright, Vine, I spot two figures in the distance," I report.
"Understood. Blaze is with me right now behind a rock, detecting only one entity. Be careful, and remember to get Ghetsis to reveal where the captured pokemon is," Vine alerts.
With my hand on Hydra's pokeball, I take a deep breath of the chilly air and step forward. As I get closer, the figures become more apparent, resembling a human and a pokemon. The human figure slowly turns to face me, and I'm frozen in dread. I stare back at the human figure, who simply waves an arm, and the other figure disappears. I continue staring at the odd apparitions, puzzled, until my radio goes off. "Uh, Jamie. I think I see something!" Galvin warns. I frantically look around and behind me until something drops from the ceiling, and I'm face to face with a three-headed dragon.
"Fuck fuck FUCK!" I stammer as I frantically backpedal while throwing down Hydra's pokeball. As usual, Hydra roars loudly and proudly until he stares at his potential opponent. The two dragons glare at each other, sizing each other up. Unfortunately, the opposing hydreigon appears to be physically bigger than Hydra, but Hydra is growling and snarling more aggressively.
"Well, well, well… It's finally a pleasure to see my greatest adversary face to face," a familiar voice rings out as the human figure steps out of the mist to reveal an old man with green hair, a tattered black robe, a red eye patch, and a cane with the Team Plasma logo. The man stares at Hydra and then complements, "How nice. I see you have good taste in pokemon as well." The sight of this person erupts Hydra into a boiling rage as he slowly glows red.
"YOU! We finally meet again… You have no fucking idea how painful I'll rip your shit-filled skull into a billion goddamn pieces, you dead son of a BITCH!" Hydra hatefully snarls.
"Heh, that's understandable," Ghetsis calmly remarks, "But there's no need to fight if you consider my offer."
"We also know you stole a pokemon. Where is it?!" I coldly demand.
"Patience now… Have you ever considered my 'words of wisdom' earlier?" Ghetsis insists.
"And why the fuck should we, huh?!" Hydra also demands impatiently.
"My Shadow Triad was on similar footing with you. But in the end, your power is simply superior to my aging enforcers. They were my best tools to maintain power, but now… I found someone even better for the job," Ghetsis explains with a sinister smile.
"And who's that?" I ask.
With a snicker, Ghetsis reveals, "That would be none other than you! You and your pokemon have the strength to take on an entire army. An entire superweapon falls from your doing. Even a complex and sophisticated organization such as my perfect Team Plasma trembles before your power. I've heard tales of you and your pokemon take on Team Rocket. Is that right?"
"Yeah…" I nervously confirm.
Satisfied, Ghetsis continues, "I've also managed to get my best hackers to monitor your bank activities and notice a steady cash flow from your region professor since then. Is that right?"
"Yeah…" I even nervously confirm.
"Well… What if I told you I could offer you even more riches than any professor can ever imagine. Join me and the ranks of Team Plasma to take control of this whole region. I'll make sure you get your share of this region as well," Ghetsis suggests before explaining, "At first, I was hesitant to invite an outsider into my ranks, so I needed to measure how exceptional your strength was before recruiting you. After defeating and freezing that one trainer long ago, I knew someone would send you after me. I could simply wipe you out, but your skills appear to be too much for my underlings. Zinzolin... Colress... My Shadow Triad... All were pathetic compared to you. Lend your strength to me, and you can have everything you want and imagine. I can prove it by giving you an emboar that I have locked up at the very end of the cave. Just bow down before me and pledge your loyalty to me, and then, you shall have your rewards." I hope you heard where the captured pokemon is, Vine…
But more importantly, what did Ghetsis just say?! Is this what he wants the whole time? Was everything he threw merely a test for meto join him? How could he disregard all of his underlings so easily? That's… That's absurd… Why would I- "Don't you fucking think about joining that asshole, Ghetsis!" Hydra snaps me out of my thoughts, "More like: Good-for-nothing Ghetsis. This time… I shall have my revenge for what you took from me long ago, YOU FUCKING FREAK!"
"Hmm… I do not recall ever meeting a hydreigon such as yourself," Ghetsis replies with a smirk, "Care to elaborate?"
Hydra only grows more infuriated by Ghetsis's smugness and lack of fear. "I! WANT! MY! BROTHER! BAAAAACK!" Hydra screams in a blind, unmatched rage so loud that his voice echoes across the cave, even rattling some stalactites. While Ghetsis remains calm and motionless, I notice Ghetsis's hydreigon back up in slight fear. He then threatens, "You better open up and spill it, asswipe, or else I'll open up your shit-stained guts and spill your fucking blood in the most painful death you can ever imagine, YOU WORTHLESS CUNT!" As Hydra floats towards Ghetsis, his hydreigon blocks Hydra's path. Surprised but undeterred, Hydra glows a blood-red aura and points a flash cannon at Ghetsis's hydreigon. He threatens, "Don't even try to stop me, asshole! Your so-called 'master' is a brother-snatching shithead who deserves to get disposed of like actual shit, so FUCK OFF, or I'll FUCK YOU UP! You'll only get your sorry ass killed getting in my way."
Ghetsis stares, dumbfounded and confused at the situation at hand. I notice a slight amount of fear building up on Ghetsis's hydreigon. I can't quite explain why, but this fear feels different. It's as if Ghetsis's hydreigon wants to hold its ground and avoid a fight. Suddenly, Ghetsis's hydreigon speaks in human language, "Little Bro… Is that you?"
"WHAAAAAT?!" Hydra and I yell in confusion. Hydra lowers his attack and his aura fades. "Hydra… Your long lost brother… He's…" I stammer.
"Little Bro, you were looking for me?" Ghetsis's hydreigon asks again.
"Brother? Thank fucking christ, I finally found you at last!" Hydra cries loudly as both dragons hug it out, "I've missed you for so long!"
"Little Bro, I too missed you and am glad to see you all grown up," Ghetsis's hydreigon replies, feeling relieved and joyful to see his little brother after a long time.
"C'mon, let's leave this fucker once and for all, Brother. We can finally go home together," Hydra suggests while gently tugging his brother. However, that's where our happy reunion becomes not so happy…
"I'm sorry, Little Bro… I cannot leave my master," Ghetsis's hydreigon confesses while shaking his central head.
"WHAT?! WHY?! Now's the perfect chance to run!" Hydra convinces and lets go of his brother, "I can take on that motherfucker, and my trainer is savage as FUCK!"
"We've already lost Mama and Papa, Little Bro… I don't want to lose you as well," Ghetsis's hydreigon gloomily explains.
"What kind of bullshit reason is that?!" Hydra angily questions, "We're TOGETHER FOR FUCK'S SAKE!"
"Ehehehehehe... Isn't this interesting…"Ghetsis comments with a sinister chuckle, "I didn't expect a family reunion at such an hour. Nevertheless, I welcome such a dynamic. It only gives you more reason to take my offer, trainer."
"Both of you have to leave! Get out while you still can! He's a monster!" Ghetsis's hydreigon pleads while Ghetsis makes a slight scowl at his pokemon's remark.
This bastard is still trying to persuade me to join his side. At first, I was utterly shocked that Ghetsis had the balls to convince his "greatest adversary" to join him, but now, I'm more than confident that Ghetsis just sees everything as a tool and manipulates those around him to his bidding. At least I take the time to understand my team's feelings and view them as indispensable allies. I don't know how he forced Hydra's brother to become his right-hand 'mon, but I don't want to end up like the Shadow Triad when my time is up, and Ghetsis looks for another replacement. "Hydra… Listen closely. I know what to do," I inform my dragon.
"What are you planning?" Hydra asks.
"Keep convincing your brother to leave. I'm going to have a 'one on one' with Ghetsis," I declare. The two dragons stare at me in shock, but I couldn't care less as I step around the dragon brothers and towards my objective, eyeing me hungrily like a houndoom at its prey. "Ghetsis Harmonia Gropius, I've thought long and hard on your offer, and now, I'm ready with my answer," I announce while staring into Ghetsis's eyes and planting my feet a healthy distance away.
"Ah, good… Good… I can't wait to hear your answer!" Ghetsis enthusiastically replies with a twisted smile, enjoying the suspense.
"You better not fucking take it!" Hydra quickly and angrily snaps.
Without removing my gaze, I take out two pokeballs and release Tanker, who points his guns at Ghetsis, and Ivy, who surrounds herself with a vortex of leaves. "In the name of the law and all Unovians, you're under arrest, Ghetsis. Put your hands on your head right now," I firmly order while unsheathing my blade.
"You're done, Ghetsis!" Ivy hisses, ready to battle.
"Give it up, man. It's over," Tanker boldly advises.
"So this is how it ends, huh? Are you really going to kill me like how you killed the oldest Shadow?" Ghetsis questions with a smirk.
I then ask, "Wait, how did you know-"
"Protect, Cofagrigus!" Ghetsis quickly orders. Suddenly a sarcophagus appears out of thin air and creates a shield, blocking Tanker and Ivy's attacks and allowing Ghetsis to throw out his other four pokemon and run away. However, Galvin's eyes are sharper than most, and he launches an electric web at Ghetsis, trapping him. I also send in all my pokemon on me, Sparky, Chomper, and Sky. It will be a five-on-five battle, with Galvin providing sniper support.
"Destroy them all!" Ghetsis yells at the top of his old lungs, "Don't you fail me, Hydreigon! Or else!"
"I'm sorry, Little Bro. I tried to warn you…" Ghetsis's hydreigon regretfully states as he prepares a dragon rush.
"So be it… I'll just knock some sense back into you, Brother!" Hydra declares as he fires a flash cannon at his brother.
"Go get them, team! Tanker and Sparky, go up front!" I order, "Vine, Blaze, get Emboar out of here ASAP and report back to me."
"On it!" Vine sharply replies.
I quickly glance at Ghetsis's pokemon he sent out. A cofagrigus blocks Tanker and Ivy's attacks as four more pokemon emerge. There's a toxicroak, drapion, eelektross, and a seismitoad, who unleashes a massive sludge wave against my team. Tanker takes the hit like a champ, Sparky reflects a part of the attack with a mirror coat, Chomper and Sky easily avoid the attack by flying off the ground, but Ivy is severely damaged from the poison-type attack. Worst of all, the toxic tide drenches me in poison, and I start feeling woozy, indicating I've been poisoned. Still fighting for conscience, I weakly radio, "Ivy… Focus on Seismitoad… And Tanker… You're in charge… You got this…"
Tanker's POV
Oh man, somethin' happened with my main man, Jamie. Looks like I gotta step up to the plate, just like back at Nimbasa. "'Kay boys! We're fightin' till the end. Don't wanna disappoint our man!" I declare as I blast a powerful hydro pump at that coffin pokemon, but it blocks my attack with protect. I catch a glance of a leaf storm battering that water toad, knocking it out in no time flat. "Nice one, Ivy-" I praise before a poison frog leaps in front of me and hits me with a brick-break attack. I try blocking with my arms, but this little guy is just too fast, and I can't hit him with my cannons this close. After a few seconds of thinking, I have an idea and announce, "Sparky, get back! Here comes an earthquake!"
"Roger that. Go for it!" It obliges. I stomp the ground with all my might and release a massive tremor that tears through the entire cave, knocking out my opponent and damaging the rest. Next, I try attacking that coffin pokemon, but that ghostly dude still keeps blocking. Hmm… What would my bro, Jamie, do here…
Aha! I've got an idea. "Galvin, can you distract that floating coffin dude there?" I ask through my radio.
"That cofagrigus? Sure, one sec," Galvin replies. He zaps the ghost type with a thunder attack, but it turns around and blocks with protect again, allowing me to strike its backside with a powerful hydro pump.
"Tanker? Things don't look good here!" Sky screams in panic as I notice Chomper fall from the air, fainting from a thunderbolt attack. An explosion catches my attention as Sparky and the giant scorpion pokemon faint. "Behind you!" Sky yells at nearly full volume as I tank a brutal thunderbolt attack. As I fight to stay standing, Sky dives between the electric eel pokemon I forgot about, and it knocks out Sky with an acrobatics attack.
"Heh, you electric types don't scare me," I boast as I rock out another earthquake, but to my surprise, it doesn't affect it. "Oh, god…" I mutter in slight fear as I brace for another thunderbolt, but Ivy suddenly slithers between me and that attack, tanking that attack.
"F- Finish it…" Ivy stutters in pain and flicks a leech seed at the eel before fainting. As the leech seed heals me, I nod and aim my cannons at the electric eel to fire a hydro pump when suddenly, a vine quickly grabs the eel pokemon and yanks it away to where Jamie, Vineguard, and Blaze are, where Blaze finishes it off with flamethrower.
"Don't you know that eelektrosses are immune to ground attacks, you dingus," Blaze scoffs.
"Really? Then what's their weakness?" I cluelessly question.
"They don't have any. Genius," Blaze sasses.
"Nice work though, Tanker," Jamie compliments, "Now I need you to check up on Hydra. Try to help him calm his brother down. I'll handle Ghetsis."
"Will do!" I eagerly oblige. While my speed is sluggish, I push with every ounce of muscle in my feet toward a rough and brutal battle near the cave entrance. I see two dark dragons duking it out in an all-out brawl. Hydra's brother is going ham on his little brother with the attacks, dragon rush, rock slide, crunch, and frustration. I won't lie. For frustration to be as strong as it is, Hydra's brother must really hate Ghetsis. "Yo! Hydra! I'm here to help out!" I bellow towards the two.
"Stay out of this, Tanker!" Hydra yells back, "This shit is my fight. If anyone's gonna kick my brother's ass, it's gonna be me!"
"Why do you keep fighting, Little Bro?" Hydra's brother angrily asks, "The only reason we're fighting near the entrance is so I can give you another chance to leave this damn place. So leave already!"
"Not happening, Brother!" Hydra retorts defiantly, "You're either coming out with me out of this shithole, or I'm beating and dragging your ass back home, where you belong!"
"And if I don't beat your ass like my master ordered… It's your life on the fucking line! Not mine!" Hydra's brother urges, "You don't know for shit what happened to Mama and Papa, don't you?"
"Of course, I fucking know!" Hydra snarls in rage, "Ghetsis fucking killed them! Why be his personal cocksucker when you can just leave NOW!"
"No…" Hydra's brother somberly reveals, "I killed our parents…" The battle instantly stops from that dropped bombshell. Hydra shakes his central head in denial of the news while Hydra's brother looks down in guilt.
"NO…! THAT'S NOT TRUE…! THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE…!" Hydra screams in dismay.
"My master ordered me to kill them when I burnt his right hand with a dragon pulse," Hydra's brother continues, "You're the only family I have left, and now that he knows of your existence, he'll come for you if I ever step out of line again…"
Before I can understand what's happening, Hydra screams at the top of his lungs, "NOOOOOOOOOO!"
Damn… Hydra's big bro can't go home without risking Hydra's life, just like their parents. This is one tough situation, but hell… I'm always good with tough situations. I notice a burst of draconic energy coming from Hydra's brother, and I quickly block the dragon rush attack with my hard shell. "He won't harm your brother no more!" I shout as loud as I could.
"Huh?" both dragons turn and stare at me, confused.
"We have him now! Ghetsis is no more!" I confidently boast, "You're a free 'mon now!"
I catch a glimpse of Hydra celebrating and firing flash cannons into the cave ceiling. "FUCK YEAH! I may not have killed that motherfucker, but that piece of shit asshole will rot in fucking prison, just what he deserves!" Hydra cheers.
"That doesn't change what I did," Hydra's brother sadly remarks, "What kind of brother am I to kill my own parents, but more importantly… My little brother's only family left…"
I step towards Hydra's brother and pat him on the back, "It ain't your fault, my dude. Ghetsis forced you to do this. You can't blame yourself for what you did," I comfort him, "If you push your only family away now… Who knows if you'll ever see him again."
"I… I don't know anymore…" Hydra's brother replies, feeling down in the dumps, "When I got captured by Team Plasma, I was fucking scared. I tried rebelling but always got beaten, starved, and tortured. It didn't matter then because I believed I could one day escape when I was stronger. But boy, was I wrong."
"What happened then?" I compassionately ask.
"When my master forced me to prematurely evolve, I felt so much pain and hate that I uncontrollably shot his hand with a dragon pulse, severely burning it. He was so enraged that he went on a week-long 'punishment' session, torturing me all week long, and he ended the week by forcing me to kill Mama and Papa. I hated my master with all my life, but I cannot bear to have my master force me to kill my little brother… Even if I can't see him again, I'll gladly do whatever I need to keep my little brother away from my master's wraith, including murder, destruction, tyranny, anything…"
I nod at his story, understanding his pain and love for his brother. I then reply, "Hey… I respect you and your choices to keep your bro safe. Now that Ghetsis is done, you'll have to change things up a bit. Welcome your bro back into your life. He would literally murder and go through all of hell and the distortion world to have you back. He may not be able to chill with his parents anymore, but that's why he's looking for you. Why abandon him now when you're free from your old master?"
"Hm… You may be right," Hydra's brother begrudgingly accepts, "I may not forgive myself for killing Mama and Papa… But I'll forever hate myself if I bar my brother's source of happiness when he really needs it."
"Yeah… Good to see you're on the same page," I reply.
While Hydra is still celebrating Ghetsis's capture, his brother goes up to him and says, "Welp, Little Bro, looks like you and your friends saved the day… I'll come home with you now."
"YES! YES!" Hydra celebrates even louder and cheerfully, "FUCK YES! I knew that you would want to come home, and it's good to finally have you back at long, fucking, last!"
As Hydra and his brother reunite as brothers, I notice Jamie, Blaze, and Galvin hauling an electric web with Ghetsis inside out of the cave. "Gah! I can't accept this! This isn't possible! I can't be bested by fools who can't even use pokemon correctly! Don't think you've won! You've yet to defeat my hydreigon!" Ghetsis growls out of insanity, "Hydreigon! What are you doing?! Do my bidding and destroy them all!"
"Fuck off, you good-for-nothing shit!" Hydra snarls while glaring at his archnemesis, "I know you kept my brother on a tight, fucking leash cuz you threatened my life, but who the fuck cares now?! You're alone, and I can easily snap your bitch ass head off and burn it like a worthless faggot!"
"Easy, my little bro," Hydra's brother calmly says while patting his bro's back, "I doubt my former master will be a threat to us now."
"Still… This son of a bitch should use his right to remain silent," Blaze snarks.
"Maybe... But at least we can see how treating others like tools won't get you far. I'm glad I treated Ivy, Galvin, and Hydra as friends and not tools like our 'friend' here does," Jamie comments to Blaze before turning to Ghetsis, "Anyways… Hope you like your last words to your pokemon, Ghetsis, 'cause your ass is off to prison now." Ghetsis only scowls as Galvin drags him away. Goddamn, did Jamie tell Ghetsis what's what! Anyways, that's another evil team defeated by our hands.
Jamie's POV:
I gaze up at the near evening sky, proud of finally defeating all the leaders of Team Plasma. We've killed Zinzolin, destroyed the Plasma frigate, captured Colress, defeated Ghetsis, and saved Unova. The people of the Unova region will no longer fear being frozen into submission. At the last stretch, we rescued an emboar and, most importantly, reunited Hydra with his brother, who was serving under Ghetsis this whole time. Overall, I can't wish for a better ending than this. "Yo, my bro!" Tanker calls me over, "I gotta say, the amount of work we put in to help all those people almost puts us on par with superheroes, don't cha think? Kinda like those movies with that metal suit dude or the red, white, and blue guy with a shield."
"You mean the Avengers?" Sparkbomb asks, to which Tanker nods, "At this rate, we might as well call ourselves 'The Aveng-mons'."
"I guess… We're at the endgame in our adventure," I comment, "But I prefer 'Pokemon Commandos.' We're not about being flashy. Instead, we're silent but deadly."
"Say, what was that garbage-headed freak's goal?" Blaze asks while joining us.
"To rule Unova with a freezing cold, iron fist," Vineguard bluntly answers.
"I guess defeating Ghetsis also makes us 'Unovian kingslayers,'" I suggest with a grin.
"Hey guys, I see a helicopter coming over," Sky points out with her tail. The color of the fuselage suggests it's a police chopper.
"Looks like our grand adventure in Unova is over," Chomper comments. Maybe so, Chomper, but…
I still have lots of questions remaining. Has Ivy reached her goal of becoming a 'grass dragon'? What were Galvin's goals and dreams? Where will Hydra go now that he has accomplished his goal? Who is Andrew, and what's up with his attitude? Why did someone like Colress, who isn't that 'evil,' join Team Plasma? How will my whole team forgive me for my brutal interrogation? When is our next big adventure, where will we go, and what will we do? Will I answer all my questions? Well, I do know one thing:
Only time will tell…
