Warning: Heavy gore…
On top of the white walls of the stadium, groups, and groups of objects were getting out of their chairs. On the grass field surrounded by the stadium, there were the games. There was a racing pool, trained horses inside a fence, and a tall mini hill next to a pool full of mud. As the games were over, a dark-tone microphone with four limbs got off of the horse she was riding, and she was done playing the games. She was now running towards another object creature. It was a taco shell with some tomato slices and some lettuce inside. She had all four limbs and small black oval-like eyes. The taco shell girl was heading towards the hallway of the stadium where it was dark and lonely. "Taco. Can we talk?" The taco turns around while having a calm expression on her face. "Of course, Microphone." Microphone, before saying anything, takes a deep breath and sighed. She was nervous because she didn't have any evidence of what she was going to say, but she was also careless.
Since…
She doesn't want this anymore.
"Taco… I know you've been using me for the game. You said it yourself." A bit of silence rises between Taco and Microphone. Taco still had that calm facial expression which terrified Microphone even more. "Look. Microphone. You know me. I only wanted to help and be your friend. Why would you assume? It's just a game to win one thousand dollars." Microphone, not the one to be that dumb-witted, continues with her call-out to Taco. "I know you don't care. I overheard you! You said, 'I do hope to take the thousand for myself but for everything else. Oh well!'" Taco, instead of staying quiet, continues to defend herself. "You're lying and I think you should stop. It's not working out, Microphone." This didn't sit well with Microphone, "STOP LYING! I KNOW YOU'RE PRETENDING!!" Since Microphone is, well, a microphone, she accidentally created a sound wave that was stronger than the ordinary small microphone. Thankfully, the loudness only went through the hallway they were in and not outside the stadium. Unfortunately, Taco wasn't pleased with the sound as her calm expression turned into a stocky one. "That voice of yours…is out of control. I think you should take a break before letting it out." Microphone, knowing her suspicion was right, left the hallway to stay away from Taco. "Mic! Wait!" Taco sighed when she realized Microphone was gone from her view. The microphone had already left the hallway she was in and Taco just stood there. Even though nobody will believe Microphone, Taco knows she has to do something.
To prove Microphone wrong since Taco has the confidence.
And with confidence comes great danger.
Microphone was outside of the stadium, her tears were coming out of her eyes, and her face was sweating. She was rushing through the stairways outside the stadium and since she has no car, continues running to her home. Instead of going downtown where she originally went to take the train home. She went to the woods as a way to avoid Taco. With Taco going downtown and the train, there was no way to avoid her going that path. Microphone was running on the grass field instead of the sidewalk. Now walking into the woods, Microphone was highly disturbed at the location. The trees were tall, the grass more wilder, and the dirt was more muddy than the one in the landscapes. Microphone continues to walk because she thought this could be a shortcut to home. Her having a shortcut to home will make it easier to get there, less money by not using the train, and finally, a way to avoid Taco. However, while walking in the dark woods, she heard something. Microphone thought it was just the woodland creatures. The small creatures with their bat wings, round or square faces, and sharp but harmless teeth. Unfortunately, she didn't see them in her sight, so she got a little nervous. "Probably…just my imagination…right?" Microphone then heard something loud and it was louder than the sounds of the sirens. She turned around to see who was behind her, but nobody was around.
At least…that's what Microphone thought.
After thirty minutes of walking inside the woods, she can finally describe what the sounds are. "Who's talking in the middle of the woods?" Microphone wonders, she continues walking. Microphone then saw someone inside the bushes and realized it was Paintbrush. She quickly hid behind a bush near her and poked her head out to see. "What are they doing here?" said Microphone to herself. Paintbrush got out of the bushes, turned around, and continued on their pathway. Microphone followed them because she knew something was wrong. She knew Paintbrush, at least something about them, and knowing they would never want to be alone, something was up. However, after watching the news before, she now realized why they were there. They were probably alone and couldn't find any help to go through the emotional pain. Microphone tries to turn back but hears Paintbrush say something. It was out of nowhere that made her pause. "Delightful, delightful, delightful! Come here, my Delightful. My only sunshine. In the world." Highly confused, Microphone stays in the bushes to see what will happen next. Paintbrush starts playing with the mud by putting it on their face. They were grabbing sticks from the bushes and tossing them into the mud. They were now playing with the sticks in the mud and using one of the dirt sticks to peel off their skin. As they were doing it very slowly, a twisted smile was growing on their face. Their blood was dripping into the mud and they were eating the bloody muddy sticks. The twisted smile then became larger as Paintbrush began to laugh loudly. They were moving back and forth like a lunatic while still peeling off their skin and eating it too.
Microphone was getting concerned, so she decided to get closer. She was trying to move into the bushes further but, unfortunately, she accidentally made a sound. Paintbrush immediately snaps out and turns around to only see Microphone struggling to get out of the bush she was in. Microphone blushed in embarrassment while Paintbrush was highly confused but also terrified. "AHHHHHHH!!!" yelled Paintbrush, they got off the mud and started running away. "Paintbrush! Wait! It's not what it looks like!!" Microphone continues to get out of the bush while moving left and right, up and down. By the time she got out of the bush, however, Paintbrush was gone. As she was feeling disappointed, she was also feeling disturbed. Eventually, she got over the disappointment because Paintbrush wasn't expecting her to be here. However, she may give up now, she plans to do something later on.
As Microphone went back to the path she was on, the thought of Paintbrush not acting like themselves didn't sit well with her. The more she thought about it, the more intense it got in her mind. Microphone then found an exit across the other side of her pathway. It was as bright as the light in her bedroom and realized it was her house across the road. Her house was in the landscape with other houses around it but not too close to each other like the downtown buildings. The microphone ran to her house, opened the door, and quickly locked it. "Finally…" she said, Microphone was talking to herself again. Once she got in, she started looking around the living room since it was near the exit door. She was going into the hallway, turned to her right in the middle of the hall, and went upstairs. She made it back to her bedroom where it was dark soft violet which was the theme of the room. The room had a bed in the corner, a desk to the left, a cabinet dresser in the middle, and purple mini light bulbs everywhere hanging around. Microphone lay down in her bed, closed her eyes, and the sun was heading off to the other side of the world.
"Goodnight…Microphone."
The sky was dark as the shadows, the trees were disordered, and all the grass seemed to be bitten as if someone took a bite of every piece of grass. As Microphone was looking around, she realized she was in a third-person point of view, but her body wasn't there. With no point in escaping being the narrator, she just gave up and let it slide. Now from a distance, she saw a tall figure walking on the rocky but grassy pathway. The figure was getting closer to Microphone, so she began to panic. That is until she realized it was Paintbrush, but worse than ever. Paintbrush was thinner, their skin was rough instead of smooth, and their eyes were glowing yellow on one side and green on the other. Their smile was quite twisted which scared the crap out of Microphone. "This has to be a dream! This has to be a dream! This has to be a dream!" yelled Microphone even though being the narrator means nobody can hear her. Microphone tried to back away, but it was no use.
She was frozen in place and she can't do anything about it.
Paintbrush was now spinning around in circles, and screaming random words. After that, Paintbrush pulled their tongue and tore it apart. Their blood was dripping on the ground, and Paintbrush continued to rip off their insides. They first rip off their heart, second their lungs, and third their brain. The brain was removed by shoving their hands into their mouth and taking the brain out. Even going as far as eating their insides while they softly chew it. They were smiling at the thought of it, and laughing at the same time. Eventually, they started choking. As Microphone thought things couldn't get any more disturbing, a rock nearby moved. The rock was moving closer and closer to Paintbrush until it pushed them. Paintbrush hit the ground, and they stopped choking. They then smiled at the rock, "OH, THANK YOU!" They were getting closer to the rock, and the piece of stone started moving away every time Paintbrush got closer. This made Paintbrush confused, but they continued, and this led to a chase scene. Paintbrush was now following the rock through every path in the woods. Microphone's view from them stopped moving and she just stood there.
She was waiting to wake up now.
