Big thanks to gaara king of the sand for the help!

Thank you all for reading, without further ado, onto the chapter.

It had been a rough few months. Clementine and Carley had given up on sea travel, sticking to land. Their hopes were to find a stable spot for Danielle and baby Diana, but unfortunately, that had yet to happen.

Clementine and Carley had gone back and forth on whether or not the idea of going to Wellington was a good one. Clementine sometimes advocated to give it a try, but Carley knew realistically the journey would be too difficult, especially with the weather becoming colder and a baby in their travels, Though, Clementine- still being young- didn't always look at things from the most logical standpoints. She was so focused on getting a roof over the kids' heads, that she didn't always think of how hard it would be to get there.

They had faced many struggles in their time together and Carley knew that in the future everything wouldn't be smooth sailing, as much as she wished it would.

Even now, they were once again face with the concern of running out of food. Sure, they had a few canned goods and nonperishables stashed in their bags, but those wouldn't last forever. And hunting for food was becoming harder and harder, in competition with the weather and other animals or even walkers.

They were lucky to manage to a weasel earlier that day, which was now cooking over a fire, very slowly. The rain wasn't much help in their current predicament.

Carley let out a sigh, standing up from the log she had been sitting on to go tends to the fire.

Clementine noticed this and spoke, "Any luck?" Clementine asked, while shifting her daughter in her grip. With how long the food was taking she had decided to nurse little Diana as the baby had started to get somewhat fussy.

"Not yet. The wood's too wet to burn. There's more smoke than flame." Carley said. "This weather isn't helping us at all."

Clementine glanced towards Diana, stroking the baby's hair. She let out a sigh. "I feel like I'm always nursing her. You don't think that will make it harder for her to eat normal food. I don't want her to have trouble eating solids when she gets older." Clementine said to Carley, as the woman continued tending to the fire.

"Diana is still young enough to not completely understand much about food. She's learning, so she'll be fine as long as she starts eating normal food before her baby teeth fall out. Which is a long time away…" Carley replied.

"I guess that helps put me at ease some." Clementine said. She then looked to Danielle and asked the quiet child, "Are you doing okay, Dani."

"Uh-huh. Can… Can I help with the fire?" Danielle spoke up from where she was sitting, keeping close to Clementine while playing with Flopsie.

"Sure." Carley agreed. "See if you can find something to keep the fire going.

"Okay." Danielle nodded. She stood up and went to her backpack finding a coloring book, she pulled it out and tore a page from the book. "Will this help." She showed the paper to Carley.

"It should. Good thinking, Dani." Carley said.

Danielle smiled at the praise. Putting the coloring book back, she zipped the bag and slipped it on. She then went over and allowed Carley to take the paper. Using a lighter, Carley lit to paper the put it into the fire making it burn brighter.

"Better. But still not enough. The flames are too low." Carley said. "At this rate, we'll be eating this for breakfast."

"I can wait…" Danielle said.

"No, Dani. I don't want you going without a meal. We have other stuff to hold you over till that cooks." Clementine said,

"But what about you two?" Danielle asked.

"Don't worry about us, kiddo. Check in my bag and see if we have any trail mix left. You can have some of that." Clementine said to Danielle.

The child gave nod and went to do so. She soon found they did have some but not much. Clementine urged her to take the rest which Danielle hesitantly did. Nibbling at the food as she returned to the spot she had been sitting in before.

A strong wind blew, and Clementine did her best to shield Diana from the cold by holding her closer and pulling her furry blanket over the child.

"It's getting colder…" Clementine said. "We can't stay in one place too long. It's too dangerous. We need to keep moving."

"We'll get a move on in the morning. It's getting too dark to go anywhere now." Carley replied.

"We should keep moving north." Clementine said.

"Don't start with Wellington, please." Carley sighed.

"But it could be out there, Carley. It could be the home we've been searching for." Clementine said.

"If it's out there." Was Carley's response.

"It has to be. There has to be something more than this…" Clementine muttered.

Carley didn't respond as she put a log into the fire and stoked the flames. "I might need to find more wood."

"You sure that's a good idea." Clementine asked. "It's getting pretty dark."

"I won't go far… Someone's gonna have to do it." Carley told her.

"We can save that for breakfast and make something else till the morning." Clementine said.

"I'll be fine, Clem… Just stay with the kids." Carley replied.

Clementine wanted to protest but knew there wasn't much use. However, upon approaching the line of the trees Carley paused, hearing a rustling.

"Carley?"

"Shh…" Carley quickly shushed the girls.

Clementine stopped nursing her daughter, popping a pacifier into the child's mouth as she moved to her feet, ushering for Danielle to do the same.

Danielle did so, moving close to Clementine.

The trio was surprised when they heard muffled voices.

Carley swore at this. Hearing the voices getting closer, she quickly dashed towards their belonging to grab her gun. However, she was unable to do so before three unknown figures had emerged from different sides of the trees, all carrying weapons.

"Well, well, well… What do we have here?" One of the men smirked. "Three little pussy cats out all alone…"

Clementine felt a shiver run down her spine at the man's words and how he spoke them.

"You ladies out here alone? In the middle of nowhere?" One of the men asked.

"Who's asking?" Clementine inquired.

"We are, and it'd be good for you to answer. Hate to see someone get hurt." Another man said.

"How many people are you with?" A third man asked.

"A bunch of us." Clementine said.

"Clem…" Carley muttered, wanting her to keep quiet.

"A bunch, huh?" One of the men asked, clearly calling her bluff. "And where are all these folks."

None of them offered an answer.

"I see a baby, a little girl. A girl, who clearly missing an arm… And a woman." One of the men pointed out. "Quite the vulnerable pair, in my opinion. And your group just left y'all out here.

"Now, hold on, she's setting you up." One of the men said.

"We're not setting anything up. We don't want any trouble." Carley said.

"Then tell us where the rest of your group is. And don't fucking lie to us!" The same man snapped.

"What do you want from us? Just leave us alone." Clementine snapped.

"Tell us where this "bunch" of people are? Who do you think you're foolin'?" The second man asked.

"Give us the truth and you don't get hurt." The third man said.

"Where's the rest of your group?!" The men continued badgering them.

"Come on, guys! They're not saying!" One of the men aimed his gun towards them. "You expect us to believe you're out here all alone?!"

"You know it's been quite a while since I've seen a woman and you ladies don't happen to be bad looking." One of the men commented as he leered at them.

The other two men agreed.

Danielle whimpered a bit, Clementine assuring her they'd be okay.

"Whose baby is that? Clearly you must have some experience, kid." One of the men stepped closer to Clementine while another made his way towards Carley.

Carley could see these men were starting to get more relaxed and bolder, clearly not seeing them as a threat. As the man with the gun got closer to her, Carley took the chance to tackle him, struggling for the weapon in his hold. "GIRLS, RUN!" She called, as she managed to yank the weapon from the man's grip, though the gun went off in the process.

"What the fuck?!"

Clementine quickly begins to run, making sure Danielle keeps up with her. They find themselves being chased by one of the men. Clementine's heart skipping a beat as another gunshot is heard in the distance followed by a yell from Carley.

Clementine quickly hides behind a tree, Clementine keeping baby Diana in her grip, and hoping the baby will stay quiet. Danielle sticks close to her- scared but trusting Clementine will keep her safe.

"On the count of three we run…" Clementine whispered to Danielle as she can hear the made getting close.

Danielle gave a nervous nod.

"One… Two… Three…"

The two take off, and the man snaps, "Motherfucker!" He continues to chase after them.

"Come on, Dani! Keep up!" Clementine calls, rushing through the trees and dodging walkers.

"Goddamn it! Get back here you little brats!" The man yelled.

The man gets grabbed by a walker, giving Clementine the chance to hand Diana over to Danielle and break a branch from a fallen tree. When the man once again pursues them- after killing the walker- she uses the branch as a weapon when he charges forward, stabbing him in the shoulder with it.

They continue running but stop as they reach the edge of a riverbank. The man catches up and attempts to grab Clementine. The girl's quick reflexes allow her to headbutt him in the nose and break free from his grip. Despite having only one arm, she manages to fight against him while he recovers from the blow to his nose.

She one-handedly uses martial arts skills to push him further back, before giving him a swift kick to the groin.

The man keels over and Clementine notices a walker approaching.

The man has no time to react before it attacks him.

Clementine took a second to catch her breath before running back over to Danielle. She gently took Diana into her arm and said, "Come on, we gotta move now."

Danielle only nodded, and they began running further away from the approaching walkers, while hearing the man's screams in the distance.

Clementine didn't know how long she had been walking. Diana was fast asleep, and she had offered to carry Danielle on her back when the child complained about her feet hurting, and the little girl had accepted. The teen figured they were safe from any strangers chasing after them, they had put a good distance between where they were now and their former camp, but she was completely on edge after what they had just been through.

The girl sighed, wondering if there was even the smallest inkling of a chance that Carley could be alive. She wanted to be hopeful that she was, but the gunshot she had heard said otherwise.

The girl pushed forward, telling herself she couldn't stop now. She had to keep these kids safe, no matter what. That was what mattered. All that mattered.

Fatigue threatened to take over, but Clementine subconsciously carried on. It wasn't until her daughter stirred in her grasp that the teen was brought back to reality.

Baby Diana smiled up at her, cooing and wanting to play. Clementine looked to the child, letting out a sigh, she said, "Go back to sleep, Diana."

The child didn't. Clementine continued walking but as her daughter continued to playfully coo and flail about, the girl contemplates on stopping their trek for the night.

"Clem?" Danielle, who had also fallen asleep during the piggy-back-ride, now spoke awoken by Diana.

"Yes, Dani…?" Clementine said.

"Where are we?" Danielle quietly asked.

"Still in the woods." Clementine answered.

"Oh… It's not morning yet." Danielle noted as she looked around.

"Not quite."

"Are we safe?" Danielle nervously wondered.

"For now…" Clementine nodded.

"…Should we stop…?" Danielle asked. "Walking I mean..."

"…I guess we should." Clementine sighed.

They did just that. Settling against a tree, Clementine cuddled Diana close in her arm, while Danielle leaned against her side.

As Diana continued trying to play, Clementine hushed the child, trying to lull her to sleep. She knew Diana didn't understand what had happened earlier, she didn't understand why her mother wasn't in a happy mood.

It took quite a while, and some nursing, but eventually Diana settled enough for Clementine to rock her to sleep.

"Are you going to sleep too?" Danielle asked.

"No. I'll stay up and keep watch." Clementine said.

"Should I help?" Danielle questioned.

"I got it, kiddo. Don't worry." Clementine reassured. "Get some rest."

"…Okay… Goodnight, Clem." Danielle said.

"Goodnight, Dani…"

It had been a week. A week of travelling without a set destination. A week a travelling alone with a young child and a baby. A week of not know if Carley was alive. Clementine had come to accept the fact that Carley was gone. Danielle had done the same. But every now and then Clementine's heart would clench in pain where her baby girl would say, "Want Car-Car…" And Clementine could only reply with pain in her heart. "Auntie Car went bye-bye…"

Her daughter didn't understand. It wasn't her fault.

Morning had come and their journey continued. Clementine didn't know exactly where to go. She just knew they couldn't stay out there. It wasn't safe.

They had come to a shallower part of the river which allowed them to cross through the water, Clementine doing her best to keep Diana from getting too wet.

From the distance they spot a canoe with the words "JR. TANUKI'S KIDS CAMP". The canoe is split in two, the other half stuck on some rocks in the river.

"Come on, let's keep moving." Clementine motions for Danielle to keep close.

They make their way up a grassy hill and continue forward into a new part of the woods.

Clementine frowned as she noticed a small grave made of sticks, trying not to think too hard about the child that was probably buried there.

They continue along a trail ahead, seeing a warning sign.

"YOU MAY ENCOUNTER: BLACK BEARS, COYOTES, MOUNTAIN LIONS, POISONOUS SNAKES, OR OTHER SPECIES, BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS."

Clementine didn't want to risk running into any of those, or any strangers for that matter. People could be a lot worse than anything out there. That had been proven last night.

They climb over a fallen tree along the pathway and continues walking, until suddenly hearing a rustling in the bushes. Clementine quickly protectively stands in front of Danielle, passing Diana to the child. She approaches the rustling with caution only to discover a dog. The dog looks startled and begins to growl at her.

"It's okay, boy, it's okay..." Clementine said soothingly to the dog.

"I-Is he gonna bite you?" Danielle nervously asked.

"No… He won't." With slow, but deliberate movements Clementine read the dog's collar. ""Sam". Well, nice to meet you, Sam."

The dog barked, as if responding to her before Sam walked a short distance away and sniffed the ground.

"What's he doing?" Danielle asked.

"I'm not sure." Clementine replied honestly.

Sam barked once more and begin to run off.

"Where are you going? Wait up!" Clementine took Diana back into her arm and motioned for Danielle to come alone.

They followed Sam who eventually led them to a campsite.

"…Looks pretty run over, but you never know. Let's look around for some food." Clementine said.

Danielle nodded in agreement.

Clementine looked around at the tents, which didn't appear to be much anymore. "These aren't much of tents anymore. I bet scavengers tore them apart."

"Do… you think anyone's been sleeping in here?" Danielle asked.

"I can't tell." Clementine honestly replied. "We probably shouldn't stick around too long to find out."

"Should we check the van?" Danielle asked.

"Yeah…Looks like it's been here for a while." Clementine said. "Here, hold Diana."

Danielle obliged, taking the baby while Clementine peeked inside the van. It was fortunately clear of walkers. The girl searched through the camper finding a picture of Sam with a family. "Looks like they were a happy family once." The girl muttered. Seeing the young child, who appeared to be a toddler in the picture broke Clementine's heart.

Finding nothing useful in the van she exited, she noticed Danielle looking through what appeared to be a toybox and holding a doll.

"Find anything?" Clementine asked the child.

"Umm… Nothing edible…" Danielle replied.

"You can keep it if you want." Clementine said.

"Huh?"

"The doll… Keep it. If you like…" Clementine suggested.

"But it's not useful…" Danielle frowned.

"It is if you want to play with it. You're still a kid, Dani. You don't have to be tough all the time." Clementine said.

Danielle however shook her head, dropping the doll back into the toybox. "I don't need it. Flospie's enough for me."

"If you say so, kiddo."

Clementine continued look around for anything useful while Danielle begin to play a game of catch with Sam, using a Frisbee that she found.

The teen checked a nearby grill, but found it was empty. "No food here, either." She then spotted a cooler. "Please let there be something good in there." Clementine opens the cooler and quickly closes it again, gagging at the smell. "Ugh! God!" She choked. "No food on the grill, nothing in the cooler... Ugh! I hate scavengers! They take EVERYTHING!"

Having searched almost every area of the camp, Clementine hesitantly moved towards a garbage can.

"Gotta check everywhere..." Clementine rolls up her sleeves and digs in the trash, finding a can of beans. "Oh, my God. Thank you!" One can... One lousy can of beans. Fortunately, they still had some food in their bag, but Clementine was frustrated that after all the searching that was all she found. "I guess we have beans... And whatever's left in your bag, Dani..."

"There's not much left." Danielle said.

"I know... We'll find something." Clementine said. "Eventually."

"We didn't find much here..." Danielle sighed.

"But we will find something soon..." Clementine said. "Come on, let's-"

Before she could get another word out Sam begins to bark loudly and dashed over to a tree.

"What's the matter, Sam?" Clementine said.

Sam continues barking.

"Shh! We have to be quiet." Clementine approaches Sam and sees that he's barking at a walker tied to a tree. "…It's okay. He's dead…" She noticed the bite on his arm and a knife stuck inside. He must have tried to cut it out. "It's okay, boy, shh. He can't hurt us."

She couldn't help but wonder if he had himself tied up, or if someone force him to do that…

Clementine picks up a nearby branch and uses it to repeatedly smashes the walker's head until it no longer moves.

Clementine grabs the knife from the walker's arm and wipes off the blood. "Still pretty sharp."

The girl sighed and made her way over to a log, motioning Danielle over. "I can take Diana… Let's see what options we have in your bag."

Danielle nodded handing Diana over. She opened up her bag, finding a single can of chili and some trail rations.

"I guess it's beans for us…" Clementine said.

Sam started to whine, and Danielle asked, "What about Sam?"

"We'll give him the chili." Clementine said.

"But weren't the beans… in the trash?" Danielle cringed a bit.

"The inside contents should be good." Clementine said. "…Hopefully."

"I hope so…" Danielle said.

"Open up the chili, kiddo." Clementine said.

Danielle gave nod and dug into her pocket pulling out a knife. She used it to open the lid with some difficulty.

After the girl had opened up the chili, Clementine spoke, "Pour it out of the can."

She didn't want the girl to chance getting bit by Sam. She knew dogs could get food aggressive and Sam looked like he hadn't eaten for a while.

The second the chili had been poured out Sam looked to Clementine as if waiting for a go ahead.

"Eat up, boy. That's all yours." Clementine said.

Sam quickly began eating.

Clementine then had Danielle open the can of beans. "Alright, eat up, kiddo."

"What about you?" Danielle asked.

"I'll take what's left." Clementine said.

"And Diana…?" Danielle wondered.

"I'm going to nurse her." Clementine replied.

"Oh… Okay…" Danielle said, though she seemed hesitant to eat.

"Hey," Clementine called softly.

The child looked to Clementine.

"Don't worry about me." Clementine said.

Danielle slowly began to eat at Clementine's urging. Clementine started to nurse her daughter.

Sam seemed content with the chili and for a moment things were peaceful.

Soon Clementine finished feeding her daughter, Danielle passed the can of beans to the teen. She began to eat herself only for Sam to start growling. "Sam?"

The girl had barely got a bite in before her ears picked up on the sound of moaning behind her. She jumped back, pushing Diana from her lap, and putting her arm in front of her only for the approaching Walker to grab her and bites down on it.

Diana begins wailing and Danielle quickly goes to check on the child.

To Clementine's surprise, the dog jumps on the walkers and the two Start fighting, the dog getting the advantage.

Clementine quickly stands and with Sam distracting the walker, she used the knife she had obtained earlier and stabs the Walker with it. When the walker falls, Clementine quickly goes to check on her daughter who is still crying from the push Clementine had given her earlier. The last thing the young mother want to do was hurt the child, but she couldn't chance having the walker bite her. Even though she knew Diana was also likely immune, but she didn't want to take the risk of finding out if she's not.

"It's okay, baby. Mommy's here. Mommy didn't mean to push you…" She hushes the child, pulling her close with her one arm.

Diana eventually quiets down.

"Are you okay, Dani?" Clementine asked.

Danielle quickly nods but frowns, "You-Your arm…"

Clementine looks to the bite and winces a bit. She can tell that it's going to need stitches. Unfortunately, they don't have the needed supplies for that. Carley had been the one who carried the medical supplies and clothes in her bag, as Clem carried the food, and water. The only thing they both kept in their bags was guns and ammo. "I'll be fine… Come on. We have to get moving."

"Wh-What about Sam…?" Danielle asked.

"He can come too…" Clementine said. "He'd make a good guard dog."

Clementine stood with Diana in her arm, ignoring the pain she felt throbbing from her wound. The sound of moans, put her on alert and she quickly called, "Sam, come on! Dani, run!"

They began running, Sam keeping up with them. Diana whimpered a bit really to cry once more but Clementine stopped the child by whispering a single phrase. "Walkers."

Diana was smart. She knew that was her cue to quiet down and she did just that.

Her daughter was a fast learner, and had been taught that the word "Walkers" means to be quiet, which fortunately made their travels a bit easier at times.

They continued running through the woods nearly crashing into two men.

"Whoa, whoa- What's going on—"

"Run!" Clementine calls as she dash past them, "Quit standing around and move unless you want to be walker food."

The two men took her warning to heart and started to run as well.

As they managed to catch up the older man spoke, "We- We have a safe place… If you follow us, we can take you there."

Clementine knew now wasn't the time or place to protest. "Lead the way."

The group continued to run for a bit until they were sure they had loss the undead. Finally, they slowed down to catch their breaths.

Once they outrun the threat, they slow down.

"I think... I think we're safe." The older man said.

The young man nodded. "Yeah... yeah, we're good. Hey, you alright...?"

"I'm fine… We're fine…" Clementine said.

"Q-Quite the meet and greet." The younger man breathed out.

"You said it." Clementine replied.

"What are you doing out here?" The older man asked.

"Where are the, uh... the people you're with?" The younger man questioned. "There's no chance you made it this long on your own."

"I don't want them thinkin' we're doin' anything but tryin' to help you." The older man added.

"It's just us…" Clementine explained. "My friend, Carley… She was with us- but she was killed helping us escape."

"I'm sorry to hear that." The younger man said.

"I just lost a sister. We've all lost folks." The older man said.

"Yeah… It doesn't get easier." Clementine said.

"No… It doesn't…" The older man agreed.

A brief silence fell before the younger man spoke, trying to ease some of the awkwardness, "…Well, I'm Luke, and this is Pete."

Pete waved, "Hey there."

"Hi. I'm Clementine." Clementine introduced. "This is Danielle and my daughter's name is Diana."

"D-Daughter?" Luke choked upon hearing that the little girl in Clementine's arm is her child. Surprise filled in his voice; he comments. "You look a little young to be a mother…"

Clementine shoots him a glare at this causing him to put his hands up in surrender.

"Hey, I'm not trying to be rude. Just saying…" Luke then paused as his gaze drifted to the bite on her arm. Noticing that he quickly curses, "Oh shit! What the fuck?!"

"Stop with the swears. I don't want my daughter saying any of those words until she's old enough to know what they mean." Clementine said.

"Well, what do you expect me to do?! You're bit!" Luke exclaimed.

"What?" Pete's eyes grew wide.

"She's... she's been bit, man. Fuck! Fuck, fuck, fuck, what are we gonna do here?" Luke panicked a bit.

"It doesn't matter… I won't turn…" Clementine said, pain in her eyes as she called seeing others who had succumbed to the bite…

"Come on, kid. Look, we just saw you with those lurkers back there!" Luke said. "Everyone turns! That's how it goes. You should know that by now."

Sam started to growl, but Clementine quickly assured him things were okay. She could tell Danielle and Diana were both bothered by this as well.

"I'm telling you; I won't turn." Clementine said.

"And why the hell should we take your word for that?"

"I won't turn. I can't." Clementine said.

"Kid—"

"Now hold on, boy…" Pete said. "Clementine, what makes you say that."

Clementine replied. "I just know…"

"I want to know how you know." Pete said.

Clementine knowing what he is asking, hesitantly speaks. "Can you… lift my pants leg?"

"What?" Luke asked.

"Just lift it… Up to my knee…" Clementine said.

Luke and Pete exchanged looks.

"Hmm... alright. Let's see it." Pete said.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hey, watch yourself." Luke warned.

Clementine shot him a look.

"Hey, don't look at me like that! You're the one that's bit here, okay?" Luke hufed.

Pete knelt down and lifted the pants leg she had motioned to. He revealed the bite Clementine had received when saving Duck. The skin was gray and rotten, Luke gagged a bit, fighting the urge to vomit as he saw this.

Pete hesitantly reached out a hand to touch it… The skin felt normal, and the wound had clearly close, telling Pete all he needs to know. It clearly wasn't a recent bite. "How long ago did this happen?"

"…Two and a half years ago." Clementine replied.

Both Luke and Pete were surprised by this answer.

"So what do we do now?!" Luke asked Pete.

Pete didn't respond for a moment. He looked to the teen and spoke, "Clementine? You tellin' us the truth? You look me in the eyes when you answer."

"Yes." Clementine said, voice filled with confidence.

"Hmm. Alright, Clementine. That's good enough for me." Pete said.

"Well, what else was she gonna say?" Luke said in disbelief.

"I've got a good bullshit detector, Luke. That's why you can never beat me at poker." Pete said.

Luke scoffs, "You don't always beat me at... Alright, how can you be sure?"

"Just by looking at it… And if it comes down to it… I had a cousin down in Ainsworth who cutting it off worked for." Pete said.

"Looks like she's done that already." Luke replied.

"Well, I'm sure I ain't willing to leave a group of kids in the woods to die when we got a doctor with us that can make a call. We can have Carlos take a look at it first." Pete said.

"I'm not a kid…" Clementine muttered.

"Sure, you're not…" Luke huffed before turning back to Pete. "Nick ain't gonna like this... Not with what happened to—"

"You don't have to remind me of that, boy." Pete cut the younger man off.

"Right. Sorry, sir." Luke apologized.

Pete pats Luke's shoulder.

Just as they are about to say more, they hear more walkers nearby and start to move. Clementine quickly calls for Sam- Danielle already knowing to stay close. They begin walking, Pete and Luke leading the way.

As they are getting close to the cabin, Pete sees Clementine slowing down and concern hits him. "Clementine, are you feelin' alright?"

"I'm fine. Just... tired." Clementine's words slur as she answers.

"Well, you better be fine. 'Cause we're not going near you with that bite on your arm." Luke said, causing Pete to send him a look of disapproval.

"…Don't worry about..." Clementine can't get the full sentence out.

Pete can tell she isn't doing great as he sees her sway, so he moves fast to get Diana and motions for Luke to catch her.

"Ah, shit." Luke swears, as he notices Clementine start to fall.

Diana's cries can be heard and Danielle's concerned voice asks if she's okay, then suddenly everything goes black…

Thank you so much for reading! And I am so sorry for the delay! We have officially reach Season 2! Stay tuned to find out where Clementine's journey will continue to take her.
