The Story So Far...
Before the beginning... before there was life in the universe... there was Primus, and there was Unicron. One, the incarnation of creation. The other, of destruction.
For eons, Primus and Unicron battled. The balance of power shifted between more times than counted. Only by creating the Thirteen was Primus finally able to defeat Unicron, and cast him out. Primus eventually became one with the very core of the distant planet of Cybertron, creating life through the Well of Allsparks. While Unicron was never to be heard from again.
Meanwhile, in the year 2024, humanity discovers it was not alone in the universe. The brief war against the Kaiju and the existence of the Cybertronians through an ongoing feud between two factions - the Autobots and the Decepticons - led to the discovery of one of the most powerful sources of clean and renewable energy: Energon, the lifeblood of both Primus and all Cybertronians alike. Then one day, in the late summer of 2026, signs and whispers of an ancient evil emerged thanks to the warning and interference of certain 'robot descendants' from a future that never came to pass. A future where this evil - who has been lurking within the long forgotten Dead Universe - has destroyed everything and rules in his image.
Unicron has returned.
While the leaders of the United States and the reorganized city-state of Academy City became paralyzed by indecision, unable to accept the existence of Unicron as fact, one young hero - foretold by a Precursor faction called 'the Accelerons' - has seen the legend come to life.
And now, the fate of the multiverse depends on him.
