Chapter 4
Onyx and Hydra ran towards the villain stopping by a bus stop located in front of a chocolate boutique, which shortly caught Onyx's attention and he returned his look to the crossroad where the villain was standing.
"Hey Miss Flexible! Looking for trouble?" Questioned Onyx extending his staff to be used for the upcoming fight, while his girlfriend took out her sword standing beside him. The red and gray-colored supervillain looked at the two miraculous holders, then smirked.
"Oh, that went fast. The superheroes arrived," Stated the villain, rubbing her hands together as she observed Onyx and Hydra point their weapon toward her.
"Yep, that has been one long vacation without any villains around. How's your old man going?" Questioned Onyx watching the villain stretch her fist towards the hero, which swung his staff to block the attack, thereafter he shrieked as the villain grabbed his stick and threw him up against the window of the opera making Hydra gasp at the villain's deed. Hydra immediately ran against the villain, which used her other hand to pull Hydra by her hands to throw her in the opposite direction causing the windows of a store to break, causing an alarm to ring inside there.
Hydra got up to step out of the shop, then watched the villain grab a trash bin and threw it towards Hydra, which blocked her from hitting her with the sword.
"Hey! Watch it, Flexible!" Warned the dragon miraculous holder, then jumped out of the room as the villain threw a broken wheel from a car.
"I'm Stretch. The most flexible person in Paris," Announced the female. "I'm going to take the miraculous of the cat and the ladybug. We can do this the easy or the hard way. If I were you, I'd consider you to take the first option. I don't think fighting someone, whose all stretchy…..facilitates your job in any way,"
Hydra stood there looking at the villain, then rolled her eyes up to see Onyx get out of the window to look down at the villain, then Hydra had an idea.
"You're totally right, Stretch. We can't stand a chance against you. You really should appreciate the fact, you're only dealing with two of us heroes for now," Hydra said watching the villain cackle, then shot her arm against Hydra, who shrieked watching the villain wrap her hand around the heroine's hands and threw her across the air at the precise moment Onyx decided to jump against the supervillain with his stick. Onyx widened his eyes opening his arm to catch his girlfriend, then extended his staff against the ground to bounce on the road, catapulting them up on the roof of a building.
"You're alright?" Questioned Onyx earning a nod from the girlfriend, then both looked down at the villain, which stood on the ground facing the heroes with a smirk, then stretched her arm to use it as a lasso and Hydra pulled Onyx away from the edge to avoid the hand catch the duo.
"We better get out of her way. She will easily defeat us," Hydra warned earning a nod from Onyx.
"We need to reunite with Ladybug and Super Snake. As a quartet, we can take this for sure," Onyx suggested shrinking his staff, which he used to call Super Snake. "Boy, where are you?"
"I'm by the Arc de Triumph. I might take a little,"
"Okay, uh look...let us meet at the Place de la Concorde. It would be a good idea if we all met before meeting the villain again," Warned Onyx exchanging looks with the dragon miraculous holder.
"Is the villain that bad?"
"She can bend her body like Miss Flexible from the superhero movies. She has already yeet us around the area," Mentioned Onyx hearing Super Snake sigh a little worried.
"Okay, I get there. I tried to call Ladybug, but she's offline again. She might catch with us as soon as she hears about the Akuma,"
"Okay, see you later," Onyx finished finishing the call, then followed Hydra jumping above the road onto the other building followed by the cat-themed superhero, then they moved aside on the roof to change direction facing another alley, which led to the large obelisk which was located at the place de la Concorde.
Marinette was in the kitchen filling two cups with a bit of blueberry sirop, afterward she opened the water tap to fill both glasses with water. As she had done it, she heard a beeping noise from her smartphone making her gasp, then she looked at the edge of the counter, where one of her parents had left the phone charging. Marinette tapped on the home button to see, the display had shown a message warning about a new Akuma attack.
"Hawk Moth is now back?" Questioned Marinette surprised at the call, then Tikki appeared to look at her friend.
"It was only a matter of time before Hawk Moth would return to akumatize people. And I don't know, if this time he's more possessed to fulfill his wish," Mentioned Tikki looking at a neutral Marinette, which nodded.
"We might have not fought a lot in the past months, but this doesn't mean we're gonna give up. Let's show him, what we're made off," Marinette stated raising up her confidence making her kwami raise her paw happy.
"That's what I wanna hear!"
"Tikki, spots on!" Yelled Marinette transforming into Ladybug, afterward she ran to the window to get out of the apartment and used her yo-yo to swing herself across the street to land on top of the schoolhouse and disconnected the yo-yo from the light pole. Ladybug opened her yo-yo to call her partner Onyx.
"Hey Ladybug, good to hear you!"
"Onyx, where are you?"
"I'm meeting Super Snake at the Place de la Concorde,"
"Good, I meet you there," Announced Ladybug closing her yo-yo, which she extended out to swing herself across the city by using the lights of the road.
At the Place de la Concorde, the couple had met up with Super Snake who stood with them together by the statue. Super Snake held in his hands a comic book, which he was showing to the Asian-descendant superheroes.
"If we use Hydra's lighting, we can neutralize the bending of the villain and attack her immediately," Explained Super Snake. "Extremely high or deep temperatures are her weakness in the comic, so it will be the same to Stretch,"
"And Hydra still has got her lighting power unused," Mentioned Onyx making his girlfriend nod.
"I also got my second chance, so in case something goes wrong, we still can use it," The redhead mentioned making Hydra smile.
"That's good," Hydra commented, then heard a familiar sound and looked around to see Ladybug approach the trio. "Great, Ladybug's here,"
"Yes, I'm here. What happened?" Questioned Ladybug looking at the raven-haired superhero.
"We heard a car crash and saw the villain down by the opera. Where she came from or how she got there, we haven't figured out yet," Onyx mentioned.
"She's gray and red. She's similar to that superheroine in Super's comic," Mentioned Hydra watching Super Snake show the bug-themed heroine the book.
"She's ductile just as Miss Flexible. Her weakness are excessive temperature. No one of us can freeze her, but we know, that Hydra's lighting power is hot enough to make her limp and extremely pliable. If Hydra uses her power, I can keep my second chance active to repeat if it doesn't go as planned,"
"Okay and has any of you by coincidence spotted anything suspicious on the Akuma villain? Like, what kind of object on their body could contain the Akuma?" Questioned Ladybug watching Onyx and Hydra shake their head.
"We didn't manage to get close enough to her. She can stretch her body well enough. She can fight us with her bare hands and throw us around. This is why we got out of her way to wait for you and Super Snake,"
"Alright, looks like we gotta put our eyes on her first, before we find her Akuma," Commented Ladybug making the trio nod, then Super Snake had an idea and moved his hand up.
"Hey, I'm not sure, if this is a good idea. When trying to neutralize Stretch, we can have a closer look at her. We might spot something, like a necklace, a bracelet or anything,"
"This could work, actually. While Hydra jumps towards her, she can see, if she spots anything suspicious," Mentioned Ladybug looking at the slightly shorter heroine, which nodded.
"I think it won't be that hard as she's wearing a tight suit as well," Pointed Onyx out making Ladybug chuckle.
"Well, I don't think Hawk Moth has the mood lately to be any more creative with his villains. Although, so far I know it has another story behind the Akuma looks," Commented Ladybug pondering about the reason what exactly looks the citizens get, when akumatized.
"So, if Hydra gets to work together with Super Snake, we two try to attack her from the sides or should we wait to see, how the situation solves itself?" Questioned the cat-themed hero.
"First we learn, where the Akuma is hidden, afterward we try to work together to cataclysm her object off her. I hold her tight with my yo-yo, after Hydra's hit and you do your job," Explained Ladybug making the older superhero nod.
"Perfect!" Agreed Onyx, then Ladybug threw her yo-yo at a light pole, then grabbed Super Nathan by his arm to fly up on top of the roof, followed by Onyx, which got up with his staff taking Hydra with him and in a line the crew ran along the buildings spotting near the place Vendome a car fly at the top of the roof crashing with its back into a window.
"She's not that far," Mentioned Hydra making Onyx nod, then he exchanged position with Hydra to be following their plan. Super Snake widened his eyes as the car began to lose its equilibrium and pointed with his finger at the vehicle, thereafter Ladybug threw her yo-yo to pull the vehicle up on the roof and Onyx got there to the car to spot inside the vehicle Vincent, the Italian photographer.
"Porca miseria, I haven't even done anything to deserve this," Complained the brunette man looking at Onyx and Super Nathan, which tried to open together the bent door.
"What is a porca miseria?" Questioned Super Nathan looking at the older friend, which had flinched his teeth using his force to rip off the door together with his friend.
"I don't know?" Responded Onyx, then watched Super Snake trip after managing to remove the door along with the Chinese-descendant boy.
"Are you alright?" Questioned Onyx helping the adult out of the car, followed by Super Snake getting up to watch Onyx help the man limp to a chimney and helped him sit down.
"She's down there," Warned Ladybug looking down at the villain grabbing two different vehicles from under their chassis to take a look into the inside of the cars and dropped them by their back watching the cars drive off crashing against each other as they tried to escape the villain. She began to laugh, then looked around to watch two cars crash against each other blocking the road to avoid the other escaping cars from passing, who began to honk during that situation. The villain packed one of the damaged cars behind her and threw it above the sky towards the other side of the road making the vehicle lose a driver, which immediately was caught by Ladybug's yo-yo. The villain noticed the issue and looked at the roof to see the superheroes on the roof.
"Quick! Move away!" Demanded Onyx watching the crew ran away, except for Ladybug, who had dropped the saved civilian beside Vicent. Ladybug watched Onyx hide behind the car, which was on top of the roof and held his staff in front of the bumper of the vehicle making Ladybug smile at knowing what his idea was.
"Wait a second!" Ordered Ladybug attaching her yo-yo around the hatchback, then gave the partner a thumb up, which nodded and catapulted the car down at the ground watching the supervillain throw both her hands against the vehicle to catch it. Ladybug pointed at the large monument, then Onyx took Ladybug by her waist and jumped down to bounce with his staff on a pulled-out sunblind to fly toward it, observing the villain look up at the heroes, then noticed Ladybug's yo-yo connected on the car and watched her land with her feet on the socket of the obelisk. The villain growled and threw the car against the heroine, which used her yo-yo to prevent the villain to smack her down with the car. Onyx had landed farther away from the monument and kept his eyes on the villain, analyzing her tight suit to spot a thin line going around her body, which resembled a charging cable. Onyx smiled, then used his staff to call Hydra. During his call, he gasped as the villain stretched her foot to kick against Onyx's stomach causing him to fall down on his back. Onyx moved his head up to see Ladybug try to kick away the leg of the supervillain, but as it got quickly difficult for her as well, she retracted her yo-yo to drop the car distracting the villain for a second and Ladybug got kicked away by the long leg of the villain making her fall off the socket. Throughout the fall, Ladybug used her yo-yo to tie herself up on the top of the monument to pull herself up.
"We're up on the roof, Onyx," Warned a voice through the staff earning the raven-haired's attention, which crawled to pick the staff up and answer the message.
"Super, the Akuma must be by the waist inside some kind of cable she has around her," Mentioned Onyx watching Ladybug jump above the villain using her yo-yo as a helicopter rotor to fly above her partner, which observed her doing that. Onyx saw the supervillain was about to use her stretching ability on the blue-haired girl making Onyx gasp, then decline the call and extend his staff against the villain to block the attack, but saw it got grabbed by her and she began to shake Onyx around, which was still holding tight on his staff.
"Woahhhhhhh!" Cried Onyx from being shaken by the villain, then he somehow managed to retract the stick to slide down to the villain, which noticed that, then threw forcefully the cat superhero against the air, "Ahhhh!"
Super Snake and Hydra noticed their friend fly in their direction, then both exchanged looks with each other about how both should catch their friend. Hydra pushed the hands of Super Nathan making him realize, what her plan was and he adjusted his hands well enough for the raven-haired girl to hop in the air to have Onyx fly against her arms, then crash with her back against a chimney making Super Snake drop his mouth in shock.
"Ouch…" Commented Super Snake watching the two friends groan in pain, then the snake-themed superhero helped both heroes up and analyzed the two wondering if they were alright. "That was brutal,"
"Gosh, how we're not dead?" Questioned Hydra watching Onyx shrug his shoulders.
"Our suits really protect us well from damage. I'm pretty sure in most other ways our bodies would have been filled with lots of blue stains," Mentioned Onyx. "Or even have any inner damage,"
"Why don't we have Carapace with us here? This would have been a good use for him," Mentioned Hydra watching Onyx nod.
"That's a good question. We didn't expect to ever encounter a villain this hard," Mentioned Onyx passing his hand behind his hair.
"What about our plan? I know Ladybug is down there, trying to keep her busy, but shouldn't we get down there?"
"It's gotta take a lot of tries, is it even possible to get that close?" Questioned Onyx, then heard Ladybug cry and the trio saw their leader fly towards their direction, then Onyx extended his stick up in the air to watch the superheroine grab herself by the stick and slide down to her team.
"You're okay?" Asked Onyx making Ladybug nod. "We have been discussing about, if our plan is good enough to get close to the Akuma,"
"It's worth a shot. I think her Akuma is some sort of belt by the waist," Mentioned Ladybug making Onyx nod.
"We should try to get closer to her. All of us together," Suggested Hydra. "We still can follow the plan, but she has to be able to extend herself all against us and when she does that, I attack her with my lighting power,"
"Alright, let's do it right now," Stated Ladybug and jumped along with the crew down on the ground to watch the villain pick up a police car making the quartet gasp and watch the vehicle come in their direction. Ladybug noticed alined by the building were the light poles and she took her yo-yo to throw them around to form a net to spare her team from being hit by the car, which landed on his wheels after the impact and the team recognized Sabrina's father sitting inside it. Ladybug removed the yo-yo, then opened the door to help the policeman out and Onyx used his stick to catapult the car halfway across the road making him bite his lips as it went wrong.
"Oh oh," Commented Onyx, then Ladybug looked at Super Snake pointing at her own wrist making Super Snake nod and activate his miraculous.
"Second chance!"
"Move all at once!" Ordered Ladybug running aside the car, while Hydra and Super Snake took the other direction, then Onyx jumped above the car with his stick and raced along with his team against the supervillain, which stood there watching the team approach her. Ladybug threw her yo-yo, which the supervillain caught by stretching her arms, then observed Super Snake's lyre flew above her sight and she stretched her leg to kick the lyre back against the superhero. Onyx used his staff to jump up in the air, then shrieked as the villain stretched her head to bump against Onyx's chin and Hydra upon seeing that, activated her lighting power to fly towards the supervillain. The supervillain moved Ladybug around herself watching Ladybug getting hit by the lighting, causing her to shiver upon getting electroshocked. Super Snake flinched, then used his miraculous to return to the marked checkpoint of their timeline.
"Second chance!"
"Move all at once!" Ordered Ladybug moving aside, while the rest of the trio went the other direction and Onyx again catapulted the car off his sight seeing it didn't go that far, then Super Snake whistled to earn Onyx's attention and pointed at Hydra, making him nod, which followed his girlfriend. Super Snake got behind his friend and passed in front of the car to go after Ladybug, which had thrown her yo-yo at the supervillain and Super Snake threw his lyre afterward watching it pass in front of the eyes of both females.
"Cataclysm!" Yelled Onyx jumping with his stick above the supervillain up in the air, then the supervillain moved her foot up in the air to kick Onyx on the staff making him lose control and crash against the monument, accidentally cataclysm it.
"I'm giving it a try!" Mentioned Hydra turning into lighting again to flee against the supervillain, which at seeing the monument crumble, she swung Ladybug against it and jumped aside watching the heroine crash into the falling monument. Super Snake used his miraculous again to return back in time.
"Second chance!"
He returned back to the place the quartet had saved the policeman's life and Super Snake grabbed Onyx on his shoulder to point to the side.
"Don't use the car, follow me," Ordered Super Snake making Onyx nod and ran after the redhead and the raven-haired girl to get closer to the villain to see her throw fists against the bug-themed heroine from afar making Onyx look at the situation confused.
"You know seeing her stretch like that kinda makes me nauseous," Confessed Onyx, then watched Super Snake grab him by the shoulder again.
"Don't use your cataclysm yet," Warned Super Snake making Onyx nod. "Let's all try to attack her with our weapons. Quick!"
Onyx and Hydra ran in front of Super Snake against the villain, then Ladybug was thrown by the villain against her friends, shrieking Super Snake, which jumped and was hit by Hydra's legs landing on the ground with his group on top of him.
"Not again," Murmured Super Snake, then Ladybug saw Super's hand close to her face and moved Super Snake's miraculous making him widen his eyes and say his codeword again.
"Second chance!"
Super Snake grabbed both Hydra and Onyx by his hands, earning his attention.
"Use your weapon and attack immediately. She can't easily hit all four at once," Suggested the snake-themed boy making the heroes nod and ran along with Super Snake towards the supervillain as Ladybug came from the other direction. Ladybug threw her yo-yo, which the villain caught, seconds later Super Snake threw his lyre, which Stretch saw, and moved her feet up to kick it away. Onyx extended his staff to shoot the lyre back at the villain, then he used it as a jump stick to throw himself up in the air, followed by Hydra throwing her sword against the villain, which dodged the sword by moving her body aside almost forming a C. Onyx bounced with his feet on the monument, then swung his staff to kick the sword back watching it land on the ground. Onyx flew down landing on his back, followed by the stick on the ground. The villain chuckled, then felt Super Nathan's lyre hit her on the head again, returning into the hands of the reptile hero.
"Works like a boomerang," Super Snake said, then watched behind her Onyx get up and throw his stick against the supervillain, which she happened to dodge again and look back at the raven-haired superhero.
"You think, throwing that silly stick will stop me?" Questioned the villain watching Onyx cross his arms.
"Nope, but one of the team members has already approached you close enough," Commented Onyx making the villain look around to see beside her a red-dressed hero vanish immediately making the villain seek for her around the area and yelled as she felt electricity hit her. Ladybug had lucky upon the impact managed to remove her yo-yo, therefore took a look at the villain, which seemed way more elastic than before. The lighting had vanished, then it materialized itself back into Hydra and Ladybug used her yo-yo as a lasso to wrap the villain's hands with the feet together. Onyx chuckled to see they had finally caught the bad guy, then went down on his four and ran towards the villain, then activated his cataclysm stopping by her and tipped with his index finger on the cable. It turned into dust, revealing a blue feather making him wide his eyes surprised.
"It's an amok," Mentioned Onyx confused, then Ladybug used her yo-yo to catch the object and saw the villain disappear. "Was that all?"
"No. There's definitely an Akuma out there too. Just, we don't know, where it could be," Mentioned Ladybug making Onyx nod.
"And what now?" Questioned Super Snake. "How are we going to look for it? Onyx and I will transform back in the next five minutes,"
"Right," Commented Ladybug, then remembered she didn't use her lucky charm yet. "Wait a minute…..I didn't use my power yet," Stated Ladybug, then threw her yo-yo up in the air to activate her superpower. "Lucky charm!"
Above the group, Ladybug summoned a red with black dots covered construction zone helmet.
"Uh…..a helmet?" Questioned Ladybug watching Super Snake shrug his shoulders.
"Could this be a clue?" Questioned Super Snake watching Ladybug shake her head.
"Hmm, I don't think so. It could be related to where we will be to find the Akuma villain," Mentioned Ladybug looking down at the ground, where the villain had disappeared. "I have this theory, that the cable she had around her waist could have helped us,"
"Well, we know the person had a female voice and she wore a charger cable around her waist. The thing is many people nowadays carry a charger with them," Explained Super Snake making Ladybug nod.
"Well, I happen to be an expert with smartphones and tablets…..the cable she had wasn't from none of the devices," Mentioned Onyx watching Super Snake and Ladybug look at him bewildered.
"They look all the same to me, how do you even know there's a difference?" Questioned Ladybug watching Onyx smile.
"You know, I happened to notice around her back, that she had it tied up and the head of the cable was formed like a pistol. Usually, laptop chargers and certain portable consoles have those types of heads,"
"So this means our victim must be a teenage girl, which uses often a laptop or a console?" Questioned Hydra making Onyx nod. "Well, I don't know many girls, who do that. Perhaps in private, they do that, but otherwise….."
Super Snake snipped with his fingers as he could recall someone.
"I happen to know at least two girls, that use a portable console. Alix Kudbel from the Louvre and Catrina from Marc's class," Explained Super Snake, making Hydra widen her eyes and interrupt their conversation.
"Wait…...Catrina today complained about her parents getting divorced. She has stated, that their fights around her presence do make her feel down," Mentioned Hydra making Ladybug nod.
"Okay, and where does she live?" Questioned Ladybug watching the two young heroes shrug their shoulders. "Okay, have you guys an idea, where she first showed up….wait, it was the opera, right?"
"Yes," Responded Hydra and Onyx at the same time, then Ladybug smiled.
"Good, so where exactly did it all start?" Asked Ladybug.
By the crossroad next to the opera, Ladybug was alone with Hydra while the boys had hidden themselves from the public to charge. The two red-dressed heroines observed the location around them to see most of the cars were left by their owners to flee. Ladybug carried her lucky object in her hand, focusing on their task.
"One question, is there a possibility, that Hawk Moth could have gotten rid of the Akuma by himself? You know like he saw, his villain isn't successful?"
"I think not. Even if he did, the Akuma would go look for another civilian and akumatize. We have to find the Akuma and purify it," Mentioned Ladybug making Hydra nod.
"Okay, I never paid attention to the Akumas. I just know you have to catch them with your yo-yo and de-evilize them,"
"I made that mistake at the beginning of my first job too. One good thing about that day was, that without Tikki I wouldn't have gained confidence to try again. We will always make mistakes, but that's what makes us better," Explained the blue-haired heroine making the short girl nod.
By the next road, the duo stopped to see three people around a car trying to open the car doors, then the girls looked at each other and raced together towards the vehicle.
"Skitbil!" Complained a man kicking the car against the door, then Ladybug yelled out to obtain the attention of the trio.
"Hey! Calm down!" Ordered Ladybug stopping by the vehicle along with Hydra to see besides the man stand an adult, raven-haired woman in a business dress, and across the car stood a long-blonde-haired woman in an outgoing outfit. "What's going on here?"
"Our daughter got akumatized and we got locked out of the car," Mentioned the father, making the woman behind him frown.
"How many times do I have to tell you to not leave your keys inside the car?" Questioned the woman making the man angry.
"Helvete! A car doesn't lock itself when the car keys are in it! I know, that I did a mistake, but there's no need to be angry about it,"
"It's thanks to your irresponsible deed with my sister, that our daughter is all down. Why should I be calm right now?!" Questioned the mother angrily, making Ladybug and Hydra exchange worried looks with each other, then observed the blonde woman mix up into the conversation of the couple in another language, making Ladybug frown and smash the helmet against the car hood.
"Enough!" Yelled Ladybug loud shrieking the family members. "Could you all please calm down for the next five minutes? I'm trying to catch an Akuma and he might be inside your daughter," Stated Ladybug watching the man raise up his arms.
"I don't want to be rude, but she entered in the portable console of my daughter. She's sitting in there, but the car is locked," Explained the man watching Ladybug glimpse into the driver's side and Hydra beside her, which widened her eyes and used her sword to try break the door by shoving the weapon into the slot of the door.
"I will try to open it like this," Hydra mentioned followed by Ladybug observing her with the sword. Ladybug looked at her helmet, then had an idea and used the helmet to smash the window. Hydra looked up to see, what Ladybug had done and nodded impressed.
"That was a good idea as well," Confessed Hydra and helped Ladybug remove the sharp remains of the window of the door to see the girl hold on her hands her portable console and Ladybug tried to glimpse at the screen. Hydra had an idea, then shove her sword into the car to reflect the image of the console to see her use the buttons on the console to type down a long word, while holding an evil smirk on her face. Hydra took her sword back, then Ladybug opened the car from the inside and got into the vehicle to take out the console to hand it out to Hydra, making the girl angry.
"Hey! That cheat code has 63 letters. You know how difficult it is to type it down so fast with this keyboard?" Questioned the girl annoyed, then watched Hydra drop the console on the ground and broke it by stabbing with the sword on it watching an Akuma fly out.
"Great job!" Complimented Ladybug getting out of the car to use her yo-yo to catch the Akuma. "Enough evil-doing for today, little Akuma…."
Hydra walked back leading the parents of the girl away from the car, which observed the superheroine activate the miraculous healing light, which went to restore every chaos brought up to the city in the last hour. The Sedan in front of them was fixed as well, reappearing with its door closed, where the young teen stepped out afterward making her parents smile relieved to recognize the real girl.
"Hey, what happened?" Questioned the girl, then shrieked as both parents hugged her. "Huh?"
Ladybug and Hydra looked at each other, then gave each other a fist bump while smiling at each other. Someone whistled, calling their attention and both saw it was Onyx, which had returned now standing there under a pole by the opera. Ladybug stood back looking at the duo hugging their child, then she observed Hydra run across the road to share a hug with her boyfriend making her smile as well.
"Everything is fine now," Commented Ladybug approaching the trio. "It has been a long while since Hawk Moth showed his mark. This doesn't mean now you're not allowed to do things, but if any of you ever fell into a hole of negativity and see an Akuma approach. Try to show it, that they can't get to you. I caught right now here a few….interesting plot points, where I do understand the emotion. Try to keep it down somehow. "Isn't there really a way to prevent Hawk Moth to get to us?" Questioned the mother watching Ladybug shake her head.
"Sadly, I haven't figured out anything yet," Commented Ladybug making the mother nod, then Ladybug walked across the road to approach the couple, which had been looking at their leader. "The job here is done," Stated Ladybug making Onyx smile and hold his fist up for the bug-themed heroine to hit in.
"Did they say anything special? Like why Hawk Moth's here?"
"No, but she questioned if we didn't have any way to prevent Hawk Moth to akumatize her again," Mentioned Ladybug making Onyx nod.
"Well, against certain viruses or diseases, Labors create vaccines, which prevent you to get or reduce the chance of getting infected by any type of it. Something like that would be pretty useful for us," Commented Onyx making Hydra nod, while Ladybug shook her head amused at the comment. Ladybug's earrings beeped, then she embraced the duo immediately and left.
"I'm gone, my earrings!" Warned Ladybug running away disappearing behind the walls leading into the lot of the opera, and the couple gazed at each other at how quickly she left.
During the run, Ladybug hid behind a bench and turned back into her civilian-self, then Tikki floated above her head to localize any potent danger for the two. Tikki nodded and Marinette came up to look at her kwami, then borrowed her a macaron, which the kwami happily took.
"Jin really brings up many ideas…..but this one really is ridiculous. How is he expecting for the world to create a vaccine against Hawk Moth?" Questioned Marinette.
"Well, if Master Fu was still around he could decipher the grimoire. The problem is he's not himself, kwamis also can't know anything about what's in there, only any of the great guardians. One thing both of us know is, that the ladybug miraculous is the miraculous of the creation. This means you can actually create anything you want," Mentioned Tikki making Marinette widen her eyes and look at her kwami.
"For real? I can do that?" Questioned the girl surprised. "How?"
"I don't know, it's written in the grimoire. You need to see, if you can translate or even figure it out by yourself," Commented Tikki making Marinette nod.
"You gave me an idea, Tikki. I will inform Luka tomorrow about it and ask him for help. While on it, I include Jin as well," Stated Marinette making the kwami nod.
"Argh! I was so close to defeating the superheroes!" Complained Hawk Moth aggressively, while across him stood a blanc-skinned person in a silver-colored coat resembling the dress of the former miraculous holder Mayura. She swallowed hard following with her red-brownish eyes the man break down an old table with his cane, then stop and breathe heavily.
"This…...this wasn't our last time. This was…..just bad luck," Commented the silver-colored villain earning a glare from the villain, which faked a cough and took a deep breathe to calm himself down.
"Okay...Failures will be part of our day as well. But one thing I know, this villain here….this sentimonster you just created…...she was grandiose….well…..Silver…..you did a good job for your first time," Commented Hawk Moth making bow her head down gratefully.
"When will be our next meeting?" Questioned the woman watching the villain shrug his shoulders.
"It's hard to tell. It can be very early or a little late. I've been absent for a while. Ladybug and everyone else sure will be more attentive related to their emotions. Don't worry, you'll be notified soon enough. Keep the miraculous with you. The best is if you hide it under your clothing or somewhere else to help you activate it easily," Suggested Hawk Moth making Silver nod and step away from the villain, which stood on his spot watching the woman walk away from the almost-empty room.
