Our Middle
Chapter 11
aauthors note : I'm enjoying this story. I'm having fun with it. And I love reading you're thoughts.
Hours Later
In The morning
Brooke was awaken by the opening of the bedroom door.
The loud slamming caused Brooke to jump up.
She quickly grabbed and put on her robe.
She would hope this was a dream but it was from that.
(How long did you think you could keep this pregnancy a secret?) Ted asked.
(I can't imagine why you would allow yourself and to be impregnated by anyone in this town.) Victoria announced.
(Get out neither of you belong here. This pregnancy is my business.) Brooke stated matter of fact.
(Not while you tarnish the Davis last time. Teen pregnancy might not shock a majority of people in this town. But honestly we won't have this news splashed over any gossip sites.)
(You represent the Davis name. And that mistake you're growing.)
(Will not get in the way of that.)
(We will give you a few minutes to pack a bag.) Ted explained.
(I'm not going anywhere!) Brooke exclaimed.
(Actually you are. We're taking you to the city. No one but our business associates knows you there. This isn't up for discussion.) Victoria proclaimed.
(Since you insist on carrying this baby to term you will do that. Then we'll make the needed arrangements.) Ted explained.
(I'm not giving away my baby!) Brooke shouted.
(You're 17 years old. You have no power here.) Victoria said.
...
Brooke and I were in love at the cabin. I had missed us being so solid and connected. She had let me into her heart fully and I gave her my heart too.
Us getting pregnant wasn't planned. But we weren't being safe as we normally were.
I can admit that. I don't regret making this baby with her.
And I don't regret the child Peyton and I will share. I was more reckless during that time. I can admit that too.
...
(Karen I need you're help.) Brooke announced. As she made her way to Lucas 's house.
(Someone called my parents and told them about the pregnancy. They want me to leave town. Give up the baby.)
(I don't want that.) Brooke explained.
(I called them Brooke.) Karen revealed.
