This is just an experiment. One thing that I saw that most people keep telling me about the High School DxD anime is the over use of fanservice. I think of all the seasons the fourth one takes the cake, because that are scenes that stops just to show off breast. The one that goes to my mind is when Issei is changing some stuff on the school and out of nowhere most of the girls with the exception of Rias and Roseweei decided to take off their clothes and snuggle with him, I was like ´´why? ´´. Look fan service isn't bad, One piece also has those but its not the focus. Sometimes it takes you out of the story just like Fairy Tail does. I am just writing this one for fun and to see if you guys think this way of Luffy acting around his harem is ok.

At The Straw Hat and Red Dragon Show

The show was doing great. Issei and Luffy were not the best actors but when it comes to reenact previous battles they could do their part ok. The one thing that Issei complains about is that Luffy got lucky that he doesn't get to use a big costume like his, the pirate outfit is pretty much his usual get up of plain clothes and straw hat.

After the end of the show Luffy wanted to go to the buffet and grab something to eat when someone calls him out.

''Hey Lu!'' Said Irina with a blush in her face.

''Oh Irina, what´s up?" Asked him.

''Can you help with something here?' Asked Irina.

''Oh don't you want Issei to help you out?'' Asked Luffy.

''He said that he would be busy and I need someone strong at the moment.'' Said Irina with a smile and a blush.

''Fine.'' Said Luffy going to her dressing room.

The pirate soon saw the angel with her dress unzipped.

''So what is the problem?" Asked Luffy.

''I can't zip my dress, I think my breast are too big for this size.'' Said Irina blushing.

''Don't they have a bigger size?' Asked Luffy.

''Not that can fit me. Please Lu, give me a hand here.'' Said Irina.

''Alright.'' Said Luffy.

The pirate soon tried to close the zipper on the back of Irina dress, but for some reason it wasn't going. Almost like it didn't want to fully close.

''AAAAAH.'' Said Irina trying to squeeze herself into her dress.

''Did it work?" Asked Luffy.

''No.'' Said Irina

''ok, I will keep trying.'' Said Luffy trying to close this dress.

''Maybe if I hold my breath we can make this thing work.'' Said Irina.

'Oh I think I got it!'' Said Luffy seeing the zipper going up.

''Really! Oh thanks Lu you are truly a blessing from God.'' Said Irina smiling and blushing.

''Yeah sure, I am almost there…'' Said Luffy almost closing the dress however it didn't fully work because the thing started to shred.

Shrik

''Woah!"' Said Irina falling on top of Luffy.

The two were now on the floor. Irina dress was pretty much destroyed and her breast were showing while she was on top of Luffy who bared a blank expression.

''Oh my!'' Said Irina nervous.

''Your breast are showing.'' Said Luffy.

'I know!'' Said Irina all nervous putting her hands on her face.

''Aren't you going to cover them?" Asked Luffy confused.

''Sorry, my mind go to a lot of places when I get nervous.'' Said Irina.

The Straw Hat pirate then put his hand in one of the breasts.

''Feel better?' Asked Luffy grabbing one of the breasts and kind playing with it. He didn't know he was making Irina moan but she was enjoying. He was thinking he was covering them just like he did sometimes with the other girls, but this always ended up being much more pleasant than helpful.

''Oh yes, even though I am a pure angel you really know how to make a girl feels special. Lu do you…?" Asked Irina all red.

''Hey what is going?" Asked the serious voice of Koneko.

The two turn their heads to see Akeno, Koneko, Xenovia and Ravel. All in their outfits and with a blush and somewhat mad faces. Akeno and Xenovia had some smirks while Koneko and Ravel were angry at Luffy and Irina.

''Uh…'' Said Irina sweating.

''Oh my this is an embarrassing scene.'' Said Akeno with a smile.

''Seriously angel girl, aren't you forbidden to have lustful moments?'' Asked Ravel.

''I am but this was an accident, I swear on Lord Michael!'' Said Irina taking Luffy hands off her breasts.

''Hey guys are you all ok?" Asked Luffy

''No Luffy we are not!'' Said Ravel blushing.

''Yes, we didn't expect you to be playing with Irina senpai at this moment. Do you really prefer angels' breasts?" Asked Koneko.

''What?" Asked Irina blushing.

''How about we see which one he prefers the most?'' Asked Xenovia with a smirk.

Then the four girls went to Luffy and all of them show off their breast. If was any other guy they would have drown in a pool of his own blood that was coming down from his nose, Luffy just look a bit confused, but he knew that the girls were doing this for him.

''Well then Luffy-kun what do you think? Aren't mine betters.'' Asked Akeno showing off her tits.

''Luffy senpai prefers mine. He doesn't care for sizes.'' Said koneko with a blush.

''Lets not have him be spoiled too much. Although he can spoils me if he wants.'' Said Xenovia with a smirk.

''You know mine are better Luffy. I am a pure blood devil; you won't fine better breast than mine.'' Said Ravel with a blush.

Luffy just saw those bunch of breast of these girls who loved him deeply. He looked at each one with a pout and trying to decided.

''Guys I don't think I can choose right now. I need time.'' Said Luffy with a look of a headache.

''Oh come on Luffy-kun, don't leave us hanging!'' Said Akeno blushing.

''Yes senpai, decided it now!'' Said Koneko.

''No, let Lu be himself! If he needs time then let him have it!'' Said irina hugging Luffy.

''Stop hogging him all to yourself!'' Scream Ravel pissed.

''Well as angel I vowed to protect him!' Said Irina.

''You are an angel for less than a month Irina. I been with luffy a longer time and he prefers mine breasts than yours.''' Said Xenovia trying to shove her breasts in his face.

''Uh what is going on here?" Asked a cold chilling voice that belonged to a certain red haired girl.

The girls all had a look of fear in their face, they saw Rias in her princess costume and she looked angry.

''Oh hi Rias.'' Said Luffy with a smile.

''No ´´hi Rias´´ with me! Come now Luffy!'' Said Rias marching towards her boyfriend.

Rias soon grabbed Luffy ear and dragged him out of that room of breasts.

''Ouch!'' Said Luffy in pain.

''You all are going to have a word with me! Now get back to work we are still not done with the show!'' Scream Rias.

''Yes president!'' Said the girls

''And cover your breasts!'' Scream Rias marching out of the room and slamming the door.

BAM

''Well that could have end it worst.'' Said Akeno.

''Uh its annoying that senpai cant decided which he likes.'' Said Koneko.

''Don't worry, I am sure he will make a decision soon enough.'' Said Xenovia with a smirk.

''Sure, but I have the feeling that I will be on the top.'' Said Ravel with a smirk.

''Can it fried chicken.'' Said Koneko.

''Can someone find another change of clothes for me?'' Asked Irina now blushing of embarrassment.

At the hallway

The Crimson Queen was dragging luffy by the ear, she was still blushing upon seeing all that.

''Honestly! What is wrong with them! I told them to ask me first to make a move and if I approve! And I told you to not play with other girls' breasts!'' Said Rias to Luffy.

''Sorry, they were just there and Irina need it to cover them.'' Said Luffy trying to take out the pain in his ear.

''You are lucky that you are cute or else I would beat you up.'' Said Rias still angry.

Luffy then decided to make Rias feel better and he knew how. He then gently grabbed her left breast much to her shcok.

''What are you doing?" Asked her all red.

''I think your breasts are softer.'' Said Luffy with a smile as he squeesh.

Rias just blush at that and felt a lot hotter, she wanted to kiss him so badly, but she then remember of the job that they were doing and of what Luffy did

''Shut up! I am still mad at you! When we get home we will have some words!'' Said her.

''Ok, by the way where are we going?" Asked Luffy.

''To get Issei, the next scene we need the Straw Hat and the Red Dragon together in the same scene. I just hope he isn't slacking off.'' Said Rias.

Soon the two reach the room where Issei was.

''Issei are you…'' Said Rias walking in and she saw something that she souldnt been surprised to see.

The Red Dragon Emperor was grabbing the breasts of Asia Argento, the former nun was pretty much only in panties while the boy was only in his underwear.

''Urhg President!'' Said Issei nervous.

''Hey Issei so you are also seeing if Asia has great breasts?" Asked Luffy.

''Uh…'' Said Issei a bit nervous.

Rias just put two fingers on her forehead and try to calm herself. She loved Issei like a little brother, and she would protect him from anything, but sometimes his lecherous behavior is out of control.

''Just put your dragon costume! We got another show soon.'' Said Rias.

''Right! Asia lets get ready!'' Said Issei getting up and feeling like a soldier.

''Right!'' Said Asia.

''Hey Issei, is Raynare here too? I think we are doing a scene with her.'' Said Luffy.

''No she is still changing into her costume. Man, I don't know who designed that but I love so much. Show a lot her body to the public.'' Said Issei with a perfect smile as he puts his costume.

While the two get ready Rias just shook her head and smile at that.

''My two strongest allies and they are two lovable dumbass.'' Thought Rias as she took an aspirin. Sometimes you have to endure headaches for the people you love.

Later

After the show Luffy was tired and wanting nothing more than just relax at his room with some meat. However while he was walking he saw a familiar woman with blonde hair calling for him.

''Luffy!'' Said a certain Youkai Queen

''Yasaka! You came?" Asked Luffy seeing the fox woman.

''Yes, I would not miss a show from you.'' Said her with a smile.

''Is Kunou with you?" Asked Luffy.

''She is with your archeologist, I wanted to discuss some business with you alone. Can it be done?" Asked Yasaka with a blush.

''Oh yes sure, I will always have time for you.'' Said Luffy making the woman blush even more.

''Good I will be waiting on your dressing room.'' Said Yasaka.

''Sure, I just need to grab something to eat and then we can talk.'' Said Luffy.

''Thank you and I will be waiting.'' Said Yasaka.

The woman went off to find Luffy dressing room, she just had one goal in mind.

''Today we will be the day that we become one.'' Thought her with a blush and a pervert thought.

While the Youkai queen was walking luffy was soon called out by someone else. This time a woman dressed in some sort of magic girl costume.

''Oh Luffyie!'' Said Serafall Leviathan running towards him all excited.

''Sera! What are you doing here?" Asked Luffy.

''Oh I was in the neighborhood, I did some shows and I wanted to see if you guys did my choreography right. I got to say you and the Red Dragon did an amazing show.'' Said Sera with a smile.

''Thank you! We have you and Brook to thank for everything! We would be lost if it wasn't for you two.'' Said Luffy with a laugh.

''Would like to see…something special that I am planning?" Asked Sera with a blush in the last part.

''Sure! I can't wait.'' Said him

''Good!'' Said her leaving.

Sera gives Luffy a quick kiss on the cheek and then went off to his dressing room.

''Oh my Luffyie! You might be a bit childish, but you can't judge those who steals your heart! I will be with you forever!'' Thought Serafall skipping and singing like a little girl.

Luffy was a bit confused as he keeps walking down the hallway, not even a few minutes later and he ended up meeting up with another familiar woman. A tall woman with big breasts, scales and two horns on its head.

''Hey Luffy!'' Said the dragon queen Tiamat.

''Tiamat you also came?'' Asked Luffy surprised.

''Yes, but I didn't want to make any attention. If Ddraig would have seen me he would have blown up the show, so I decided to keep a distance. I got say you made that stupid thing work.'' Said her putting her hand on his shoulder.

''Oh really, thanks! We put a lot of effort into this show.'' Said Luffy

''Good, listen I need to speak with you about some stuff. Can we go to your dressing room?" Asked Tiamat a bit honry at the end.

''Ok, but I need to grab something first. Can you wait for me?" Asked Luffy.

''Sure, don't worry darling.'' Said her with a smile.

The dragon queen just leave the scene and went to Luffy dressing room, she had ´´plans´´ for him.

''I hope they are sound proof.'' Thought Tiamant with a smirk.

Luffy kept trying to find a vending machine on the hallway, but the only thing they had were crap snacks. They werent going to fill in his stomach.

''Man where are the vending machines that I told Sanji to make?" Asked Luffy thinking of the machines that had meat, spaghetti and all kinds of food.

While Luffy was annoyed at this he heard an angelical voice calling for him.

''Luffy-kun!'' Said the sweat voice of a beautiful blonde woman.

''Oh hey Gabriel! You came to the show too?'' Asked Luffy happy.

''Yes, I ask for Michael permission, and he allowed me. It was such a joy, I never seen a live show before, much less one that involves the Straw Hat and the Red Dragon.'' Said Gabriel.

''Where is Griselda? Isn't she always with you?" Asked Luffy.

''I…sent her into a quest. Yes!'' Said Gabriel with a white lie.

At the waiting area.

Griselda was eating a cheeseburger while looking at the message that her boss Gabriel send to her.

´´Wait here while I go to the bathroom´´

''Honestly how long does Lady Gabriel needs to go to the bathroom? Wait a minute, do angels go to bathroom?' Asked Griselda geniously confused now that she is an angel too.

Back with the two.

''So…can we talk privately? I need to speak some things with you.'' Said her with a big blush in her face.

''Yeah, but can you wait on my dressing room I need to find some food first.'' Said Luffy.

''Oh sure!'' Said Gabriel

The angel went to Luffy dressing room, beaming with joy and hope.

''Today I finally confess to him!'' Thought her.

On Luffy Dressing room

Gabriel saw the room that Luffy told her about and she was trying to compose herself inn.

''Ok keep calm Gabriel, you can do this.'' Thought her.

Soon she open the door and her joy was soon gone when she saw Yasaka, Serafall and Tiamat all with confused look in their faces. At first the three were having an argument over why they were there and now thrown Gabriel in the mix you make the situation worst.

''What are you doing here?!'' Asked the four looking at each other in shock.

There was some explosions and powerful aura coming from Luffy dressing room. Mostly because some of the most powerful women in the world wanted to know why they were in his dressing room at the same time.

''I don't wanna know what is going on over there.'' Said Rias with a tired face.

''Rias what is happening? I hear a bunch of noises coming from my dressing room, not good ones.'' Said Luffy a bit nervous.

''Let's just go home.'' Said Rias grabbing Luffy hand and getting out of the stage.

This is just a part that I wanted to show off. I mean it's a point about the fan service of the anime. Also, it's going to take a long while until we reach season 4 so here we have it. I don't know if in the future I am going to repeat this or not. This was mostly for laughs. Also, you will find some spoilers here and there. Have fun looking it.

I am not putting Nami and Robin on the harems. I don't want them to be with either Luffy or Issei. I have already someone for Robin and Nami is still open. One thing neither Grafiya or Venela would be in his harem, they would be his big sister and his motherly figure (outside of Robin). My goal is to have Luffy with almost 30 girls and maybe I will put Xenovia with him, I don't know I am still back and forth on that one.

Also remember there will be lemons. Not like every chapter, but I will inform when they are happening. Issei is going also to get laid, to who he is going to loose his virginity? I won't tell? And Luffy well you can guess who is going to be. Thank you all.

One last Omake

I am just making this one because of a particular scene in Thriller Bark that made me laugh hard. This is in the far future and I don't know if this will be canon, but enjoy.

At the Hyoudou Household.

The world was in blaze, and it looked like there will be another apocalyptic event. The angels of heaven went down to the residence of the Red Dragon Emperor because that was the base where he, the Rias Gremory Peerage and The Straw Hat pirates all live.

''We need the Immortal Straw Hat and Red Dragon Emperor now.'' Said Dulio Gesualdo in desperate tone.

''Yeah! Heaven is also in trouble, Lord Michael send us here to get them for battle!'' Said Griselda.

''Ok we will get them.'' Said Nami to her friends.

The whole place was looking for those two in a desperate tone, almost like the world was about to end…which it was.

''Where are those two?" Asked Kurokoa.

''Over there!'' Said Franky poiting at the kitchen.

They saw the two teens, both looking like they were in a deep sleep state.

''Luffy! Issei!'' Scream Rias in horror.

Le Fay Pendragon went down to check on the two and the worst was confirmed.

''They are under a spell.'' Said her

''Can you do something to wake them up?" Asked Zoro.

''Let me try.'' Said La Fey using her magic.

The girl tried what she could, all she knew but nothing was working. Both Luffy and Issei were really in a state of sleep where they weren't waking up.

''No luck.'' Said her all sad.

''Shit!'' Said Rias in shock.

''what do we do know?!" Asked Chopper in tears.

''Beat them to a pulp until they wake up. I will be the first one.'' Said Sanji.

''Please don't hurt them too much Sanji-san.'' Said Asia worried.

''Dodnt worry Asia-chan, I will make sure they are ok.'' Said Sanji walking towards the two.

After 5 minutes.

''Ok, I am tired.'' Said Sanji walking pass the two very beaten up Luffy and Issei. They were with a bunch of bruises and other cuts but nothing worked to wake them up.

The group was now desperate. They need the power of the two to save the world but they were not waking up.

''This is no ordinary sleeping spell.'' Said Kurokoa.

''Its power similar to the sleep disease.'' Said Le Fay.

''Are Luffy-senpai and Issei-senpai really in this state!'' Said Koneko worried as she went to check on Luffy.

''What is this sleep disease?" Asked Sanji

''it's a powerful disease that devils can have. The change to waking up again is very rare, lets I check Sona father also got the disease and now she will be the next head of the Sitri clan.'' Said Rias in a nervous mode.

''Wow really Sona dad is really in an eternal sleep?'' Asked Usopp in horror

''Yes, and the cure is almost impossible.'' Said Le Fay.

''How about we toss them into the pool and hope they wake up?' Asked Franky.

''This is even a worst idea! We got to do something and quick!"' Scream Chopper.

Usopp while in the middle of the confusion thought of something that could wake these two up.

''Wait a got it!'' Scream Usopp

''What is it Usopp?" Asked Chopper

''it's a bit risky, but I have faith that it might work. Everyone I got this so please stand back!"' Said Usopp

Everyone just look at the snipper in odd, but they felt that he had something planned out.

''Alright, I trust in your judgement.'' Said Rias to the sniper.

''Thanks Rias.'' Said the long nose man.

The snipper went to the direction of the two and he didn't even raise a finger, all he did was scream:

''THERE IS A BIG BREASTED NAKED LADY HOLDING A BUNCH OF MEAT RIGHT HERE!''

The entire room was shocked to hear this. That was…something.

''what that…'' Said Rias in confusion.

''Did you really think that would work?" Asked Kurokoa confused.

''Honestly what kind of idiot do you think would…'' Said Xenovia.

Soon the two teens felt their energy back and everyone look in shock as Issei and Luffy waked up.

''Big breasts?'' Asked Issei waking up

''Meat?" Asked Luffy waking up.

''YOU TWO ARE HOPELESS!'' Scream Chopper.
