Hey there, time for part 2 of the OC arc. We will see where Lucy is going to go and what is some of her backstory. I hope you have some fun, look in a point I will make a list of how this story was structure. After this OC arc we can go back to the regular stuff in the canon of the story. At least you can pass time with some fun read.

With Asia and Raynare.

The two girls were on the Occult Research Club with Kiba, Akeno and Koneko. They were just staying there while Rias, Luffy and Issei were out looking for someone. Rias told them if something happen they were going to be summed.

''So how does being a devil work?" Asked Asia.

''Its kind complicated at the start, but you get the idea soon enough. It's not that bad actually, in fact is a really good life.'' Said Akeno.

''Yes, you will get used to.'' Said Koneko eating some chocolates.

Kiba was looking at Raynare with a odd look. He still wasn't a fond of Fallen Angels, even thought Raynare had amnesia she could revert to her old self anytime, but for the time being she was a member of the club.

''So Kiba I heard a lot of girls saying how handsome you are. Why haven't you asked one of them out?" Asked Rayanre.

''Well it's not that simple. First off it won't be fair and I don't want to have an impression that I can have any girl that I want, this is not the kind of guy that I am.'' Said Kiba.

''Do you have anyone that you have interest?" Asked Asia.

''Oh no. I don't unfortunately, but who knows maybe I will find my right person some day here in Kuoh Academy.'' Said Kiba with a smile.

''What sweet thing to say Kiba-kun.'' Said Akeno with a laugh.

''Well I was always know to be the sweet type.'' Said Kiba a bit embarrassed.

''Don't think too high of yourself senpai.'' Said Koneko.

Then out of instinct Asia put her hands in praying position and started to pray.

''Lord please help Kiba-kun find the right person for…ouch.'' Said Asia getting a headache.

''Asia-chan!'' Said Raynare.

''I´m sorry, I keep forgetting that I can't pray anymore.'' Said Asia a bit sad.

''I will pray for you. Will that be ok?" Asked Raynare.

''Thank you Ray-chan.'' Said Asia happy and honestly she must prefer the new Raynare over the new one. Maybe Luffy was right, second chances were always welcomed.

Raynare did the pray for Asia because being a Fallen Angel nothing would happen if she prayed.

''This is so Sweet.'' Said Akeno with a smile.

While everyone was seeing this Kiba checked his phone and no messages from either Rias or Issei, not even Luffy shouting a lot since he didn't had a phone.

'Where is everybody?" Thoguht him.

With Rias and Issei.

Rias and Issei saw the ice forming all around and they were starting to get a bit nervous.

''Listen Lucy, we aren't going to hurt you we just…'' Said Rias but Lucy cuts her out.

''No! I don't want to hear not another word coming from you!'' Said Lucy.

''We just want to talk!'' Said Rias.

''I am not dumb! You want to make me your slave or some kind sex pet.'' Said Lucy.

''We are not pervert devils.'' Said Issei with a blush.

''Say a member of the pervert trio. Yeah, I heard rumor around of three idiots who keep harassing girls and you are one of them. A girl with glasses told me this.'' Said Lucy.

''Oh fuck you Aika!'' Said Issei.

''I can't speak for Issei pervert needs but we aren't going to do anything with you. We just want to see if you are ok, please everyone needs to talk with someone.'' Said Rias.

''Shut up. You are getting me such a headache.'' Said Lucy whipping her forehead.

While Rias and Issei tried to make Lucy be more calm they saw what appeared to be cigarette burn marks on her arm, while swiping her forehead her arm got exposed and it was fulled of cigarette burns, some appeared to be fresh.

''What are those burns?" Asked Issei worried.

''Oh these are from fosters home.'' Said Lucy.

Issei now felt more bad for this girl, she felt all alone and her home life was not a good one, so he wanted to see if she need it help.

''Look, I get that things aren't good but maybe we can help each other out. I mean I was also in a bad…'' Said Issei but Lucy cut him out.

''No, I am not trusting you guys!'' Said her.

''Why?" Asked Issei.

''Because every time I trusted someone….'' Said Lucy trying to say something but it wont come off.

Issei felt bad for that girl, it was easy to tell that she had to suffer a lot just to go get here, so maybe they could help her out.

''Lucy, listen! Calm down and come with us we can give you some benefits for you.'' Said Rias.

''What kind of benefits?" Asked her.

''We can give you a better life.'' Said Rias.

''What are you talking about? A better life? My bitch of a mother didn't think I could have that so why should I believe you.'' Said her.

''You shouldn't talk about your mother like this.'' Said Issei.

''My mother throw me out when I was a newborn and killed my dad. This is how much she cared about me!'' Said Lucy pissed as the ice kept growing.

The revelation shocked both Rias and Issei, they looked other confused on what she was talking about.

''This doesn't make any sense, Yuki Ona and other yokais have a deep respect for each other. Your mother wouldn't have done that unless…'' Said Rias trying to solve this riddle and then it became clear to her.

The girl looked shocked at Lucy who was now looking away in shame.

''Oh my lucifer, you´re half Yuki ona and half human.'' Said Rias.

''What is wrong with that?' Asked Issei.

''Issei, being born from different species is one things, but Yuki Ona are seriously tied to the old ways. If a Yuki One has sex with a human that results in pregnancy, the village of that Yuki Ona gives her two choices either kill the child or throw her out.'' Said Rias.

The revelation shocked Issei, so Lucy was abandoned as child just because her mother was in love with a human.

''So you´re half human too?" Asked Rias.

''Yes! Once I was borned I was literally thrown out from the village. My father was just an innocent man who felled in love for a monster, and then boom I came into existence and he was killed by her family. That bitch choose her old ways instead of her own daughter! So if my own mother didn't care for me, why should I care for the others!'' Scream her.

The girl was now at the point of crying, Rias got reminded of Akeno and Kiba from her story.

''Look, I know this isn't hard but its not too late to start a new life and…'' Said Rias but Lucy stop her.

''I don't need your help devil!'' Scream Lucy.

''No, you don't! But this is my territory and if you don't obey what I said I should be forced to…'' Said Rias but then Lucy shout out.

''Stay away!'' Scream her.

The Yuki Ona made a huge amount of ice, sharp one intended to kill the two.

''Wow! This was all her.'' Said Issei flying away.

''Stay away from me!'' Scream lucy now releasing way more ice than she imagined.

The amount of ice released was a lot, it was like someone throw a freaking snow mountain right in Kuoh. Rias and Issei were now covered in low temperature and freezing.

''Crap. She is way more powerful than I predicted.'' Said Rias pissed.

''Cold cold cold cold. President help, I need the warm of your body to keep living.'' Said Issei.

''We aren't in the arctic Issei.'' Said Rias with a smirk, because she knew what Issei wanted to do.

''Worth a shot.'' Said him with a sad smile.

Once they left the cold part they look around for Lucy but she was gone.

''She is gone.'' Said Issei.

''Crap, a pissed off Yuki Ona on school grounds. Sona is going to lecture me until the next day.'' Said Rias

''We need to stop her.'' Said Issei.

''Agreed, but what do you think she wants our help? She is pretty much as stubborn as Luffy and not in the fun way.'' Said Rias.

''She need help. I can tell that she never had someone she can fully trust, but if we can reach her we can do so much.'' Said Issei.

Those words surprised Rias, never she imagined the pervert member of the Pervert Trio was this good of a person.

''I guess you´re right. You really are showing your true colors Issei.'' Said Rias.

''Hey, I am not just a pervert. I am a decent guy, but I keep a good memory in all the nice breasts that I see.'' Said Issei with pride.

The answer just made Rias laugh, if she wasn't too much into Luffy maybe she was into Issei.

''You´re still a great asset to my peerage.'' Said Rias.

''Well you picked me for a reason.'' Said Issei with a thumbs up.

''Ok, lets go find our Yuki Ona.'' Said Rias as the two open their wings and flew away.

With Luffy

Luffy and Athena walk alongside Kunou who was hiding behind the goddess golden armor.

The two were now on a path that would quickly lead them to Kyoto. It was a magical system only know for high class creatures.

''So your mom is really powerful?" Asked Luffy.

''Yes, she can do all kind of powerful magic and turn into a large fox demon.'' Said Kunou.

''So cool! I wonder if I can ride on her.'' Said Luffy.

''Hey, no dirty thoughts on my mom!'' Said Kunou.

''What are you talking about?" Asked Luffy confused.

Athena just took a deep breath, this kid either was good in pretending he wasn't interested or was really asexual.

''You still sure you want to fight these monsters?" Asked Athena.

''Pretty sure, I want to kick their asses. I haven't beaten something in a while.'' Said Luffy.

''Have you heard of using your strength for better purpose?" Asked Athena.

'Well yes, but I dodnt see myself doing those type of things. They sound boring.'' Said Luuffy.

''What kind of education you had?" Asked Athena.

''I was raised by bandits.'' Said Luffy..

''Now I believe in you.'' Said Athena, because that would explain Luffy irrational behavior.

The trio kept walking as Athena had more questions for the boy.

''So what else are you?'' Asked Athena.

''I am a pirate.'' Said Luffy.

''A pirate?!'' Asked Athena just thinking of those ruthless pirates who are known to rape women.

''Yes, I am going to be King of the pirates!'' Said Luffy.

''King of The Pirates?" Asked Athena.

''Yes, once I find the One Piece, I am going to finally be able to do whatever I Want!''

''One Piece?" Asked Kunou.

The Goddess was confused by that, she didn't know what this One Piece was, but she could tell that this ´´pirate´´ wasn't aiming for the usual things that a pirte want.

''So you´re not aiming for treasures or women?" Asked Athena.

''Treasures are good and women are all over the place. But there can be only one King of the Pirates and that's is going to be me and I will fight anyone that stand in my way or in the way of my friends.'' Said Luffy all serious.

The answer surprised the goddess, for the first time Luffy was actually talking serious and it was for something that made no sense in her mind.

''What is he?'' Thought her.

While walking Luffy´s observation Haki activated, and he sensed danger coming.

''Get down!'' Said him as a bunch of arrow went towards the trio.

''Look out!'' Said Athena activating her shield to protect them.

The trio was unharmed but it appear the terrorist discovered that they were still alive.

''Who did this?" Asked Luffy.

''Those bad guys who wanted to kidnap me.'' Said Kunou.

''What kind of gain would they have with you?'' Asked Athena.

''I don't know, I think they just want my mother attention.'' Said Kunou.

''Ok, now it's time to beat some people up.'' Said Luffy.

The pirate soon sensed 9 people coming their ways, while they were running to get near the trio Luffy went up front, crackled his knuckles and got a grim in his face.

''What is he doing?" Asked Athena.

Soon the terrorist arrived.

''HEY!'' Scream Luffy running towards them.

''Uh? Is he coming directly towards us?" Asked one terrorist.

''Gomu Gomu no jet gattling!' Scream Luffy delivering a series of punches.

Punch Punch Punch

The rain of punches sent the terrorist flying all over the place. Both Kunou and Athena were shocked to see that displayed of power, they had an idea that Luffy wasn't fully human because of his presence, but they didn't expect him to be this strong. Taking out all those monsters with no problem.

''Alright, I beat the bad guys. So where is your mom?" Asked Luffy.

''You idiot! Those were just henchmen and you knocked them out. We need one awaken to ask information.'' Said Athena.

''But they are the bad guys, why would I let them stay awaken?" Asked Luffy confused.

The goddess just face palm and took a deep breath.

''You are something Moneky D. Luffy.'' Thought her.

Kunou saw a symbol that looked like a turtle, one of the terrorist uniform, she saw that symbol before.

''These guys have the same symbol as that shady Kappa .'' Said Kunou to the two.

'So the one doing all this is affiliated with the Kappa empire.'' Said Athena.

With Yasaka

The queen of the Yokais of Kyoto has been busy for a few days, talking with other representatives of the others Yokais cities. One of them was Raiko, a Kappa who control a little city of Yokais in Osaka.

''Are you ok queen Yasaka?" Asked Raiko.

''Please Raiko-kun, call me Yasaka. We know each other for ages, here we are all equals.'' Said her.

''Sure, sure.'' Said Raiko.

Soon his magical circle activated, meaning someone wanted to talk to him.

''Sorry, its from my home, I need to see if everything is alright.'' Said him.

''I understand, I want to call my daughter but for some reason our magical circles aren't working.' Said Yasaka.

''Strange, I will see if we can fix that.'' Said Raiko.

''Wonderful.'' Said Yasaka.

The Kappa went to an empty part of the conference room and soon talked with his men.

''Was the brat captured?' Asked him.

''Sorry boss, we got stopped for what appear to be a Goddess and a weird creature wearing a straw hat.'' Said one of the henchman.

''What! A goddess here in Japan?! Why? And what kind of creature wears a Straw Hat?' Asked Raiko.

''Uh I don't know but they defeated most of the people you sent to capture the daughter of Yasaka.'' Said the henchman.

''What! How! These people were some of my best soldiers!'' Said Raiko pissed.

''He looks like a human, nothing weird except that he can stretch.'' Said the henchman.

''Must be a weird sacred Gear. Who knows what else they can do. Find them, kill the boy and seal the goddess. Capture this brat at all cost.'' Said him with a kind serious vibe.

''Yes sir.'' Said the henchman.

The Kappa had some ´´interesting´´ plans for young Kunou and he had been planning them for months to all go to waste.

With Luffy and the others.

''Ok, they are all tied up. What's next?" Asked Luffy seeing all the henchmen all timed up.

''Once we reach the end of the tunnel we just need to go to the main palace. That's where the meeting is being held.'' Said Kunou.

''We will have to have a good explanation for barging there.'' Said Athena.

''What explanation. We just need to say that they wanted to kidnap her.'' Said Luffy.

''I don't see that being too hard to explain, I guess we will improvise something in the way.'' Said Athena.

''Alright, let's go Kunou. Let's see your mom!'' Said Luffy excited.

''Thanks Luffy-sama.'' Said Kunou.

Athena now couldn't help but laugh at that goofy attitude. This man was actually someone of a kind heart.

''Let's move before…'' Said her but Luffy stopped her.

''Wait.'' Said Luffy stopping athena.

Luffy felt his future sight activated and soon saw visions of the future.

''We will be attacked by an big group of these guys. I would say 30 people.'' Said Luffy.

The goddess and Yokai looked at Luffy confused.

''how do you know this will happen?" Aked Athena.

''I used my haki to see the future.'' Said him.

''Haki? Future? What are you talking about?" Asked Kunou.

''Yes, I have my observation haki so advanced that I can see some bits in the future. I don't want to get spoil on who I ended up fighting, so let's go!'' Said Luffy.

Athena and Kunou were left confused on what he just said. Athena was even more shcoekd that someone just admitted that they could see the future and was all calm. Besides she never heard of the term Haki before, so she started to put some pieces together.

''Is he…'' Thought her in wonder but soon her mind went back to reality once she heard a giant explosion.

Boom

With Lucy

The Yuki Ona fled to a empty room in the school. She wanted to be left alone and possible sleep there. Go back to that ´´home´´ of her, where she would be greeted with shouts and other forms of cursing was something, she didn't want to do. Honestly sleeping in the closet room was a better option. While there she kept thinking of Rias words.

''Friends with a devil. So what? So she can suck my soul?" Asked Lucy.

She saw her wrist, full of scars and burn marks that she had acquired over the years. Despite being a cold yokai, she had been burned a lot.

''Like I need any friends.'' Thoguht her.

The girl had to change from foster home from foster home. She was also in various schools, Kuoh Academy was her 7 school in 10 years. She was never able to find any friends and everyone always mocked her because she liked to wear a sweater, she said she was always cold but everyone just liked to make fun of her for other reasons.

She still remembers the insults.

''You´re so gross. I bet your parents didn't want such an ugly child.''

'Get lost creep!''

''Oh my god, why are you still here? We didn't want you in this group.''

''Fuck you, why should I share my food with you?"

''You´re such a weird girl. I bet you none has ever asked you out.''

''Go hang yourself. I can't bare to hear your voice anymore.''

''You´re so cold that none in this world is going to love you Lucy.''

''Take a swing on that bridge.''

The girl started to cry. She had feelings and for a while she wanted to stop expressing any kind of emotion. But after all these years of abuse, how she could start having a ´´normal´´ life. Besides what kind of person would like to have a girl who wasn't even fully human, she hated being a Yuki Ona and hated her mother for doing this to her.

''Stupid whore!'' Said Lucy.

With Issei and Rias.

Issei was looking everywhere for Lucy, he wanted to make sure she was ok and she wasn't going to do anything stupid.

''I hope she doesn't do anything serious. I mean what if…'' Said Issei worried but Rias made him feel a lot calm.

''Issei, if it makes you feel better, I will make sure she has a proper life if she accepts my offer.'' Said Rias.

''Ok president, but I want to do the talk first. Maybe coming from someone born human she might go easy on me.' Said him.

''Fine, but you need to know what are you doing. I am going to talk to the others and look for Luffy. I see you in an hour.'' Said Rias.

The teen nod his master order and soon rush towards the school, he wanted to find Lucy and make sure she wasn't going to do something that could take her life.

''I need to make sure she is ok.'' Thought Issei.

So here we have Lucy part 2. I kind like writing a tragic character, I am going to explore more of her origin in later parts. This will be a four partner and I want to make you guys know what kind of hardships Lucy had to endure. Ok the others also had it rough. Kiba watched everyone he loved be killed, Akeno was chased off by her family and saw her own mother died, Koneko was traumatized by her big sister, while the rest after Issei had a pretty good life until they were turned out.

Sometimes in this series being turned into a devil is the same as getting a job. In other fanfics is almost laughable on how it is.

Lucy backstory with the Yuki Ona was inspired by Hiei in Yu Yu Hakusho, like his mother had to toss him out because he was male and not able to produce ice. I still don't know if I will have her go to see her mother, I mean we already have family issues with Akeno already, but while Baraquiel is kind redeemable, I don't see redemption for Lucy mother which I still not sure what name I should put. Give me some options.

Luffy is also having a good time with Athena and Kunou. He will meet Yasaka soon and let's see what is going to happen later. See you all.
