Hi there, time to get a new chapter on the oven. This will be a little different. I will divide this episode in two parts, ORC vs Student Council and then is ´´Getting a Familiar´´, this way we can get around. Besides Issei never got a familiar, I saw that he gets a toy boat which is revealed to be a Deus Ex Machina because of course it is. I hope you all enjoy this chapter.

The next day on the ORC

Asia and Raynare were carrying two piles of books, both were things that the club need it and didn't need it, however it was Rias request so who were they to refuse it.

''This is a bit heavy.'' Said Raynare.

''We can do it.'' Said Asia trying to be all cheerful and keep going.

''Need some help?" Asked Issei coming to help out and try to act all noble.

'Oh thank you Issei-kun.'' Said Asia and Raynare.

Issei soon had a smug on his face, that soon dropped when he carried those books.

''Man, this is heavy! What are these things made out?" Asked Issei mentally.

''Need some help?" Asked Luffy.

''Thanks Luffy.'' Said Issei giving Luffy that pile and Luffy carried those books like if they were made of carboard.

The group soon arrived at the club, Rias was having tea on her seat while Akeno was playing chess with Kiba, Koneko and Lucy meanwhile were eating sweets.

''Oh great, you all brought the books. Although its ok for you to carry them out Luffy?" Asked Rias.

''Don't worry Rias, this not heavy.'' Said Luffy all calm.

''Is easy when you have the strength of a thousand people.'' Said issei annoyed.

''Great, now we are all here we can start our meeting.'' Said Rias.

''Ok, what's up for today?" Asked Issei.

''I am happy to inform you all that today for my newcomers Issei, Asia and Lucy you are all going to take your next step upon becoming a devil.'' Said Rias.

''Hold on! For real?'' Asked Issei.

''Correct.'' Said Rias

''What is so important today bunchou?" Asked Lucy.

''Today you three will get your familiars.'' Said Rias.

The group of newcomers didn't know what Rias was talking about, what was a Familiar.

''Familiars?' Asked Issei.

''What is that?" Asked Asia.

''Is that a family thing?" Asked Luffy.

''No Luffy, a familiar is a being that can help you while doing devil duties. They can help train you, deliver message, do magic and all sorts of things.'' Said Rias.

Soon a little chibi bat like creature appeared next to Rias.

''Wow, so cool.'' Said Issei seeing the creature.

''This is my familiar.'' Said Rias.

''Can I eat him?" Asked Luffy as the bat ran away in fear of Luffy.

''NO! He is like family to me.'' Said Rias pissed.

''Oh sorry.'' Said Luffy with a laugh.

Issei couldn't help to feel that he seemed that bat somewhere.

''Well, I can see you are confused, maybe this will help you out.'' Said Rias.

''What?!'' Asked Issei.

Soon the bat turned into a sexy woman, with red wings on her head and what looked like a maid outfit.

''Wait! The sexy chick from the other day, she was your familiar?" Asked Issei.

''Wow! They can transform too?!'' Asked Luffy.

''Yes, familiar if they are well trained can evolve and even become like their masters.'' Said Rias.

''Do you all have familiars?" Asked Luffy.

''Yes, mine are these tiny demons. They help me perform my magic better and cast a large amount of lightning.'' Said Akeno.

''So cool!'' Said Luffy seeing Akeno tiny demons much to the girl enjoyment.

''And this is Shiro. She is my familiar.'' Said Koneko holding up a white cat.

''So cool, he is already just like you.'' Said Luffy all happy.

''Well Senpai i got lucky and found a familiar that could connect better to me.'' Said Koneko with a little blush.

''Well you two look like a great duo. I can't wait to see you in action Shiro.'' Said Luffy patting the cat, which made Koneko smile.

''And mine is…'' Said Kiba wanting to show his familiar but Issei refused it.

''I don't need to see pretty boy.' Said Issei (AN: I checked ahead to see what happened in the Light Novels, Kiba familiar was never revealed. Yeah, I guess the author didn't care either.)

''But I want! Show me Kiba!'' Said Luffy.

Kiba just laugh as he summon a little white rabbit to his hand.

''A rabbit?!' Asked Luffy confused.

''This is Usegui, he has been helping me ever since I became a devil.'' Said Kiba.

''Cool!'' Said Luffy with stars in his eyes.

''Familiars are essential for devils, the stronger you get the familiar will also get stronger.'' Said Rias.

''Can I have one?" Asked Luffy.

''I am sorry, Familiars only tend to go towards devils. Despite you immense power you´re still human.'' Said Rias.

''Man this is boring!'' Said Luffy with a pout.

''You mentioned once a place full of taking animals, I guess you had enough of weird creatures.'' Said Issei.

Luffy just thought for a moment what would be a cool familiar, a talking piece of meat, a talking dumpling, a talking bowl of ramen. He was just thinking of food with faces.

''I think Chopper would be mine familiar. Yeah! He would be the best Familiar ever!'' Thought Luffy.

''I guess I wont be getting one either?" Asked Rayanre.

''I am sorry Raynare, you´re like Luffy. You might have power but familiars tend to go to Devils.'' Said Rias.

''But how are we going to get familiars?" Asked Asia.

''Well….'' Said Rias with an answer prepared.

However before she could answer someone knocked on the door.

Knock Knock

''Come in.'' Said Rias.

''Excuse me.'' Said a stern and cold voice of Sona.

Issei and Luffy saw the new group arrive, Sona and Tsubaki.

''Who are they?" Asked Asia.

''Oh those are the Student Council president and vice President. They are both serious about their position in the school.'' Said Issei.

''Hey Sona!'' Said Luffy with a smile.

''Hi Luffy, I am glad to see that you made less of a mess in my school.'' Said Sona.

''Well I been behaving a lot better.'' Said Luffy with a smile.

''I still get complains about your behavior.'' Said Sona.

''Well nobody is perfect.'' Said Luffy with a smile.

Sona just sighed at that, at least Luffy wasn't the massive headache that he was at the start of the school year.

''So Sona what brings you here?" Asked Rias with a smile.

''Just a greeting an old friend and see your new servants. Getting new pawns and a new Bishop in a metter of a few weeks is impressive.'' Said Sona.

''Servants?! That's means she…'' Said Issei putting the pieces together.

''Yes Issei, like me Sona is also a pure blood devil. She also has her own peerage and conduct a part of the city as well.'' Said Rias.

''Oh that makes sense, I could tell you´re a devil too.'' Said Luffy to Sona.

''Why?! Because you could sense some devil energy?" Asked Sona.

''No, because you look like a evil girl.'' Said Luffy.

''WHAT!'' Scream Sona in shock.

Rias and Akeno couldn't help to smirk at that. Luffy had some good ones in the tank. Tsubaki just let a little giggle while Sona glare at her with anger.

''Where are your servants?" Asked Rias getting back to serious.

''They are coming, I just asked them to prepare everything.'' Said Sona.

Then the new group arrive, it was the rest of the Student Council. Momo Hanakai, Reya Kusaka, Tomeo Meguri, Tsubasa Yura, Genshirou Saji and Ruruko Nimura.

''Sorry for being late president.'' Said Saji.

''Its ok, you´re all in tiem actulayll.'' Said Sona.

The ORC was just in shock to see all these people were devil toos, but if they have fallen angels, Yukionas and people from anohet dimension in their school than anything is possible.

''The entire Student Council is devils!'' Said Lucy.

''Yes Lucy, pretty amazing isn't?" Asked Akeno.

''What happened if a random decided to try to join the club?" Asked Lucy

''Hypnosis.'' Said Akeno.

''that's explain.'' Said Lucy.

''Wow Sona! I didn't know you had all this nakamas, I just thought it was you and Tsubaki over there. Good for you.'' Said Luffy with a smile

''Well thank you Luffy, I appreciate.'' Said Sona.

''Excuse me, are you Monkey D. Luffy?" Asked Tomoe.

''Yes, I am. Nice to meet….'' Said Luffy with a smile.

Soon the entire group of the student council outside from Sona and Tsubaki jumped on him, they looked pissed and wanting to beat him up.

''Luffy!'' Said Rias in shock.

''You bastard! You realize all the work we had to do to clean your messes?" Asked Momo.

''Yes! You ruined our after school ours.'' Said Reya.

''You made me miss so many opportunities with cute chicks! I made a vow to beat you if I see you.'' Said Saji.

''Everybdoy, I told you all to be a little more subtle. This is embarrassing.'' Said Sona.

''President! After all he did, he deserves a beating, please just 3 minutes.'' Said Tsubasa.

''I wouldn't count on that.'' Said Akeno with a smile, knowing that that group had no chance agaisnt luffy.

''Hey, get off me!'' Scream Luffy pushing everyone off.

The Student Council were out pushed to the side, Sona and Tsubaki were in shock upon seeing that. Rias and the others were ok, because they knew of Luffy ridiculous strength.

''Jeez Sona, I´m sorry I did a mess but you don't need to send your nakama beat me. Rias and the others can do that.

The devil girl just looked at that in shock, like Tsubasa was holding him and he tossed her off like she was a regular human girl. What hell was Rias hiding?

''How did you do that? It was my entire peerage, except for me and Tsubaki and you tossed everyone off.'' Asked Sona scared.

''We have a ton to discuss later. However, I do believe the discussion is about familiars?" Asked Rias all serious.

''Rias!'' Said Sona wanting answers.

''Luffy, I am glad that your not hurt but please do not cause any damages to my club.'' Said Rias.

''Sorry.'' Said Luffy.

''Uh, Rias-senpai what the hell is with this guy. Is he a new devil or what?'' Asked Saji confused.

''Saji, please we will discuss this later.'' Said Sona as they saw her servants getting up.

Issei finally remember who the blonde guy was, he was a bit annoyed that he was the only male in that female filled peerage, while Issei had Luffy and Kiba around.

''Hey, aren't you the new guy. Yeah, the secretary I think I voted for you.'' Said Issei.

''Saji Genichi is my newest member, he is mine pawn.'' Said Sona.

''Nice to see you. These are my newest servants, Issei Hyoudou and Lucy Tsumetai my pawns and Asia Argento my bishop.'' Said Rias.

''And I am Luffy.''

''You´re not a devil?" Asked Saji.

''No, I am not.'' Said Luffy all simple.

The student council were beyond confused at that, how could a non-devil tossed them out of the way. Sona was now getting scared.

''Long story, I will explain at the end of the day. Let's get back to the main topic.'' Said Rias.

''Well either way, nice to meet a fellow pawn.'' Said Issei trying to act all nice.

''Ha! Do you think we are the same. Please, I am not going to compare myself with one of the most infamous perverts at school. Trust me man, I am a different league from you.'' Said Saji acting all smug and that got him a punch from Luffy.

PUNCH

The two sides didn't know what just happened, it was so fast that you blinked you missed type of situation.

''What the hell!'' Said Sona.

''Saji!'' Said most of Sona peerage.

''Luffy, what did you do?" Asked Rias in shock.

''I hate smug assholes.'' Said Luffy all cold.

'Hey what gives!?'' Scream Saji.

''Issei is cooler than you, just because you are from a different crew it doesn't mean you get to look down upon him.'' Said Luffy all serious.

''Senpai is right, acting all cocky is what lead to the death of most reincarnated.'' Said Koneko.

''Urgh. I get you.'' Said Saji pissed.

''What about the other pawn piece?! I heard she was a half human half yuki ona?" Asked Sona trying to get around his whole thing.

''That would be me.'' Said Lucy all calm.

''Hi there.'' Said Saji.

Luffy got some Sanji vibes coming from that guy, but Sanji would never act smug with other people, so he didn't care if he had to punch this guy to stop acting like that.

''Nice to meet you. A half yuki Ona you say, I gotta admit you´re even cutter in person.'' Said Saji.

''Wow, really trying to charm me after that whole scene. You´re really are hopeless.'' Said Lucy with a smirk.

''Uhhhhh.'' Said Saji scared.

The blonde backed off and Issei decided to try to act nice again, he didn't know why but that was the way he was raised.

''Hey man, trust me she will freeze your balls if you mess with her. She and Koneko-chan are a duo you don't want to make it mad.'' Said Issei.

''Oh and you have it easy, having such a sexy king to look upon you.'' Said Saji.

''Trust me buddy, the President only has her eyes fixated in one thing.'' Said Issei pointing at Luffy.

Saji was at first a bit confused, but then saw Rias looking at Luffy with worry and concern. He could see she was in love.

''What! Him!?" Scream him in shock.

''Yeah, unfortunately.'' Said Issei all sad too.

''No way! This is impossible!'' Said Saji.

''What are you guys talking about?" Asked Rias.

The entire room was looking at the two whispering something, it was a bit odd but they wanted to know what was the deal.

''Nothing!'' Said the two.

'And the Fallen Angel?" Asked Sona.

''We are working things out with Rayanre.'' Said Rias.

''I am grateful for everything Rias-sama does for me.'' Said Rayanre.

''You must be having a hard time managing all this.'' Said Sona.

''You have no idea.'' Said Rias.

''So, back to main subject. You are telling about your newest members about familairs?" Asked Sona.

''Yes, we are planning to go at the end of the week to the forest. Saji needs to get his.'' Said Rias.

''I see, but he is only available once a month. How should we settle this?" Asked Rias.

''How about a fair game?" Asked Sona.

''Perfect.'' Said Rias.

''Yes, this sounds a lot of fun! I can't wait to see.'' Said Luffy.

''Oh you will see what we meant by ´´Fair Game´´.'' Said Sona.

''I bet it's going to be an interesting one.'' Said Rias with a smirk.

''Agreed.'' Said Sona with a smile.

Akeno could only laugh at that; Sona peerage would help her president work things out. However, they were just wondering what Luffy was because of his strength.

''So how are we settling this?" Asked Rias.

''Magic duel?" Asked Sona.

''No, we had that last year.'' Said Rias.

''that's right.'' Said Sona.

''Are we fighting each other?" Asked Luffy.

''No Luff, we are going to see what kind of sport should we do to compete. You know like a school event.'' Said Akeno.

''What kind of sport should we do?" Asked Luffy.

''I have an idea!'' Said Rias.

Sona just smile at that, she knew Rias would have something prepared. Luffy however didn't know what was going to happen next.

Yes, short chapter. Sorry, next one I intended to have both the tennis match and the dodgeball match. It's going to be fun to see Luffy play dodgeball, after all…haki. Besides, Luffy doesn't like cheating, but he likes to make his team feel good in the end.

We are going to have three more chapters on this ORC vs Student Council, because Sona will like to know what is Luffy limit and powers. This should be a lot of fun to do.

I decided to make Lucy asexual. I thought it would be funny to have an asexual person in a harem series. All those Luffy and Issei girls list, I should edit those outs. Sorry for this, when you write a fanfic you get things a little messed out. Like, I have original plans after the end of Season 1 and then we might do something out.

I am also planning a big High School DxD crossover with three other franchises. One weak and one strong. Like the strong one could chew out the two, it's not Overlord, but it's going to be fun to see. Its going to make Rias realize ´´Oh shit, I am super weak´´.

By the way, spoilers when we get to the Familiar forest, we will see a powerful creature in there and it will have its eyes set on Luffy. That it's all.
