Hey there, time to see what is Nami deal in her little investigation. She is looking at Toga case and see what caused all this and I will have some nice commentary throw at this. Don't worry, we wont be stuck on these things for a while. One more chapter then we will head to UA and the lead up to Luffy vs All Might. This is going to be really good.

On a Middle School

Nami sat on the Humpy Dumpty like principal office. To his knowledge she was sent by UA to ask about Himiko Toga, not knowing this was a personal investigation of her own.

''Miss Nami…before we start would you like….'' Asked him all nervous but nami wasn't here to make chit chat.

''This is the school that Himiko Toga used to be in. I want answers.'' Said her.

''Oh god! That girl is going to haunt me until the day I die.'' Said him so desperate that he poor himself a drink.

It was halfway making his drink that he forgot that Nami was there. A principal that drink in office doesn't look good in the news.

''Sorry! I was…'' Said him all nervous but Nami didn't care.

''Can you make mine with ice?' Asked her all calm.

The principal just nod all calm and put Nami drink in front of her.

''Thanks.'' Said Nami drinking the whisky.

''This will be a little secret.'' Said him.

''So what can you tell me about this girl?" Asked Nami.

''Himiko Toga at first was a little odd kid. She liked to see horror movies and gruesome things. We all just thought this was her thing, other than that she was a regular student like anyone else. We all thought her love for blood and all that stuff was because of her quirk.'' Said the principal.

''What do you mean?" Asked her.

''Her quirk is ´´Transformation´´. It works like this, once she consumes the blood of someone she can become that person for an amount of time. We all thought that was just a bad situation for her, but apparently she didn't mind drinking blood.'' Said the principal.

''So that's how she became Luffy, she drank his blood.'' Thought Nami.

Nami took the notes and then continued with her investigation.

''What else can you tell me.'' Said Nami.

''The thing with her quirk is that we all could tell that could mess up her head. She was always drawing blood or even things with open organs. We were starting to get worried, with time she stopped and acted like a regular girl, but we all know that with quirks is just a matter of time.'' Said the principal.

''oh come on. Some people say the most useless quirks is better than having nothing, then some say they prefer having no quirk than having the crappy power than they have! Make up your mind.'' Said Nami annoyed. This was something really bothering her ever since they arrived in this world, nobody seemed to satisfied with this quirk thing.

''Its complicated! When quirks started, we took a while to adapt, even know a days people with mutation quirk are the result of discrimination.'' Said the principal.

''So you guys are racist in every situation. Either you discriminate someone for not having a quirk, or discriminate someone for not look human because of their quirk.'' Said Nami.

''What! Young lady, I at least try to not let bullying in this school be a situation. Tell me what quirk do you have?' Asked the principal.

''I am quirkless.'' Said her.

''You are quirkless?!'' Asked him.

''Is that a problem?" Asked nami with a stare.

''Oh no! I wish I was in your condition! Do you think I like smelling like a huge egg? I need cool off every 4 hours or else I smell rotten.'' Said her.

''OK, I am crossing that from my notes. Let's go back to Himiko Toga.'' Said Nami.

The principal soon took a file. However, unlike the usual students files this one had a huge ´´BANNNED´´ label on the front.

''For you see she was just a regular student. Nothing much and nothing else, people liked her, she was easy to mix with the crowed and people seemed to enjoy her company.'' Said the principal.

''Ok, so when did stuff really went south?" Asked Nami.

''Well I don't know much from what was her life outside of school, all I remembered is that her parents restricted her from using her quirk, now in today society there is a terrible situation. If your quirkless is a run of the mill nothing you are pretty much good, however if your quirk is casing a need for you then you will be addicted in using him.'' Said the principal.

Nami took note on that so sometimes people get addicted in using their powers? Make sense comparing them to the devil fruit users.

''So in Middle school you said she was actually really social?" Asked Nami.

''Yes, she had decent grades, a large number of friends, she even stopped showing those drawing of blood and other things, she was actually a sweet girl. She even said she wanted to be a ballerina when she grew up, we all thought she was…a sweet girl.'' Said the principal looking a bit nervous.

''Alright then what happened?'' Asked Nami.

The principal took another sip of his drink as he recalls the darkest day of this school.

''There was a student called Saito, he was really popular in here. Everybody seemed to like him and he was even aiming to go towards the UA.'' Said the principal showing the picture of this kid.

Nami saw that and had a really shock look.

''He looks just like Izuku!'' Thought her

''After a fight against some street punks Saito got really injured, he was bleeding on his head. I heard that Toga had a crush on him, but this is middle school so that tends to happen. She offered to take him to the nurse office, and we didn't seen to have a problem with that however that day was the trigger for everything, her feelings, combined with the necessity of her quirk and her mental disability caused her to…stab Saito and drink his blood. When we saw that scene…. oh god!'' Said him looking in horror.

Nami could only imagined that a really ´´everyday girl´´ to everyone suddenly doing something like this would make everyone in shock. She could only imagined what happened to the poor people who saw that.

''We called the police and she escaped after that and we never saw her again.'' Said him.

''What if there is someone in your school who quirks tend to do horrible things like this?" Asked Nami.

''We cant interfere with our student life outside of school, this is the job for heroes and other services.'' Said the principals.

''What a bunch of bullshit.'' Said Nami under her breath.

The principal just look a bit remorse and a little nervous while telling this story.

''Things are hard in a quirk dominated world. Some jobs require you to have a quirk and other methods. Some see this era as a era of dreams, but some see as a era of curses.'' Said the principals.

Nami could understand this, just looking at the principal is enough to make her glad that she doesn't have any power or a devil fruit. The good thing about devil fruit is that you still look like a human, you just loose the ability to swim and that's all.

''So tell me what happened next.'' Said Nami.

''After that the Togas received a lot of media and public attack. They saw their daughters a monster and her parents and siblings just stay inside their house for days. If you are related to someone who became a villain these people will treat you like you are a part of their life.'' Said the principal.

''And what happened to her parents and siblings?'' Asked Nami.

''They moved away to Singapore. Her father got a job offer and he took out immediately. I heard that they disowned her and even tell people she never existed.'' Said him.

Nami just look a bit worried. She wonder if all villains are a victim of this society. There are bastards like in her world who want to see the world burn and they received a good reason for that. She remember in Fishman Island hearing about the past of the Sun pirates and despite not wanting to admit she understood why Arlong loved to torture humans.

''I understand their situation…if this was just the drinking blood and I would understand but she has been in more things. However it feels really shitty to just abandon your child even thought she is mentally troublesome.'' Said Nami a bit serious. She wondered what would be like if Toga and some of these villains had people who were supportive to them and wanted to help out.

''What do you mean?" Asked the principal.

''If your son had a mental disability and he had a quirk that could hurts other…would you abandoned him or throw him into an asylum?" Asked Nami.

The principal was a bit quiet for this one, he wasn't married so he didn't know how to answer that one.

''I don't know…everyone that I know has a really weak or really useless ability. I don't know how it must feel to be in their shoes.'' Said him.

''Do you think people just think as quirk as something of being a hero…. or what dictate their life.'' Asked Nami.

''I think you should know what its best for your life. Even if your quirk makes things difficulty.'' Said him.

''Last question, do you know what happen to Toga after this accident?" Asked Nami.

''A few years later there were some murders in some tows. Folks said to be caused by a blonde with fangs, once images appeared we all saw that was indeed Toga.'' Said him.

Nami took enough notes for the day and she had learned a lot. She learned that despite all the propaganda that people say that quirk are the best, some might say that quirks are the worst thing to happen to humankind.

''Thank you for you time.'' Said Nami.

''A pleasure miss Nami, you´re taking these notes for…'' Said the principal but Nami already had an answer.

''UA just want to make sure your school isn't the target of online attacks. Just make sure these kids are safe.'' Said Nami.

''Oh that's wonderful.'' Said him all calm.

Outside.

Nami was drinking some cold lemonade while looking at her notes. Toga was kind messed up because of her quirk and people telling her to be someone she isn't.

''Looks like having a quirk isn't all great at all. Of course, if you have a super useful quirk then you can get rich. I mean I would love to have a quirk that allow me to trun things into gold, but then again it would destroy me.'' Thought her.

Nami realized this world is so complicated, and the worst this was just one island. She would have a headache thinking on how the rest world is about the quirk situation.

''Do these people have close borders? Why I cant see what is happening around the world.'' Thought Nami looking at her phone, every time she looked at some foreign website it always said ´´Error´´.

Later

Nami managed to track down the old Toga residence and saw a big house, one she would probably be happy living in now being just a big old thing pretty much crumbling.

''Wow.'' Said Nami.

Nami then saw an old lady walking with a dog and decided to ask her some questions.

''Excuse me.'' Said Nami.

''Yes dear.'' Said the old lady.

''What happened to this house?" Asked Nami.

''Oh those were Togas residence. A nice family who was always happy.'' Said the old lady.

''So a family used to live here?" Asked Nami.

''Yes…until an incident that made them leave.'' Said the old lady sounding a bit nervous.

''Until Toga snapped.'' Thought Nami.

''There was a tragedy and they had to flee the country. It was truly tragic.'' Said the old lady.

''What tragedy? Quirk related? I bet if she was quirkless nothing like this would happen." Asked Nami.

''Oh dear, that is a bit harsh isn't.'' Said the old lady.

''What do you mean?'' Asked Nami.

''If you´re quirkless what go could you do? Its rather have something than nothing.'' Said the old lady with a smile as she left.

Nami just had a look of shock as the old lady said that. She then saw that lady leave and she then flip her off.

''This world is discussing.'' Thought Nami.

Once the coast is clear Nami decided to go inside to look for some clues.

''Ok, coast is clear.'' Thought her.

She got inside and saw how the situation was. She saw how things were inside of this big house.

''Holy crap.'' Thought her.

She saw a bunch of graffities and hate messages all around the house. Either these people were really pissed at Toga or they just wanted to put more firewood.

Nami could understand this, if she Toga had done that to her family or even her crewmates she would be really angry. However she could difference of wanting to kill for pleasure and wanting to kill because of a mental illness.

''I mean she clearly likes to kill…but I wonder if someone was there for her would she become like this?" Asked Nami.

Nami isn't a saint girl, she exploit people even her own crewmembers, however she does have a soft hearth and she knows when someone does these types of things because they were twisted in the head.

''Boy this isn't easy.'' Thought her.

Nami left the house and decided to go to her apartment where she would make some notes and even talk with Robin about this.

''A quirk can either doom someone or make their life's?" Thought her.

She wasn't stupid she could tell that some people work really hard and didn't fully depend on their quirks to be successful, but she could tell that these powers was what give them fame and glory.

''I am happy just for not having power.'' Thought Nami.

So yes this was a Nami centered chapter. Now I am not saying that Toga is innocent, far from it but she is a case of If someone was there to help her she wouldn't be like this. Of all the League of Villains I think she was the one that could have had a good life if it wasn't for the situation of her quirk. I hope you all understand the point that I am trying to go here.

In my head here how I see the villains. Shigaraki: Could have been saved. Kurogiri: He is loyal because he was created lik this. Gigantomachia: He is loyal to All For One because he knows how control him. Dabi: Complicated to the core. Toga: Could have been saved. Twice: Could have been saved. Spiner: Could have been saved. Mr Compress: He is the least evil in my eyes. Muscular, Moonfish and Mustard: All are just assholes.

Hey guys one thing, so you all know I have a huge problem with the my Hero story. I won't deny that Horikoshi is a talent artist, but he is not that great of writer. This the series which I have a problem, I don't know why but the holes of My Heroes are more visible to me than other series. I am saying this because this week episode was when All Might was confronted by Stain and he told his philosophy. So here is something that might have you all hate me, I don't like Stain. I think he is an asshole and just have an excuse to kill. Yes, I know he has a convoluted backstory, a reason for that and ´´Vigilantes´´ expand on why he becomes like this. But seriously the dude kills heroes who he doesn't like, the only reason Tesei got almost axe is because this series need it a Killing Joke situation. What I am saying the character is more used as tragedy rather than go back, Batgirl got shot by the joker and became Oracle, New 52 happen and she can walk. Look I like Barbara Gordon as Batgirl, also its kind hard to believe she will be forever in the chair when you have like 2 dozen ways to get her back to walk, the reason of why they didn't want is because of status quo, I was asking ´´why can't she just ask Zatanna´´. Now back to Stain, when Ida brother got crippled it was the situation of ´´I need tragedy´´ and it was before Horikoshi made everything go back to Manga magic, like ida brother get his leg fracture and is in a wheelchair forever, Todoroki is burned to the point of getting into his bones and Bakugo get a laser shot in his stomach, they spent a few days in the hospital and they are in top shape. I am just saying this because I don't buy that speech of Stain, he doesn't regret his action, he will go back to kill innocent heroes who nothing wrong, the few ones that are just trying to do their job. Sometimes I am amazed how Horikoshi is putting comic book bullshit into his manga, even going back to the Status of ´´All Might was the only hero who we actually give a dammn´´. Yeah, whatever when is this going to end, I have no idea what is going on! And again, if you like stain don't worry, I won't judge, I commented that it was stupid and I was told I don't get the story, of course I don't get it because I am not that big of a fan! Sorry for this rant.

Also, the Vox Machina and One Piece story is coming soon. I got the role for the characters, also I started reading the Mighty Nein of Critical role and I think I love them more because they seemed more tragic and more interesting. I can't wait to see that being animated and once its done and I get more in touch with the character I will put them in a fanfic.

Sorry for these big rants, I like to talk to you guys sometimes after a story. Its just a way. I am trying to keep up with this one, and the luffy hero academia one is also really getting popular. Check it out. I almost did a Hero Academia DxD with that one, the base was ´´What if an overpower harem character wasn't the most powerful one in his world´´. Like izuku with One For All, the Pawn Pieces, the Dragon and all the bullshit couldn't handle Luffy power because Luffy isn't a regular human. I planned a crazy with Luffy if this story would happen, lets just say: Half Human half god, with rubber powers, the personal of the D clan which is Haki and Nikka powers while inside. Yes, that is more powerful than a dragon.
