Hello everyone, this chapter took a while, with me deciding to finish season 3 like I did for my Dragon Prince Story. But I gotta say, it was a lot easier when it was 4 chapters for Dragon Prince, all 11 chapters of The Last Black and White Dragons (And I hoped you all liked my first triple crossover.) then these 2 chapters. Not to mention my troubles finding a job.
Another reason I've been slow to post chapters is because I've been working on a new story on the side. With A Trainer Journeys In Grace only having one chapter left, I thought of posting a new story to replace it in the order.
It's called "Mysticons And The Great Powers of Pokemon". As you can guess, it's the Mysticon and Pokemon crossover from the vote. You see I was hoping Mysticons would win the vote, but it didn't, so I made Violet Iron & Scarlet Beast; The Abyss Riders. But I still wanted to do the Mysticon story, so I changed the original idea and still made the Mysticon story. (And before you ask, no I'm not going to do any of the other stories from the vote, I just really wanted to do Mysticons.)
Now I would explain more about the story, but I want you all to be surprised, but I can say that it will be an interesting one, and play an important part in something I'm planning for much later, so I hope you like it when it comes out, but first let's finish A Trainer Journeys In Grace and announce it on my other stories.
But it'll be a bit of a longer wait, because tomorrow I plan to post part 13 of the Book of Change and finish this book, with a little surprise at the end of the next chapter. So here's part 12.
Book Change Part 12
Enter The Void of Lie
Earth Kingdom Sky
On the way to the Northern Air Temple, everyone was trying to make a battle plan. "I say we make our approach from the west. "I say we make our approach from the west. Drop down from the airship on cables. Ambush these Red Lotus Lowlifes before they know what hit them." Su said to everyone.
"It'll never work. That combustion lady will pick us off one by one." Lin said to Su. "You have a better idea how to save the airbenders?" Su asked Lin. "Yeah. We come up from the valley, scale the side of the mountain, and take them off guard." Lin said to everyone.
"That could work." Tonraq said to Lin. "Except, they're waiting for us. We won't catch them off guard." Zoey said to everyone. "She's right, and your plan will give them the high ground. So, if their lavabender spots us, he'll melt the mountainside and us with it." Su said to everyone.
"Wait! I got it. I'll disguise myself as a lost hiker. And once I'm in the temple, I'll distract the Red Lotus with my bird calls." Bolin said to everyone, before doing bird calls. "That's when you all strike!" Bolin said to everyone. "Yeah, we're not doing that." Zoey said to Bolin.
"Well, I haven't noticed you offering any suggestions." Bolin said to Zoey. "It doesn't matter." Korra said, getting everyone's attention. "None of these ideas will work. The second Zaheer realizes we're up to something, he'll wipe out the airbenders." Korra said to everyone, looking out the window.
"And Opal is one of those Airbenders. Believe me, I understand what's at stake." Su said to Korra. "Then I think you'll agree. The only plan that will work is for me to give myself up." Korra said to everyone, as she turned to everyone. "What? Korra. "Korra, no." Lin said to Korra.
"We'll figure out another way." Tonraq said to Korra. "I talked it over with Lord Zuko, and I've given it a lot of thought. I have to do this." Korra said to everyone. "What does Arceus say about this?" Lucas asked Korra. "I haven't told Arceus about this. I don't want him to be bothered by my problems." Korra said to Lucas.
"What about us? You can't expect us to sit by and just let Zaheer take you." Asami said to Korra. "The world has been out of balance for far too long. It needs the Air Nation back again. I can't let Zaheer destroy it and everyone we love. Help me save the airbenders. Then you can worry about saving me." Korra said to everyone.
"I hate to say this. But she's right. There's no way to sneak in without taking major damage to both us and the Air Nation. Giving herself up might be the only way to get everyone else out safely." Zoey said to everyone.
"We're with you, Korra." Tonraq said to Korra. "Yes, whatever you need. We're here." Su said to Korra. "I'll go radio Zaheer." Korra said to everyone, before moving to the ship's radio.
Northern Air Temple
Meanwhile, at the Northern Air Temple, Zaheer was waiting in the radio room, when the radio turned on. "Zaheer, are you there? It's me." Korra said over the radio. That's when Zaheer picked up the mic. "I've been waiting for your call. So do we have a deal?" Zaheer asked Korra. "Yes. you release the airbenders, and then I'll turn myself over." Korra said to Zaheer. "And take away the only leverage I have? No. I can't do that. Listen carefully. Here's what I want you to do." Zaheer said to Korra.

Back on the airship, everyone was waiting, with Bolin walking back and forth. "Will you sit down? I'm already tense enough as it is!" Mako asked Bolin. "Yeah it's not helping." Zoey said to Bolin. "I'm just worried about Opal. And Pabu's not here to comfort me. I hope he and Naga are doing okay back in Zaofu." Bolin said to everyone.
Zaofu
Back in Zaofu, Naga and Pabu were playing tug-a-war with Mako's scarf. With Pabu having a hard time winning the game. That's when Yin ran up to them and took the scarf from them. "No. not Mako's scarf! Bad dog and rat-thingy! I'm very disappointed in you two." Yin said to Naga and Pabu.

Back on the airship, Korra walked to everyone, after talking to Zaheer. "Did you speak to Zaheer?" Tonraq asked Korra. "Yes. He told me to come to the top of Laghima's peak at noon. Alone. Once he has me, he'll release the Airbenders and their Pokemon over to you at the temple." Korra said to everyone.
"I think I figured out a way to play this so the Airbenders, Their Pokemon, and Korra all come out of this in one piece." Su said to everyone. "How?" Lin asked Su.
"Zaheer doesn't know how many of us there we have the numbers advantage. I say we split into two teams. Mako, Bolin, Asami, Lucas, Zoey, Mason, and their Pokemon will take their airship up to the temple. Meanwhile, my metalbenders, Tonraq, Lin, our Pokemon, and I will get into position below Laghima's peak." Su said to everyone.
"That might be our best plan. Zaheer probably knows about Mako, Bolin, Asami, Lucas, Mason, our Pokemon, and I will be with you. But not any extra allies will be a mystery to him. So we might have the ability to turn the tables on them." Zoey said to everyone.
Northern Air Temple
Meanwhile, Zaheer was praying in a lower part of the temple. "Let go your earthly tether. Enter the void. Empty and become wind. Empty and become wind." Zaheer said, as he prayed.
That's when P'li walked into the room. "The airbenders and Pokemon are secure." P'li said to Zaheer. "Thank you, P'li. For everything." Zaheer said to P'li. "Of course." P'li said to Zaheer. "I want you to know, not one day went by in that prison when I didn't think of you." Zaheer said to P'li, making P'li walke to Zaheer.
"The years apart only made my love for you stronger. And deep down, I knew you'd find a way to get me out. Just like you saved me from becoming that warlord's killing machine when I was a girl. You've shown me what true freedom means." P'li said to Zaheer, touching his face.
"And, after today, we'll show Arceus what it means. No more prisons. No more running." Zaheer said to P'li. "I love you, Zaheer." P'li said to Zaheer. "I love you too." Zaheer said to P'li, before they kissed.
At close to Noon, Su's team were getting dropped off at the base of Laghima's peak. "Radio the second you see those airbenders." Lin said, as she passed out radios to everyone, and gave Korra an air bender staff. "I will, chief. Good luck." Mako said to Lin.
"Here, have one of my Pokemon. This guy can be quite the distraction." Mason said to Lin, holding out a Pokeball. Lin took the Pokeball. "Thanks. Be safe." Lin said to everyone, as she walked to Su's group.
"Be careful, Korra." Asami said to Korra, as they hugged. "You too. And take care of Treecko." Korra said to Asami. Then Korra hugged Mako, making them both smile. When Korra broke the hug, Bolin hugged her shoulders and whimpered.
Once Bolin let go of Korra, Lucas and Zoey hugged her at the same time. After that, Mason gave Korra a handshake. After saying goodbye to her friends, Korra pet Treecko's head, before leaving the airship.
Korra after walking off the airship, Asami made the airship move back into the air. Korra watched as her friends leave. Next to her was Tonraq. "Korra." Tonraq said to Korra. "Don't worry, dad. I'll be all right." Korra said to Tonraq. "I just want you to know how proud I am of you." Tonraq said to Korra, before hugging her. "The risk you're taking to save the Air Nation will be remembered for generations." Tonraq said to Korra.
"I love you, Dad." Korra said to Tonraq. "I love you too, sweetheart." Tonraq said to Korra, before breaking the hug. Tonraq then walked to Su, Lin, and the others. "And dad, watched out for Zaheer. He's not very fond of world leaders." Korra said to Tonraq. "I can handle him. Just stay focused on your mission." Tonraq said to Korra, before Tonraq, Lin, Su, and their forces got ready for action, and started to cable up the peak.
Once they left Korra's view, got mentally ready, and Korra flew up to the top of the peak.
Meanwhile, Asami was moving the airship to a place to dock. While she was doing that, everyone else saw the distinction the Red Lotus did to the temple. "Oh, man." Bolin said to everyone. "Must have been some fight." Mako said to everyone. "More like a nightmare." Mason said to everyone.
"Mako, do you see the airbenders?" Korra asked Mako over the radio. "Not yet. We're just arriving. Don't turn yourself over until I get a visual on them." Mako said to Korra, over the radio, as Asami parked the airship.
While Bolin and Lucas anchored the airship, Ghazan walked out of the temple. "This way." Ghazan said to everyone. But no one moved. "You want the airbenders or not?" Ghazan asked everyone, before walking away. Everyone said nothing, and followed Ghazan into the temple.
Meanwhile Korra landed on the top of Laghima's peak where Zaheer, P'li, and an airship were waiting. "Drop your staff and surrender yourself." Zaheer said to Korra. Korra did nothing. "Don't make me come get you." Zaheer said to Korra.
Back in the temple, Ghazan led everyone to a room, with Tenzin and Noivern laying far in front of the other airbenders. "Mako. what's going on?" Korra asked Mako over the radio. "We see the airbenders and Noivern. But not their Pokemon." Mako said to Korra over the radio. "Where are the rest of the Pokemon?" Zoey asked Gahazan. "They're behind them." Ghazan said to Zoey. "The Lavabender says the Pokemon behind the airbenders." Mako said to Korra over the radio.
Back on the peck, Korra gave Zaheer a mean look. "Tell Ghazan to let the airbenders go." Korra said to Zaheer. "Not until you turn yourself over. This isn't a negotiation." Zaheer said to Korra.
When Korra did nothing, Zaheer pulled out a radio. "Wipe them out." Zaheer said to Ghazan over the radio. "No! Wait! I'm coming." Korra said to Zaheer, before walking to Zaheer. P'li then started to walk to Korra. "Stand down." Zaheer said to Ghazan through the radio.
Korra and P'li met halfway, with Korra throwing her gilder staff down and dropping her radio, and P'li pulling out shackles. Pli' then placed the shackles on wrist and feet. "And don't bother trying to metalbend out of these. They're platinum." P'li said to Korra, before forcing Korra to move.
Back in the temple everyone was waiting for the word. "We have her." Zaheer said to Ghazan over the radio. Ghazan then let everyone pass, and moved to Tenzen and Noivern.
Once they reached Tenzin and Noivern, they helped them up, and it caused Tenzin and Noivern to walk up. "It's okay, Tenzin, we're about to get you out of here." Asami said to Tenzin. That's when Mako stood up, and walked to the airbenders.
That's when it was revealed it was all a trick from Ming-Hua water bending. This made everyone gasp. Then Ming-Hua bent the water at Mako, and Mako set up a circle of fire to block the attack, the attack went past him, and hit Lucas and Zoey, trapping them in ice. Before anyone could react, Ghazan encased them in stone, and made them fly back to the exit.
"Korra, it was a trick! They're not here! They captured Lucas and Zoey, don't turn yourself over!" Mako said to Korra, over the radio, as everyone got on edge.
Back on the peak, Korra overheard Mako on the radio. "We have a deal!" Korra said to Zaheer, trying to break the shackles. But when she couldn't she airbend away form Zaheer and P'li.
"Chief, Get Korra out of there now! We'll get Lucas and Zoey." Mako said to Lin over the radio, as Lin and the other waited for that signal. "Go! Go!" Lin said to everyone, as they charged up the peak.
Up on the peak Korra was kicking and punching fire bursts, stone discs, at Zaheer and P'li, trying to keep them back. But Zaheer dodged Korra's attacks, and was able to trip Korra up, with the shackles on Korra and an air kick. Then he did another air kick, hitting Korra, and making Korra roll back and knocking Korra out.
That's when Lin, Su, Tonraq, and their Pokemon made it to the top of the peak, with P'li seeing them. "Get the avatar on the airship. I'll deal with them." P'li said to Zaheer, as she left to fight the others, firing a combustion blast at them, sending a couple Metal guards over the edge. Luckily they recovered and got back onto the side of the peak.
With Lin, she dodged another combustion blast, and threw rocks at P'li. But P'li fired combustion blasts at the rocks, causing them to explode. "I hope you're as useful as Mason said." Lin said, as she opened the Pokeball.
This let out a larger stone creature that had a large red stone hat and nose, white eyes with blue irises, a black fuzzy thing under its red stone nose, and three stones on its sides that looked like mini versions of it.
"Probopass!" Probopass said, as he let out electricity, charging the area around them with electricity, and making rocks float. This confused P'li. "Probopass." Probopass said, as he launched the mini noise left Probopass, and started to fly around P'li, with small crystals forming around them. Then beams of light started to shoot out of the crystals.
P'li dodged most of the beams, but a couple of the beams hit her and stung her a little. That's when Su threw large rocks at P'li, but P'li dodged the rocks, and was now really mad.
Meanwhile Zaheer forced Korra onto the airship. But that's when Tonraq came from under them, and water whipped Zaheer, forcing Zaheer away from Korra. But this caused Korra to fall over the edge. But Tonraq quickly used his water whip to pull back to the top.
At the same time Zaheer charged at Tonraq, but that's when Korra came up, and gave Zaheer a fire kick to the face. Zaheer blocked the fire with a burst of air, but was still knocked back. That's when Tonraq cut the airship free, and it flew away. "Nowhere to go, Zaheer!" Tonraq said to Zaheer, before firing water at Zaheer.
Back in the temple. Ming-Hua jumped over Asami, Mako, Bolin, Mason, Tenzin, and their Pokemon, to Ghazan, with Lucas and Zoey still trapped in rocks.
Once Ming-Hua was next to Ghazan, Ghazan lavabend a wave at everyone, but Bolin stopped the wave. Then Mako and Hunel fired bursts of fire at Ghazan and Ming-Hua.
In the back, Mason metalbend the chains off Tenzin and Noivern. "Where are the Airbenders, the Pokemon, and everyone else?" Asami asked Tenzin. "I don't know. Zaheer moved them out of the temple." Tenzin said to Asami.
"Will you just bury them already?" Ming-Hua asked Ghazan. Ghazan said nothing, and caused the floor in front of them to burst into lava. As Ghazan started to turn most of the floor into lava, Ming-Hua used her waterbending to roll Lucas and Zoey out of the room.
"You know. I really miss my home world. Where I don't have to deal with a guy who controls LAVA!" Mason said to everyone, as they started to panic a little. "We have to get back to the airship!" Asami said to everyone. "Not gonna happen! The exit's blocked!" Bolin said to Asami, as he made a small rock wall blocking the lava.
But the lava started to bring the place down. "Even if we get out, they probably stole our airship, or trashed it. So how do we leave this place?" Mason asked everyone. "Where's Oogi?" Asami asked Teznin, as she and Mako helped Tenzin move.
"Gone. all the bison got scared off during the attack. But I think I know another way out. Bolin, can you get us through that wall?" Tenzin said to everyone, and asked Bolin. "On it!" Bolin said, before earthbending a hole for everyone to escape.
But Noivern was having a hard time walking, and wasn't going to. "Revavroom. Help Noivern." Mason said, as he opened one of his Pokeballs.
The Pokemon had a stone body, with four rough round stone wheels on its side, it had a silver engine on top of the body, with one yellow eye in an exhaust opening, eight exhaust opening, with purple tips, and a motor on the top with a tongue sticking out of it.
"What's that?" Asami asked Mason. "We'll talk about it later. Noivern, ride Revavaroom. Revavaroom, make sure you keep up with Noivern on your back." Mason said to everyone. "Revavaroom." Revavaroom said, nodding in agreement. Noivern then got onto Revavaroom back, and they started to go down the hole Bolin made.
And like Mason said, Ghazan and Ming-Hua stole their airship, putting Lucas and Zoey in the airship, and Ghazan made the platform melt by lava.
Back inside, Bolin was leading everyone through the temple, trying to find a way out. But after everyone made it through a doorway, Bolin noticed the glow of the lava. Bolin then earthbend a large rock, blocking the lava.
"Through there." Tenzin said, as he pointed to a door on the floor. Bolin opens the door, revealing a tunnel. "Are you sure going down hill is the best way to escape lava?" Mason asked Tenzin. "Our only way out, Is down." Tenzin said to Mason, as they went down, with Mason and Bolin going last.
Mako used his fire to light the way through the tunnel. But it didn't take long for the tunnel to get hotter. "Is it just me, or is it, uh, getting really warm in here?" Bolin asked everyone, making Mason have a shook look on his face. "If it's getting hotter. That can only mean one thing…" Mason said to everyone, before the lava came into view.
"LAVA!" Mason yelled. "Oh, this is not good." Bolin said to everyone, before moving the wall, trying to block the lava flow. "That won't hold for long!" Mason said to everyone. "Let's move it, everyone!" Bolin said to everyone, as they moved as fast as they could.
Back on the peak, despite Probopass' help, P'li was still able to keep Su, Lin, and everyone with them focused on her. While Tonraq and Korra tried to finish Zaheer, even with Korra still in chains.
But Zaheer dodged their attack, and fire air burst at us. Korra tried a rock wave, but Zaheer dodged it, and landed right in front of Korra. But then Korra moved to the side, and Zaheer got hit by a burst of water from Tonraq. Then Tonraq charged at Zaheer, with his arms encased in ice blades, with Zaheer doing flips to get away from Tonraq.
Korra saw where he was doing, and caused a rock to shoot out of the ground, tripping Zaheer. This gave Tonraq a clean hit for Zaheer. But Zaheer dodged Tonraq's attack in the last second, and then made a tornado trapping Tonraq in the wind. "Say hello to the Earth Queen for me." Zaheer said to Tonraq, before using the wind to toss Tonraq over the edge. "DAD!" Korra yelled.
Back with Lin and the others, they hid behind some rocks that got kicked up by the onslaught of P'li's combustion blasts. "We're pinned down!" Su said to Lin. "I'm gonna draw her fire. You take her out." Lin said to Su. "Lin, no." Su said to Lin, before the rock they were hiding in got blasted.
"I love you." Lin said to Su, before she ran out of cover. "Come and get me, you third-eyed freak!" Lin said to P'li, as she ran up to Korra and Zaheer, with Meowth and the mini noise following her.
"Meowth!" Meowth said, as he fired black coins at P'li, with a couple of the coins hitting her. "Probopass." Probopass said, as small crystals formed around the mini noise. Then beams of light started to shoot out of the crystals, hitting around and hitting her a little. At the same time Lin threw large rocks at P'li.
The taunts and the attacks annoyed P'li, causing her to forget about Su. Then Lin, Meowth, and the mini noise got closer to P'li as they kept attacking. But then P'li fired a combustion blast, and Lin tried to block it with a large rock, but the force of the explosion caused Lin and Meowth to get knocked to the edge, and knock the nini noise out of the sky.
P'li then moved to finish Lin and Meowth off, turning her back to Su. And that was her mistake. Once P'li focus was solely on Lin and Meowth, Su came out of cover, and threw her metal armor at P'li.
Then right as P'li got ready to fire a combustion blast at Lin and Meowth, Su armor wrapped around P'li's head, igniting the armor. But in the split second before the armor exploded. P'li glowed light blue and disappeared in an instant.
That's when the armor exploded, and everyone thought P'li went with it. "P'li!" Zaheer said, as he turned to the column of smoke, with a major shock look on his face. Korra thought this was a moment to strike, and kicked a burst of fire at him. But Zaheer dodged her attack, and charged at Korra, dodging Korra's attacks.
Then Zaheer got into the air, and kicked a massive gust of air, hitting Korra, and knocking her out. Zaheer then picked up Korra, and placed her over his shoulders. That's when he noticed his airship was still floating away from him.
That's when Lin, Su, Meowth, Bronzor, and Probopass came up to Zaheer. "It's over Zaheer." Su said to Zaheer. "Let go your earthly tether." Zaheer said, as he closed his eyes. "Release the Avatar!" Lin said to Zaheer. "Enter the void." Zaheer said. "This is your last warning!" Su said to Zaheer. "Empty and become wind." Zaheer said, before taking a step back and off the edge.
"No! Stop!" Lin said, as they ran to the edge, only to find Zaheer was flying below them. They all tried to grab Korra, with Lin and Su using cables, Probopass using his mini noises, and Bronzor trying to use her psychic powers.
But Zaheer flew away, dodging their attacks. "Did he just fly?" Lin asked Su, all of them not believing what they're seeing.
That's when Zaheer flew past Ghazan and Ming-Hua. "Guess he doesn't need a ride." Ghazan said to Ming-Hua.
Meanwhile, a metal guard caught Tonraq as he fell, and with the help of her Scyther, she was able to hold onto him. But being saved didn't help make Tonraq feel better. After all, watching your only daughter get takening by crazy people isn't something any father wants to see. "Korra." Tonraq said, with a soft, worried voice.
Back inside the temple, everyone moved as fast as they could, with the Lava still on their tail. "We can't outrun it!" Bolin said to everyone. "I told you going down hill was a bad idea." Mason said to everyone. "This way!" Bolin said, as he made a new path.
But Bolin's new path led to an opening outside. "Now what?" Mako asked everyone. "Now we are tired to get onto Noivern's back and…" Mason said, but stopped talking when they saw the lave closing in on them. "There's no time!" Asami said to Mason.
That's when Bolin lunged forward and held his hands out. "Bolin!" Mako said, as the lava wave came down on him. But then the lava wave stopped and moved back, all with Bolin screaming. That's when everyone noticed Bolin was lavabending, and closed the lava, stopping it.
"Incredible." Tenzin said to everyone. "You're a lavabender." Mako said to Bolin. "I know. I just found out." Bolin said to Mako, about to pass out. But that's when Mason came up and wrapped an arm around Bolin's shoulder.
"Hey, better late than never. And you learned it right when we needed you the most. Way to go man." Mason said to Bolin, lightly punching Bolin's chest.
That's when Kai, Murkrow and the baby bison show up at the opening. "Hey, you guys need a lift?" Kai asked everyone. "Kai. You're all right." Tenzin said to Kai, happy to see him. "More or less. Everyone hop on." Kai said to everyone, as the humans got onto the baby bison, and the Pokemon got onto Noivern's back.
It was a struggle for Noivern and the baby bison, but they both managed to fly everyone to safety. Not that Tenzin felt good to be safe, as he watched the northern air temple be destroyed by Ghazan lava.
Back at the base of the peak, the wounded were getting treated, with the woman and her Scyther treating Tonraq. "I owe both of you my life. Thank you, captain and Scyther." Tonraq said to them. "You can call me Kuvira. I'm just glad we were able to help. Isn't that right buddy?" The woman said to Tonraq and asked Scyther. "Scyther
"Caw! Caw!" a male voice said. This made everyone turn to the sky and see everyone coming in for a crash landing. "Noivern." Noivern said, as he shook the Pokemon off his back, and everyone got off the baby bison.
"Hey, everybody. There's something I gotta tell you." Kai said to everyone. "How did you guys make it out of that temple alive?" Lin asked everyone, ignoring Kai. "It was all Bolin. I thought we were done for. Then out of nowhere, he lavabends." Mako said to everyone. "Yep. we'd be dead without him." Mason said to everyone, hitting Bolin on the back.
"I know you have the potential for something big. You just had to believe in yourself." Su said to Bolin. "You're right. Being moments from death was a pretty good motivation too." Bolin said to Su. "I'm sure that's what all Pokemon feel when they evolve in situations like that." Mason said to everyone.
"Of course, we never would have made it back without Kai." Bolin said to everyone. "Glad I could help. So anyway-" Kai said to everyone, but Tenzin interrupted Kai. "Did Zaheer get away with Korra?" Tenzin asked everyone. "I'm afraid so." Lin said to Tenzin. "Great. Now he was, Korra, Lucas, and Zoey." Mason said to everyone.
"And to add to our problems, he can fly now." Su said to everyone. "What?" Tenzin asked Su. "How?" Asami asked Su. "Are you sure?" Bolin asked Su. "I wouldn't believe it either if I hadn't seen it for myself." Lin said to everyone. "And here I thought there was stuff that was still impossible in this world." Mason said to everyone.
"I've heard the legends about Guru Laghima's ability to fly. But I never imagined they were true." Tenzin said to everyone. "Well it looks like it's true." Mason said to Tenzin.
"So what's our next move?" Tonraq asked everyone. "I have an idea." Kai said to everyone, trying to get their attention. "Not right now, kid! We need to figure out where Zaheer took Korra, Lucas, and Zoey." Lin said to Kai. "And fine the Airbenders, the flock, and the others." Tenzin said to everyone.
"Murkrow!" Murkrow said, as he pecked everyone's head. "What's his deal?" Lin asked Kai. "Maybe because you're ignoring me. When I was trying to tell you where everyone is. And I bet it's where Korra, Lucas, and Zoey are too!" Kai said to everyone.
"Well, why didn't you say something?" Mako asked Kai. That's when Mason hit the back of Mako's head. "He's been trying. We've just ignored him." Mason said to Mako. "Where are they? How did you find them?" Tenzin asked Kai.
"After me and Murkrow got blasted out of the sky, we woke up on the side of the mountain, where this little fellow found us. I tried to sneak back into the temple to see if I could rescue everyone, and that's when I saw the airships leaving. We followed it to some caves a few miles from here. They left their goons there, and their goons took everyone into the caves." Kai said to everyone, as he touched his baby bison.
"How many goons?" Lin asked Kai. "A handful at least. We couldn't fight them all on our own. So we came back here, hoping you guys would show up." Kai said to Lin. "We need to get to those caves." Lin said to everyone.
"How? I don't think we can all fit on my Bison." Kai said to Lin. "Kai's got a point. Even with Noivern and Magnezone, we don't have the ability to carry that many people to the caves." Mason said to everyone.
That's when a shadow was casted over them, and they heard a bison grumble. That's when they looked up to see Oogi flying in the air. "Oog!" Tenzin said to Oogi, as Oogi landed in front of Tenzin. Tenzin petted Oogi's head. "I'm glad to see you too. Old friend." Tenzin said to Oogi.
While everyone was getting ready to go, with Mason getting his Pokeball back from Lin, and returning his Pokemon to their Pokeballs, Kuvira was talking to Su. "Me and Scyther wanna come with you." Kuvira said to Su. "No Kuvira. Stay with the injured. We'll be back for you once we have the Avatar and the others." Su said to Kuvira. Kuvira nodded yes.
That's when Kai got on his baby bison, and Mako walked up to Kai. "Hey, um, I appreciate you coming back for us. Sorry for ever giving you a hard time." Mako said to Kai. "That's okay. I probably deserved it." Kai said to Mako. "Yeah, you kinda did." Mako said to Kai.
That's when Kai and Murkrow took off into the sky, with everyone following him on Oogi's back.
The Red Lotus Cave
Meanwhile, Zahher was floating in the air, meditating, as Ghazan and Ming-Hua walked up to him. "Why didn't you ever tell us you can fly?" Ming-Hua asked Zaheer. "I wasn't sure I could. Only one other airbender in history had the ability." Zaheer said to Ming-Hua, as Ghazan looked at Zaheer.
"How'd you figure out how to do it?" Ghazan asked Zaheer. "I found true freedom. I am no longer bound to this earth by worldly desires. I have entered the void." Zaheer said to everyone, confusing them. "Where's P'li?" Ming-Hua asked Zaheer.
Zaheer then stood on the ground. "She sacrificed her life for our cause. Now let's make sure it wasn't in vain." Zaheer said to Ming-Hau, as they walked to a room, full of green crystals where Korra, Lucas, Zoey, Dakota, and Lily where chained in a X shape into the ceiling, all of them knocked out, with all of their Pokeballs covered in thick layer of metal, and with Dakota and Lucas on Korra's right, and Lily and Zoey on Korra's left.
But once Zaheer, Ming-Hua, and Ghazan walked into the room, everyone started to walk up. "You… you killed my father." Korra said to Zaheer, before roaring a breath of fire. But the fire didn't reach Zaheer. "Save your breath Korra. Zaheer's too much of a coward to get close enough to be hit." Dakota said to Korra, as everyone gave Zaheer really mean looks.
"I understand your grief. I also lost someone I loved today." Zaheer said to Korra. "Good. After everything you'd done. Losing a loved one is a small part of the punishment you deserve." Zoey said to Zaheer.
"I know you're all in pain. But your pain will soon be over. Bring the poison." Zaheer said to everyone, as a couple goons came walking up with a bool of liquid metal. This Korra gasped, and everyone else had this look of resistance on their face.
