April 2nd dear diary we were busy with my cousins wedding yesterday, so I didn't write. It was very beautiful and sweet. Last night Georgia and Gwen both figured out how to get from belly to back when they roll over, I can't believe they are 7 months old today and are getting big. We left early this morning headed to Louisiana for a week of sightseeing. From there we are meeting everyone in Florida for 2 weeks before heading to Hawaii and Alaska these two will be plane trips. While we are in Florida Elsie and mom will be making a side trip for Elsie's Christmas gift and in Louisiana Emily's gift. Signing off its time to head to bed.
April 3rd dear diary we are in Louisiana visiting mom's friends Patrick and Joe who Recently moved down here for Joe's job. They announced over dinner that they have been chosen to adopt twins by a teenage mother. They will be dads in about 6 months this is exciting the babies will be like cousins to my sisters and I. Patrick has been mom's best guy friend for 15 years they met in high school. She was the first person he came out to when he realized he was gay. We spent most of today visiting several historical places and mom has set up some tours over the next few days. She and Emily are leaving tomorrow with the babies for 2 days to attend the craft expo. I will write the 15th as we will be busy until then.
April 15th we got to Florida late yesterday afternoon and met the rest of the gang. We caught up on a few special things and last night something very special happened. Auntie Hellen's boyfriend proposed during the fireworks. The 2 of them have been dating for just over a year and he is a very sweet man with 2 girls Hope and Faith who he is raising on his own. The girls are the same age as Clara and are very sweet. She said yes and we are now in planning stages for 3 separate weddings. I have a feeling that by the end of the year it may be 4 as Zack's auntie has been with her boyfriend for almost 3 years, and just 2 days ago he asked Zack if he can pop the question, Zack has given his permission, so he and I are working with his soon to be dad on a proposal idea in Hawaii. Signing off I am exhausted and very overwhelmed with all this information.
April 16th dear diary mom and Elsie left a couple of hours ago and will be back tomorrow evening. Today dad and I took the other 3 plus Theresa and Zack to see a dolphin named winter who has a prosthetic tail. She and her buddy hope are very cool they even have 2 movies about them witch dad got for us. We then met back up with everyone else who had been on adventures of their own. We are not going to Disney on this trip for fun but my family will be attending 2 separate wedding planning sessions as both Ellen and Madeline plan on being married at Disney. They will be married in December Madeline the 31st which would have been her grandparent's golden anniversary and Ellen the 24th yes, she is getting married on Christmas Eve. It was her parent's anniversary. Signing off till the end of the month some time this is a crazy next week and a half.
April 31st dear diary we are on a plane heading from Alaska to Hawaii, we will be there a total of 10 days we only went to Alaska for 5. We celebrated Zack's birthday late as he wanted to celebrate here in Hawaii. Tonight, is the big night I will write later, Zack's auntie said yes to the proposal. He is bringing 3 kids to their relationship 2 girls ages 6 and 8 and a son 4. Who he has total custody of due to their mother Being an unfit parent. There names from the oldest to youngest are April Daisy and Aaron. They are cute little kids the April will be in our homeschool group when we start attending regularly again. Signing of till the 10th we leave here then, and I am not sure what the next stop on the itinerary is.
May 11th we arrived home early this morning and will head to Las Vegas Nevada tomorrow to attend a wedding for dads cousin who is marrying her partner. We will take in some sights for a few days before heading towards Washington D.C. we will be there for 2 entire weeks so we can see a lot of important things. Which include seeing my 2nd cousin be sworn in as senator of Montana this is a very high honor and the whole gang has decided to be there. She is acting senator as the old one passed away suddenly and we hope she is elected permanent senator but who knows. Signing off needs my help re packing the motor home before we leave again, she Susie Ellen Madeline and I did 10 loads of laundry.
May 20th we arrived in Washington D.C yesterday and this morning mom Ellen and I walked my 2nd cousin down to where her inauguration was taking place while everyone else watched on a huge screen near our hotel. We then spent today exploring the national mall and several memorials and monuments. Signing off until the 10th as this will be a fast paced trip heading home so we can be there by the 10th as most of the older kids and some of the 7 and 8 year old's are going to Maine for camp again for 10 days. A few younger kids are attending a different camp only an hour from home. I am excited I have chosen photography again along with sewing and this year I have chosen to try their choir.
June 10th we are heading to camp in Maine and are almost there as we flew up rather than driving. Madeline and Ian are counselors. I will write during rest time as its time for my first choir practice along with Elsie Susie and Zack I had so much fun trying choir and have been placed as a soloist on 2 songs. Susie has also been placed as a soloist. Elsie and Zack have each been put on lead for a few songs. It helps that Madeline oversees the choir. We had a lunch of burgers fries fruit salad and a piece of cake for dessert. I better sign off its almost lights out time. I will write when we get home as everyday is packed with activities.
June 20th dear diary we will be on a long haul trip the last 10 days of this month and all of next month so I will not write again until august we have decided to only tour half the states this year and the rest next year we are missing home.
