(Courtroom 10 )
The Amazons of the multiverse sat as witnesses to the trials that would take place. After being captured, Peter Pettigrew was brought to the DMLE where Amelia Bones interrogated him under Veritaserum. Sirius was released from Azkaban and brought to the Ministry for his first trial ever. Remus Lupin was also in the public gallery.
"By order of the Wizengamot, this trial is now in session. Sirius Black, you stand accused of being a Death Eater, of the murders of twelve Muggles, and of betraying Lily and James Potter. How do you plead?" asked Dumbledore, now in his Chief Warlock role.
"Not guilty," said Sirius. "And I am willing to take Veritaserum."
"Noted. Mrs. Bones, the floor is yours. " responded Albus.
" Aurors, administer him the veritaserum. " stated Amelia
Two aurors, one of them the amazons recognized as Kingsley Shacklebolt, made him drink the veritaserum.
" What is your name ? " Asked Amelia
" Sirius Orion Black." answered Sirius in an emotionless voice.
" Are you minister of magic?"
"No."
" The serum works. Did you sold Lily and James Potter to You-know-Who? "
" No, I didn't. "
Sirius's answer had caused the court to gasp in shock, but a bang on the gravel made them all shut up.
"Would you please elaborate on your answer?" asked Amelia.
"It's true that Lily and James wanted to name me as their secret-keeper, but I convinced them, at the last minute, to pick Peter Pettigrew instead. However, as everyone knows, this decision ultimately led to my best friend's death." Sirius explained
" What happened the day you were arrested ? "asked Amelia
" I was mad with grief and rage, I wasn't thinking straight : After I left Harry with Hagrid, I tracked Pettigrew down and cornered him. He yelled that I betrayed James and Lily. Then, before I could use my wand, he used an exploding curse that killed twelve muggles and threw me down. Then he cut off his own finger and changed into his animagus form, a rat, and disappeared in the sewers. THe last thing I remember after this was Barty Crouch and Bagnold waking me up in an Azkaban cell and telling me I would never see the light of day ever again. " responded Sirius
Shouts of anger echoed throughout the room as everyone was furious over Crouch's actions.
" Were you ever a death eater ? " Amelia asked
" No, never. " Sirius answered
" I have no further questions. " stated Amelia
Sirius received the antidote and he gasped as the effects wore off
" All in favor of prosecuting?" asked Dumbledore.
A few wands were raised, including those belonging to Dolores Umbridge, Lucius Malfoy, and several members of the unpunished Death Eaters.
" And all in favour of dropping the charges. "
This time, almost all of the wands were raised.
" Sirius Black, you are declared innocent of the charges. " Stated dumbledore
The chains on the chair were unlocked and Sirius walked towards the amazons. Remus joined them and Sirius and him hugged like brothers
" Thank you, for making this happen, miladies. " he thanked them
" No problem, Sirius. Just don't abandon Harry ever again. " Said June
"I promise," said Sirius. "Is Harry alright?"
" Harry is fine, he will come here for the second trial." responded Sierra
" Another trial ? For whom? " asked Remus
" Snivellus." answered Miko, shocking the two marauders
" Him?! Finally, he'll get what he deserve. " Sirius said
" Sirius, I'm so sorry I ever believed you guilty. " Remus apologized
" You don't have to be sorry, Remus. And I'm sorry I believed you were the spy. " Sirius responded
" I forgive everything. " Remus said
At that moment, a part of the ceiling fell right on Dolores Umbridge, and she fell unconscious on the floor. The Aurors took her out of the room, as the trial of Snape had to take place.
Just then, Snape entered the courtroom, with Mad-Eye Moody dragging him none too gently and forcing him to sit in the chair where the chains ensnared his wrists. He turned his head and glared at Sirius and the Amazons who didn't seem to care about him.
" Minister Fudge, we were not made aware that Severus Snape was to be put on trial. After all, our... hem... esteemed chief warlock vouched for him eleven years ago. " stated Lucius
"I did, but recent events have opened my eyes. Therefore, Severus will be tried under Veritaserum." Responded Albus.
Moody then shoved the whole bottle of veritaserum down Snape's throat and the potion master had an emotionless expression on his face.
" What is your name? " asked Amelia
" Severus Tobias Snape." was the answer
" What house were you in at Hogwarts ? "
" Slytherin. "
" Were you a Death Eater? " asked Mrs. Bones.
"Yes, I was." replied Snape.
" Then what did you have to do to be included into their ranks ? "
" We had to torture a muggleborn and their families, then make them watch as we killed the families. Then we killed them by burning the houses. " admitted Snape
" And can it be done under the imperium ? " asked mrs bones
" Of course not, we had to be willing. " responded Snape
With a very subtle nod, Albus gave a signal to the Amazons. Miko then took her energy form and flew towards the Death Eaters in the room and stole their wands. June then created forcefields around them and brought them in front of the entire assembly. Sierra then froze their legs.
" What is the meaning of this ? " Fudge demanded
" The meaning is us doing your duty in your place, minister "sludge". So, Snape, you mean that those guys were not under the imperium when they served Voldemort. " Valeria asked
" They were all willing and eager to serve him. " Snape confirmed
" Then no amount of bribery will save you this time, bastards. " Arcee stated
" Our lord will avenge us all." Nott provoked
" Too late, he is dead forever. " Sierra said, making them all cry in horror
" Order in this court ! Let us now speak about the event that brought us here. I call upon mr Harry Potter and mrs Hermione Granger as witnesses." Albus called
Just then, Nymphadora Tonks led Harry and Hermione into the courtroom. Albus conjured a stand for them to speak.
Mrs. Bones asked, "Mr. Potter, could you please tell us what happened between Severus Snape and yourself?"
Harry then recounted what had happened during his first day at school, from the moment Miko led them to their charms lesson up to the moment Snape was taken away. He left no details out, and Hermione confirmed his story when it was her turn to speak.
Arcee had to place her hand on Sirius's shoulder to stop him from attacking Snape.
" And then the Amazons and Professor McGonagall unmasked Peter Pettigrew. " Hermione concluded her testimony.
" Permission to speak, chief Warlock ? " Valeria asked
" Granted, Mrs Darby. " Albus responded
" Thank you. Honored members of the wizenmagot, now is the opportunity for you to do a great service to your country by repairing the damages done to it by this... man. " Valeria stated, with the last word feeling like a curse " With his bullying of non-slytherin students and horrid teaching methods, he pushed potential potionners, healers and aurors away from a class most important of your society. The only ones who could reach those jobs are slytherins agreeing with Voldemort's delusions. I am sure aurors in this room can confirm it. "
" Damn right you are, lass. For the last 10 years, we only got little shits that barely fought in their lives and traitors. " Moody agreed
" Futhermore, I acknowledge that Snape's childhood was hard. Growing up with an abusive father and a spineless and neglectful mother, being bullied at school, and losing friendships is something no one should go through. " Valeria stated, surprising Snape
"However, none of this can in any way justify joining a supremacist and racist organization, killing innocent people, giving someone information that would motivate Voldemort to murder a child, hating said child for what his father did more than ten years prior, and bullying children." Valerie continued before turning towards Snape. "Fourteen years have passed since you last interacted with James Potter and his friends. You had all the time in the world to grow up and move on from everything, but you CHOSE not to. That's why you'll have no sympathy from us."
Valeria then turned towards the wizenmagot. " There, I think I made my point. " She said while giving a big grin and returning to her seat.
June and Arcee looked at her with pure maternal pride, while Sierra whispered in her ear. "You made me so hot for you."
"Yeah, me too." Miko added, hugging her from behind.
" All those in favour of dropping the charges ? " Albus asked
No wands were raised.
"And those in favor of prosecuting ?"
Everyone raised their wands. Dumbledore sighed and banged on the gravel.
" Severus Snape, by authority of the wizenmagot, you are sentenced to forty years in Azkaban. May you find reflection in those walls. " Albus stated
Moody and Shacklebolt then took Snape and dragged him away. As they passed, he glared at Sirius, who glared right back.
After this, the Amazons, Harry, Hermione, and Sirius were allowed to leave; their presence was no longer required.
They walked into the corridor and stopped.
" Harry, I would like to present you Sirius Black, your godfather, and Remus Lupin, a great friend of your parents " Sierra said
" Hello Mr Black and mr Lupin. " Harry said
Sirius then hugged Harry, who was caught off-guard but hugged him back as the girls smiled at the sight. Lupin ruffled Harry's hair
" You've grown so much, kiddo. I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you. I promise I'll make it up. " Sirius swore
" I forgive you, mr Black. " Harry responded
" Mr Black is for polititians, please call me Sirius, or Padfoot." Sirius said, ruffling his godson's hair
" And you can call me Remus, or Moony. " Lupin added
When they all arrived in the atrium, they saw unwelcome faces: Rita Skitter and her photographer.
" Mr Potter, would you care to pose for the daily prophet ? " Skitter asked, taking Harry's arms and posing with her arm around his shoulder
But June slapped her hard as the photo was taken and Sirius punched the photographer as the photo got out of the camera. Miko took it and laughed hard as it showed a moving picture of June slapping Rita.
" You go anywhere near Harry ever again and there will be fried bug on the menu ! " June threatened the dirty journalist, who paled at the implied threat
The group then went to the fireplaces to get out.
( Hogwarts, staff room )
The amazons and the Hogwarts professors were assembled to discuss their next problem.
" We are now short of one potion professor. I cannot indefinitely teach them all, I am still a busy man with three jobs. " Dumbledore said
" Why don't you ask Remus Lupin or Sirius Black ? " Sierra proposed
" That's... actually a good idea, miss Summer. We will ask Sirius. " McGonagall said " And as you suggested, we returned the Stone to Nicholas Flamel."
" Bravo. He is the only one who will know how to use it wisely. " Miko said

" Okay, girls, I think we are in agreement to say that if the gods sent us at Hogwarts, it means that The Fallen's sparks part is here. " June stated
" Yes, but where ? " Miko asked to no one in particular
" It must be in someplace well hidden, a place where nobody would look, hell, maybe even a place that's believed to be a legend..." Valeria ranted before they all gasped in shock
" The chamber of secrets ! " They all yelled
