Chapter 2
The first thing he did was to monitor his planet, using his Shooting star eyes to observe the neighbor dimension. Thanks to the difference in time flow from his planet and the boundary of life and death, even if he had spent 200 years training, only 10 years passed on his planet. Searching for another 10 years, he found the two Otsutsuki that will attack his old home. Well, Momoshiki and Kinshiki didn't see him coming.
As they were ready to attack, Naruto appeared before them, stopping them from moving with the gravitational force coming from the use of his True Tendo.
"W-who are you?!" said Momoshiki, struggling angrily. He didn't foresee that another Otsutsuki will cross him. Plus, the power he radiated was much more powerful than what he had. But for this treason, he will be a fine meal.
"Otsutsuki Naruto, a true god, and your end," said Naruto, pointing his palm toward them. At this point, Momoshiki and Kinshiki hurled in pain before their soul reaped from their bodies. This was the true ningendo. Naruto didn't need to touch their head to take their soul. As the souls were in his left hand, Naruto put them in one of his plates.
Now that the two idiots were taken off, he can observe his environment. It was snow plains with eternal snowing. A castle can be found. He concluded that it could be Kaguya's Castle. He was about to visit it to learn about her but it will be not today, as he sensed his brother in all but blood. One rule of being a god was that he can't interact and took part in mortals' business. One rule that hurt him. But as a god, he can't break them as easily as he had been human. He opened a portal to his domain.
"Naruto…" Naruto looked over his shoulder, seeing Sasuke staring at him in shock. Naruto's eyes soften, but he was a god now. The consequences were heavier.
"Don't follow me, Sasuke," Naruto said with his divine voice, walking to his portal. Sasuke's eyes widen.
"WAIT, NARUTO!" Sasuke yelled, running toward his brother figure. But Naruto already entered his portal, closing it behind him. Naruto didn't see Sasuke hitting the snow in anger or taking the two bodies.
After this incident, he decided to search on his planet this time. He believed that some could hide amongst the humans. He used his encounter with the last two to hypothesize that Otsutsuki went in pairs. Meaning Kaguya was not alone when she arrived.
With his computation power, it only took him one month to search one by one each human. He got his result but he concluded it was ineffective as this Otsutsuki could potentially change his body. He created then multiple parallel thoughts to find a solution to his scanning problem. And he got it quite quickly. The solution was fuuijutsu making him bashed his head for not thinking about it. Again, he gave this task to other parallel thoughts while he observed. He learned the truth behind the Shinju and the Otsutsuki's 'will'. If only he could interact whit his friends. He could use possession but he did bother him.
But Sasuke gave him the solution he needed and he chuckled. When he found his presence, he confirmed it to Konoha which gave them hope. But the harder part was to make him come because Sasuke confirmed he was indeed a god and then hypothesized that Naruto couldn't interact with them freely anymore. So, he searched for solutions to interactions between humans and gods. And he came to the conclusion they needed to build a shrine. Well, thank Sasuke, just what I needed, had thought Naruto.
And then the shrine was constructed, taking an example of the ones in Oni no kuni. But they debated on the symbol they will use for the shrine. They were ready to put an Uzumaki, but Naruto sent the idea to Sasuke via Thought projection, to put an eight-pointed star instead. They took one day before accepting Sasuke's idea which was Naruto in the first place. Let's get the job done, thought Naruto.
Being inside his house, he can connect his sliding door to the shrine's door. He exited his house and by miracle, by human standards, he appeared outside his shrine. He didn't need to turn to know his miko was sweeping the floor. She was quite a beautiful woman. Long black flowing hair attached in a high ponytail with a red star-like ornament, high cheekbones, a little nose, and red eyes. She was in traditional miko wear, a white kimono, and red hakama. She didn't feel his presence as humans can't feel the presence of gods. Now that his friends did their part, he needed to do his. He only needed a glance to know his miko's name. He sat down on his engawa with divine grace, putting
"We finally meet face to face, Akami," said Naruto. Akami surprised, turned toward the voice only for her eyes to widen. Here was a man with a divine glow, wearing a white kimono with golden vines revealing his muscular chest and abs, white hakama, and the most beautiful haori she had seen. His face was angular, having a supernatural beauty only a god could have. He had three eyes and two powerful dojutsu if the glowing in them was any indication. But what gave her the god's identity was his white horns and glowing golden hairs.
"N-Naruto-sama?" said Akemi meekly. She should stutter more, but for some reason, she felt calm as if Naruto's presence calmed her. Naruto smiled softly, nodding slowly. Her eyes widen.
"I-I will go search the other!" she exclaimed.
"Retrieve only Kakashi," said Naruto. She blinked before bowing. Naruto waited, his hands on his lap, and sat in perfect seiza with his eyes closed. Naruto waited for twenty minutes before he opened his eyes. He watched Akemi with Kakashi in his Hokage's robe appearing with two ANBU, Cat and Wolf. His eyes locked on Naruto before they widen.
"I-is that really you, Naruto," asked Kakashi? Naruto didn't say anything, just gesturing at the space next to him.
"Come sit Kakashi. We must discuss," said Naruto. His voice sent a shiver in Kakashi's back before he nodded and sat next to Naruto.
"I will prepare tea," said Akemi. She entered the shrine, closing the sliding behind them. They sat for two minutes saying nothing. Kakashi had observed Naruto, watching how he had changed, how calm he was now, and how his presence made the environment livelier. His presence demand respect and order. He decided to break the glass.
"You have changed, Naruto-kun, or is it Naruto-sama now," said Kakashi with his signature smile? Naruto smiled softly.
"And you didn't change at all," he said. Kakashi then discussed what happened. The incident with Toneri had made Naruto frowned. He will need to talk with him. How his friends were all married. Ino to Sai, Choji to Karui, Shikamaru to Temari which made Naruto chuckle a little. Shino didn't while Kiba married Hinata and Naruto smiled softly again. Naruto knew that Hinata had loved him. So, he was happy that she could still find happiness after his departure. The more surprising couple was Sakura and Sasuke. It seemed that Sakura had managed to get his heart in the end.
Naruto told him about his training with Hagoromo which made Kakashi shivered. He is truly a god now thought Kakashi. About his new domain, his encounter with Momoshiki and Kinshiki, and finally…
"Do you know about Otsutsuki Isshiki," asked Naruto? Kakashi became serious. He was about to talk but…
"I come back with tea," said Akemi smiling. She gave one yumoni to Naruto and Kakashi before standing to the side. Kakashi sipped some tea before beginning.
"We managed to arrest a man named Armado. We interrogate him and he revealed his group's true intention." Kakashi sipped again before continuing. "It is to kill Otsutsuki Isshiki. As of right now, Isshiki is fighting a masked man named Kaishin Koji, the clone of Jiraya." Naruto raised an eyebrow at that. He used his Shooting star eyes to search the fight. It took him five seconds to find them.
Kakashi noticed the increased glow in Naruto's irises. Is his dojutsu like the Bakyugan thought Kakashi?
"And they're still fighting," said Naruto. Kakashi's eyes widen before sipping his tea to calm himself. And Naruto did the same. "And he can't detect me. Good." Naruto sipped again. "Meaning I can do this without him knowing." He sipped the last time before releasing his presence. The glow surrounding his body intensified. "Listen World," the surrounding glow. Kakashi looked right and left with stunning eyes. He wondered what happened. "I, Otsutsuki Naruto, declare Uchiha Sasuke as my champion. He has my blessing." The surrounding's glow increased, making everyone except Naruto closed their eyes. It stopped instantly after five seconds.
Naruto sipped the last drop of his tea before standing up.
"It is done," Naruto said. "I will go back to my domain to research more on Otsutsuki. I will come back after Sasuke's fight." He walked toward his door, his eyes glowed and the door too.
"What did you do Naruto-kun?" asked Kakashi. "Champion? Blessing? What do you mean?" Naruto didn't turn around.
"It is as I said. Sasuke is my champion and has my blessing. It is how gods interact with mortal's business. By using representative," Naruto said before opening his door, entering his domain, and closing it behind him.
Kakashi closed, thinking deeply. If he thought correctly, Sasuke received powers to fight more evenly against Isshiki. And through Sasuke, Naruto will be able to interact indirectly with human affairs. But right now, more importantly, thanks to Naruto, they have a chance to finally kill Isshiki. Kakashi stood up quickly.
"Hokage-sama?" said Wolf.
"We need to go fast to the village. Sasuke needs to know about this new development," said Kakashi in his Hokage's voice.
"Hai!" said the two ANBU. Kakashi turned toward Akemi.
"We need to go for now. But we will come back later," said Kakashi smiling. Akemi smiled too.
"Yes, you're welcome anytime. I'm sure Naruto-sama will be happy," she said. Kakashi nodded still smiling.
The ninja took to the tree while Akemi was waving to them.
Meanwhile…
Sasuke was holding his right eye with his good hand while bending on the floor with a white glow. His hair tips became white.
"Oi, are you alright?!" Shikamaru yelled. He was about to put his hand on Sasuke's shoulder but…
"Don't touch him!" Armado yelled. Shikamaru stopped before turning to him.
"What do you mean 'Don't touch him'?! Something is going on with Sasuke!" yelled Shikamaru back. Armado sighted.
"Right now, Sasuke-san is filled with Otsutsuki-nature power. We don't know what happened if we touch him or interrupt the process," said Armado. "But rest assured, it isn't Isshiki's act. And this power seems pure, holy if I can say." And they wait as Armado said. Shikamaru gritted his teeth and clenched his hands while Sai narrowed his eyes. And where was Hokage-sama? He said something about Naruto.
The process continued and something shocked them during it. A new left arm grew, but not of fleshes. It was made of a void-black metal that they can't recognize. After two minutes, the process finished, leaving Sasuke panting hard. He stood up with wide eyes, looking at his new arm.
The others were not better. If they were shocked by this arm, what they saw stamped them. Sasuke's right iris was now a glowing pink eight-pointed star with the signature three tomoe of the Sharingan.
"What happened," asked Sai?
"Are you alright, Sasuke," asked Shikamaru? Sasuke tried to calm his breathing before answering.
It was at this moment that Kakashi appeared. And like the other, he became shocked before he narrowed his eyes.
"Naruto wasn't joking," mumbled Kakashi to himself. It caught their interest.
"Naruto? What do you mean 'he wasn't joking'" asked Sai? Kakashi observed them before becoming serious. He had their attention now.
"Listen, this is important. Operation Shrine was a success," Kakashi said. Everyone except Armado became surprised before becoming joyful. Murmurs could be heard in the room. "It worked even if he came temporally. But his visit brought a new development." He turned then to Sasuke. "And it concerned you, Sasuke." Sasuke raised an eyebrow.
"Me?" he asked. Everyone wondered why until Shikamaru got an idea.
"Wait? Don't tell me…" he was cut off by Kakashi.
"Yes, Naruto blessed Sasuke and made him his champion," Kakashi said. Everyone was frozen in shock until Armado broke the silence.
"So, I was right when I said this power is holy. And this Naruto, could he be the savior of the world?" asked Armado. Kakashi nodded at him. His eyes widen in surprise before he closed them.
"I see," he said opening his eye. "I heard rumors that he sacrificed his future to become a god, but I wasn't convinced at hundred percent. But then people built a shrine for him, and I wondered if they really trust it. But now you confirm it and at the same time, Sasuke-san was imbued with this holy power. If it is true, then we have a chance," he said the last part seriously. All nodded but Sai had a question.
"What do you mean 'at hundred percent'? It seems you don't reject the idea of it," asked Sai. Armado sighted the explain the objective of Otsutsuki. It shocked everyone.
"As I said, if it is true, then we have a chance," said Armado.
"Sasuke, right now you need to train your new power. Naruto will come back after your fight against Isshiki. So, focus on your training for now," said Kakashi. Sasuke nodded.
Sasuke trained for a week before Isshiki came to him to retrieve a boy named Kawaki. But it was enough. Thanks to a great boost to his chakra, Sasuke used Kage Bushin to speed up his training. He had found that his strength, his speed, and resistance had increased. His Sharingan's vision had increased too. He can see through matters but didn't have the telescopic vision of the Bakyugan. He can see the Chakra system and the Chakra natures. He was able to create Holy fire and Holy lightning by combining his affinity with Naruto's blessing. His eternal mangekyou Sharingan became ever stronger.
When Isshiki arrived, he was shocked.
"What is the meaning of this? How could you have that power," he said in contempt? Sasuke snorted.
"You don't need to know. Only that I will kill you," Sasuke said. Isshiki snorted this time.
"Don't be full of yourself, you inferior creature," he said.
Isshiki engaged Sasuke in Taijutsu but Isshiki didn't realize that Sasuke would match him in strength. Isshiki sent a right straight which Sasuke ducked before sending a punch to Isshiki's body. Isshiki sidestepped before sending a roundhouse kick which Sasuke jumped over it and sent his own kick. Isshiki blocked but was sent away.
The exchange continued like that. Sasuke couldn't damage Isshiki but managed to block or dodge all Isshiki's hits making him furious. Isshiki jumped backward, sending tiny steel rods at high speed, and used his dojutsu power to give their original size back. But Sasuke managed to predict their trajectory with his Sharingan, dodging all of them before jumping in the air above Isshiki.
"Holy fire release: Holy fireball!" exclaimed Sasuke, sending a hot white fireball to his foe. Isshiki crossed his arms, but he could feel the Jutsu burning him. He was sent to the ground, creating a dust cloud.
Sasuke landed with grace, observing the dust cloud until Isshiki rushed through the cloud toward Sasuke, mad at his prey for the burns he caused him.
"I will not be defeated by the like of you!" he yelled in anger. Everything happened in slow motion. Isshiki sent a straight to Sasuke's head to finish him. But Sasuke dodged barely before coating his chokuto with holy lightning before beheading Isshiki with a clean cut. Isshiki was shocked by this development before he died. Sasuke swiped his blade to the side to remove the blood before sheathing it and walking toward the Hokage's tower to announce his victory.
Like Naruto promised, he came back to his shrine the next morning and every morning after that. People came to visit him including Armado, confirming the existence of the Otsutsuki gods. Even the bijuu came to visit. In Kurama's case, he came to scold him. But Naruto explained that the bijuu will never be alone again as he will take them to his domain when the Otsutsuki menace will decrease. It made them happy.
In the coming years, Naruto went to his shrine in the morning while searching for the Otsutsuki in the afternoon. He managed to meet his friend's children and their grandchildren. But as a god, he outlived all of them. He buried his friends himself until the last one, even Akemi. He decided then to focus on the Otsutsuki hunt and taking care of his followers' wishes from his domain, only coming to his shrine when necessary.
Timeskip: over 100,000 years
It's been over 100,000 years since Naruto became a god. Peace had fallen on his world; he became a myth. He still had followers which he took care of. But the Chakra era had finished, and time had distorted the knowledge of shinobi, except for his myth for some reason. He had gained the title of God of wisdom and God-savior of the world.
He had put an end to the Otsutsuki's will, but he didn't eradicate all of them. He had found that some had refused to participate in their tradition making them outcasts. He had taken them under his wing, showing them how to be recognized as a True god, unlike their counterpart. But the present king had fled with some of his followers. Naruto had decided to leave him for now.
His domain had become the center of a new pantheon called Museiten. His house became a Japanese castle. He didn't want it, but his servant had insisted that as the king of the pantheon, he needed to represent the power it. He had sighted and accepted.
The Otsutsuki he had taken became themselves, gods. It had been the reason for the beginning of this pantheon. And he was their king and the one that created their heaven. He had gained the title of Origin god and God of Otsutsuki gods.
They helped him to hunt the remaining followers of the last king. But they were restricted like he was. So, they had gained shrines like him. He had visited other worlds too, gaining new friends.
The more surprising change for him was when he had become even stronger when he had become king. Before he had been six feet tall when he had ascended but now, he was seven feet tall. His body was covered in only muscle, but he wasn't bulky. They were compact, giving him a body befitting of a God-king. His clothes didn't change except for the motif of haori which represent a star surrounded by tomoe and the domain of his followers, all floating above a nature-like world. He now had four horns, the tallest in the middle being six inches with the other being three inches, all on top of his head, looking like a crown. He had gained twenty new plates. The new twenty were floated behind his back while his old ten were bigger and floated behind his new ones all in a circle.
Right now, Naruto was eating a traditional Japanese breakfast prepared by one of his servants. His table was surrounded by a pool of golden water with fish of different kinds, coming from different worlds. As he finished his meal, a servant came to him.
She was a petite woman wearing the traditional clothes of Otsutsuki but with ocean motifs on her haori. She had waist-long ocean-blue hair with two shoulder-long bangs coming from the side of her forehead. She had amethyst eyes with a white whirlpool, a little nose, blue small lips, and fair skin. And finally, two white horns on top of her head. She was Shinseiumi, the goddess of ocean and purity. She bowed to him.
"Did you call me, your majesty," she said? Her voice was angelic as a goddess, but it was the purity she leaked that identify.
"Yes, I need you to send one shinshoku to the Tensura world to build a shrine for me," Naruto said. She raised a delicate eyebrow.
"Is there something you require from this world," she asked? She knew her king was a god worshipped in multiple worlds and didn't stay in one place, except his domain. All was to find new knowledge as he was the god of supreme wisdom.
"I found their king," he simply said. Her eyes widen, and she ran to him, putting her face close to his, her hands linked together in prayer.
"Did you really find him," she asked? He didn't disapprove of her gesture; on the contrary, he accepted it. He put a hand on her cheek, smiling softly at her. She blushed at his gesture, admiring his perfect face, feeling the purity and power he released. What an incredible being he was.
"Yes, and this time, he will not flee from me," he said, stroking her cheek. His voice, so angelic and powerful, will send inconceivable pleasure and terror to a mortal, but she was a goddess, so she just shivered, blushing more. He released her, standing up.
"I assume that you will be able to do this task easily," he said. She came back to her sense, kneeling to him.
"Of course, your majesty. With my White-water gate skill and your permission, it will be a piece of cake," she said. He nodded to her.
"Then do it," he ordered.
"As you wish, Oame-no-genten-no-kami-sama," she said. She stood up before running happily in a random direction. He decided to go to his study room to cultivate new knowledge from his recent travel. While the outside of his castle was finite in length, it wasn't the case inside. Just his study room was larger than any building can mortal conceived. And if they wanted to travel from one point to another, it will take them centuries or even millenniums of walking. But it wasn't a problem for him. He can teleport easily to one of infinite numbers of shelves.
Only one week had passed when someone came to his study room.
"Your majesty, can I enter?" said a female voice. Even if the door was thousands of miles away from him, he will always hear behind it as if the door was always next to him. He teleported to it.
"You can," he said. The door opened revealing a teenager wearing Otsutsuki clothes with roses pattern on her haori. She had crimson spiky middle-back-long hair, attached with a rose ornament in a high ponytail, mischievous red eyes, pink lips, and a little nose with medium skin. She was Netchunatsu, the goddess of summer and passion. She bowed to him.
"Your shrine is finished, your majesty," she said. He nodded to her. Normally, she was energetic and full of life, but his presence can calm even her.
"I will go then," he said. Yes, he can calm her. He focused on his study room's door to connect to his new shrine. Because it was the first time he will go to this world, the knowledge of it was still obscure to him. The reason for the time it took to connect.
"Are you sure you want to go alone? I could accompany you and fulfill your desires, your majesty," she said mischievously. He snorted. A calm mind was more dangerous than a chaotic mind. He stopped counting the number of times she said those proposals. As the most powerful god of the pantheon and the savior of many, he was the most desired one and he knew about it. But there was a limit. It's sexual harassment you know.
"No need," he deadpanned at her. An arrow pierced her chest, making her 'Urgh'. "I will call you from my shrine if I need you." And like that, a happy smile replaced the arrow.
"Then call our assistance when needed. We will gladly offer our services, our souls, and our bodies," she said. He deadpanned again before sighted. The true reason behind it was he was still alone. Many things he achieved but never got the opportunity to raise a family. Not he disliked the idea but saw his servants as children he raised. And he would like to finish his foe before beginning one.
After five minutes, the door flashed, meaning it was connected now. He opened it, noticing a vast forest beyond it.
"I will see you all later," he said, smiling softly and exiting the room before closing the door behind him. He didn't see the blush on her face, or he simply ignored it.
He turned around to admire his shrine. It was two stories traditional shrine with his star symbol. If it was a normal shrine, he will not disapprove. But his servant always wanted to give minimum this type of shrine. Looking over his shoulder, he could see a stone path with a red Tori. He wondered if this shinshoku got help to build it.
He entered his shrine to meditate. As a god, he didn't need to eat or sleep, giving him all the time to research on this world.
Timeskip: one week
This week, Naruto didn't leave his shrine, never stopping his meditation. He learned many things in this world. From the beginning with Veldanava, the true dragon, the vampires, the humans, the voice of the world and the skills, and the monsters. He observed the Otsutsuki king movement, seeing him watching from one of his dimensions. He managed to amass more followers. Naruto should do the same.
The Great Forest of Jura was home to different races of goblins, ogres, and other monsters. But the more interesting for him was the cave next to the forest. Inside, the storm dragon Veldora was sealed three hundred years ago by a hero. Having one true dragon as an ally could be a great advantage for Naruto.
So, he decided to visit the cave and recruit this dragon. But even he didn't predict the apparition of a powerful future friend.

Imzombiekilla: Sorry if the story feels a bit rush or all over, it wasn't the intention. All aspects of the first two chapter aren't chosen randomly. They will be used for future chapters. So, if it is unclear, it's normal. The first two chapters are used for backstory too. I didn't want to send Naruto directly to the Tensura world without a base.
For all now, I'm on holyday for now, so I can work more on this story. But my story will be slow, due to the fact I am writing only when I have free time. So don't be alarmed when there is big time gaps between each chapter.
