Cloud 9 was free of darkness and evil. The world, along with others, will get a good night's rest since The Nightmare wasn't here to plague people's dreams.

The Teddy Bears will get to rest, but not for long as they will fix up the damages, especially The Puffy Palace.

I am glad that everyone is okay. But I wasn't fine. The Nightmare is gone. But he left a wound in my head. A wound I'm not sure that will heal.

I sat on a pillar looking at sun peeking through the clouds. Lyn flew up to me. "It's time, Dodger."

I gave her a nod and jumped down to the floor way below. With a long walk to ease my thoughts, I made it to the Bears and Frankie, who ran up to me and gave me a hug.

"I'm sorry for hugging you a lot, but after thinking that you could be dead from dreaming, I couldn't stop thinking about you and all you've done today. I would've been dead in a car accident."

"There were people before me, you know."

Frankie plants a kiss on the right side of my face. How many kisses am I going to receive today?"

"Would they battle a monster from my dreams and help an unknown world free from an unwanted nightmare. Plus, you saved me from her."

Seeing a finger point in her direction, Lyn gave the two Humans the middle finger.

"Forreal, Dodger. You're amazing. Thank you."

I was...frozen. Other than mom, it's the first time a woman calls me amazing. Never thought I would be called such thing. "Th-Thank you, Frankie."

"No problem. Hope we can, I don't know, see each other again. Under better circumstances."

D-Did she just ask me out? My brain can't compute! "Y-Yeah. I'm d-d-down."

"You might want to postpone that for now" said Lyn, walking towards us. "Frankie will be going back to Earth. As for you, Dodger..."

"Wait, what do you mean? If my body is about to shut down to rest mode like it did for the Lightning Rune, I would like to be in my car."

"You can still rest up, Dodger. It's the Council who wants to see you. They will vote if you can keep the powers or lose them."

Oh, hell no! I need these powers to shove my foot up this Ripto's ass if he dares to harm my planet. I'll show them why I'm the right man for the job. A Certified Hero if I do say so myself.

I hugged Frankie for the possible last time and watched her vanish back to Earth.

Unfortunately, it was me that vanished from Cloud 9 and into some strange purple vortex. "What the haberdashery and hemoglobin is going on here?!"

Back on Cloud 9, the Lightning Goddess stood shocked at what happened when she performed the spell that was intended for Frankie.

With Dodger gone, she fears the worst for both this world and his.

"What did you do?" Frankie asked.

"I didn't do anything yet. He was taken away by someone else. Bianca is not going to like this."

Mexico City, Mexico, Earth

In a hotel, a bearded man woke up on a bed. He was shirtless with a few bandages on his chest and ribs.

"Nice to see you again, Finn" a woman to his left with short black hair, black lipstick and black eyeshadow and a black outfit sitting on a lap of a young Hispanic man with a black shirt and black pants, combing his mullet.

Finn punched the bed, ripping the covers off him. "That bastard! I should've ripped him apart in my form. How?"

"Finn, cool down. You win some, and you lose some. Whoever beat you will die next time" the man said.

"Shut up, Dominic! There shouldn't be a next time. I should have that Dragon Rune now!"

Dominic raised his arms like Finn was the police. "Okay, I'm sorry you're a loser, dude."

The Man went to charge at the young man, but the woman stood in front of him. "I get it, Finn. You're angry. But taking it out on my Dom won't fix it."

"You tell him, Mami."

"Then, tell your dog to speak when he's told."

"Enough!" A tall Hispanic man with long black hair wearing black pants and purple sleeveless undershirt. "Mistress is not happy about your failure, Finn."

"How I'm not surprised" Finn said Sarcastically.

"This minor setback is fine, though. Mistress has found a Dragon Rune on this planet. We haven't found the location yet. When we do, you shall not fail once again, Finn."

A smile form on the Man's face. "Damian, I'm going rip that kid limb from limb if I see him again."

"What kid?" The Woman, Damian, and Dominic asked in unison.

"Dodger. He cost me the Dragon Rune!"

Damian smiled. "You'll get it when it's found. He won't stop you in your human form."

Finn gave him a questionable look. "What do you mean?"

"As punishment for your failure of the mission, your fear power has been taken away."

Letting out a sigh, he found another reason to hate Dodger. He took everything, including his powers. He will pay Finn said to himself over and over.

There was a castle surrounded by dark clouds, mountains, and lava.

Inside, sitting on a throne was an orange short bipedal reptile creature with green eyes that were slits. A large twisted horn on top of its head. It wore a large purple cape, which the collar was big. The cape was closed by a red and gold amulet.

"How is it that I ask the most simple task, and all I get is nothing but bad news. Get the Dragon Runes and bring them to me. Simple instructions, right? Sorry, why don't I see two Dragon Runes right now?

"No matter. I will find out who is trying to stop me from ruling the Dragon Realms. Besides, one or none, those dragons or Bianca can't stop my secret weapon.

"You two will bring you armies with mine and find the Ice Rune! If you don't find it, find out who is helping Bianca."

Behind the throne, in the shadows stood two creatures. The darkness shallow their appearance until their weapons glowed.

One was a large hammer that shine a green glow. The other was a staff that glowed a purple light.

Back on the throne, the small dinosaur cracked a smile. "Welcome to Ripto's world."

Episode 2: The Nightmare on Cloud 9

Opening his eyes and sitting up, Dodger held his pounding head as his vision tried to focus. His body aches a little bit.

"Hey, sis! He's up!" A southern feminine accent spoke near him.

The view was back in time as three shotguns pointed at his head.

"I'm gonna go on a hunch and say I'm not at the Council nor back home. I can't believe I get to say this quote. [Clears his throat] Wait...this isn't my world. Disappointed!

Power Profile: Fire Dodger

With the power of the Fire Dragon Rune, Dodger becomes a hot head and heat up his enemies to burnt crisp. His fire punch, flame blast and flamethrower breath kicks up the temperature.
