The shinobi of Ame stared in shock and fear at the susanoo of Sasuke which towered over the central tower. Sasuke, Shikamaru and Naruto sheltered inside he susanoo. Sasuke looked at the mass of enemy shinobi and then summoned a crow in his hands, and after tying a note to its foot sent it away flying.

"I didn't know you could do that like Itachi." Naruto commented while panting, since the death of Kurama his chakra reserves had been affected and he was a little exhausted from the fight.

"You still don't know a good lot about me, I learned many things while I was still rogue. Some decisive and big like the susanoo and some acute and insignificant things like this." Sasuke quitely answered and then refocused on the enemy swarm.

For some minutes the ninja of Amegakure stood there, motionless, not knowing what to do against such a thing they had only heard of till now in academy lessons. Some even doubted the decision of their leader to attack Sasuke Uchiha himself. Then suddenly Arashi appeared in front of them standing on a rock, in full battle gear. He wore armor made of steel

imported from the land of Iron, the one which samurai used in their armor. He wore a face mask similar to that of Hanzo of the Salamander, several pouches hung from his waist filled with kunai, shuriken, paper bombs and some chakra paper and pen to create seals on the spot. A sword sheath hung on his back while his brown eyes glared under the setting sun. With a battle cry he charged at the enemy, fueling confidence in his soldiers who followed their leader into battle. Sasuke's eyes shed blood as suddenly black flames erupted in the middle of the shinobi swarm, and as the blood down Sasuke's cheeks and dripped on the ground tens of Ame shinobi gave cries of pain as the Eternal flames of the Amaterasu engulfed their body. Seeing this, Arashi rushed forward and created hundreds of water clones who all at once charged towards Sasuke.

"Let me join the fight, Sasuke." Naruto spoke as he prepared a hand seal.

"No Naruto, defending you is our topmost priority and we don't know what lies among their ranks that they have the guts to attack us, it'll be wiser if you stayed back." Shikamaru calmly spoke to Naruto, the latter surprisingly understood and stayed back, an odd thing seeing his stubbornness.

"I have sent for Yamato and the ither anbu through the crow, they must be stationed outside this village and could be here any moment." Sasuke said to Naruto and Shikamaru still looking at the enemy. Sasuke cast another Amaterasu and this time it created a sort of barrier between the enemy and them, Sasuke was forced to do this. The amaterasu was a very effective technique but he couldn't perform it again and again as it will be a strain on his chakra reserves, the tsukoyomi won't work as every one of them wore the special mask.

'But perhaps,' Sasuke thought to himself,

'I should try and perform the Kirin, but it will require time and chakra. We can't escape either, they have created a barrier around the place.'

As Sasuke was lost in thought Arashi appeared from the ground below, using water transformation jutsu, took out a big sealing scroll and released it. Immediately Sharp wind chakra flew out of the scroll and hit the susanoo, before Sasuke could retaliate Arashi was already gone.

"Do you think these petty tricks of yours will affect my susanoo?" Sasuke Shouted.

"Oh, these are not mere tricks, Uchiha, they are planned attacks." As Arashi replied All the Ame shinobi ran towards Sasuke's gigantic susanoo, who in turn waved its blade and took out dozens in one shot. The enemy shinobi performed various jutsu of every chakra element. The place was littered with bodies as kunai, shuriken and jutsus collided with the susanoo and in turn the giant chakra warrior crushed a good number. But the efforts of the Ame ninja were futile, the most they did was make Sasuke panting as his chakra was draining to maintain the susanoo.

"Look at how boisterous of a manner this Arashi talked in, now as his men die for nothing inside his own village he cowers to the back." Sasuke declared. But then, Arashi appeared out of nowhere with extraordinary speed, and put his hand on the susanoo. Sasuke could feel it, for a split second, immense chakra gathering on the place where Arashi had put his hand. And then in a second Arashi stormed back a few yards and Sasuke's eyes were widened with utter disbelief, the susanoo had been breached in that spot.

Sasuke quickly tried tried patch up that breach spot but it was too late, even those three seconds that Sasuke took to react were enough for Arashi. The latter performed a water style jutsu which almost filled the entire torso of the Susanoo. Sasuke patched up the spot but it was visible and thoroughly weak as compared to the rest of the susanoo. The water fired by Arashi was strange, as it did not fall below but rather stayed where it had been fired, "drowning" Naruto, Sasuke and Shikamaru. Naruto waved his hand towards the water, a burst of chakra came out which carried down the water type chakra. While all this was happening Shikamaru was observing the surroundings and devising an escape plan.

"Thought of anything, Shikamaru?" Naruto asked.

"I don't see a path of escaping in the current position we are in. The only hope is if Yamato and the anbu come here quickly." Shikamaru replied in his usual unenthusiastic tone.

Then suddenly, the evening sun's rays were blocked by dark clouds, and it started raining, as the droplets fell over Arashi he chuckled, for this fight will be easier for him now.

Outskirts of Amegakure

Yamato and the other Anbu were stationed in a two-storeyed building on the outskirts of Amegakure, their leader Naruto had proceeded with Sasuke and Shikamaru into the village for a meeting some thirty minutes ago. They had heard a loud explosive sound some minutes ago and were conversing about it, when suddenly, a kunai flew right into the room they were in. It hit the wall at the end of the room, and the paper-bomb attached to it was ignited.

"It's a paperbomb!" One of the Anbu shouted, they immediately retreated out of the room, which burst into flames after a few seconds. Before the Anbu could make out something a swirling sound came from the woods behind as five water chakra dragons shot out from the forest. Byt before they could reach their target Yamato joined his hands and created a protective wooden dome around him and his comrades. A large thud echoed inside the dome as the water chakra dragons slammed into the wooden barrier. The other Anbu got time to realize what was happening and got into a battle stance.

A moment later several enemy water clones appeared from the ground below the dome, and they engaged in combat. The leaf Anbu easily took out all the water clones except one, which stood back while the fight was raging. Then suddenly, the clone took down its armour revealing a body laden with paper-bombs, he ignited one of the paper-bombs and plunged at the leaf Anbu. A loud explosion could be heard outside but the dome remained intact.

A few minutes passed silently, the Ame shinobi remained hidden in their hiding places and their was no sign of activity inside the dome. The Ame cpatain signaled one of his subordinates, the latter upon getting the signal focused on something. He replied in sign language that there were no chakra signatures present inside or around the dome. After giving each other a questioning glance, the Ame captain jumped down from his hiding spot and nervously approached the wooden dome, He was a brunette adult with a thin body and a tall figure, a sword was strapped on his back while pouches containing shinobi gear hung from parts of his trousers. He wore the standard Anbu uniform of Amegakure and his face was covered with a mask.

The captain came closer and closer to the wooden dome, and as he was just a feet away from it he put his hands on the wood. Immediately, his face changed from behind the mask, as if he had felt something. In a split second he jumped away from the dome as Yamato's wood release shot up into the sky. The Ame captain took cover in his previous hiding spot as the others weaved handsigns. A gap was created in the dome from which Konoha Anbu got out, they took out their respective swords and attacked the enemy. The Ame shinobi tried to retreat back a little but were forced to engage in melee combat. They tried putting up a fight but were quickly pinned down by Yamato's wood release. The captain tried to escape but was caught and killed.

"Quick, the Hokage must be in danger!" Yamato ordered the other Anbu. They hastened towards the hidden rain village, an attack on them meant an attack on the Hokage. On the way Yamato spots a dead crow on one of the branches, it had been killed by a shinobi but Yamato didn't pay much heed to that, and he jumped from tree to tree to reach the Hokage as soon as possible.

The fight kept raging in the centre of Amegakure, it was at first raining gently but it quickly turned into a downpour. The Ame shinobi tried multiple jutsu but the susanoo remained undamaged. Suddenly, Arashi who had been leading the fight for a time, disappeared from battle again. Shikamaru caught a slight glimpse of him forming Kanji on his hands but in a split second he disappeared again, this time appearing right behind the susanoo. He placed his hands on the Susanoo's back in a similar manner as before, and Kanji letters started spreading out from his hand and onto the susanoo's armour. Sasuke noticed this and quickly reacted by turning and performing a fireball jutsu to the direction of Arashi, who barely dodged the attack, burning a side of his arm in the process. Sasuke prepared for another attack but it was too late, Arashi performed the jutsu and suddenly Sasuke felt something in the Susanoo, it had been breached again. Arashi's jutsu left a wide open gap on the back of the susanoo, exposing the Konoha shinobi. Arashi absorbed the chakra previously present on the breached location, and performed a strong jutsu with that.

He formed a massive orb of raw lightning chakra in the air, the size of a house, and launched it to the direction of the susanoo. What Arashi did wasn't actually a rasengan, but a simple lightning chakra orb loosely kept together with raw physical power lower than the concentrated rasengan. But it still was effective, in half a second the orb had been launched and smashed into the susanoo. Sasuke was able to put forward the sword of the susanoo and very much limited the impact of the attack, but it still formed a big gap in the susanoo.

Sasuke was now very much exhausted after having to keep the susanoo active for so long, he did one last slash around him with the susanoo and them stopped the technique. Arashi's jutsu had caused great damage to the surroundings as well and every building in a 40 meter radius was in rubles, but thankfully all the civilians had already been evacuated. And a good amount of the shinobi were sent away to stop Yamato and the leaf Anbu, so a scarce 200 remained on the battlefield. Most keeping distance from their targets in hopes of not getting crushed.

Sasuke rose up from a pile of ruble followed by Naruto and Shikamaru, the latter asked in an astonished voice,

"What are you?"
