Ch 10: Grand Finale
Fair warning, this will be a long chapter. If I wanted to, this could be two chapters and they would be two of the longer chapters of the whole thing.
I really hope this is the grand finale you've been waiting for.

Doof 1 was almost sprinting down the sidewalk.
Doof 1-What is he going to say?
As Doof 1 arrived at City Hall, he knocked on the door to see a familiar red-head open the door.
Melanie-Oh, hello Heinz. You must have gone outside when I wasn't paying attention.
Doof 1-Yes, thank you Melanie
Doof 1 walked up the stairs and turned down the hallway to, was it technically his office, or was it… um; well either way he headed inside to see Doof 2 waiting for him.
Doof 2-Ah, you've returned
Doof 1-Yes, I certainly have
Doof 2-So how are my prisoners doing?
Doof 1-They're gone
Doof 2-What?!
Doof 1-Oh yeah. Your place is a wreck too, robots smashed everywhere, shelves knocked over, and the cage you had the kids in was left wide open with no kids in it.
Doof 2-How did they get out?
Doof 1-Doesn't matter
Doof 2-What do you mean?!
Doof 2's face was turning red and Doof 1 thought he could see steam coming out of his ears.
Doof 1-Hey man, calm down. What could these kids do? You have hundreds of robots, and how many of them are there?
Doof 2 sat down realizing that his counterpart was right. Seriously, what could a group of little kids do against a literal robot army?
Doof 2-You're probably right but I still would like to know where they are.
Doof 1-I'm sure it will be fine.
Doof 2-Anyways, I have something to show you.
Doof 1-Oh goodie! I love surprises!
Doof 2 pushes a button on the button and a keyboard looking object emerges from the ground.
Doof 1-What is this?
Doof 2-This is my robot control panel. This machine is the center of my robot army. If this machine were to break or stop working, all my robots would essentially burn out, fall to the ground, and become a pile of trash.
Doof 1-Wow, that's sooo cool! How would this thing even break though? It looks indestructible.
Doof 2-That it is, almost.
Doof 1-Almost?
Doof 2-Yes, I made this, and my robot army exclusively out of Drusselstinium.
Doof 1-Drusselstinium? I don't think we have that in our dimension.
Doof 2-Drusselstinium is a very strong metal, but it has one weakness. It isn't waterproof. The slightest bit of water will ruin the circuits of the robots if it hits them, or the panel if it hits that instead
Doof 1-That's incredible, I see why you keep it hidden.
Doof 2-Yes, yes you do. But now, since those kids escaped, I'm going to keep this out. We need to make sure those kids don't ruin everything.
Adyson-Alright Baljeet, what do you got?
Baljeet 2-Ok, we were able to figure out what these robot's armor was made of. They are made of Drusselstinium!
Phineas 1-What does that mean?
Baljeet 1-Drusselstinium is not a waterproof metal. If these robots were to get even the slightest bit wet, their circuits would be fried.
Gretchen-But I thought you just said the armor was made of it.
Baljeet 2-Yes but, after some further research we found a blueprint online of a Drussestinium-based robot.
Baljeet 1-And these robots are a match to the blueprint we found online
Phineas 2-So we just need the robots to get wet?
Baljeet 1-You are correct
Holly-Well how do you expect to do that Mr. Genius?
Baljeet 2-My first thought was rain, but that is too risky as it hardly rains here.
Baljeet 1-So we have a couple options here. We could build something to get them wet, or we could get them wet individually with water guns or something.
Phineas 2-Building something might take too much time. We don't know what Doofenshmirtz is planning.
Phineas 1-There are 16 of us. If just a little bit of water is all it takes to fry up the circuits, we can mow through the robots pretty fast.
Isabella 2-It's going to take long enough to get downtown.
Phineas 2-Everybody split and get all the water guns you can find. We'll meet back here in ten minutes.
And with that everybody began splitting up and was headed off to their houses. However, the first dimension characters didn't really know what to do in case the layout of the neighborhood was different then their dimension.
Isabella 1-Phineas, what if we get lost?
Phineas 2-Well, we can go off in groups. That way nobody gets lost.
Buford 1 went off with Baljeet 2.
Buford 1-You better have some nice weapons nerd.
Ferb 1 caught up to Buford 2.
Buford 2-Hey Ferb, you ready for this.
Ferb 1 gave him a thumbs up as the two went to the Van-Stomm household
Baljeet 1-If I know Buford, he's gonna need more arms for all the water guns he has
Baljeet 1 ran off to catch up to Buford 2 and Ferb 1.
Phineas 1-I'll go with Isabella
Isabella 2-Sure! I could use some help.
Phineas 2-Ferb, you think you could find us a water source downtown?
Ferb 2 gave his brother a thumbs up as he headed inside and up the stairs.
Phineas 2-Isabella, do you wanna go with me?
Isabella 1-Of course!
The two headed around the house and into the Flynn-Fletcher garage.
Isabella 1-Phineas?
Phineas 2-Yeah?
Isabella 1-We never finished what we were talking about earlier
Phineas 2-Oh, yeah, that.
Phineas cleared his throat. Well here goes
Phineas 2-I really like Isabella in this dimension and I want to be more than friends with her. But I'm scared to tell her.
Isabella 1-Oh. My. God. This is incredible!
Phineas 2 blushed and smiled.
Phineas 2-What?
Isabella 1-In my dimension, I have a huge crush on my Phineas. But he is super oblivious and has never noticed. But if you like your Isabella, maybe he does like me!
Phineas 2-That's awesome Isabella! But we really should find these water guns.
Isabella 1-Right! What do you have?
Phineas 2-There should be three. Candace, Ferb, and I all have one.
Isabella 1 and Phineas 2 both only were able to find one a piece.
Phineas 2-I'm sure this will be enough, we only really need for everybody to have one.
Isabella 1-If you think so
The duo headed into the backyard to see a pile of water guns and all of their friends surrounding Ferb 2.
Phineas 2-Hey guys. Ferb, did you find something?
Ferb 2-Yes, but it won't be easy to accomplish.
Baljeet 1-Ferb found out that the water tower has a nozzle where we could but water into our water pistols.
Isabella 1-Great!
Gretchen-It would be, if the water tower wasn't so far from City Hall.
Phineas 2-Oh, it's not that far, we've been down there countless times.
Adyson-It's not far; but if you think we're taking out this robot horde with a limited water supply, you're crazy
Phineas 2-It's only like, what, a quarter of a mile from City Hall.
Ferb 2-Actually it's 0.7 miles, meaning it will take too long to rush back and forth too take out the horde
Phineas 1-Wait guys, I've got something. How many water guns do we have?
Nobody seemed to know so Phineas 2 decided to count and see for himself.
Phineas 1-Guys, there's 18 water guns and 16 of us.
Buford 1-So?
Phineas 1-What if we have a couple people fill spare water guns at the water tower and bring them to City Hall so we can exchange them.
Isabella 2-And then they get refilled while we use the extra water guns!
Phineas 2-Any volunteers?
Milly-I'll do it
Holly-Me too
Phineas 1-Great! That's probably enough help for that, everybody else get ready; we have some robots to take down!
Baljeet 2-How did we get here so fast?
Buford 1-Don't break the fourth wall nerd.
The gang approached the Danville water tower equipped with empty water pistols ready to take down the horde.
Phineas 2-Alright guys, let's get these filled up and then everybody goes down to City Hall. Holly and Milly, I want you guys to stay with the extra guns. When someone comes down to get a reload, trade guns and immediately go refill the gun. And everybody else; if you don't see Holly or Milly because they are both at the water tower, drop the empty gun and grab a filled one if there are any. The girls will return with loaded guns and reload the empty ones, and the cycle will continue. Don't be generous with the water, we don't have a ton of extras so use the water you have sparingly. Does everybody understand?
Buford 1-What happens when I come back here and there's no spare guns?
Phineas 1-Find some other way to help, scout out other bots or go try to help the girls at the tower.
The final water guns had been loaded as everybody grabbed their weapons of choice and walked to City Hall.
Phineas 2-Here goes nothing guys.
Phineas 1-Don't panic, the robots won't last if you hit them with water, so when they get close to you, just shoot. And please stick together, I don't want anybody going solo trying to play the hero.
The group gave both Bufords a good stare.
Buford 1 and 2-What?
Phineas 2-Alright, we're here. Everybody ready?
Buford 2-This better be the last time I have to say this-Let's go kick some robot ass!
And with that the final battle began.
Both Phineases and Isabellas went straight toward the steps and unloaded on the bots guarding the door. Dozens of robots fell as the foursome shredded through their first wave of robots.
On the back side of the building, Katie, Adyson, Gretchen and both Ferbs ran over to take out the back guards. There were only about 20 robots guarding the back compared to nearly 40 that Phineas and Isabella and Phineas and Isabella took out. The Ferb duo took most of them out but the girls each held their own taking out two to three bots each.
On the side of the building were both Baljeets and Bufords, starring up above them at the massive horde floating above City Hall.
Buford 1-We gotta get up there!
Baljeet 2-Well, I can get up there but the rest of you cannot.
Baljeet 1 handed his blaster to Baljeet 2.
Baljeet 1-Here, you'll need this up there.
Baljeet 2-Sticky shoes!
Baljeet 2 ran up the side of City Hall thanks to his ninja suit, and rained up at the bots above him. He wasn't hitting much as he wasn't much of a marksman, but what he was hitting was doing some damage.
Some serious damage. Bots falling from the sky were making enough noise to startle Doofenshmirtz inside!
Doof 2-What is going on out there!
Doof 1 slams open the window to get a view of the truly horrifying sight. Their army was falling!
Doof 2-We need to get the robots to retreat!
Doof 2 ran over to the panel and bushed a red button.
Doof 2-Doofenshmritz Evil Incorporated!
Doof 1-What did you just do?
Doof 2-I just sent them to my old apartment. They'll be safer there. But we gotta go if we wanna get the robot army under control again.
Buford 1-Hey brain boy! Get on my shoulders.
Buford 1 picked up Baljeet 1 and threw him on his shoulders.
Buford 1-Look in that window! What do you see?
Baljeet looked into the window to see Doofenshmirtz push a button on some control panel-looking device.
Baljeet 1-Look at the robots! They're retreating! That panel tells them what to do, if we destroy the panel, we destroy the robots!
Buford 2-BALJEET!
Baljeet 2 turns his head at the sound of his name being called.
Buford 2-Get down here!
Baljeet 2 runs down the side of City Hall to arrive at the feet of his bully.
Buford 1-Tell him nerd!
Baljeet 1-There is a device in the mayor's office that looks to be a control panel for these robots! Doofenshmirtz pressed a button and all of the robots started to escape simultaneously! If you destroy the panel that controls the robots, you might destroy all the robots!
Baljeet 2-Ok, I'll see what I can do
Baljeet 2 turned around and ran back up the City Hall building.
Baljeet 2-I am doing a lot of running today.
Baljeet 2 arrived at the window to see the panel he was informed about. He scanned the panel and saw an awfully confusing addition.
Baljeet 2-Self-Destruct button?
Baljeet 2 pushed the button and the panel disappeared in a cloud of smoke. He was simply trying to get the smoke out of his eyes when he heard cheering coming from outside.
Baljeet 2 headed back out the window to see his friends cheering him on.
Phineas 2-Baljeet you did it! Whatever you did made all the robots disappear! The Fireside Girls even said the ones flying away disappeared too.
Baljeet quickly ran down the building to be surrounded by his friends.
Ginger-You saved us!
Before Baljeet could say anything Ginger was giving him a hug tight enough to where he could barely breathe.
After he got released from Ginger he told the crew what he did.
Baljeet 2-After I got up there and investigated the panel, I found a self-destruct button. All I did was press the button and the machine disappeared.
Phineas 1-Well, we'll take it.
Milly-We didn't even have to refill any water guns! You guys are awesome!
Baljeet 2-What can I say?
Phineas 2-Alright everybody, let's head home.
Doof 2-NOOOOOO!
The duo of Doofs watched as the robot army vanished into thin air.
Doof 2-They got to the control panel!
Doof 1-You know it just occurred to me that I may have left the window open.
Doof 2-This is your fault!
Doof 1-Now now, don't blame me completely. I saw the self-destruct button on that machine, and it looked exactly like the robots that I made, when my self-destruct button got pushed.
Phineas 2-What a day.
Isabella 2-You got that right.
The fireside girls headed home after saying their goodbyes.
Phineas 1-I just wanted to thank you guys for all the fun we had today with you guys.
Buford 2-No, thank you. I don't know how I would've gotten these guys out of Doofenshmirtz's jail cell if you guys hadn't shown up.
Phineas 2-Yeah guys, thank you so much.
Phineas 1-We'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Buford 1-You guys ready to head home?
Isabella 1-Yeah, just one second.
She walked up to Phineas 2 and whispered something in his ear. Nobody could hear it but everybody saw Phineas smile as she said it.
Phineas 2-Thanks Isabella.
Phineas 1 pulled out the remote he was gifted earlier and created a portal back to their Danville.
Phineas 1-Bye guys! It was so nice to meet all of you!
And with that the first-dimensional heroes were gone.
Phineas-Well I don't know about you guys but I'm exhausted, I'll see you all in the morning.
Phineas and Ferb went inside to call it for the night. The boys headed upstairs and changed out of their ninja suits and into their pajamas.
Phineas-I'll be back in a minute Ferb
Ferb watched as his younger brother headed down the hallway and into Candace's bedroom.
Phineas knocked on the door to his older sister's room.
Phineas-Candace, can I come in?
Candace emerged from her bed and headed over to let her brother in.
Phineas-Candace, we did it! We stopped Doofenshmirtz!
Candace pulled her brother in for a hug.
Candace-That's great Phineas! I'm so proud of you!
Phineas smiled at Candace
Phineas-What a day!
Candace-You can say that again.
Phineas-Well me and Ferb are getting tired so I think we're gonna go to bed early tonight.
Candace-Alright Phineas, goodnight.
Phineas-Night Candace
Phineas left Candace's room and joined Ferb in the bathroom to brush their teeth.
Phineas-Candace says she's proud of us, and she said goodnight.
Ferb gave Phineas a thumbs up.
The next day:
Phineas woke up to see Perry at his feet
Phineas-Good morning Perry
Perry made his little noise that Phineas loved to hear and the boy went downstairs to see his parents in the kitchen sipping on some coffee.
Lawrence-Good morning Phineas
Phineas-Morning dad, morning mom
Linda-Good morning Phineas; I'm sorry we got home so late, we got caught up at the antique shop and by the time we got home, you kids were all asleep.
Lawrence-Were you kids able to entertain yourselves yesterday?
Phineas-I wouldn't say entertain, more like save Danville!
Linda laughed and Lawrence smiled at their son's crazy imagination.
Linda-Sounds like you had some fun yesterday.
Phineas-Yes, yes we did.
Phineas turned to see Candace and Ferb head down the stairs.
Phineas-Hey mom, can I go to Isabella's house? There's something I need to talk to her about.
Linda-Sure, I don't see why not.
Phineas-Thanks mom, I'll see you later.
Phineas headed out the door and crossed the street to the Garcia-Shapiro household. After knocking at the door, Phineas was greeted by none other than Mrs. Garcia-Shapiro.
Vivian-Phineas honey, how are you?
Phineas-I'm good Mrs. Garcia-Shapiro
Vivian-Are you here to see Isabella?
Phineas-Yeah, is she here?
Vivian-Oh yeah she's up in her room. Please, come on in.
Vivian stepped back into her living room to let Phineas enter the house.
Vivian-She'll be happy to see you. She told me all about your adventure last night. You kids have such active imaginations.
Phineas didn't say anything before running up the stairs and knocking on Isabella's bedroom door.
Isabella-Yes?
Phineas-Hi Isabella. Can I come in?
Isabella-Uhh, sure.
Isabella had just woke up so she hadn't done her hair or changed out of her pajamas or anything.
Phineas-Did I wake you?
Isabella-No, I just slept in longer than I usually do. Yesterday was just so crazy.
Phineas-Yeah, it sure was.
Isabella-So, what brings you here?
Phineas-Well, there's something I wanted to talk to you about; and it couldn't wait.
Isabella-Ok, what's up?
Phineas turned around and ensured that Isabella's bedroom door was closed.
Alright, come on man. Just spit it out
Phineas-Isabella, I, I like you
Isabella smiled.
Isabella-I like you too Phineas.
Phineas-No, I mean. I like you like you.
Isabella-I know what you meant Phineas, and I like you too.
Phineas-Really?
Isabella-Of course!
She pulled him in for a big hug.
Isabella-And since you don't seem so sure
Isabella pressed her lips to Phineas' and the boy was in shock. But before he knew it, he was kissing Isabella back.
Isabella blushed looking at the boy she could call her new boyfriend.
Phineas-Isabella?
Isabella-Yes, Phineas?
Phineas-I love you
Isabella pulled Phineas in for another kiss before whispering back.
Isabella-I love you too
