2 fairies teleported in.
Bloom was wearing a form-fitting cyan dress with a plugging neckline and exposed bust, around her waist was a cyan blue ribbon with three trailing ribbons with oval patterns and cyan blue heels.
She wore a silver crown with an orange jewel in her hair and on her back was a pair of emperor dragon-shaped, three-tone red, orange and purple fairy wings.
Selina was wearing a two-tone green and desert brown form-fitting dress with an exposed bust. She had two-tone green and desert brown elbow gloves.
She had a crown of interlocking Snakes with one with its mouth open and a dark green gem and on her back were two-tone black and green gryphon-shaped fairy wings.
"So shall we get some food first?" Bloom asked.
"Good idea," Selina said as the two released their transformation with Bloom using some magic to change their clothes into something more suitable for the climate.
They walked into a cafe, each looking at the menu and deciding what they wanted, after ordering. "So what did you have in mind for us today?"
"Well, I had intended to take you skiing," Bloom said.
"I will admit, I have never been skiing," Selina said.
"Well I think I can solve that," Bloom said.
Later on
Bloom and Selina in Winter-gear with Bloom carrying skis and ski poles and Selina with a snowboard.
At the top of the ski slope
As Bloom and Selina put on their ski gear and helmets and head down the long slope, Bloom using her ski poles increases her speed with Selina following on her snowboard.
"Selina I remember when the Winx, Daphne, Specialists, and Thoren were in Canada years ago and Eldora collided with Riven while skiing," Bloom said as they came to a stop.
"I wish I had seen that," Selina said in slight annoyance.
"Hold on," Bloom says as she places her hand on Selina's cheek.
Bloom's eyes glow and Selina sees the events Bloom was talking about.
As they started skiing again.
Later that day, at a Canadian hockey stadium
Bloom and Selina approached the doors, "So ever been to an Ice Hockey game?" Selina asked.
After they picked up their tickets, "Nope." Bloom said.
"Well come on then," Selina said sounding eager, they headed inside.
A few hours later, after they had watched the hockey game, the 2 fairies
after watching the hockey game and the 2 fairies were walking down the street.
"So where are we going to next?" Selina asked.
"Well, I want to pay a visit to my grandparents who live here," Bloom said as they kept walking.
"Wait you have grandparents," Selina said, Bloom picked up the surprise.
"Well, they are my adoptive mother's parents," Bloom said as she finished her food picked up from the stadium.
"Well what are waiting for you've not introduced me to them," Selina said.
They walk up to Stonehouse, as Bloom and Selina stand outside and a woman opens the door.
"Grandma Molly," Bloom said as she hugged her grandma and they headed inside.
"It's great to see you Bloom, dear." Grandma Molly said breaking the hug. "You look very different since I saw you last."
"Yeah, my Dragonflame magic has changed me," Bloom said sheepishly
"Ahh like it did to us, I see." Grandma Molly
"I don't understand," Selina said confused.
"Wel,l Grandpa John and Grandma Molly are actually in their early 80s." Bloom began to say.
"My I dear?" Molly asked and Bloom nodded.
"As magic has been changing people's lives, humans are living longer and standards of living have been greatly improving but we got de-aged after Bloom was practising a de-ageing spell of a part of our home." Molly began to explain.
"When a honked horn caused her to turn and hit us with the de-ageing spell." Molly continued.
"I accidentality de-aged them 50 years." Bloom
"So they are in their 30s," Selina said.
"That's right, now, your Granddad is waiting," Molly said to them.
Walking into the living room, Molly, Bloom and Selina see Grandad John sitting in his armchair.
"Hi, Granddad," Bloom said.
"Bloom, it's nice to see you," John said.
"Likewise, look at how you have grown."
He notices Selina, "So Bloom are you going to introduce us to your friend?"
"Oh sorry, Granddad, Grandma, this is Selina, my wife," Bloom said.
"Congratulations, Bloom, I hope you and Selina have a happy life," Molly said to them.
"Thank you," Bloom responded.
Molly picks up a videocassette and puts it in the video player.
"Oh no," Bloom said.
"I think you might like this Selina," Molly said with a grin.
she pressed play.
After the tape stops
Bloom looked embarrassed, "I regret that."
"I didn't know you were so cute when you were younger," Selina said.
"Now we have something to tell you, Me and Selina are moving to Hawaii," Bloom said.
"Congratulations, Bloom, it is a big leap to move to another state." Granddad John said between sips of tea.
"Despite that, there is still the threat of Nightmarion, the latest threat to the universe." Bloom said sighing, "Why can't an evil like that be destroyed and stay gone."
"I know it's unfair and you want to scream at the universe, but think of the people who are alive because you and your friends stopped those threats," Molly said to her, putting a hand on her shoulder.
"Thank you, Grandma," Bloom said to her.
Just then the fire goes out, and Bloom groans, "Oh Dang it," Granddad Jason said but Bloom using her magic relights the fire.
"Thank you, dear, Where are you off to next on your trip?" Jason asked.
"Well, the next stop on this world tour is the Big Apple or New York, but it's also our final stop on this world tour," Bloom said.
"I have an idea, how about you stay here tonight and have a nice breakfast in the morning before you go to New York."
"Ahh, I remember New York, it's a beautiful place," Jason said to them.
"You know what I'd like that.", Bloom said.
"Yeah I like that idea so we accept," Selina said.
Bloom and Molly head into the kitchen to start preparing food.
12th January 2014, New York City
Bloom and Selina arrive on New York's Brooklyn Bridge, "Ahh, the Home stretch." Selina said as she grabbed her camera taking photos.
"New York, the city that never sleeps," Bloom said as Selina having taken the photo turned to her.
"I've always wondered why New York is called the city that never sleeps," Selina admitted.
"Well the reason is because the New York subway system runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, plus there's always something open," Bloom remarked.
"So where to first?" Selina asked.
Bloom pondered, "First let's get an American breakfast, then the Statue of Liberty."
"I like the sound of that," Selina said, the Pair transformed into their fairy forms and flew to find a diner.
Inside the diner, the two fairies still transformed were eating.
The patrons of the diner said nothing despite the two girls being transformed.
The plates had 2 slices of toast, 2 slices of bacon, 2 fried eggs, 2 sausages, a stack of pancakes with honey and a drink of orange juice.
"Have you enjoyed the trip?" Bloom asked.
"I have but I want to see as much of this city as we can before we head home tomorrow," Selina said.
After they finished their food, they took off, 5 minutes after leaving the diner, Bloom and Selina hovered near the Statue of Liberty.
Bloom takes a picture, "
"So want to go through Central Park?" Bloom asked, Selina said nothing but nodded, Bloom already knew her answer.
A little later, Bloom and Selina walk through Central Park, Selina leans against Bloom, "So what dumb laws does New York have." the snake fairy asked
"Well, did you know that in New York, you can be fined 25 dollars if you are caught flirting?" Bloom's words took Selina by surprise.
"Seriously? That is a stupid law." Selina remarked.
"I know but it gets worse, "This law from 1907 makes having an affair a crime." Bloom continued.
"I would think people break this law all the time," Selina remarked but before Bloom could respond, an MD-500 Helicopter appeared overhead.
It had 2 7.62mm machine guns and it had two 19-shot rocket pods approached, A man was sitting on the gun, pointing the guns ahead.
"Trouble," Bloom said transforming.
Bloom took off as the door gunner opened fire, Bloom threw up a shield blocking the bullets, and the helicopter passed by, as it turned around firing six radar-guided rockets at Bloom whose shield blocked them.
He brought the helicopter around.
The pilot could only watch as Bloom floated there, he quickly changed to rapid fire sending 32 radar-guided rockets at her which she destroyed easily, "Now I will give you one chance, surrender! Or be destroyed." she said.
The pilot turned and the right side gunner opened fire but Bloom melted the bullets with her fire magic.
"I give you 1 chance, now we do this the hard way," Bloom sighed, "Volcanic Attack!"
a beam of volcanic energy hit the helicopter's main rotor which came apart, the helicopter plummeted like a rock falling out of the sky.
"Red Dragon Orb!" she declared.
A sphere catches the falling helicopter, "Now then," Bloom said smugly.
She lands on the ground with a helicopter in her sphere as a police car pulls up, "Ahh officers, I believe these are the men you want, if you need the helicopter too, I can bring them both to where you want them taken."
the 2 officers looked at each other before giving Bloom who was joined by Selina directions on where to drop the criminals off.
After dropping the criminals and the helicopter off, the 2 fairies flew off and headed for Time Square.
In Time Square, Bloom and Selina landed seeing a lot of tourists, "They say Time Square is a tourist trap." Bloom remarked jokingly.
"Yeah, I can see why." Selina said as they looked on at the tourists, before either could say any words, the sound of sirens was echoing nearby as an armoured van sped by behind them with 3 NYPD Police Cars in chase, "Shall we?" Bloom asked.
Selina nodded, and they followed in pursuit.
As sirens blared, the cop cars pursued the van, Bloom flying near them as the armoured van's rear doors opened revealing 4 men with AR15 rifles who were pointing at the cop cars, "Red Dragon Orb!" Bloom declared, blocking the gunmen before they could fire.
Seeing a microphone in the officer's hand, "Pull over this is the police!" the officer said but the truck ignored him and sped off.
"Oh no, you don't Selina give me a hand," Bloom said as Selina just nodded.
"Levatatus." both said.
The van stops as it floats off the ground, The wheels spin, "You must be kidding me, floor it!" the lead bank robber said.
The lead driver pressed his foot to the accelerator, the 2 fairies watched the wheels spin sending a load of smoke.
"Selina, you in position?" Bloom called out.
"I am Selina called as a large green serpent construct started to emerge, Bloom slowly brought the vehicle back down, and the driver's attempt to floor it sent the speeding van straight into the now solid construct, The impact threw them all forward and trashed their engine, smoke from the engine poured out.
The 4 men slightly disorientated climbed out of the van, The 2 men from the back collapsed as the other 2 upon seeing the serpent started running in the opposite direction only to see Bloom standing there.
Drawing their weapons, Bloom's eyes glowed as the guns clicked, the guns hated up, forcing the men to drop them.
"You…," the Lead Robber said.
"Dragon chains." Bloom declared snapping her fingers.
Chains appear around their legs and chests tying them up as they fall to the ground, "Here you are, officer, the criminals you were chasing." Bloom said holding the 2 that were conscious with 1 hand as she healed the 2 semi-conscious members of the robbery crew.
"After they were loaded into the swat van, "Thank you miss…" the lead officer began to say when he caught sight of Bloom, "Wait you can't be."
"It is, Chef." the deputy said to him.
"Bloom of the Winx Club, she's the leader."
"They're fairies but they only exist in stories," one of the bank robbers said as he was handcuffed.
They watched as the cops took the criminals, "Miss Bloom, on behalf of the NYPD, thank you."
"It's no problem," Bloom said before the officers got back in their car as they towed the van away.
"So what next? Selina asked, the Fire fairy deep in thought,
"Well, I know, do you remember that 1 day?" Bloom asked her.
"I do," Selina said.
"A place to pay our respects to those lost one September morning," Bloom said as they took off again.
They following Bloom's watch landed at the 9/11 memorial, "9/11 was the event of our generation, anyone of age back then is asked where were you on 9/11 and everyone has their story." Bloom said.
"So where were you on 9/11 Bloom?" Selina asked.
"I was at school when the teacher turned on the TV to the news about the 2nd impact," Bloom recounted as she looked at the names of those who lost their lives.
"How many died that day?" a familiar voice from behind them
"2,996, Professor Wizgiz." Bloom said to him.
Professor Wizgiz was standing between them, Bloom picked him up and placed him on her shoulder. "Why would people kill that many innocent civilians?" he asked, Bloom had recognised the tone of shock.
"Honestly the people didn't like the way of life basically," Bloom said to him.
"I have often wondered just how much authority I have," Bloom admitted.
"Bloom with all the evil you and your friends have faced, deciding that a villain must die is a hard choice to make but I think so far, you have made the right choices," Wizgiz said to her.
He looked at the list of the dead, "Couldn't anything have been done to prevent this?" the professor asked.
Selina sighed to herself, "Honestly I doubt the Earth Fairies had they been around could have stopped this tragedy."
Sensing the sombre mood, "Well Professor how would you like to see some New York shops? And Selina, why don't we do some shopping as we are in New York."
"I think we all would like that," Selina said before Bloom teleported them.
They appeared outside the Manhattan mall, heading inside, they walked by shops until Bloom with Wizgiz on her shoulders, they separated heading down 2 isles.
Selina wandered down an aisle and saw multiple bottles of body wash and shampoo, make and bathing accessories.
Her eyes were drawn to a bottle of pearl oil body wash and shampoo, she picked it up, "Ahh here we are." Selina picked up 2 bottles.
"Bloom can use a duplicate spell that can make sure we have enough."
Bloom and Wizgiz were walking down an aisle looking at what was on sale, she picked up a bottle of Pampering Oil body wash and shampoo.
"See anything you like professor?" Bloom asked.
"Well, lass, this spring breeze wash seems interesting, so I might try it," Wizgiz told her.
She picked up a bottle, and after paying for them, she stored the ones for Selina and herself in her magic, she summoned a plastic bag, and Wizgiz used a spell to send it to his room in Alfea.
"Want to get some food?" Selina asked them but neither Bloom nor Wizgiz said anything as their stomachs answered for them by growling.
Both simply nod in response.
It didn't take long to find a place to get a hot dog, they were sitting at a table, "Did you know, Professor, about 20 billion of these hot dogs are consumed each year by Americans." Selina said between bites of her hot dog.
"No?" Bloom responded.
"Yeah although there is the problem if you have too many, you could get cancer," Selina remarked.
"Well I was told that Dragonflame healing destroys cancer," Bloom said before she finished her hot dog.
After they had all finished their hot dogs, they headed into a shop where Bloom bought a New York Snow Globe and a couple of bottles of Long Island Wine.
"Now then, let's go to an electronics store," Bloom remarked, she headed towards an electronics shop, and Bloom walked into the shop heading down through the electronics aisle.
"So what are we looking for?" Selina asked.
Bloom didn't respond initially "These." she said.
The PS5 was floating in the air, it was a new 2 terabyte model with an additional 2 terabyte hard drive to be installed.
Bloom picked up the Uncharted: The Ultimate Adventure Collection which had Uncharted 1: Drake's Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End and Uncharted The Lost Legacy.
After Bloom pays for the stuff and stores it in her magic, they depart the shop.
They walked into another shop where Bloom spotted a silver barbecue, she quickly bought it and stored it in her magic.
As they left the shop, the Legendarium appeared before them, "What the hell?" Bloom said as the book was moving, stopping on a page with Acheron.
"What?" Selina said as Acheron started to emerge from the book,
Bloom watched the book return to her before disappearing. "Acheron! I killed you, you are supposed to be dead!"
"You are not the only one who knows duplication magic," Acheron said as people started to flee.
"Sorry professor," Bloom said snapping her fingers and transforming into Ancientix teleporting Wizgix away before he could say anything as Acheron attacked her.
Selina flipped through the pages, She stopped on a knife, reading the legend, it appeared in her hand.
Selina held the knife behind her back, charging towards Acheron, "Bloom duck!" she shouted.
Bloom looked over her shoulder seeing Selina charging, smiling to herself, She ducked as Selina having drawn the knife plunged it into Acheron's heart.
Acheron screamed in agony as the blade glowed while he was slammed into the wall, Magic flowed from his body into Selina fortunately for her, Bloom's flame used to grant her Ultra Serpentix had been programmed to purify the magic from Acheron.
Selina stares at the man as he perishes, as his power now becomes hers.
Bloom was standing there as mall security had arrived, "Don't!, This is just the Winx Club business." she said as Selina felt the power of the legendarium mixing with her serpent powers.
"Mm…" Selina said letting go, Acheron's lifeless body fell to the floor.
Before the Police arrived, Acheron's body faded away.
Bloom's Winx watch beeped, "Ahh Bloom dear, is he dead?" Eldora asked.
"If you mean Acheron who used a decoy to attack us in New York, well he is dead and his power is now Selina's power."
"I guess that makes you what now?" Bloom asked curious.
"The Fairy of Snakes." Selina began to say.
"And now supreme sorceress of the Legendarium, I had considered you could have been the Fairy of Legends," Eldora said.
"Let's go," Bloom said snapping her fingers and they disappeared.
After a long talk with Eldora that lasted the rest of the day.
Night-time
Bloom and Selina were walking down the street wearing some evening clothes, as they walked, "Want to catch a Broadway musical?" the fire fairy asked.
"Yeah, to be honest, I haven't seen one," Selina admitted.
The fire fairy saw a taxi coming, "Taxi!" she shouted.
The taxi stops, Bloom opens the door and the 2 fairies climb inside.
After sitting down in the back, Bloom closed the door, "No getting frisky in the back please." the taxi driver asked.
Smiling at him, "You got it."
The driver turned to face them, "So where to?"
"The place where they host the Broadway musical, please," she said to him.
As he drove the taxi, "So I couldn't help but notice you and your friend have wedding rings, so how long have you been married?"
"We've been married about 3 weeks, I think this trip to a Broadway musical should be a celebration of that," Selina said, Bloom said nothing just nodding in agreement.
Within several minutes, the cab arrived at the Broadway theatre, they got out and watched the cab go after Bloom paid for their ride.
Standing outside the theatre, "Shall we?" Bloom asked her wife who was leaning against her.
"Yes," Selina said holding her hand.
They walked inside and Bloom bought 2 tickets, once they reached where the show was they took their seats with the musical beginning shortly after they sat down.
Hours later
After the show had finished, they came out of the theatre and caught a cab back to the Hilton Garden Inn, they reached their room in minutes and with magic quickly had everything packed.
They stood out on the balcony, "I can't believe it's the end of our holiday." Selina said as they stared out at Times Square, Bloom quickly took a photo.
"I know, what was your favourite part of this?" Bloom asked turning to face Selina.
The fairy of Snakes and Legends smiled at her, "The wedding night in Paris where we became one and bonded, where we made love all night long."
"The night was amazing," Bloom replied as her mind thought about her next question.
"So that house we were looking at, have you made up your mind on that?" the dragonflame fairy asked.
"I have, have you?" Selina responded.
"Yes, want to say our answers together?" Bloom said, in a question to her.
"Yes, 3, 2, 1," Selina said softly.
"I think we should take it," both said at the same time.
"Let's tell each other in the morning," Bloom suggested and Selina liked that.
Re-entering the room, Bloom stripped down followed by Selina who joined her in bed, the fire fairy turned off the light with her magic, pulling the covers over herself and Selina.
Selina snuggled with her wife pressing her forehead against the pillow, "Goodnight my beautiful and powerful dragon," her arms wrapped around Bloom.
"Goodnight my beautiful, sexy and sneaky Snake," Bloom said as her head lay next to Selina's before they both drifted off to sleep.
