Chapter Seventeen:

Talking to SMG3

After leaving Nintendo HQ and ignoring just about everyone around him that he ran into, Waluigi walked through the land of the Mushroom Kingdom with slight tears rolling down his cheeks. He thought about the idea he came up with earlier, the idea that he never got a chance to share with Master Hand, all because he wasn't unique.

Once again, he thought of what Fishy Boopkins had said after their tennis training days ago, remembering the Spike telling Waluigi that he believed in him. For a moment, he thought of going to Boopkins for suggestions on his special smash move, maybe he could share 'that idea' with him.

He shook his head, worrying that Fishy Boopkins would be hurt to hear that Waluigi had been turned away again. Perhaps he could go to someone else, someone like, well, his brother.

Or maybe, he could talk to him, even though he had not thought about joining the Smash roster. If SMG4 wasn't thinking about the idea of partaking in Super Smash Bros, video game sessions aside, then why would he bother joining the Smash roster even though he could help the Wah-man.

Waluigi strolled past a green tree and looked at the nearby sign that read; 'SMG3's evil lair.' And right next to the sign was the trap door that served as the entrance/exit to the villainous Machinima wannabe's hideout. The Wah-man rubbed his palms together, then he tapped on the door with his foot. Seconds later, the door opened and SMG3 emerged.

"What is it?" He asked, "I'm in the middle of planning my next scheme."

"SMG3, am I very unique and do I have potential to be in Smash?" Waluigi asked.

SMG4's evil double looked at Waluigi with a raised eyebrow. "You're an assist fighter." He said, "Isn't that enough for you to be in Smash? Yeah, you're kinda special and there's room to be in Smash if they said 'yes'."

"Master Hand told me 'no' and I hadn't shared my idea with him." Waluigi explained, he then told SMG3 about the crazy idea that burst into his mind after Smash's host had asked what his special move would be. Waluigi went into a lengthy explanation about the 'Wah-Taco Bomb' and the 'Waluigi Taco Missile', explaining how both could work, and what the inspiration was.

"Wow, that sounds pretty ridiculous." SMG3 chuckled when Waluigi was finished.

"You think it's stupid?" Waluigi was shocked.

"No, duh." SMG3 brought out a phone with a skull symbol on the back, "I'm texting Master Hand about this. Duh-duh-dun-duh-duh aaaaand sent. Give it a bit, bet he's gonna reply with a LMAO."

"WAH!" Waluigi screamed, "No-no-no-no!"

"You told me about it." SMG3 said with a smug evil grin, "And you wanted to tell Master Hand, I just told him for you and..."

PING!

"Oh look, he replied, and guess what he said?"

SMG3 turned his phone around, allowing Waluigi to see the text window, showing him the text that SMG3 had sent along with the response from Master Hand. One look at it and Waluigi groaned with anger and sadness, having partially dreaded how the sentient gloved hand would respond after he'd turned him away;

'I have never heard of such a ridiculous pitch. If I approved this, you know what people would think as soon as they see you employ such a move in battle? They would be laughing. You call that 'unique'? Sure, it's unique, but RIDICULOUS TOO! You get nothing! Good day, sir!'

"And wait until people on the internet see this and your pitch." SMG3 chuckled, "Oooh, you just gave me one evil idea and it's about making YOU look bad because you can't be in Sma-ash. Better luck next time, loser!"

"SMG3, wait! At least help!" Waluigi pleaded, "Do you at least have any ideas on what my special Smash move can be?"

SMG3 put away his phone and smirked villainously at the Wah man. "Oh sure. It's called, COPE AND CRY! Real fitting, especially with how you go 'Wah' all the time, now your 'Wah' can be part of a crying move."

Now, Waluigi was angry. He punched SMG3 in the face, grabbed his phone out of his pocket and smashed it on the ground. He stormed off, leaving SMG4's evil mirror in surprise. SMG3 picked up his broken phone and looked up to watch Waluigi walk away, then he looked at his phone before looking up to observe Waluigi one more time, feeling a sense of concern for him.

'He's gonna need a lot of help sooner or later, being shunned can have an adverse effect on someone.' SMG3 thought, 'But... how am I going to be helpful? I'm a villain, helping people is a "good guy" thing. I just hope this doesn't lead to Waluigi doing something really drastic.'
