Due to a temporal/spatial displacement, Major Marion Price, formerly of U.N.I.T., has inexplicably found herself at Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft, where her meeting with some notable citizens of the Potterverse is suddenly interrupted by another unexpected arrival….
Looking towards the newly landed object, Price notice that it comprised a squat, dark green, rectangular box, with a short beak like protrusion beneath a large window to the left, and a long tapering pole jutting from the upper right, with a slim metal triangle and what looked like a set of three equally angled blades at the far end.
On the right hand side of the central box was a door marked with a red star beneath a circular window, with two identical windows next to it. Above these, on the upper side of the main box ,was what seemed to be a double tube structure, on which was mounted a mast with three long rectangular blades attached. Flames and smoke were already visible at the base of the mast.
'That's a Soviet era MiL Mi-2 helicopter!' exclaimed Price. 'I thought the Russians had stopped using them!'
'Well, what's it doing here?' asked Ron.
'Never mind that now' snapped Hagrid. 'That fire needs putting out, before it spreads to the trees!'
'He's right' said Hermione, quickly pointing her wand towards the engine block on the helicopter's roof, with the other three doing the same. 'EXTINGUISHO MAXIMUS!'
In the blink of an eye, what appeared to be four white streams of light flew through the air, dousing the flames in seconds.
'Well, I have to hand it to you' said Price, with a tone of admiration in her voice. 'You're really good in a crisis! Come on, lets see if there's anyone still alive in there.'
With that, she quickly covered the ground toward the helicopter, and closely examined the door, which proved to be jammed solid..
'Looks like we'll have to blast it open.' sighed Price to Hagrid and the four teens, before quickly banging her left fist below the windows three times. 'Hello, anyone home?'
'Who's asking'? came the slightly muffled reply from an American voiced man, who seemed to be located towards the front end of the helicopter.
'A friend! How many are there alive in there?' called out Price, as she made her way to the large front window.
'Just me and the officer, he's unconscious. The others are dead!'
'Okay' said Price. 'Make sure the officer is away from the door, so we can remove it from this side!'
'Alright!'
With that, Price turned and faced the teens. 'Looks like you'll need to blast the handle and the hinges, and then pull the door out.'
On hearing this, Hermione glanced towards the helicopter's door, and then back at Price, with a quizzical expression on her face. 'Do you think that's wise?'
'We don't have much choice' Price replied, before turning back towards the helicopter's cockpit. 'Are you and the officer away from the door yet?'
'All clear!'
'Okay – close you eyes and cover your ears till it's over!' yelled Price, before turning and nodding to the quartet, who slowly pointed their wands at the sides of the door.
'BOMBASTA! ACCHIO!'
Within seconds, the door had been blasted free, and was lying on the ground close to the helicopter.
'Right' said Price, striding to the door shaped hole in the helicopter's side. 'Let's get them out of there!
