Surfing Wipe Out of Emotions
"Hmm, by now those goody idiots found out about my false message in that crystal. Oh well, it would have been fun to see that loser princess not fighting for a while." Praxina chuckled evilly.
"Now, this is a difficult spell to perform but I need to do this in order to get the jump on those princesses and those boys again." Praxina started to channel a magic circle in front of herself.
"Crysti-Foresight!" Praxina casted the spell that would allow her to see into the future though not very far like months of years, just within a short time of today but that's all she needed.
The magic circle glows for a moment and start showing her something within that magic circle, the image is blurry at first, but the image started to become clearer and clearer now showing a girl holding a surfboard.
"Ah, so that's the next girl those heroes are going to help next. And that means an Oracle Gem will appear after they help her." Praxina smirked.
Praxina dispels the magic circle to do some thinking for a plan to finally beat those heroes and get an Oracle Gem for her dark master, and then one plan came into play.
"Oh, I feel a big wave coming for those heroes and it's gonna sink them into the ocean." Praxina smirked before teleporting again.
(With Iris and Nathaniel)
"So, ready for our beach date?" Nathaniel asked.
"Oh yeah, more than ready!' Iris nodded.
Ever since Iris found out about the vocal-extra crystal and heard the message from her birth mom, and seeing what she looks like too, Iris has been feeling very happy to know that her mom believes in her and hope to be together again after Gramorr has been defeated.
"Nathaniel, I can't tell you how happy I am to have seen and heard from my mom in forever." Iris smiled.
"Like singing? You kinda said that back at the base." Nathaniel mentioned.
"You're right, I did. And I'm going to sing how happy I am at tonight's concert." Iris nodded.
"It was a good thing Mphisto was there to tell us about the false message trap. Who knows what would've happened to you if we heard what Praxina put int." Nathaniel stated.
Then Iris's crystal necklace started to glow alerting her that someone is in trouble and in need of help.
"Oh, looks like someone's in trouble." Iris shocked.
"Guess that means it's time for Iris to work on her charm." Nathaniel smiled.
"And just when we were about to go on our date." Iris sighed.
"Hey, just being with you is always an adventure." Nathaniel smiled and kissed Iris on the lips.
Iris feels so lucky to have a great boyfriend like him by her side. She took a breath and ready herself to use the spell.
"Crystal Locatum!" Iris casted the spell and the glowing little yellow ball came out flying to the person they seek.
Iris and Nathaniel follow the yellow magic ball while enjoying each other's company the best they could in this moment, the magic locating ball led them to the beach which is kind of ironic since that is where they were going to have their date.
"Think there's anyone that need's help with a sandcastle?" Nathanial asked.
"Or someone with a surfboard." Iris pointed at where the yellow magic ball is.
The spell is floating above a girl with a surfboard laying on a log next to her and they can hear this girl is crying like something bad really happened to her.
The couple went up to the crying surfer girl and both are surprised to see that it's someone they know, the girl named Shelby who really loves surfing though doesn't seem to be in the surfing mood for some reason.
"Shelby?" Iris said, getting the surfer girl's attention.
"Oh, hey Iris, Nathaniel. You guys came here for a date?" Shelby asked, wiping away the tears.
"Yeah, but Iris saw how troubled you look, and we came here to see if there's anything we can do to cheer you up." Nathaniel said kneeling to the surfer girl.
"Is everything okay?" Iris asked concern.
"…Not really. I don't think gonna be a part of this year's surf challenge." Shelby said, looking sad again.
"What do you mean? You're a great surfer." Iris said.
"Yeah, you even gave me a few surfing lessons a year ago and I turned out great. I dare say you're the best surfer we've seen." Nathaniel stated strongly.
"Thanks, but I'm afraid it's not like this one." Shelby shook her head.
"I completely blew the Ace Qualifying around, I palled out a perfect and rolled then and… I froze." Shelby explained what happened.
"For real? But you never get nervous or froze up when you go out surfing." Nathaniel surprised.
"I know, but it happened… And now my life is over." Shelby hung her head in defeat.
"I thought there are two qualifying arounds?" Iris recalled hearing about that.
"There are, but after today, I don't think I can face another judge." Shelby said, not wanting to mess up her chances again.
"Hey now, you can't give your dream just like that." Nathaniel shocked.
"He's right, maybe we can help you get your surfing spirit again." Iris offered Shelby the help she needs.
"Nah, it's okay. Maybe my mom is right, maybe I should just give up on this surfing dream and do something more productive with my time." Shelby decided as she stood up.
"Here, have a surfboard. It's all yours." Shelby gave her surfboard and walks away.
Iris and Nathaniel watch their now retired surfer girl walk away from the beach and leaving her surfboard behind.
"I know it's gonna sound rude when I say this, but her mom sounds like she never gets out much if she can't appreciate the awesome things Shelby can do on the waves." Nathaniel commented.
"I kind of agree with you." Iris said before picking up the surfboard and looking at it.
"Shelby loves surfing so much, she practices every day on the beach since we were little kids and does it with a passion." Iris stated.
"If only there was a way to help Shelby feel more calm and thrilling on the waves again." Nathaniel tried to think of a plan.
"Hmm, she did mention that she couldn't face another judge. Maybe she got nervous of how the judges were going to say her skills not being good enough." Iris suggested.
"Maybe one of the judges had the face of the Grinch who hates Christmas." Nathaniel joked, trying to make the Grinch face making Iris laugh.
"Please, even the Grinch would look more decent to make a girl screw up on her surfing." Iris said with a hand on her chest.
"So, all that is left to do is go to Shelby and try helping her find her passion for surfing again." Nathaniel suggested.
"Or we can have Shelby come to us. I remember the usual place she would always go to whenever she feels down and need some peace." Iris said before running off with Nathaniel following him.
(With Praxina)
Praxina appears above a tree and hid herself within the tree when Shelby came by with a sad expression on her face and holding a book in one hand.
"Oh, looks like that surfer girl is having a hard reality of how dreams can be crushed." Praxina mocked.
"No doubt, those princesses are gonna try to help her "keep going" and crap. Luckily, I'm prepared with a little spell that should do the trick." Praxina smirked.
Praxina started casting a spell from a distance that seems to have affected Shelby though nothing seems to happen, not yet.
(With Nathaniel and Iris)
Nathaniel and Iris are sitting within a peaceful and sort of private area of the beach where they're looking at the scenery of the place, and both sitting on the surfboard together.
"You know, if we did this in the water then people would think we invented a new surfing technique." Nathaniel commented.
"Pretty sure other surfers have already done this." Iris pointed out.
"Iris, Nathaniel?" Shelby surprised to see them here of all places.
"Hey Shelby, we came here to continue our beach date. And to help you get your surfing groove." Nathaniel greeted with an explanation.
"I already told you guys, I'm done with surfing." Shelby proclaimed as she sat down on the sand next to them.
"We heard, but we don't believe you." Nathaniel said as they got off the board.
"Shelby, you've been the best surfer around ever since we were kids. You always look like you were having fun and living it." Iris stated.
"Yeah, I was having fun… But it's different for a contest and judges are watching." Shelby believed.
"It's not different at all." Iris said.
"It isn't?" Nathaniel asked.
"Nope. The waves are the same and the surfboard is the same." Iris pointed out as he looks at the ocean for a second.
"I have an idea. Why don't you pretend me, and Nathaniel are the judges, and you try one more time." Iris offered to help.
"Come on, it'll be fun doing surfing for yourself." Nathaniel shoved the surfboard right under her feet.
"Okay, I'll do it. Only because you got the surfboard under my feet." Shelby decided to go with this.
Then something strange happened with Shelby's body glowing brightly dark red aura from her body and on the surfboard.
"What the…" Iris shocked.
The ocean water started coming in taking in both the girl and surfboard into a watery sphere as the water transform into big snake three times their size with one dark red crystal eye glaring down at Nathaniel and Iris.
"I can't believe you did that for me." Praxina laughed as she appears.
"Praxina, you did this?" Iris asked.
"Yep, and it thanks to using a little prediction spell to know which person you were going to help next and set up the trap. All the while you were busy with my fake message decoy." Praxina smirked.
"Wait, the fake message you setup and Mephisto seeing through, that was all planned to keep us distracted!" Nathaniel shocked of realizing this.
"That's right, and now you're going to have a watery grave with your surfing friend!" Praxina declared as she commands the water snake to attack them.
Nathaniel superspeed Iris away from getting smash or caught by the water snake monster and she transform into her Princess form, then the water snake monster unleashes several water dagger shots which Iris blocks them with a crystal shield.
"We got to save Shelby!" Iris said.
"I know, but I'm not sure if we can even hurt this thing." Nathaniel said.
Nathaniel tried doing a Spin Dash Attack to attacking lower part of the snake hoping to see if he can strike it in the air or cause it to fall, but he just went through the water monster and dash into the water, but Nathaniel quickly got out and start running on the water.
"Okay, that didn't work." Nathaniel said.
Iris started firing some crystal daggers only for them to go through the water snake as it latches forward to try chomping the princess into its mouth, but Iris conjures another shield to block the water monster.
"Crystal Torpedo!" Iris fired a big crystal shard about half her body size at the water snake, but it went through, and it almost hit Shelby.
"Oh no!" Iris gasped.
"Oh Princess, how heartless of you to almost hit your own friend like that. Guess she must be really little means to you." Praxina mocked.
"You won't get away with this." Iris glared at the evil magical girl.
"I think I already have!" Praxina flew down and attack her with twin dark red crystal swords.
Iris summons her Scepter of Ephedia to black the attack then the two started clashing each other while the Princess of Ephedia is trying to think of a plan to save Shelby, but it's gonna be really hard with the water snake monster also attacking at her too.
Nathaniel comes in throwing a barrage of kicks on the side of the water snake monster and Spin Dash Attack for the head.
"Damn it, this isn't getting us anywhere!" Nathaniel complained.
He starts running up his legs again that also got lots of sand being kicked at the water snake monster, he notices this and thought of something.
"Hey Iris, didn't we learned in science class about how water can harden sand?" Nathaniel asked before coming for a kick at Praxina who saw this coming and blocks the kick with one sword.
"I think so, but what does science have to do anything with it?" Iris asked.
"Well, why not start feeding this snake some sand and see what happens." Nathanial suggested.
Nathaniel goes for running in circles to form a tornado that sucks up the sand from underneath and sending them right at the water snake monster, it hisses in anger and start attacking Nathaniel who easily dodges each attack and goes for sending the back into the water snake monster again.
"Your boyfriend must've lost his mind since he knows there's nothing you can do to save that surfer loser." Praxina insulted.
"Her name is Shelby, and she is the best surfer in Sunny Bay!" Iris angered as she threw a headbutt making Praxina stumble back a few feet.
Iris formed a big crystal shield again and then use that shield to shove all the sand it can push right into the water snake monster; Nathaniel goes in to battle Praxina to keep her at bay for a moment until he switches with Iris for her to fight and him putting the sand in.
The water snake monster tries to fire a water shot at Iris again, but the water shot wasn't so watery when it splats onto Iris's chest showing that it's now just water and moldy sand then notice the water snake isn't moving around as it did moments ago.
"It's working, the sand is causing the snake to be slower, and its attacks are muddy too." Iris smiled cheerfully.
"So what? You also made its physical attack a little harder." Praxina pointed out.
True to her words, the water snake monster slams its head down to attack with a little splash and it goes slithering in for the attack, Iris jumps high and Nathaniel tackles through the body.
Iris looks at the head seeing the red crystal believing that must be the power source of the water snake monster, she forms a crystal platform to launch herself and creates a crystal sword to stab it on the head and forces the red crystal out of the head and kicks it away.
"Nathaniel!" Iris called out.
Not needing any more words from his princess's words, Nathaniel performs the Spin Dash Attack one last time on the crystal to smash it onto little, tiny bits causing the snake water monster to scream for a second before dissolving into a simply muddy sand with Shelby safe.
"Oh, come on!" Praxina angered.
"Oh, that's a total wipe out for you." Iris smirked.
"This isn't over!" Praxina promised before she vanished.
(Later)
"Man, that dream was really weird. Can't believe I fell asleep right when I was about to go surfing." Shelby surprised as she, Iris and Nathaniel are walking on the public beach together.
"What's important is that you're going to surf again. Now show us what you got." Nathaniel said.
And so, Shelby went off onto the water and surf with great skills along with the passion of her love to surfing, Nathaniel and Iris cheers of how amazing that girl is doing until Shelby came back on the shore.
"That was incredible!" Iris cheered.
"Yeah, but there are no judges." Shelby chuckled.
"Are you sure about that?" Nathaniel pointed at the lifeguard station, revealing three people who are the judges of the surfing contest sounds very exciting and impressed with Shelby's surfing.
"You got the judges here without telling me?" Shelby surprised.
"We figured your skills needed to be shown." Nathaniel said.
"Now you'll be given the chance for the surfing contest which I know you'll do great." Iris believed.
"Oh, thanks guys!" Shelby hugged them feeling so joy.
Later in the day, Shelby won the surfing contest and that helps Lolirock gained another Oracle Gem.

It looks like Praxina had another plan in mind to drown Iris and Nathaniel into her clutches only for them to get all sandy with the water snake monster, and they have helped their surfing friend love surfing again. Surfs up, heroes!
