Things are hopefully on the way to solving what brought Christina to the early 20th centaury. Brought in one of my favorite characters, hopefully you all won't mind. Take care and enjoy!
Chapter 6
Dean had pulled to a stop outside his and his brother's hotel room looking like he hadn't seen the sun for years. He was tired, sore and worried sick over what could be happening to his baby sister. Sam had seen how desperate his older brother was with getting their sister back, and he felt useless as he couldn't see what had taken their sister and why it was their sister in the first place.
"You needing the shower first?" Dean grumbled as they walked into their room. It felt empty as it was just them.
"I can take it." Sam said not really feeling like a shower as he just wanted to do more research.
"Good. I'll look into getting some food." Dean grumbled again clearly just acting like their father, driven by the deep seeded need for resolution.
"You want to take your shower? I can go grab food. That way you don't have to wait for me." Sam said not wanting to light his brother's short fuse.
"Nah, you take your shower, Samantha. It gives me time to get food."
Sam smiled slightly as he knew his brother's attempt at a jab was the result of pushing down his fears of not being able to protect his sister. "Okay fine." Sam figured agreeing and allowing Dean to baby him would make it easier to not suffer an argument. He had noticed that Dean's anger was a very short fuse and they almost came to blows if it hadn't been for Castiel to step in between them.
Sam sighed heavily as he adjusted the water and stripped down. He had done some research as to the trials people in early 20th century had to face when it came to the lack of technology, cars, cellphones or any other major advances that he himself couldn't live without. He wondered if Christina was making some money in order to pay for herself and if she was adjusting well to life in that time.
"Sam, what dressing do you like again?" Dean asked which surprised Sam as Dean never shown interest before.
"Italian or Raspberry Vinaigrette." Sam yelled back as he was just about to step under the water amazed that the shower head was higher then most hotels they grown up in.
"Got it." Dean yelled back and Sam could barely hear their hotel door slam shut and the soft purring of the Impala as he drove away.
Sam lowered his head trying to ignore the dull ache behind his eyes as he struggled to find anything that could help them find who took their sister. He only knew that she was trapped in 1897 and looking further into the address she was stuck in Toronto. He sighed heavily as he quickly washed his hair and finished his shower. Wrapping the towel around his waist he slowly left the bathroom just out of habit. He quickly tossed on some clean clothes before sitting in front of his laptop. He silently hoped his brother wasn't loosing his cool wherever he was.

Sam was good to worry about his brother, as Dean sat in a dingy little bar waiting for his food. He had ordered a few shots of Whiskey to help calm the voices that toyed with his emotions. He snacked on some pretzels while he waited for his food when he felt someone sit next to him.
"Seems your drinking from a woman walking out of your life." The man sounded familiar and Dean couldn't place where or who.
"My sister was taken recently." Dean said his voice mellow not wanting this familial stranger to hear how much he was hurting.
"Sorry to hear that." The man did not sound at all sincere with any kind of empathy. "But I'm sure she'll return soon."
"Look, buddy," Dean said turning to see a man wearing a high collared cat and large rimmed hat. Dean forced a chuckle as the guy looked ridiculous. "First off, the 40's called they want their look for a spy back. Second, I'm not sure you saying that is going to help any... Gabriel."
The man smiled and slowly adjusted his collar and took off his hat to show off sandy colored hair and warm honey brown eyes. "How did you know it was me, Dean-o?"
"Something about the way that strawberry Daiquiri strangely had a tootsie pop used as a stirring stick. Plus you just give off a vibe."
"Oh did Cassie tell you I was here?" Gabriel said with a playful glint in his eyes.
"No. I haven't seen Cas in a few days. He's been trying to help me get Christy back."
"Did she die?" Gabriel asked innocently which just pushed Dean over the edge. Gabriel barely had time to react as Dean gripped the front of his jacket and spun him so he could be pinned against the counter.
"Be careful with what you say next, slimeball." Dean growled through clenched teeth. "For all I know you took her to be by herself in the past as a sick joke."
Even though he was pressed against the bar, Gabriel remained calm as he gently patted Dean's arm. "Take a few deep breaths, Dean-o. I would never do that to you, let alone her."
"What does that mean?" Dean growled again his eyes starting to loose itself ferocity.
"It means I don't know what happened to her. But I did come here to help you out because Cassie asked me to help you and Stilts out."
Dean reluctantly let go of Gabriel's jacket and stepped back thanking silently the bar was pretty empty but it did have one patron who was passed out drunk in the corner. "Sorry." Dean said his body starting to tremble from the adrenaline that was leaving him. "Just lost my cool."
"Yeah, no duh Sherlock. But don't you worry. I know I've messed with you and Sam in the past. But I would never hurt your sister. There's something about her that I can't see myself pranking her."
Dean looked confused for a second before lowering his voice into a threatening hiss. "Stay away from my sister."
"Look, I won't touch her if that will calm down your overprotectiveness. I'm here doing a favor for Cassie. Now come pay for all your stuff, plus my drink you so rudely spilled and I'll forgive you."
Dean looked and saw the bartender walking out holding his food order and the mess that was once there was no longer present. "Fine." He huffed and paid for everything before they both walked out of the bar a few minutes later.

Sam glanced over as Dean walked in with the food and leapt to his feet when he saw Gabriel right behind him sucking on another tootsie pop. "What is he doing here?" He asked surprised to see Gabriel of all angels inside their hotel room.
"Don't worry about it, Samsquatch," Gabriel teased slapping the younger Winchester on the shoulder. "Cassie has asked me to come and help you two in bringing your sister back. I'm sure I can help with that."
"How so?" Sam asked sitting down and looking intrigued by what the archangel could possibly help with.
"Unlike Cassie I can move between time and space so I'll be able to head to the place your dear sisters at and try and bring her back." Gabriel shrugged and Dean knew something he wasn't telling them.
"What's on your mind, Gabriel?" Dean asked his eyes narrowing suspiciously.
"There is a chance if I do bring her back she may need to be... reassembled."
It took the two brothers a few minutes to comprehend what the angel previously known as The Trickster was saying before both of them looked horrified.
"You are not going to bring back our sister as a jigsaw puzzle. You bring her back in one full piece or you are no longer needed." Dean snapped with Sam standing next to him in agreement.
"Alright that's fine. But what I can do is go and keep an eye on her. Let her know she's protected and that you two are trying to get her back."
"Please do whatever you can, Gabriel." Sam said seeing a vein start to pop out of his brother's neck and thought maybe having thr archangel leave quickly would be a good idea. "Just keep us in the loop of her situation."
"Will do, Samsquatch." Gabriel bowed and vanished when he snapped.
Seconds later Dean collasped exhausted by the whole thing making Sam pick him up and put him in his bed before grabbing a cold washrag to put on Dean's forehead. He sighed as Dean didn't even fight him, just closed his eyes and fell asleep quickly leaving Sam to search for another case to keep Dean's mind occupied.

Christina has made a quick recovery from her little illness and managed to make Inspector Brackenreid not angry by gifting him an impressive bottle of Whiskey that he kept hidden and only drank it for special occasions.
Detective Murdoch was impressed at how professional she was when she showed up at a crime scene, quickly determined that the cause of death was not supernatural orgins and still continued to solve the case. Since she joined the Station House, they were closing record cases and Detective Murdoch was also happy to see how she genuinely loved the people of every race or religion.
It was another usual day when Detective Murdoch arrived at precisely eight in the morning, gathered any messages he might have received and walked to see Christina typing a report on their last case. He smiled happy to see she was adjusting well to the area and even though she left Doctor Ogden's resistance to find a cozy apartment nearby he was happy she was keeping her end of the bargain.
"Good morning, Detective." Christina said when she looked up and smiled up at him. "Here's that report you wanted me to fill out for the last case."
"Very good, Christina. I'm sure it's well written." Detective Murdoch said scanning over the document in the folder and walked to his office. He wasn't expecting a large bucket of water to be dumped on him all but Christina to burst out in laughter at the misfortune the Detective had befallen him. Detective Murdoch stood frozen trying to get his mind to wrap around what happened. That's when he noticed a constable badge on the floor nearest his door.
"Detective," Constable Crabtree said trying to keep the teasing out of his voice. "Are you alright? Is anything ruined? Are you hurt?"
"No, George, I'm not hurt. Nothing seems to be ruined as it is just water. But I did find this badge. Is this yours by chance?"
Constable Crabtree made a quick pat over his chest where he badge was indeed missing and looked worriedly up at Murdoch. "Detective, I-I-I..."
"Constable Crabtree did not do this silly prank, Detective." Christina said as she could sense the anger in the Detective's eyes. "He arrived at the same time as me, and hasn't left my side besides going to do other personal things. Also my desk is nearest your office so nobody can move past me without me noticing."
"I wasn't trying to accuse George, but thank you for providing a good alibi, Christina." Murdoch handed Constable Crabtree's badge before walking back into his office to take his jacket off to dry off.
Christina turned and noticed a figure sweeping the floor around her desk and the hairs stood up on the back of her neck. "Can I help you, Gabriel?" She said as the scent of Carmel filled her nose and she only knew one being that smelt like that.
Gabriel turned and smiled at Christina his honey brown eyes sparkling with joy. "You never disappoint me with how well you know me. I can never get your brothers to sense me at all."
"That's because my brothers are all idiots and sometimes misses clues under their noses." Christina chuckled before she wrapped her arms around his neck. She never will tell this to her brothers but she always had a large crush on Gabriel ever since their first meeting years previous, except when he kept killing her brother Dean over and over again.
"Good to see you're still in one piece. Deano would have my head if you were hurt or worse killed off."
"I doubt he could actually kill you. You've proven to be quite resilient. So..." she stopped and then the thought crossed her mind. "Are you here to take me home?"
Gabriel quickly shook his head and looked genuinely solemn. "No, but I can bring messages to your brothers and keep you from dying. Something is tethering you here for some reason and if I tried to take you, then you might not like the consequences."
"What consequences?" Christina asked also just realizing everyone there wasn't at all curious as to why she was talking to a complete stranger.
"Let's just say that if I take you here parts of you might no longer be part of your body. Like major body parts that you can't live without."
Christina's face paled but quickly shook it off. She smiled up at Gabriel and looked around. "So you're able to move back and forth through time?"
Gabriel nodded. "So that's a plus. But I won't do anything to help you back, until your brothers could figure out what's keeping you here."
Christina nodded before giving him a narrow suspicious look. "You didn't bring me here did you?" She did have the right to be suspicious as she had known that Gabriel had a tendency to often tease her brothers but so far he hadn't teased her.
"I would never hurt you," Gabriel sincerely said gently kissing her forehead. "I've always liked you. So no I would never hurt you. But I can try and find out who brought you here."
"And brought the monsters here too." Christina added making Gabriel look concerned. "What?"
"You're dealing with monsters? Which ones have you encountered?"
"So far just vampires. That was a few days ago. It's been hard to track to see if there were others as I don't have the luxury of the internet or Sam to help." Christina sighed and rubbed her face. "But I have helped solved regular murders. So I'm getting experience on what to do if I ever wanted a normal nine to five job."
"Stick to hunting. Now that monsters are in the picture then this means someone purposefully took you for a reason. That means they are the only one that can bring you back."
"What are you going to tell my brothers?" Christina asked frightened to know she was sent there and kept there for a reason.
"Not sure." Gabriel said truthfully. "But I know what ever I tell them, Dean-o might try and kill me."
"Good thing you're hard to kill." Christina joked making the archangel smile.
"But don't you worry. Just pray and I'll be by your side in a jiffy." Gabriel gave a wink and pulled out a tootsie pop out of his jacket pocket and with a blink Gabriel vanished most likely going to tell her brothers the now urgency of her needing to come back. She could only pray she would get a video of Dean's reaction to the news. She did however felt guilty that now she would have to wait for Gabriel to show back up. She could only hope that he would be able to sense the power that brought her there and hopefully she will be back before anymore nasty monsters showed up again.
