"Oooooh I was hoping I wouldn't run into one of these again," Hedwig moaned as she looked WAY up at the massive Frosmoth that was slowly flapping its wings, staring down at them.

"At least it isn't a flying type," Harry said. "I mean, you are strong against Bug Types."

"Ice. Type."

"You live in Avalon."

"I wish I lived in Alola."

"Maybe when we die we'll get reincarnated there."

"Knowing our luck we'll end up in the even farther north."

"I've been there. I'm still TRYING to get there." He shook his head. "Mewtwo seems to delight in putting me in these situations."

"Considering how he was treated by humans?" Hedwig stated. "Can you blame him?"

Harry found that he couldn't. Honestly if things had been twisted and it was him with power and Nocturne came and wanted his help to defeat some foe that was no danger to him… would he do the-

The Frosmoth let out a deep cry that made the two of them shake.

"Okay, talk later!" Harry called out, Hedwig racing skyward as the Bug/Ice type prepared for battle. He tapped his glasses and brought up the pokedex app that was downloaded into them, bringing up information with the flick of his eyes as he searched for the right information even as Hedwig raced around firing flying attacks while also trying to not getting hit by the Icy Wind attacks the Bug type was sending her way. It actually made for an interesting back and forth, as each were trying to manipulate the winds their advantage. Of course Harry wasn't able to really focus on that as he was too busy trying not to be hit himself by the massive Dynamaxed Pokemon…

He shook his head and focused.

"Okay… evolves at night, normally needs high friendship with a trainer… theorized that parental love is what allows it to evolve in the wild…" He frowned, shaking his head at that, causing the holoscreens on the lenses to flash and fly off before he quickly brought them back. "Okay… leans towards high special attacks and special defenses but it has low everything else." He pulled his head up and shouted, "Hedwig, special attacks aren't going to do it! You need to be physical!"

"And that means touching the damn thing!" she cried out. "And I can feel the cold coming off of her!"

"One moment!" Harry darted behind some rocks and began to go through the screens again, searching the Physical Description. "Shit, you're right! Its wings are -290 degrees."

"How is that even possible?!"

"Its probably just someone editing the damn descript but it still means that those things are cold and can cause frostbite with just a touch."

"Tell me something I don't know!" Hedwig snapped as she went into a dive to avoid getting hit by a blast of frigid air. "Seriously, tell me something I don't know here, Harry!"

"Okay, okay!" Harry said, going back to the traits of the family line. "Okay, so resists ground, grass, and ice."

"Not helping!"

Harry grimaced as the Frosmoth fired off a beam of ice that slammed into the rock wall, coating it while also creating fissures and cracks in its surface from just the impact. "Right, sorry!" Harry quickly began to scan through the strengths and weaknesses… only to pause. "Okay, don't be mad."

"Oh fuck you! Do NOT pull whatever bullshit you are about to pull!"

"You can't be mad!" Harry exclaimed. "I am the trainer and I am ordering you to 'Not Be Mad'."

Hedwig shot him a death glare. "You are NOT pulling this on me!"

"So… its four times weak against Fire Types-"

Hedwig flew as close to Harry as she could, making him dive out of the way lest he get hit by the sweeping Ice Beam the Frosmoth fired his way.

"-okay, I do deserve that," Harry muttered, cycling through his Pokeballs. "Firebolt! I choose you!"

The Typlosion appeared and looked up… and up… and up… at the Forsmoth before shooting Harry a look.

"Yes, yes, I forgot about fucking type advantage now blast it! And use physical attacks!"

Firebolt nodded before curling up and letting the flames blast from his back, turning him into a wheel of burning destruction as he began to rapidly race along the den, building up speed before finally rocketing through the air, slamming into the Frosmoth and sending it toppling with a cry.

"About time!" Hedwig exclaimed, finally landing next to Harry and checking over her wings. "Seriously, how can you be so smart and yet so dumb at the same time?"

"Would you cut me a break?" Harry complained. "I keep getting thrown about the global! We're lucky I'm not a jabbering idiot at the moment!"

"As opposed to how you normally are?" Hedwig snarked as Firebolt performed a bounce before slamming down hard into the giant Bug. "That's a variant on the Worldbreaker move Mumik uses, right?"

"Yeah," Harry said, watching as the Family Pokemon of House Potter moved for another strike. "Jack taught… well, he taught us right before we left the Whirl Islands."

Hedwig sighed, turning away from the fight that was becoming decidedly one-sided at the moment. "It's going to be okay, Harry."

"Sometimes I just wish we'd never left there, you know? That-"

Frosmoth let out a screech that sent Firebolt flying backwards, striking the wall hard and dazing him.

"Fucking hell!" Hedwig exclaimed, cringing from the horrific sound the Frosmoth had made. "What was that?"

"One moment…" Harry said, quickly checking through the Dex. "Okay… so Dynamax Pokemon can release a pulse of energy that undoes any status effects like Burns or Frostbite. Firebolt must have triggered that-" The Frosmoth's body flashed as orange energy formed around it. "And he also triggered the protection aura."

"That thing can use Aura?"

"Not like mine but… yeah Dynamaxing can help Pokemon tap into their aura."

Firebolt, getting back onto his feet, shook his head in frustration before letting loose a Flamethrower. But the glut of flames merely bounced and flowed around the shield the Frosmoth was making, keeping the heat from it and allowing it to begin attacking with another Ice Beam.

"And how do we break through that Aura? Because it looks like it is protecting it from attacks!"

Harry frowned. "Okay, I'm looking… alright… yeah, it says…seriously?"

"What?"

"Hit it really really hard."

"…fuck you humans!" Hedwig roared. "Fuck you! Fuck you fuck you! Fuck you you mother fuckers!"

"You done?" harry asked.

"…yeah, let's hit it really really hard," Hedwig muttered.

Hardy charged up his blaster. "I'll try and distract it!" he began to run, feet pounding on the stone floor of the den, whipping his hand around and firing off bolt after bolt from his false hand. The blasts didn't do much to the Aura barrier but it did begin to turn the Frosmoth's attention towards him, allowing Firebolt and Hedwig to begin going in for sneak attacks. "Yeah, that's it!" Harry called out. "Focus on me! Just keep focusing!" He leapt behind a rock just as the Frosmoth fired an Avalanche attack at him, sending stones covered in stone slamming into his protection, cracking the large rock he was behind. "Okay guys," Harry said, peaking out from behind the chipped boulder, "I think-"

He blinked as he saw the pinkish smoke that was coming from the now glowing rock. Harry looked down and stared at the Dynamax energy radiating off the stone.

"…Hedwig! Get out of the way!"

"Why?" she called out. "What's the-oh shit. Firebolt, move!"

Harry's Typlosion barely had time to change course and wheel away before the rock exploded with a blast of heat and light.

Despite what had just happened Hedwig couldn't help but look up at the startled Frosmoth, who was staring at the rapidly glowing cloud and the flickering lights within it. "Oh," Hedwig said with a taunt in her words as a large shadow began to push through the cloud, "you're in trouble now."

The Frosmoth fired an Ice Bream only for Harry's massive hand to slam out of the cloud, easily pushing back the beam before his fingers wrapped around one of the Frosmoth's curled up limbs and yanked HARD.

The bug type let out a cry as it was flung into a wall, shaking its head now before staring up at the now 40 foot tall Harry Potter.

The Gigantimaxed trainer looked over his muscular form before cracking his neck. "Yeah… this will do," he declared before slamming his fist into the Frosmoth's body, letting the Pokemon cry out before its Aura Barrier flared back up. "Oh, you want to play like that?!" Harry asked before flaring out HIS aura. The bands of energy formed around his limbs, curling and settling along his skin before he lashed out, making them uncoil like Arboks and strike Frosmoth hard. The barrier it had formed trembled and began to crack under Harry's assault. "Time to wear you down!" he shouted.

One punch.

Two.

Three.

Punch

Punch

Punch!

Harry wrapped his Aura around his arms and then along his fists, feeling the Gigantimax energy and the Aura blending together and strengthening one another. With every punch he threw he felt himself swelling a bit bigger, his muscles becoming stronger, his own internal energy refilling so that he wasn't tiring. And in turn that made his punches stronger, breaking the Aura Barrier and allowing him to actually begin sapping it from the Frosmoth.

It was an odd and frankly addictive cycle. Every punch allowed him to take more aura, which strengthened his body, and in turn allowed him to draw in more aura. Which then made him even stronger. A constantly steady loop. Five feet then ten feet was added, his clothing that had grown with him began to strain as it struggled to keep up.

"Harry!" Hedwig cried out, flying up to his face, looking more like a Joltick than his partner. "I'm all for taking that thing down but you're about to break out of the cave if you don't stop… whatever the hell has you swelling up like that!"

Harry looked up to see that his head was almost scraping the top of the den, meaning he'd nearly doubled in size from when he'd first Gigantimaxed.

"Right," he said, though he couldn't help but look down at his hands, reveling in the power he felt. 'What I wouldn't give to be able to stay like this,' he thought to himself, flexing his fingers. 'I could smash through Hogwarts and crush Voldemort with my bare hands. Then stomp right up to the Ministry and get them to see that things NEEDED to change. Anyone that messed with me-'

"HARRY!" Hedwig shouted, flying up and pecking his nose.

He blinked and saw that he had began to move to siphon off more of the Frosmoth's Dynamax aura. "Yeah… sorry… its just-"

"I get it. You like being big and strong. But I think its time to stop."

"Right,"
Harry said. "Right. I… yeah, you're right." He looked at his hands. "It would make it so easy, Hedwig. I mean… if I gave all the rest of you a bit as well we could-"

Harry yelped when Firebolt shot a Flamethrower at his ankle; it didn't do much damage but it was enough to get him focused again.

"How about you remember that you can't screw your girlfriend when you're that big?" Hedwig complained.

That got the teen to finally nod and relax. "Good point," he said even as his evil Dynamax-addled mind couldn't help but fantasize just WHAT him and Jasmine could do at that size. But she wasn't there and as such Harry instead pulled out a Pokeball, smirking as he saw it too had grown big, flooded with Dynamax energy. "One last thing though," he said and tossed the Pokeball at the Frosmoth.

"Huh," Hedwig said as she watched the massive ball rock a few times. "Adding to the team?"

"I don't have a bug type or an Ice type. She covers two weaknesses."

"Works for me," Hedwig said as the ball clicked… and shrunk down to normal size before zipping over to Harry, so small he could barely see it. "So… we just wait for you to shrink down?"

"Yeah. I know last time-"

PAIN!

Harry's eyes went wide even as his entire body stiffened, every muscle going rigid as he found himself unable to even unclench his limbs as they slammed into his sides. It was worse than the Crucios Voldemort had fired at the graveyard; with those he could at least scream. Now he was trapped in his own body as it violently seized, every one of his senses going into overdrive as he struggled to remain standing. But he could feel it happening, the fall coming, and he couldn't even close his eyes as he wobbled back and his massive form slammed into the ground.

He was dimly aware of shouts, of someone crying out, "I think it's a person!" and Hedwig and Firebolt roaring out as they rushed forward to protect him.

All Harry could do… was lie there and let the darkness claim him.
