The next day more students signed up for Mr Wayne's heroics class after seeing Blondie Locke's MirrorCast yesterday on the MirrorNet. One of them being Daring and Dexter's little sister Darling.
She had raised white hair and was wearing a blue and white dress with metallic accessories all over. Unlike most of her classmates she did not have leggings and instead had her legs bare, well her feet were covered with white and metallic high heeled shoes.
Next to her was a girl with long red hair. She had a purple crown in her hair, and was wearing a matching purple dress with a short, lace sleeved dark pink jacket, light pink medium length skirt with flower like designs, leggings, and green high heel shoes.
She is Holly O'Hair, daughter of Rapunzel.
Next to her was a girl with similar features. Her hair was much shorter and it was purple on one side and red on the other side. She was wearing a black fashionable scarf around her neck and upper torso, dark pink dress, and had a skirt with braid like designs on it. She was also wearing dark leggings and on her feet were dark pink high heeled pumps.
She is Poppy O'Hair, Holly's Little twin sister by three seconds and fellow daughter of Rapunzel.
"Alright, today we're going to study heroics by trying to save someone in a minute danger."said Bruce as it was revealed that Apple, Ashlynn, and Daring we're tied up next to nearby rocks.
"Um, why am I tied up as I usually do the saving."said Daring, earning a glare from his teacher which quickly shut him up.
"Rescuing people isn't about gender. You never know when you're in danger so do exactly as I say it when someone's trying to rescue you from capture."said Burce, as many of the students were mumbling among one another.
"Wow, he really turns the script upside down."said Holly to her twin sister.
"I know, and I like his teaching method."replied Poppy, to which Holly nodded her head in agreement.
"Alright, Darling. Since you are a knowledgeable for always class I want you to save your brother from a pitfall."said Bruce says he dangled Daring in the air with a rope.
"Now what do you do in this situation?"He asked.
"Well, for one I would make sure there's no immediate traps that would suddenly make my brother fall to his imminent doom."replied Darling, which Bruce like to hear.
"Not helping little sister."said Daring, as it was starting to get uncomfortable for him being hanged up by his arms.
"Next I try to see where the rope is holding him in cut it so I can get him down."said Darling, as she walked past her teacher and started untying the rope that was holding her brother up high in the air.
"And if a sudden trap activates and your brother starts falling to his imminent doom?"asked Burce, as darling immediately jumped and grabbed her brother just before he fell to the floor and rolled around on the ground.
"Then I run back to him as quickly as possible and knock himm away from the trap."said Darling as she stood up and dusted herself off.
"What... no I said no foam on that mocha."said Daring, who got dizzy from all the rolling around.
"Excellent Miss Charming, it's clear that you have heroic blood in you and that talent should never go to waste."said Bruce, has even though it was a makeshift scenario he was impressed by how cool of a head Darling had.
"Thank you, Mr Wayne."said Darling as she bowed a little before heading back to the others, all the while leading her dizzy brother back to their friends.
This caused many of them to laugh.
"Now Hunter, let's say you see Ashlynn in a scenario where you're in a dark room and you don't know where your opponent is hiding?"inquired Bruce as Hunter approached the scenario.
"Well first I would listen in as I'm sure my opponent has to breathe. And if the room is dark like you said yes my other senses will be heightened, including my hearing. So I listen closely for my opponent and then... SHOOT AN ARROW AT THEM!"said Hunter as he launched an arrow at Mr Wayne, which Bruce easily intercepted.
"Clever, not what I've expected but not every scenario plays out the same. Meaning there will be different solutions for different scenarios."said Bruce as Hunter uncuffed his girlfriend.
"My hero."said Ashlynn as she hugged Hunter, causing him to blush.
"Now, Raven you're up."said Bruce has Raven stepped up to the plate.
"Apple is tied up and there's a dragon nearby? With your set of skills what do you do?"asked Bruce, waiting for Raven's response.
"Well first I would look around and make sure that the dragon is gone or asleep. If the dragon is gone I can move quickly, but if the dragon is asleep I have to move swiftly and quietly in order to get to Apple."said Raven as she began to do that with the imaginary dragon.
"Good, and what should you do if the dragon wakes up?"asked Bruce as he launched a batarang.
"I either get out of the way or intercept it with my magic."said Raven as she blasted the batarang in mid-air, forcing it to the ground.
"Good!"said Bruce.
"Um, I would actually prefer a Knight in signing armor saving me. Like Holly and Poppy's father did in their story."said Apple, as Bruce rolled his eyes as he should have expected this kind of behavior from Apple, the leader of the Royals.
"Not every situation is going to be expected Miss White, we always have to be ready for the unexpected."said Bruce as the wall behind the students broke into a million tiny pieces.
And soon Bane, a villain from his world immediately popped out and grabbed Holly!
"Holly!"yelled Poppy as you tried to save her sister, only to get intercepted by Bane!
"What are you doing here, Bane?!"asked Batman as he got in front of his students while putting on his mask.
"I was hired by Hugo Strange to act as his muscle, and the next thing you know I find myself in this world full of fairies and pixie dust. Honestly it's so magical and beautiful here it makes me sick! I just want to go home but Strange says I have to destroy you first!"said Bane as Batman activated the exoskeleton in his armor and charged at Bane.
He immediately knocked Bane and Holly out of the School, forcing them to free fall as the gymnasium was on the third floor of the building! Batman acted quickly and managed to punch Bane, forcing him to let go of Holly as he quickly grabbed her by her waist and pulled out his bat claw to launch themselves onto a nearby tower.
Bane meanwhile landed on the floor and managed to roll around to avoid taking the full brunt and damage of the fall. As he got up, Daring and Hunter approached him with their weapons.
"Your going down, criminal!"said Daring as he readied his sword for combat.
"Yeah dude, give it up as there's two of us, and only one of you!"said Hunter as he pointed his bow and arrow.
"What bad odds... for you!"said Bane as he activated the device that would inject venom into himself!
Daring and Hunter watched on as Bane grew in size and took their weapons from them and smashed them into teeny tiny little pieces. He bent Daring's sword and tossed it to the side as he stomped on Hunter's bow and arrows.
"I've faced opponents with more skill with those weapons of yours than you will ever be!"said Bane as both men tried to punch Bane only to be knocked away.
Batman meanwhile noticed that his students were in danger, and immediately left Holly on a safety perch of the tower as he went over and launched himself at Bane like he was launched out of a rail gunn Bane meanwhile was going to smash Hunter and Daring until Batman knocked him to the ground.
Batman then proceeded to punch Bane over and over again as the behemoth of a man tried to swipe at Batman, but Batman merely used Bane's fist as a foothold before he grabbed one of the tubes near bane's neck and swung around to force the tube to break!
And thanks to the momentum and force Batman placed into his jump, that's exactly what happened as he delivered a knee kick to Bane's face! Bane was forced back as he picked up a nearby bench and swung it at Batman, Batman merely rolled out of the way just in time as the fence shattered into tiny pieces from the amount of force Bane put into the strike!
"That's enough!"said Batman as he pulled out his his nunchucks and immediately started striking the superhuman criminal multiple times with powerful blows!
Bane grab the nunchucks, but Batman was counting on that as he quickly used Bane stomach as a foothold as he launched himself into the air and delivered a downwards ax kick, causing Bane to be momentarily stunned as his brain bounce around in his head.
Batman use the opportunity to launch a batarang, cutting the second tube on Bane's head.
Batman they proceeded to jump on Bane and put him into a headlock, knowing full well that the superhuman criminal would have a hard time reaching him thanks to his oversized muscles, that while they give him great strength, they also limit his movement!
"Raven!"yelled Batman, noticing his student in the upcoming crowd of people taking pictures and videos for the MirrorNet!
"Use your magic and fire at his last tube!"said Batman, to which Raven immediately responded by firing up last of her magic at the behemoth!
Batman meanwhile jumped out of the way just as Bane's hands were about to reach him, as Raven's magic struck Bane's final venom tube, causing the venom to drain out of Bane's body, shrinking him down to his normal size.
"NOOOOOO!"said Bane, not believing that he was bested by Batman in some fairy tale character.
Batman meanwhile tapped on Bane shoulder a few times before Bane turned around, only to receive a right hook knuckle sandwich for his troubles as he was knocked out instantly from the punch! Bane fell to the floor as multiple fairy tale characters in police uniforms arrived on the scene.
"Take this man away!"said Batman, as he activated his bat claw again and went back to go get Holly.
Holly meanwhile couldn't believe what she had just saw as she and the rest of the students saw first hand just how skilled of a warrior their teacher actually was by taking down the behemoth who easily defeated Daring and Hunter.
Darling was absolutely speechless as she couldn't believe it, as although her big brother was a loud mouth, he wasn't weak and this was the second time he was defeated by some person he's never heard about rather easily.
"Well, well, well, looks like I found someone who can help me become the knight I always dreamed to be."said Darling with a smile.
Meanwhile Batman landed where he had left Holly.
"I'm sorry for leaving you up here. It was an emergency as if I didn't stop Bane, he was going to... you know with Daring and Hunter."said Batman, who didn't want to say anything that would mentally scar the teenage girl.
"No,um... it's okay. You were just protecting your students."said highly nervously, as Batman motioned for her to come towards him.
Holly grabbed his hand gently as he placed his arm around her waist, causing the teenage girl to blush as he launched his bat claw again and started swinging her off of the ledge. Both landed on the ground safely as the police officers were handcuffing Bane and reading him his rights.
"Don't think this is over, Dark Knight! Do you think I was the only one brought to this world! The others will show you and your students misery like none you have ever seen!"said Bane as he was being taken away.
"My students and I can handle whatever you and Strange throw at us. I believe in them and I will make them ready for the day that you guys try any of this again."said Batman,as Bane was placed into a police carriage and taken away.
"What in the fairy tale world is going on?!"asked Headmaster Grimm, as he came out of his office to inspect what was going on.
"Some crazy dude attacked us out of nowhere and Mr Wayne defended us."said Raven, as a bunch of her peers were agreeing with her.
"Raven is correct Headmaster Grimm. This criminal broke into the gymnasium and attacked us out of nowhere. Mr Wayne fought him bravely and managed to hold him off until the police arrived and arrested him."said Apple, as she was glad that her friends were safe.
"I was grabbed by that behemoth, Headmaster Grimm, and Mr Wayne saved me before he could do any real damage."said Holly as Poppy hugged her, glad to see her twin sister was okay.
"Ohh... well done Mr Wayne. While I don't like violence one bit, I do believe in self-defense, and the defense of our students. The fact you didn't hesitate for a moment to step in and save your students shows how heroic you are, and despite my earlier doubts you are more than qualified to lead the heroics class."said Headmaster Grimm, who was intending to reprimand the Dark Knight before hearing the other side of the story.
Now he was congratulating him to save face in front of the students, as he knew that the students were with Mr Wayne, and reprimanding him would only cause turmoil around the school, and he couldn't have that!
"It was my duty as a teacher to protect my students, Headmaster Grimm."responded Bruce as he removed his mask, causing his students to admire him more as not only was he strong and brave, but he was also humble.
"Well then, I believe classes will be outside for the moment while repairs for the gymnasium will be ordered first thing tomorrow morning. Please keep an eye on our students and make sure they are absolutely safe as they are the next generation of fairy tales."said Headmaster Grimm as he walked away.
"You can count on it."said Bruce, as Kitty appeared behind him and started looking him over.
"Is something the matter, Miss Cheshire?"asked Bruce as Kitty let out a sigh of relief.
"No, I'm just glad you're okay."said Kitty before she disappeared again.
Bruce looked on with a raised eyebrow as many of his students, specifically Cupid could tell that Kitty was worried about him and wanted to see he was okay. She would never admit it but she was extremely worried about him when Bane attacked and he jumped into the action.
"Daring. Hunter. Are you okay?"asked Mr Wayne as Ashlynn and Apple were helping Hunter and Daring get up.
"Just a few bruised ribs, luckily that guy didn't hit us that hard."said Hunter, who managed to jump out of the way just in time so he wouldn't take serious damage.
"Speak for yourself, while I managed to move out of the way so I wouldn't take too much damage, my head is still ringing from that hit."said Daring as he was clenching his head.
"Come on, let's get you to the nurse's office to get you checked out."said Bruce, who was sure that everything would be okay as he believed healing magic was a thing here.
And that a few healing potions would surely make Daring and Hunter feel much better.
'Still... Bane made it sound like he and Strange weren't the only ones here. I wonder who else is here and what they're going to plan next?' thought Bruce says he took his students to the nurse's office to get them checked out.
"You okay, Holly?"asked Poppy, as she noticed that her twin sister was unusually quiet.
"I'm fine."responded Holly with a blush on her face, as many of the students started following Mr Wayne to the nurse's office.
Meanwhile in an unknown cave, Hugo Strange headset up base there with equipment that came with him to the fairy tale world.
"Now, let the experiments begin!"said Hugo with a smile on his face as something was causing so much light in the, that Hugo's glasses started reflecting.
"Soon this world will know the name, Hugo Strange!"said the mad scientist with a sinister smile on his face.
