The day had finally arrived, Legacy Day! The day the teenage sons and daughters of fairy tale characters would honor their stories by signing the Storybook of Legends and vowing to continue the story as it was written! Only some, mainly the rebel faction did not want this!
"Ha...Maddie, you have to help me. I don't feel like I can signed the Storybook of Legends! But, I don't want to let anyone down neither."said Raven, feeling like she was in between a rock and a hard place.
"And do not forget the whole "if you don't sign, then your story disappears poof. And you made Spanish into Oblivion!"said Madeline, reminding Raven of the Headmaster's words.
"That's a thing you know and that's got to hurt."added Madeline.
"We don't know if that's true."argued Raven.
"But what if it is?"countered Madeline.
"But what if it's not?"
"But what if it is?
"Your not helping."said Raven with a smile.
"You look happy despite the day yesterday."said Bruce, as he approached both girls.
"I'm just not sure if I should sign the Storybook of Legends, Mr Wayne."said Raven, unsure if she should be telling a teacher about this.
"Your destiny is for you to decide, Raven. Don'tlet others decided for you or you're going to regret it for the rest of your life."said Bruce, remembering all the times Alfred and many others tried to stop him from being Batman.
"Now if there was only someone who could help?"said Bruce, wondering if there was anyone who could help.
"Wait a tick! I think I know who can help."said Madeline in a song like manner.
"Who?"asked Raven and Bruce at the same time.
...
"No, but see I am totally a royal."said Blondie she was talking to Apple.
"Raven!"exclaimed Apple upon noticing Raven.
"There you are. We have to talk."said Apple, but in response Raven grabbed Bruce and Madeline's hands and drag them away.
"Come back!"shouted Apple as she ran after them.
"Apple, where are you going?"asked Blondie.
"I have to convince Raven to sign the book. My destiny depends on it."said Apple, who couldn't become the next Snow White without the Evil Queen.
Meanwhile Raven, Bruce, and Madeline arrived at the library. Raven was panting as she was looking around to see if they lost Apple.
As for Madeline she knocked on a nearby door in a specific matter, quickly absorbing all three of them at the same time with some kind of magic!
"Raven..."said Apple as she into the library, just as they disappeared.
"If anyone knows the truth about the Storybook of Legends, it's Giles Grimm."said Madeline, as an old man approached the group.
"Feathers and friends, together hello."said Giles as he was speaking in gibberish.
"He's speaking riddlish."said Madeline with excitement.
'I don't even the Joker could translate that level of gibberish... no wait... maybe he can...' thought Bruce, as even he was having trouble understanding gibberish, or riddlish as Madeline said.
"He was cursed with a babble spell. Makes him sound cuckoo."said Madeline, as Bruce just petted her head as she really wasn't one to talk.
"Hehehehehe."she giggle with a blush on her cheeks.
"He says, it's nice to have us here."said Madeline, who spoke riddlish for some reason...?
"Ask him about the book."insisted Raven, as maybe Giles has the answer she needs.
"If I don't sign, am I really going to... disappear?"asked Raven, as Bruce placed his hand on her shoulder he calm her down.
"Thanks, Mr Wayne."said Raven, glad that an adult was on her side.
"Can a musical chair change its tone, when the tablet of granite is inscribed with a bone?"asked Madeline in riddlish.
"Hmm... the king who sings with pages of sky, it's too much the dawn that rises with lies."responded Giles as Madeline was translating.
"He says there's something wrong with the book."said Madeline, getting Bruce's interest.
"What is wrong with the book?"he asked.
"And if she doesn't... her story will..."
"What? What?!"asked Raven, wondering what will happen to her story.
But Madeline, instead of responding just started serving Giles tea...?
"Oh sorry. If you don't sign, your story will continue."finally responded Madeline.
"Ah, really! Ah that's great"said Raven with excitement.
"I think."finished Madeline as Raven freaked out.
"My goodness, Miss Hatter."said Bruce, not sure if Madeline was pulling their legs at this point.
"Ah! You think!"said Raven, as Madeline was not helping.
"Hey, riddlish is not an exact language."said Madeline with a smile.
"Ahh... this doesn't help at all!"said Raven with worry.
"Raven, calm down."said Bruce.
"How do you expect me to calm down, Mr Wayne! I don't want to sign the Storybook of Legends, but I also don't want to go poof!"said Raven, with turmoil as she was starting to panic, before Mr Wayne hugged her to ease her stress, calming her down from her anxiety.
"What is it you want to do?"asked Bruce, as Raven was blushing in his arms.
"I want to decide my own destiny."Raven answered as she hugged him back.
"Then do what you feel is right and don't have any regrets."said Bruce, who would support Raven no matter what as he could understand what she was going through.
He at one point was thrown into despair by cruel fate, but he didn't let it go and get him down! He fought tooth and nail to become the warrior needed to save Gotham from its own cesspool of crime and he managed to do that by toppling the empires of the Gotham crime families! He defied all odds and managed to kick fate in the butt!
So Raven has every right to do the same!
"Thanks... Mr Wayne."said Raven, as her tears fell down to his armor.
"I'm going to do what I feel is right."said Raven as she held him tightly.

A few hours later legacy Day was starting to begin as Headmaster Grimm spoke at the podium.
"Next we have, Apple White."said the Headmaster, as Apple approached the podium, receiving cheers from the Royal faction.
"I am Apple White. Dauther of Snow White. And I am ready to pledge my destiny."said Aplle as a key appeared in her hand.
She opened the Storybook of Legends, and soon the book flipped to her story as a mirror appeared in front of her to show her her future. The mirror then turn into a quill, and Apple signed the Storybook of Legends without hesitation, getting cheers from everyone who supported her.
"And next, Raven Queen."said Headmaster Grimm as Raven walked towards the Storybook of Legends.
"I am Raven Queen. Daughter of the Evil Queen. And...I pledge...um..."said Raven with hesitation.
"Come on, do it."said Apple with excitement.
Headmaster Grimm meanwhile looked annoyed as a dark key appeared in front of Raven and she opened the Storybook of Legends. A mirror then appear before her and showed her her future, a future that look like she was just going to suffer endlessly, and it was clear Raven did not like what she was seeing.
The mirror turned into a quill as Raven went to pick it up. The Rebels and Mr Wayne looked on with disapproval as they didn't want her to go down such a path as the Royals looked on.
Raven meanwhile stopped a few inches short of grabbing the quill and looked at the story book once again, before making up her mind.
"I am Raven Queen! And I'm going to write my own destiny! My happily ever after starts now!"said Raven as she shut the Storybook of Legends tight.
This caused the mirrors around her to shatter as the Royals looked on with worry, as the Rebels let out their cheers of excitement upon noticing Raven choose her own destiny!
"Good work, Raven."said Mr Wayne, putting several batarangs back in his utility belt as he was planning to step in, in case someone tried to force her to do something she didn't want to do.
"Ha... I'm still here!"said Raven, noticing she didn't go poof!
"I didn't disappear!"said Raven, confronting Headmaster Grimm.
"How can you be so, so selfish."said Apple, as without Raven poisoning her with an apple, she couldn't have her happily ever after!
The Royals then begin booing Raven as the Rebels started cheering her!
"I'm sorry, Apple!"shouted Raven through the booing and cheering.
"Hold everything!"shouted Raven as she unleashed the powerful blast of magic at the crowd as they were annoying her and she couldn't think straight with them booing and cheeringn
"Ha... I didn't know I could do that."said Raven, surprised that her magical power was working at such a level.
Raven quickly noticed that Apple was also hit by the magic and undid it so she could speak with her.
"I'm sorry, Apple. But I don't want anyone to tell me who to be. I want to figure that out on my own. Someone told me that it's up to us to decide our destiny, and I'm going to listen to him as he encourage me to be who I want to be. And don't you understand? I'm not the only one who gets to choose their own destiny now, we all do. Even you."said Raven, as even Apple could choose her own destiny.
"But, I don't want to choose a new destiny. I'd like the one I had. And because of you, it might not happen."said Apple as tears fell down her face.
"But it might."said Raven, as she felt like Apple didn't need her to fulfill the destiny she wanted.
"I don't know... I just don't know."said Apple as she walked off the stage.
Raven meanwhile looked over at Madeline and Mr Wayne, and undid her magic spell with them.
"Wow! You're still here."said Madeline with excitement, glad that her best friend was still around.
"You see. You did what you thought was right and now you don't have any regrets... kind of."said Mr Wayne, referring to Apple before his thoughts were interrupted by Raven hugging him.
"Thanks for calming me down Mr Wayne. I'm really happy to have you as a teacher."said Raven with a blush on her face.
"She didn't go poof, poof, poof, poof."said Madeline as she hug Mr Wayne as well.
"I know, it feels good!"said Raven, glad that she stood up for her beliefs
...
"Raven does not know the forces she has released!"said Headmaster Grimm with short while later in his office.
"This must be contained before her dangerous ideas spread."said Headmaster Grimm, as the sound of the Evil Queen laughing could be hear.
Meanwhile outside of Ever After High,
"Well now, let's see what this world has to offer me in my goal for revenge against Batman and my humiliating defeat by those pesky Ninja Turtles!"said the Shredder, who was contracted by Hugo Strange to act as his muscle!
"I lost to you once, Batman. That won't happen a second time!"said the Shredder as he was surrounded by several of his Foot Clan Ninja.
