At the Glass Slipper...
Currently Hunter and Ashlynn were at the glass slipper where Ashlynn was trying to pick out shoes for the Blue Moon Forest fest... which was easier said than done as Hunter watched on as his girlfriend kept on saying looking through the countless shoes that the store had to offer...
And to say he was bored would be the expression of the understatement of a lifetime...
"No, not these ones!"said Ashlynn, who was so caught up in what she was doing she felt and noticed that one of the shoes she threw hit her boyfriend.
"These won't work either! The Blue Moon Forest fest is tonight! But how can I hike into the enchanted forest for the biggest party of the year, when I can't even find the perfect shoe!"said Ashlynn, before she noticed a pair of hiking boots made out of glass and happily made her way towards them.
"There it it! The glass hiking boot! Stylish, but sensible, a good choice."said Ashlynn as she picked up the glass hiking boot.
"It's totally you, but is everything okay? You seem a little stressed."said Hunter, having noticed that his girlfriend seem to be very stressed lately, ever since you got the invitation to the Blue Moon Forest fest.
"Ha... I guess I'm just distracted. Everyone wants to go with me, and I can't decide who to invite."said Ashlynn as she sat down, as the pressure of trying to choose one person was overwhelming.
"Well you know I'd come, but I promised the guys I'd go see a scary movie at the Multihex tonight."said Hunter, trying to comfort his girlfriend went out of nowhere Sparrow jumped out of the pile of shoes and began singing a song while strumming his guitar.
"How did you even get in here?"questions Ashlynn, as she didn't notice Sparrow in the store at all.
"I was just shopping for ladies shoes."sang Sparrow before he exited glass slipper, leaving the couple bewildered as they wondered why Sparrow with shopping for ladies shoes in the first place.
"Relax Ashlynn, the perfect person will turn up. Your going to have a great time, I'm sure. Catch you later, sweetie."said Hunter, before he walked out of the Glass Slipper, leaving his girlfriend in a better mood.
Ashlynn meanwhile was feeling a lot better, until out of nowhere she got an unexpected visit from Dexter of all people.
"Ashlynn, ash, just who I was looking for."said Dexter as he entered the Glass Slipper.
"Don't tell me, you want to go with me tonight."said Ashlynn, assuming Dexter also wanted to go to the Blue Moon Forest fest.
"Ah, what? No, I'd feel super awkward at a forest fest. So much forest and festivitie."said Dexter, who was never comfortable being outside.
"I'm looking for Cupid, have you seen her?"asked Dexter, wondering where his friend of love was.
"Not lately. Did you tried Hocus Latte?"said Ashlynn, figuring the adopted daughter of Eros was there.
"Ah thanks! I will."said Dexter, before he excused himself to leave the shoe store so he could head to Hocus Latte, the local teen hang out.
Cupid meanwhile was staring into her mirror laptop, specifically the secret photo she took of Dexter when he was not looking. And then she turned the photos to show an image she has chosen of various images of Dexter and her together with a heart around them, even though they're not together together...
"Oh, Cupid. I really need to ask you something."said Dexter, revealing himself to the girl who had a crush on him, causing said girl to quickly closer laptop before she talked to the side.
That is when Dexter told Cupid that he asked Raven out for a date... and this led to an awkward silence where Cupid gave her support to Dexter even though she was the one who was had a crush on him. Dexter thank her for her support and he quickly left Hocus Latte, not noticing a disappointed Cupid. And it certainly didn't help that Sparrow had to rub it in to her face before he once again disappeared to who knows where.
"These boots are great."said Ashlynn, before she noticed Cupid."Cupid, there you are."
"You can see me? From talking to Dexter, I was starting towonder if I was invisible."said Cupid with disappointment in her voice as she thought for a moment Dexter was going to ask her out..
"I'm sorry, but I got good news. I think you're the perfect person to bring to the forest fest. What do you say?"said Ashlynn, figuring that Cupid needed a win for once after her unrequited love for Dexter was going nowhere.
"You know what. I seriously need a break from all this romance business."said Cupid, basically agreeing to go along.
"Great! Let's find you some new shoes!"said Ashlynn, feeling like both of them are going to have a good time at the forest fest.
Meanwhile at Ever After High Raven was distracted for everything going on after Dexter asked her out on a date. Maddie was telling her something but Raven was not listening as she was too focused on what was going on with Dexter.
"So it will b three for tea, and you and me. But I mixed up the cakes with the cookies, and the saucer is with the scones. Hello, Raven!"said Maddie, noticing that her best friend ever after was not listening.
"Sorry, I wasn't really listening. It's just that Dexter finally asked me out."said Raven, wondering what she should do as she's never been on a date before.
"And it's weird you're going on a date with Dexter when you have a crush on someone else."said Maddie, causing Raven to face her.
"That's not it, and I don't have a crush on Mr Wayne."said Raven in her own defense.
"I never mentioned his name though."said Maddie, causing Raven to blush.
"It's not that I just want this day to go..."said raven and she was trying to find the right word.
"Just right. Then I know just the right person to talk to."said Maddie as she led Raven away.
Dexter on the other hand was freaking out next to the locke,r near his brother Daring.
"I finally did it! I asked Raven out...Oh, what have I done!"said Dexter, barely realizing what he just did.
A short while later Raven was next to open Cafe, where she meet up with Blondie.
"Blondie, thanks for coming. I know you're getting ready for your big mirror cast."said Raven, who really appreciated Blondie taking time out of her day to come meet her.
"Oh yes! On the art of decorating cupcakes. It has to be just right."said Blondie, before she noticed Fable walking by with a cupcake.
"Oh, excuse me."said Blondie, getting the attention of the daughter of the dark fairy.
"Hi, are those fresh cupcakes I smell. Can I ask-!"sajd Blondie, before she was interrupted by Fable.
"Sorry toots, but I don't work here anymore."said Fable, who threw out for fake name tag before walking away with her cupcake."Bye bye."
"Well how rude."said Blondie, offended by how rude Fable was being when she was just trying to be nice.
"Anyway the thing is I got this date tonight with Dexter."said Raven, before she was interrupted by Blondie.
"Who, they couldn't be more just right! Ah cupcake please."said Blondie, who wasn't listening to anything Raven was saying.
"Ah, what were you saying?"said Blondie, deciding to listen to Raven now that you didn't get a cupcake.
"Well I've got this date."said Raven, before she was interrupted by Blondie.
"Oh, a date! Okay, let's pretend I'm him in your you."said Blondie with excitement.
"But I am me."said Raven, wondering why she needed to pretend to be herself.
"I see you and I say "Why hello Raven, you look...just right tonight."said Blondie, who hesitated before she finished.
"You hesitated! What's wrong with me?!"questions Raven as she held her hair.
Dexter was being no better as he was freaking out as well.
"It's going to be a disaster!"said Dexter to his brother Daring.
"Listen to me little bro. You're a Charming. All you need a knockout smile."said Daring, before he smiled at a group of girls and caused them to almost faint.
Dexter try the same thing with less results and one of them added insult to injury by asking really...
"And the super special secret with boys is to be extra selective. For example, that boy over, he's is too funny. That boy parts his hair to far over the left. He choose his food too loudly. His hat looks funny."said Blondie as she list off what's wrong with the boys around her.
Dexter on the other hand was still getting "helpful" advice from his brother Daring.
"And once you have flashed your killer smile there's not more to it. Be awesome, tall, handsome, popular, an incredibly good looking. Basically,...Be me."said Darling, with his group he's agreeing.
"Oh gort."said Dexter, realizing that he came to the wrong person for advice.
"He's to mysterious. And he's to left handed. And he's to.."said Blondie, before she was interrupted by Raven who was annoyed.
"Okay, I get it! Is there any boy in this school that meets your standards?"questions Raven as Blondie had two high standards.
"Probably Mr Wayne."said Blondie, surprising Raven as she never expected to hear her teacher's name.
"Why him?"said Raven, who for some reason was feeling strange as soon as she heard her teacher's name.
"Well Mr Wayne is mysterious but not too mysterious. He's kind, kind of funny, cares a lot about his students, has an air of maturity you don't see in many of the boys in our school. Plus it doesn't help that his armor does very little to hide how big his muscles are."said Blondie, before she went on a ran on the many good qualities on Mr Wayne.
"Blondie..."said Raven, starting to get annoyed
"She's got cupcakes! Cupcake! Cupcake!"said Blondie not noticing that Raven's dark magic was starting to leak out from her anger.
"Blondie!"shouted Raven before she released the burst of dark magic.
"Oh no."said raven upon realizing what you just did
"Yeah, you lost control of your powers, but look! It wasn't a bad thing."said Blondie as she was revealed that Raven had accidentally gave her a cupcake threme dress with her dark magic.
"This cupcake themed dress is perfect for my mirror cast. I think you're going to be just right."said Blondie, causing Ravens roll her eyes as both of them left the cafe.
Batman / Bruce Wayne on the other hand was too busy removing traps from the Dark Forest that were set up by an old enemy of his he hasn't met since his time in Japan.
"I can't believe he's involved with this as well."said Batman to himself as he deactivated another trap.
As it was clear to Batman that his Nemesis who was in the dark Forest did not care who he hurts as long as his traps were set off.
And he was the only one who could detect them and successfully stop them from hurting people as it was clear to Batman that these traps were meant to lure him in to some kind of bigger trap!
But he would be ready for that!
