"NO MORE SCHOOL!"

"Heheheh." Moka giggled when Naruto collapsed onto HER couch, since they were hanging out in her apartment. Half of her things were in boxes at the moment, since she was packing up to send it to Yokai academy. The dorm life there would treat her well, since she wouldn't be sharing her apartment with a bunch of humans at the dorms.

She was excited beyond belief, and they didn't have much longer.

Thankfully she didn't have a ton of stuff to pack, mostly notebooks, clothes, some small trickets, and her bath herbs.

"Shouldn't you be packing?"

"Already did." Naruto spoke, his voice muffled from being in her couch. He packed all of his stuff, and like Moka he already got his school uniforms. He was bringing his 'familiar' fox with him, so all that was left was to pack the food for his fox, and send most of it. He had even less than Moka did, since he didn't have all the notebooks, make-up, or skin care routine stuff that she was packing away... or as much clothes.

His casual clothes amounted to either a few t shirts, a sweatshirt or two, and sweatpants and jeans. She had more clothes than he did, more shoes than he had, and way more notebooks that were filled with all of the school notes she had taken during her entire school life thus far.

"Can you help me then?" Moka questioned.

"What is left?"

"Just some cooking equipment, a couple more notebooks, my underrrrrrrrr... shirts" Moka was going to pack her underwear herself.

"Underwear?"

"Yes, my underwear... it's embarrassing to say." Moka threw a notebook at him for being so blunt. Naruto rolled off of the couch, landing on his side and looking at her with a raised brow.

"Is it really THAT embarrassing... I mean, you aren't even wearing the ones you're packing away. It isn't like I'm... stop throwing notebooks at me!?" Naruto jumped to his feet when Moka threw a second notebook at him. She was blushing and just throwing her notebooks at him. She smiled at him at how he started catching them. "I'll go get us something to eat... how does MOS Burger sound?"

"Delicious!"

"Well, see you when I get back." Naruto walked out of the apartment, tossing her notebooks he caught onto the couch. Moka was already picking up all the thrown notebooks, putting them back into the boxes by the time he closed the door behind him.

Moka took a deep breath.

"YES! Human school is OVER! No more humans, YES! Yes! YESSSS!" Moka started to roll across the floor, kicking her legs out in excitement. She disliked the human world so much, and it was finally about to be over. She was going to be attending a monster school with Naruto in such a short period of time. She wouldn't have to worry about being stared at by humans, and she would go to a school where almost everyone was a monster.

Other than Naruto, but she liked him, so to her he didn't even count as a human. He was Naruto, not some human.

Moka went into her bedroom, opened her dresser drawer that had her underwear in it. She would pack most of her underwear up before Naruto got back. In all honesty, Naruto was right in that she didn't care as much if he saw the stray bra or two that she wasn't wearing. She had already gotten rid of all of the stuff that didn't fit her anymore, and most of her underwear was pretty plain. White, pink, yellow, stripes, and a pair with bats on them. Her underwear wasn't really sexy for the most part.

'Well, except for these ones.' Moka had recently bought a more risque set of underwear, and she didn't want Naruto to see it... before the time was right. She might blush if he saw the other stuff, but she wanted to surprise him one day with her 'lucky panties'. They were meant to be seen, but not unless she was wearing them. "Oh... me... you two aren't even dating yet, and you..." Moka covered her face in her hands.

Not that she would mind if things got that far.

Outside of her apartment, she heard some loud bangs, but she thought nothing of it. Maybe somebody was setting off fireworks for no reason.

She wanted to finish most of her packing before Naruto got back.

She did.

By the time Naruto got back, she finished everything that needed to be packed. It was all neat and ready to be picked up by a member of the Yokai academy staff, and when Naruto entered her apartment she noticed that there was a scent of blood around him. There was a rip in the side of his shirt, and some red on it.

"Naruto, are you okay!?" Moka was by his side that very second.

Naruto raised the fast food to-go back, and it showed a hole in the middle of it.

"Somebody tried to shoot me, they missed when I was disarming them... but I'm fine. Just some punks that got their hands on a gun." Naruto ignored her worry.

"You got SHOT... THAT WAS THAT BANG I HEARD!?" Moka had HEARD the gunshots then silence for awhile. Moka ripped open his shirt and looked at his wound, it wasn't a bullet hole. Instead it looked like the bullet had barely grazed him.

"Woah!?"

"You're bleeding still, you need... you're bleeding." Moka's mouth started to water, and she gulped.

Naruto was okay, and he wasn't bleeding that much. Moka opened her watering mouth, and leaned forward.

Meat, tomato, lettuce, and ketchup filled her mouth when Naruto opened a burger up and put it right in her mouth before she could bite him. She chewed on the burger, having been snapped from her blood hungry state with it.

"Oh right, you're hurt!" Moka was worried again, now that the scent of his blood was the only thing she was smelling. Naruto took his own burger out of the bag. He munched on it in a few bites, before the entire burger was gone. His large bites and animal-like tendency to barely chew made for some very fast meals. "... How many times in your life have you been shot?" Moka asked when she saw that Naruto didn't seem worried about his wound at all.

"5, I've been shot 5 times before this... as long as it doesn't hit an organ, usually I can just take the bullet out and I'll be fine in a couple of days. This is just a graze... if anything, I'll lose more blood from you sucking me than from this little cut." Naruto made her blush with that one. He also wasn't too worried about such a small wound. It only stung a little, though his shirt was going to have to get thrown away.

It was blood stained, all the buttons were ripped off, and it had hole in the side.

"How often does this happen to you?"

"Well, hopefully it won't happen anymore. I'm blond, and have blue eyes, so usually people think they can get away with killing me... and yakuza members sometimes think I'm stepping on their territory... usually doesn't end well for them." Naruto was used to poor treatement.

Moka looked at him.

'... Right... he has even more reason to hate humans than I do. I really hope he can make some more good friends at Yokai with me.' Moka smiled when she thought of all of the fun the two of them would have together. They could make new friends together, and Naruto was already used to his life being in danger.

No wonder he didn't seem troubled by the thought of going to a monster school, because his life in the human world was already pretty dangerous. No wonder he was also so open to accepting the existence of monsters.

He already dealt with the monsters in human society.

"... Maybe I should got gotten Mc Donalds... their burgers aren't as good, but their fries are top notch... ah gross... the soda is flat." Naruto complained when he drank the soda. "... their machine must have just run out of whatever makes the carbonation." Naruto still drank it anyway.

He bought the soda, he was drinking the soda.

"That is why I like tea, it never really goes flat." Moka just had an unsweatened tea for a drink.

"I like the way the soda stings my tongue." Naruto spoke with the most creepy voice he could manage, dropping it an octave and holding his tongue out. "Seems nobody told them their machine was messing up though... and now... flat soda." Naruto went back to normal, and the two ate their meal together.

"I think you're way too casual about getting shot though."

"Oh trust me, the guy who shot me really regrets it... I was a lot less casual when it happened. The walk back just gave me time to calm down." Naruto had been a lot more angry, and a lot less casual when it happened.

"Well, things will be better at Yokai... no more flat soda, no more bad humans, and better school life."

"Heh." Naruto just laughed off the human thing. He knew that Moka didn't believe ALL humans were evil, but she did have a major distrust of them. He was pretty sure that both humans and monsters had good and evil in their societies, and he knew that Moka was aware of that.

Then again, his opinion of his own species wasn't that much higher than her opinion was.

"Well, hopefully there really won't be flat soda." Naruto could raise his cup to that.

Flat soda was the worst.
