Story Start!

"TADAAAAA!"

"Oh no... oh no." Naruto groaned as he covered his face with his hands.

It was the day, the day they went to Yokai Academy. He was in his uniform now, though he wore the jacket over his shoulders and left his shirt untucked, while also wearing his necklace... and of course he kept his sandles, with his black headband. Moka on the other hand was wearing the uniform in it's full form, as it was intended.

She changed her hairstyle though.

Also, her skirt in the new uniform was WAY shorter than her older skirt.

"I repeat... TADAAAA!" Moka knelt down and showed the bike that she had bought. The bike that she wanted to use to go through the barrier around Yokai Academy with Naruto. A lot of people took the bus if they lived a super far distance from the gate, but the gate was in the same city as them. They could just take a bike through the portal, and that was exactly what she wanted to do.

Tandem bike.

"I repeat... oh no... we're going to look like a couple of dorks on this thing." Naruto deadpanned as he looked at the bike again.

"It will be fun."

"Huge dorks, the biggest of dorks... oh well, seems like we're going to be dorks together." Naruto just shifted around and accepted it. He didn't care that much if he looked dorky. He got onto the bike, the back end. He had no clue where they were going, Moka did, so it was up to her to steer them.

Moka took offense still.

"Dorks... I think we will look cool."

'Ah... I forgot... Moka IS a dork.' Naruto snorted, before he smirked at Moka. He didn't deny her response, but she pouted at took her spot on the bike, and Kurama jumped onto Naruto's shoulder from the ground.

"To Yokai Academy."

-At Yokai Academy (Later)-

"Man, this place sure is creepy."

"MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!" Naruto roared over Moka's shoulder as he reached out and grabbed her shoulder. She turned out of the way JUST in time to barely avoid running over a boy, just as they got out of the tunnel to the human world beyond the barrier. Moka swirved, avoided the boy that was just standing in front of the tunnel.

"OH!"

"Sorry, she's a bit anemic today!" Naruto called out to the boy as they passed him by quickly. Moka hadn't sucked his blood for a few days, nor had she gotten enough tomato juice today.

"Sorry!"

"Moka, don't look behind us, keep looking ahead! Moka, OH SHIT!"

"SORRY!"

Tsukune Aono watched the couple go about their merry way on their tandem bike, and he smiled awkwardly, before he laughed to himself.

"Man, what a nice couple, I hope they didn't crash." Tsukune, average man in all aspects, watched them disappear among the trees towards the school. After nearly being run over, he felt a lot calmer than before. The students at the school seemed... somewhat normal, though he had to question why the anemic girl in the couple was the one who was steering the bike.

-With Naruto/Moka-

"We crashed."

"Ow." Moka was hanging over a tree branch, the tandem bike destroyed by how hard she crashed them into a tree. "You okay Naruto?" Moka looked around, looking for where her friend was. It didn't take long before she found him. "Sorry..."

Naruto was below her, upside down with his head in the bushes.

*Crack*

The thin tree branch below her snapped, and she came crashing down on him. She found herself sitting on top of his back, and she quickly got off of him and pulled the branch from him. He pulled himself out of the bush, before he shook the leaves and sticks out of his hair. He fixed his black headband, with an orange spiral on the front, before getting all the sticks out of his shirt.

"Well... at least nobody saw us crash. We might have looked like dorks, but at least we didn't look like clumsy dorks." Naruto tried to look on the bright side. With nobody around to see it, it might as well have never happened. "Remember kids, if nobody saw it happen, you can say it didn't happen." Naruto sent a thumbs up towards Moka.

"You're a dork." Moka laughed with a giggle.

"... I consider myself more a bad role model first, and a dork second... well, lets get going." Naruto pulled his fox out of the bush, dropped him onto the ground. "... okay Kurama, you go wait at the dorms... go to wherever you smell the scent of my stuff." Naruto already had his stuff at his dorm room, so he was sure Kurama would be able to find it off of scent alone. The fox was smart enough to understand people speak... sometimes, even if he ignored it.

The fox ran off on it's own.

"He will be okay... right?"

"He'll be fine, he always comes back." Naruto deadpanned when trhe fox didn't run in the direction of the dorms."... and then nibbles my toes, like a little asshole." Naruto had many a cut toes thanks to that fox.

"An asshole, is he?"

"Oh... you didn't see us crash, did you?" Moka asked when they saw a student wearing a black uniform greeting them. She gulped when she felt intimidated by the man as he approached them, keeping his eyes on Naruto.

'Fox face.' Naruto thought as he got a look at the man's face.

"Uzumaki Naruto-sama, a pleasure to meet you at Yokai Academy. I meant to greet you earlier, but you rushed by me... with her."

"Do I know you?" Naruto asked, since it wasn't too often that somebody addressed him like that. The man was exceedingly well dressed, and he gave off a very dangerous feeling for some reason. Yet, the feeling was also familiar.

"Heh... of course, where are my manners... introductions are in order. My name is Kuyo, and no... we have never met in person. I merely wished to great you, and to..." Kuyo looked at the necklace Naruto wore. He raised an eyebrow, and his face froze, before he stood up straighter and seemed to calculate something. "... where did you get that, that is such an interesting necklace... I don't think I've quite seen something like it?" Kuyo asked.

"Oh! I can explain that! You see, Naruto is horrible at maintaining a human form, and he has REALLY powerful Yoki, so he uses that necklace to seal off his power so he can blend in!" Moka used the story she made up for Naruto.

Naruto stared Kuyo right in the eyes.

"I see... well... if you ever need help, or you have an enemy you need crushed... just use my name with the Public Safety Commission, and I will be glad to assist. Naruto-sama... I just want you to know... we foxes should really have each other's backs." Kuyo placed a hand on Naruto's shoulder. He pat it a few times, leaned forward and whispered something, before he turned and walked.

Naruto felt uneasy for some reason.

Once he was gone, Moka smiled.

"Amazing! It worked, they really think you're a kitsune! Our plan worked!" Moka cheered and hugged Naruto, who was just staring in Kuyo's direction.

I've heard about your legend, and your father's legend.

'... I didn't think the days I spent conquering junior highs were that impressive. Something about... who the hell is my father, and why does this guy know about him, but I don't?' Naruto thought, ignoring the hug from Moka completely in favor of just being concerned.

His father had a legend?

-Elsewhere-

"Kurama-sama..."

Kurama sat on a tree branch, looking down at Kuyo with a firm stare. Kuyo was kneeling down, with his hand over his heart.

Kurama's eyes turned red.

"... Kurama-sama, it is a great honor to meet you... even in your current unfortunate state. To think that a piece of you managed to escape being sealed is wonderful news." Kuyo spoke with absolute devotion as the fox before him just lowered his head. Kuyo smiled with utter joy when Kurama sent him that look. "... and to think, I get the honor of being at the same place as both you, and the legendary Naruto... the FIRST Kitsune who was born with all 9 tails." Kuyo stood up with tears in his eyes.

He had never thought he would be so lucky.

Kurama glared at Kuyo, who backed down.

"... but... why... why would you use what remains of your power... to make seal to turn your son human... he's your child... why would seal away all of..." Kuyo was heart broken when Kurama told him what he did.

Kurama smirked.

Kuyo gasped, before he smirked as well.

"I see... truly, your genius knows no bounds... truly, you think 2 steps ahead of us all. I will proudly follow all of your orders... what do I need to do to unseal your true body... your true form?" Kuyo asked Kurama, who just looked down at Kuyo. Kurama jumped off of the tree branch he sat on, and started to walk away.

He glanced back at Kuyo.

"... is there nothing I can do... nothing at all."

Kurama turned his head away.

"Yes... I understand Kurama-sama... I will begin the search. All for you, Kyuubi among Kyuubi, all kitsune are destined to serve at your feet... and may all remember the fear you inspire." Kuyo got down on his hands and knees with a vicious, evil smirk as he brought his forehead to the ground. He had his orders now.

Now he knew what he had to do.
