Chapter 4
Arizona
"no" I growl into the phone, I had been on the phone all day making sure everything is set up for the wedding. "we wanted the yellow ones"
"I'm sorry mam"
"do you have the yellow ones or not?"
"yes mam, how many did you want?"
"5 dozen" I say
"for what date" oh my god is this woman stupid or something "the 15th as in this Saturday, I called a month ago to place the order"
"I'm sorry" she says and I hear clicking in the background "we have an order for a Meredith Grey set to go out on the 15th" rolling my eyes "that's my wife"
"wife?"
"fiancée" I add she doesn't need to know we are already married.
"I thought you said your name was something else"
"listen lady, Dr. Meredith Grey is the woman I am marrying on the 15th, I am just calling to make sure the delivery will be there and on time"
"yes mam, I have it right here"
"good, thank you" I say and hang up, tossing my phone on the table, crossing off the florist from my list, I toss my glasses on top of the papers and rub my neck. Meredith chooses that time to come in, setting her purse and keys down. "you alright?"
"yeah, just" I roll my eyes "I have a kink in my neck"
"you want me to" she walks over and starts massaging the aching muscles "that feels amazing"
"you're pretty amazing" she says just above my ear, taking my earlobe into her mouth and nibbling at it. "how was work?"
"eh you know" she says as she hits a really tight spot "oh god" I let out in a moan "why Dr. Robbins, you're really tight"
"I've been sitting here for hours, trying to make sure everything will be ready for Saturday"
"you need to relax" she says just above my ear again, this time running her tongue along it, causing every nerve ending in my body to stand on end. A thought pops into my head that this seems oddly familiar, but I know nothing like this has happened before. "why don't I help you relax" she says, moving away from me, and I see her shirt, along with her bra land on the table in front of me. Maggie and Callie have taken the kids out for lunch and an afternoon movie, so we have the house to ourselves. I turn in my chair and my heart rate skyrockets seeing my wife half naked standing in front of me. I reach out to touch her and she steps back waving her finger in front of me "nope, Dr. Robbins you've been a bad girl"
"not yet I haven't" I stand and grab her pulling her into me as our tongues touch we both let out a moan. We haven't seen much of each other in the last few weeks, with getting everything situated for the wedding, and working opposite shifts. Today was the start of our vacations, our wedding is on Saturday and then we are taking a week and taking the kids to California. We had decided not to go away alone on a honeymoon although it would be nice to have some alone time together, spending time with the kids, and making memories with them are way more important. We'll have alone time later. Meredith had gotten a hold of Addison who will be joining us for a fun day at Disney land and is also attending the wedding as Callie's guest. The rumor I had heard about her and Owen turned out to be false, they were just friends. Owen was now seeing Amelia, Maggie on the other hand, had been spending a lot of time with Callie lately. I have a hunch something might be blossoming there, but I'll keep that to myself. Now where was I? Oh right, half naked wife standing in front of me. When I tune back in I see her cocking her neck wondering where my mind just went "you ok?"
"yeah I just have a million things on my mind"
"meanwhile I'm standing here, like this" she laughs "I'm sorry baby" I kiss her
"how about a bath instead of kitchen sex"
"but kitchen sex sounds fun" I pout, she smiles "but a hot bath with my hot wife sounds even better" I kiss her again and smack her ass, as she goes running out of the kitchen and up the stairs. Once we are inside our bedroom with the door shut she pushes me up against it, kissing me hard. "I've missed you"
"I missed you too" this is the point where if I had 2 legs, I'd pick her up, she'd wrap her legs around me and I'd carry her to the bed, then rip off the rest of her clothes. But of course, I can't do that, pushing that thought aside, she pulls back reaching for my hand and leads me into the bathroom, I watch as she bends overturning on the water. "Meredith" I softly say
"Arizona" she turns and smiles at me, that smile that I know is only for me "I just wanted to say I love you"
"I love you"
"and it's been the best year of my life with you"
"happy 6 month anniversary" she says pulling me into her. Not quite yet, Saturday will be our 6 month anniversary since we got married in Vegas. My mind starts running again about the million things we need to do before Saturday "Arizona"
"hmm"
"turn that brilliant brain of yours off and come join me in this tub" she's already in the tub, we had a new one put in. She always said she wanted one that was big enough to cover her knees and her tits, so that's exactly what we got. I smile and undress, sitting down on the toilet to remove my leg, she stands to help me in. I don't exactly need the help but I take it, especially coming from her. We settle into the hot soapy water and I can feel myself start to relax, as she starts rubbing my shoulders again. turning myself around in the tub so I'm facing her, I look into her eyes. Since that day in the on-call room I've seen nothing but love in them. Even when we piss each other off, which actually happens quite often. Moving forward I press our bodies together, making sure to straddle her leg, I almost let out a moan as her thigh touches my clit. She on the other hand doesn't hold back once my leg is in place "oh god I missed this" she mumbles before our lips meet. The kiss is slow and passionate, as I start to move, grinding my thigh into her center and making sure to keep the pressure on mine. "Arizona" she moans when we break for air, I never thought my name sounded better than when Meredith is moaning it. "I need you baby"
"I need you too" I pant, the next thing I know I feel her long digits slip inside me "Mer" I don't often call her that, choosing to use her full name, but sometimes at moments like this. All thoughts leave my mind, all I can concentrate on is my wife and the feelings she is making me feel. The all too familiar pull in my stomach, "yes" I hiss out, water is now slopping over the edge of the tub, as Meredith brings me to my peak.

Letting out a contented sigh, I sit down on the bed to finish dressing. Once we were out of the bath, I was told to get ready. Apparently, Maggie, Amelia and Callie are taking me out tonight. I think we'll probably just end up at Joe's because that's what always happens. I hear the doorbell ring, and Arizona's voice "April, this is a surprise"
"well we thought since they were stealing Meredith" April's voice is heard, you cant miss it, it's always been that whiney high pitched, annoying voice. I shake my head April was an amazing person to have on your side, and I'm grateful she's part of our village. Deciding I'm good enough I leave the room and head downstairs. To my surprise, in the living room sits not just April, but Teddy and I'm surprised to see Bailey, the doctor not my son. "I couldn't decide who I wanted to hang with, so I went with the safe option" she shrugs. Causing me to laugh, there's a knock at the door, I go to open it and it's Richard, behind him was Alex and Jo. I start to laugh and step aside "come on in"
"I'm actually going with you, but Jo is staying here" Alex says as he passes me, shaking my head another knock is heard, I reach to pull it open to see Callie with a huge smile on her face. Moving to let her in, Amelia and Maggie both come down the stairs "oh good the party is here" Amelia laughs seeing Callie, and the group in the living room. There is yet another knock on the door, rolling my eyes, I have no clue who this could be everyone is already here that would be here. I pull open the door, and my first instinct is to cry. Seeing my best friend standing there, looking better than the day she left. "you" I can't get anything else out. "Mer" she smiles, we aren't those people who hug, but I haven't seen her in what feels like forever. "you said you weren't coming"
"like I'd miss your wedding"
"well technically you already did" Alex says from behind me, I look back and somewhere he had found a bag of chips and was eating them. "we all did because these two just couldn't wait" he says mouthful of chips, they are flying out of his mouth as he talks. "alright everyone is here, let's go" Callie says. Amelia grabs the keys to my suv since it had the most room. "bus is leaving" she says heading out the door. I look around to find my wife, so I can give her a proper goodbye, and see her sitting on the couch between April and Bailey. I walk over, she smiles that magnificent smile and stands, pulling her into me I kiss her "have fun tonight"
"I will" she smiles again "you too"
"I'm sure I will" we kiss again and impatient Alex is calling for me. "Grey let's go" we giggle and kiss each other once more, taking one last look around I leave the house, I'm not sure what these people have planned, but with Cristina here now, I don't care.

Teddy disappeared, coming back with multiple bottles of booze. Jo had decided to be the sober one and listen for the kids. Although I knew they wouldn't be waking up, we put all four of them up in Sofia and Zola's room for the night, knowing it was going to be loud. For Meredith and I this was impromptu but for the rest I was informed that they had been planning this for weeks. There is another knock at the door, this time instead of getting up I look around "who could that be?" standing I make my way to the door and am surprised when I see my mother standing there with her very own bottle of wine. "mom"
"hello" she smiles
"I didn't expect you until tomorrow"
"well when Callie called saying they were throwing you and Meredith bachelorette parties, I told your father we had to be there for that, and well here we are" she says reaching out pulling me in for a hug. I hadn't seen my parents in a while, we keep in contact with phone calls every week, but those have been super short lately. I guess I know why. "well come on in" I move aside so she can enter the house. "where is dad?"
"he dropped me off, said this was a girls night" she smiles and makes her way into the living room. "well let me introduce everyone" I point at my Seattle family starting with April "April, Teddy, Jo, Richard and Bailey"
"I remember Miranda" Barbara smiles "she's the one that married you and Callie" I let out a groan I didn't want to remember that but smile "yes she is"
"hello Mrs. Robbins" April says standing up and taking the bottle from her "let me get you a glass for this"
"it's Barbara or Barb, please" she says sitting down. "so you all work at the hospital?"
"yes" Teddy says sitting forward "although I just came back from overseas."
"oh" this has my mom's attention.
"Teddy was in Germany working at a hospital there" I say
"Germany" she smiles "that's one place I miss but yet not" she goes into a story about our time living there. I was young, I don't remember too much. "so where is your soon to be wife?" she asks looking at me. "mom you know Meredith and I are already married, this is just for show"
"oh you can pretend" she waves me off
"I don't want to pretend" shaking my head "Meredith and I got legally married in Vegas" she waves me off again 'remind me to thank Callie next time I see her'
"Mrs. Robbins" Teddy says "I'm sorry Barbara" she corrects herself "how was your trip? You're from Baltimore, right?"
She nods "it was" she makes a weird noise "Daniel, that's Arizona's father, he always insists on making and keeping a tight schedule, and somehow he always messes something up" I have to laugh at that. Wondering what went wrong this time "he booked us the flight, and printed out the tickets, but when it came time to go to the airport he had the days wrong" I let out a loud snort "so there we are standing in the security line, when the TSA agent checked the ticket Daniel got into an argument with the poor man" she shakes her head "so we went back home, and all the while" I lose focus on her story at this point. It's all the same anyway. With drinks in hand, we sit back enjoying the conversation, surprisingly mom isn't too annoying. After a few drinks and a lull in conversation Teddy's voice is heard "how weird is it that you and Callie are so close"
"huh?" I look at her confused
"I know I wasn't here for any of that, and I'm sorry by the way, I would have totally had your back in the custody hearing"
"it's ok"
"she won anyway" Richard says, I look at the man, I had forgotten he was even here, and smile. He and my mom were in quiet conversation, that's why she hasn't been saying ridiculous shit. "thanks" I smile. "really how weird is it?" Teddy asks again.
"I don't know, I just" I look at her "it's easier for Sofia"
"yeah" Teddy smiles "I don't know if I could do it, I mean after everything" she trails off.
"I like that they are so close" my mom states "they've been through hell and back, and to see them now" I was starting to get my defenses up, but I didn't need to "I'm just saying I like that you two are still close like you said it makes it easier for Sofia"
"how about the fact that she's out with your wife right now" Jo laughs "they could be comparing notes on how you are in bed"
"oh my god" I shake my head "Meredith wouldn't do that" I look at Bailey then to Richard and back "would she" Bailey chuckles and says "its Grey you don't know what's going to come out of her mouth"
"and with Yang here" Teddy laughs
"fucking hell" I groan laying my head on the back of the couch.
"oh Arizona they've both seen you at your worst" mom says
"we all have" Bailey adds
"true" April smiles "remember when Callie told everyone you were dead so we hung out and got trashed in that supply closet"
"ugh"
"and I asked to try on your leg" the room erupts in laughter, I lift my head up and April is looking at me "can I now?" she asks with a straight face. Shaking my head "you're hopeless"
"nah, just trying to have fun, this is supposed to be a party right?" rolling my eyes, she's right this is supposed to be a party. I stand going to the radio "alright if this is a party, let's dance"
"I'm too old for dancing" Bailey groaned
"nonsense" mom stands and I hit the play button, and I see her reach a hand out to Richard. He takes it and they go dancing around the room. I can't help but smile, I love it when my two families come together.

Meredith
As predicted, we end up at Joe's, only this time the place is empty, and it's decorated in "is that?" I don't know rather to be horrified or laugh.
"taco's" Alex says and goes to the bar
"vagina's" Callie whispers in my ear "I still like that word" she winks and heads to the bar, as always Joe is there, as Cristina and I get closer he sets a bottle of tequila in front of us "on the house" he smiles
"thanks Joe"
"anytime, congrats by the way"
"thank you" I smile, he grabs a towel and starts wiping down the counter. I don't know why bartenders are always doing that. "alright so we've got tacos, because well" Callie says "over here we got vagina shaped fruit, or whatever and over here are some vagina shaped candy we found at the sex shop"
"you found, I had nothing to do with this" Alex says taking a sip of his beer
"you were with"
"oh look at this" Maggie says holding up a candy, it was one of those gummy things, she licks it then tosses it in her mouth, all the while making eye contact with Callie. I watch and see Callie's face turn red, and she takes a deep breath.
"what's going on there" Cristina asks pointing between the two of them
"I have no clue" I smile grabbing the bottle out of Cristina's hand, downing it. It burned, and I have to wince "I don't drink like this anymore"
"wimp" Cristina laughs and takes the bottle back. Music starts to play, and I look up seeing Amelia standing at the jukebox and smile. This was the last song Cristina and I danced it out to. Cristina recognizes it, sets the bottle down and grabs my hand "dance it out?" I nod and follow her. And that's how most the night went. It's now around midnight and the 6 of us are sitting at a table "how the hell could you be so damn stupid" I say looking at Callie, she smiles and replies "I ask myself that on a daily basis" I shake my head, the tequila was kicking in and I'm starting to slur my words "no, I mean how could you be so stupid as to let Arizona go"
"I ask myself that on a daily basis also"
"what?" I squeal, in a voice I, myself don't recognize
"what?" she looks at me confused, like she doesn't know what she just said, shaking my head "please tell me you are not still in love with my wife"
"oh this is going to be good" Alex says sitting back in his chair.
"what?" Callie laughs "well" she takes a deep breath "I'm not going to say I'm in love with her but I am going to say I love her, I mean we were married"
"you walked away" I point at her
"yes" she nods "but she's the mother of my daughter, and you met her, it's impossible not to love Arizona Robbins" she's looking me straight in the eyes "oh Meredith honey, you need to relax, even if I was still in love with her it wouldn't matter, I've seen the way she looks at you, she's never once looked at me like that"
"are you talking about that dopey I'm completely enamored by this person look?" Alex asks, then tries to impersonate the look but fails miserably. "honestly though, she never looked at me like that" Callie smiles, and sits back in her chair. I should feel bad right? But I don't, because fuck her she walked away and Arizona is mine. I sit back in my chair wondering what the next topic of conversation will be when I see Maggie stand and mumble something about having to pee, and Callie excuses herself too. "don't be going to have a quicky in the bathroom, other people need to use it" Cristina calls after them. Damn I missed that woman, everyone starts to laugh when Callie holds up her middle finger and disappears behind the bathroom door. "there's totally something going on" Alex says
"they'll tell us when they're ready"
"I saw them coming out of an on-call room the other day" Amelia says
"what?" I look at her "and you didn't tell me? Why?"
"I don't know" she shrugs "it didn't cross my mind"
"bad sister" I point to her
"so your sister and ortho goddess" Cristina says nodding "I've missed a lot"
"come back and you won't miss anything" I say looking at my best friend
"I want to" she says surprising us all, I look at her "seriously?" she nods "I've been thinking about it, but I don't know, Bailey said she'd give me any budget for research, but I run my place now"
"didn't Ross go with you?" Alex asks
"yes" she nods and smiles "he's doing amazing things there, if I do leave, I'd leave him in charge" the music has stopped, and the bar is quiet. That is until we hear a loud "YES" fill the bar from the direction of the bathroom. "told you they were going to do it" Alex laughs slapping his hand on the table. "might as well keep it in the family" Cristina laughs.
"go Torres" Alex yells, causing the rest of us to shake our heads "I think it's time to go" Amelia says standing "ladies the bus is leaving in 10" she yells in the direction of the bathroom.
"thank you guys for tonight" I smile looking at my friends "really" my eyes land on Cristina.
"don't thank me just yet" Cristina smiles and winks, as Amelia is rounding everyone up to leave, Callie and Maggie come out of the bathroom, both flushed. Causing Alex to make some comment and Callie to punch him. We give our goodbyes and thank you to Joe, who waves and says he'll see us Saturday. As we all climb into the car, Maggie and Callie took the way back and I climb into the front with Amelia. "where to" she asks
"home" I say "I miss my wife"
"god you can't even go a night without her" Alex says
"shut up" I reach back and hit him.
"I'll just crash on your couch" Cristina says "or we can kick Arizona out of bed like we used to do with Derek"
"there will be no kicking Arizona out of bed" I say meeting Cristina's eyes "wow, you really got it bad" she laughs. "yes I do" I say to myself, in another life I wouldn't have hesitated kicking Derek out of bed so Cristina could sleep, but with Arizona I can't sleep without her. It wasn't long before we're pulling up to the house. The lights are still on and when I open the door I can hear the music. "looks like they're still partying" Alex says as we all make our way into the house, Bailey is sitting in the chair some sort of weird drink in her hand, Teddy is, I had to do a double take on what Teddy was doing, I wasn't even sure. My eyes land on my wife, who was sprawled out on the couch her head on April's lap. "oh you guys are back" Jo says coming back into the room.
"yeah" I look at Arizona. She lifted her head and our eyes meet, and the butterflies start to dance in my stomach. Without saying a word to anyone I watch as she stands, grabs my hand and I follow her upstairs. Once inside our bedroom I shut the door and look up at my wife. God my wife, how did I get so lucky to be able to call her that? Now I'm just staring at her like an idiot "are you going to kiss me or not?"
"huh?" I meet her eyes I can see the love and lust in them "Meredith" she whispers, I don't answer, I just step forward and pull her into me. Her mouth tastes a mixture of white wine and chips, I'm sure she can taste the tequila on mine, but I don't care.

Arizona
I don't know what came over me, as soon as my eyes locked with Meredith's I just had to be alone with her. And now, I'm kissing her, sending up a silent prayer this wasn't a dream, the last year has felt like one. Since that first day in the on-call room I felt like I was living in a fairy tale, but yet we are married with 4 kids. I should voice some of these thoughts, but I don't because now she has me on the bed hovering over me. We are still both fully clothed, but I can tell by the way her hands are roaming my body it won't be long before she's had enough. "naked now" she says sitting back to remove her shirt, I watch as she tosses it across the room, along with her bra, she's now working on her pants. I sit up and remove my shirt tossing it along with hers, I feel her hands go to work on unbuttoning my jeans, and feel her slide them down my legs. She's always super gentle with me, almost like she thinks I'll break if she isn't. "there" she says as she lays her body perfectly against mine. When we are like this I have no idea where I end and she begins. Our lips attach again, this time the kiss is, I can't even explain it. Have you ever had a kiss make you breathless? And your heart starts to race, but yet slow at the same time. I know that's impossible, I'm a doctor after all, but this woman does it all to me. When her lips leave mine, she sucks on that spot on my neck that we both just love, then makes her way down my body, kissing everywhere, until "oh god" she runs her tongue along my most sensitive area. I don't know how many women she's been with, but what I do know is since the first time she's done this, it's all I ever want. She stops and I feel the bed move, looking down I see her quickly but gently removing my prosthetic. I remember a time when I would freak out if anyone even thought about doing that, but with Meredith, it never bothered me. She sets it against the bed and kisses her way up my right leg. And everything leaves my mind, everything but the way my wife is making me feel.

Meredith
Waking up this morning was different than normal, usually when the kids are home we are woken up by them coming in. Not today, today I woke up and I was wrapped around Arizona, both of us still naked. I pull her closer, kissed her shoulder and snuggle back in. I wasn't ready to face the day yet, and I know once the kids know we are awake they'll be in here. Then I remember Barbara is here, and let out a contented sigh. Gramma will keep them busy, I feel Arizona also let out a sigh and she tries to roll over but my hold on her makes it so she can't. "hmmm" she hums "it's nice to be able to wake up like this"
"it is" I loosen my hold on her and she rolls onto her back and opens her eyes, I lean over placing my lips on hers "good morning"
"morning" she smiles "did we just get to sleep in?" I smile and nod "thank god for my mom"
"and I'm sure Callie is here somewhere too" I say kissing her again then remembering what happened last night "oh my god" I lay back onto my pillow laughing.
"what?" Arizona asks moving so she's propped up on her elbow to look at me "last night, we were at Joe's"
"big shocker there" she laughs
"no listen" I say "remember how we've been thinking there is something going on between Maggie and Callie?" she nods "well Maggie got up from the table and went to the bathroom, and guess who followed her"
"maybe she just had to go too"
"no" I shake my head "or maybe, but the noises coming out of the bathroom weren't noises that normally come out of the bathroom"
"they didn't" she says, I nod "in the bathroom at Joe's?" I nod again "wow, I wonder if that was the first time"
"I don't know" I laugh, there's a knock at the door and Barbara's voice is heard "are you two awake?" Arizona groans, and I look at the clock "just give us a few minutes and we'll be down" I say hearing a mumble of something then her retreating foot steps. Arizona let's out another grown "come on" I say tossing the blanket back and standing. Heading into the bathroom, I do my business and head back into the room to find some clothes. Arizona is still laying in bed "I don't want to get up" she whines.
"then don't" I say pulling a shirt over my head and find some pants. Making my way to the side of the bed, Arizona had pulled the blanket up over her head, so I reach and pull it down, placing a kiss on her lips I smile and leave the room, closing the door behind me. Making my way down the stairs I hear the kids laughing. And I smile, I love hearing the kids having fun and laughing. The smell of coffee hits my senses, my mouth starts watering. I quietly make my way to the coffee pot, no one noticing me, or that's what I think, when I hear "mommy" I turn around and see Bailey sitting at the table with syrup all over his face. I can't help but smile, all four kids were at the table covered in syrup, I hear footsteps on the stairs, knowing it isn't my wife, I let out a soft chuckle when I hear Sofia say "momma, why are you here?" Looking up I meet Callie's eyes, and see a small blush start to form.
"your momma had a sleep over with aunt Maggie"
"thanks" Callie says shaking her head, Barbara let out a laugh and hands Callie a cup of coffee. "where's Arizona?"
"still in bed, she through one of her little fits about not wanting to get up" I shrug and take a seat at the table, careful not to put my elbow in syrup "I remember that well" Callie laughs
"she's always been like that" Barbara says "on days when she knows she doesn't have to be up for anything"
"hmm" I hum and look up at Callie "so" I smile "good night?"
"um" she says glancing at the kids I see the blush start to form again, it's not long before we are joined by Maggie, and Amelia soon after.

Arizona
By the time I make my way downstairs the house is quiet. And I find my wife in the kitchen, the stack of papers I had out yesterday sitting in front of her. I smile, and make my way to the coffee pot, I'm thankful to not be hungover. Meredith is on the phone, I can tell she's just finishing with the call, and when I hear her say "thank you" I look over and see her set the phone on the table. "everything is good to go" she smiles.
"good" I smile back at her and make my way to the table. "where is everyone?" I look around
"Callie gave your mom a ride back to the hotel, and took the kids" that explains their absence, I look at her "Maggie went with Callie" she laughs "and I'm not sure where Amelia is"
"and Cristina?"
"she's still passed out" she laughs, I lean over giving her a kiss "how you feeling?"
"I'm good" she smiles "I didn't have that much to drink, it just doesn't take much anymore to get me tipsy."
"me too" I sit back in my chair "so everything is done?"
"mmhmm" she takes a sip of her coffee "so the kids are gone, and the house is quiet?"
"mmhmm" she hums again
"hmm"
"could you two keep it down" Cristina says coming into the room
"I didn't think we were being loud" Meredith laughs and we watch as Cristina makes her way to the coffee pot, then joins us at the table. She pulls out her phone, "shit it's already noon"
"yeah" I sigh sitting back in my chair taking a sip of coffee. Looking up Cristina meets my eyes and smiles "what?" I ask
"nothing, I just" she shakes her head "I just can't believe you two are together"
"why is that" Meredith asks
"I don't know" she shakes her head again "I mean I always knew you were bi, but" she smiles "she's roller girl all perky and rolling around the hospital"
"not anymore" I grumble, "and you're all dark and twisty" Cristina goes on.
"I'm not" Meredith shakes her head, Cristina gives her a quizzical look "all dark and twisty, I'm not" shaking her head "not anymore." Cristina smiles and looks at the two of us "you look good together"
"thanks" I smile reaching for Meredith's hand, she smiles back at me. Cristina leans back in her chair "so tell me" she laughs "what's going on with Callie and Maggie?"
"we have no idea, they haven't said anything to either of us, but they have been spending a lot of time together" I say looking at my wife, who shrugs.
"Amelia said she saw them coming out of an on-call room last week"
"what?" I look at Meredith "and she didn't tell us?" Meredith laughs and shakes her head. "they'll tell us when they're ready"
"god I miss it here" Cristina smiles "the drama alone is worth coming back"
"you're coming back?" I look at Cristina
"thinking about it" she smiles, Meredith would love that, having Cristina back. Looking at my wife I can see how happy she is. "I think you should" I add my two cents
"well I left Alex my shares to the hospital so I'd be coming back as just and attending since Callie's new lover is the head of cardio" Meredith and I laugh. "what?" she looks at us "I'll find out the truth" Cristina says standing up mumbling something about a shower and leaves the room. I look at Meredith who smiles "I missed her"
"me too" I sit back in my chair.
