Destination Unknown
Natasha woke to find herself within another room, one she didn't recognise and felt slightly worried before noticing the outside environment of her new room. It was snowing and very cold, almost freezing. She approached the window from her bed and and glanced out with her eyes, her brown long hair blowing in the slightly windy air.
Her sapphire orbs scanned outside that she didn't notice the dark-clothed figure standing by the door. His dark hair was placed into a ponytail with his escaped bangs framing his pale-skin face. He wore black nobility clothes that suited him which consisted of a military jacket, satin waistcoat and trousers with a black silk shirt and shiny boots. What was really noticible was his unearthly blue eyes that seemed to glow in the dark. Natasha turned around upon feeling eyes on her and gasped. She moved away from the window and spoke, "Who are you?!"
The dark-clothed man bowed before her and spoke, "I am Count Vladislaus Dragulia... better known as Count Dracula amongst you mortals."
'Didn't this guy get killed by Van Helsing one and half centuries ago?' Natasha thought as Dracula approached her and once close, he leaned forward as if he was about to kiss her. He stopped inches from her lips and then moved down to the left side of her neck that hadn't been covered by her chocolate hair. She couldn't help but blink a few tears away because of this stranger and the fear within her. She had read about this man and what he was known for. Her mother told her the stories.
'I'd should have listened better.' she thought as the man sniffed her bared-side of her neck before leaning back to his former position. "I have the right sister." he said softly as she continued to shake from fear. "Hello, little one."
"We should save this conversation for another time," Dracula whispered as he passed his hand over her eyes, drawing them closed. "Sleep, Natasha, sleep." she slumped forward into Dracula's waiting arms at his command. He shifted his grip and scooped her up, laying her head against his shoulder before he walked over to the bed and placed her down gently. He placed the bed satin covers over her to keep her warm in a cold place like Castle Dracula, before leaving the room.
"Sweet dreams, little one."

The day after Natasha's kidnapping
Romania - Transylvania
After their sister had been kidnapped by the creatures that everyone believed was dead. Clare spent the entire first day after what happened the night before, trying to find answers but nobody was willingly to help her or her younger sister. She read every book she could find in the library whichheld no answer and then on the second day, Clare decided to head to Rome, which would take six days on a train, to find the man who informed Natasha of her 'inheritance'. Last time they checked, he said he was from Rome and still lived there.
With that, Clare took what she needed with her as she made her way to Rome. She prayed that her sister hadn't been killed or worse, turned into a creature of darkness herself. 'Please, be safe Tasha... Helps coming. Don't worry, hang in there.' she kept thinking as she finally reached her destination. She took a taxi to the Vatican as the man said he spent his time with the other Cardinals. She paid the taxi and approached the entrance where the other priests stood except they turned her away.
"I thought the Vatican were supposed to help those in need?!" she said to herself and then she saw him. He was walking across the courtyard. She ran towards him before stopping into a walk, shouting at him. "Raphael Harker?! I want a word with you!"
He stopped to face her only for her fist to collide with his left cheek and knocking him to the ground with a nosebleed. She had been taught on how to defend herself by Natasha when they were at school, not in a violent but in a self-defending way. Anger speared through Clare as she glared at the man on the ground before her. "She was taken three nights after moving in and we don't know why, beside from the fact that she hadn't done anything! My dear sister didn't do anything to deserve this!" she screamed. Her face turning red.
Gabriel Van Helsing was walking from the stables after having a few hours of sleep there where he saw Clare and Mr. Raphael in a shouting match. He stood to his feet and was preparing to raise his own fist until Van Helsing stepped in and caught the fist before it could strike the nineteen year old woman in the face. "I don't think you should do that, Mr Raphael. Even against a woman years younger than you."
"But?! She started it." Raphael shouted at the legendary monster hunter. Gabriel hadn't changed at all, in appearance wise. He wore different clothes to fit into the modern era and still wore his dustercoat on top. "I don't care, Raphael... never hit a woman." he turned towards Clare and took off his hat to her in respect. "Are you okay, Miss?"
"Yes, thank you. My sister's been kidnapped in Romania and he's the man who forgot to tell us about the vampires that still lurk nearby!" she screamed as she bursted into tears at the thought of her sister. Her smile, her personality and her way of looking after them as a mother-figure. "We don't know why they've taken her!"
"What's your sister's name?" the monster hunter asked the elder sister. "Natasha... she's a year younger than me but older than my other sister, Sophanne. She was taken on the third night we were staying in our new home... about eight-nine days ago. Please, you must help me."
"What about your parents?" he asked her, wanting to know more. "Well, we aren't biologically related but we love each other as if we were. Natasha's mother died when she was four, and mine and Sophanne's... mom died in a car accident when we were five and four." she didn't want to say the word because people didn't react well to a certain parent's occupation. "All three of us were placed into care upon our parents's deaths."
"Okay. I'll help you and your sister." with that Van Helsing left to grab his weapons and some horses while Clare waited round. Mr. Raphael had already left and should have because Clare wasn't done with him yet. Minutes later the monster hunter returned with horses and his sack of weapons as well as other things for the journey. Before both of them could leave, they were stopped by an descendant of Cardinal Jinette, his former superior.
"Mr. Van Helsing, you can't believe this child! Dracula nor any vampire hasn't been seen in hundred years!... not since you destroyed him in 1888." spoke the Cardinal. He wore the almost exact outfit his great-grandfather wore in the eighteenth century. It was satin red and had a golden cross on his chest.
"I believe her totally, father. I am going to help her and her sisters and destroy the vampire that has taken her sister. Even if it kills me." spoke the legend amongst monster slayers before he galloped his horse into the distance, with the Madeson sister behind him. It was illegal for people to ride horses, you just had to have a special liensce and Van Helsing did.
Six days and four hours later
Clare and Van Helsing reached the Romanian town via train and walking at steady pace. They reached the house in no time and Clare used her set of keys to open the doors before entering. As they entered, they were engulted in complete darkness and the eldest girl couldn't help but shout out. "Sophanne? Are you here? And why are the lights turned out?! Sophanne?!"
"I'm here," came the small whisperer above them. It was so small that it could be barely heard and both two people looked upwards to find Sophanne clutched herself to the top railing of the inside house-roof, she was trembling all over and was clutching with dear life. She was wearing a white t-shirt and pair of light blue jeans with sandles. Her blonde hair trailed down pass the wooden railing and into the air below. "Is that you Clare?"
"Yes, it's me... what happened, Soph?"
"Those creatures returned and I was so terrified that I was next, I hid. They were here for about two days, talking about Natasha... they took all her clothes with them and kept mumbling around some 'master'. I heard their names were Alina and Chloe." the youngest sister said, still clutching the railing. "Whose he?"
Van Helsing stepped forward, taking his hat off his head and bowed slightly. "Gabriel Van Helsing, miss. I'm here to help find your sister. I hunt monsters for a living."
"Pleased to meet you. Name's Sophanne Madeson." the youngest responded.
He looked at her and decided help get her down. "Here is what I'm going to do, Miss Madeson... Sophanne. I am going to hold my arms out and count to three to which you will let go and fall into my arms. Understand?" he told her. He tried to give her confidence but wasn't good at it because of his past. He had a history of letting innocents get hurt, like Anna. He promised to protect her and instead, she died by his hand.
"What if you accidently drop me or miss?"
"I won't... I give you my word." with that the young Madeson sister released her grip and squealed as she fell through the air towards the ground only to be caught bridal style in the monster hunter's arms. After catching her, he helped her onto her feet and saw her hug her sister in a huge death-crushing hug. After the hug, she turned to the older man and spoke, "Thank you, Mr Van Helsing."
"No need, madam."
Clare lead her sister and guest to the living area where she and her sister explained of what happened to their sister and the events leading up to their encounter with him. Van Helsing explained to the sisters he wouldn't let their sister down and promised to rescue her at all costs. He hated going on missions on his own, he missed Carl. He can remember their last assigment.
"Van Helsing... I don't want to go to Transylvania!"
Carl retired in the years following Transylvania due to old age and died with his friend by his side. He was buried days later, in the grounds of the Vatican. Van Helsing made sure to get rid of the old flowers and leave him new flowers every month. It was only a week ago did he leave fresh flowers on the late friar's grave.
"I swear here and now, your sister will be rescued and the vampire will be destroyed." the monster hunter vowed.

Castle Dracula
Count Vladislaus Dracula sat in his study with his eyes closed and his body in a relaxing position. The sunlight had leaked through the window and almost covered the entire room in bright light. It didn't bother him though, he's immune to the the effect of sunlight. Hours ago, he had introduced himself to the girl and had to make sure of who she was but he was certain he had the right girl. He was completely certain.
