The bed was a mess. Sheets strewn across the room and pillows laying haphazardly around the bed as 13 laid beside Isaac in the early hours of the morning.

"Isaac?" 13 asked the man who was snoozing softly to her left.

"Hmm?" Isaac asked, turning his head from the crook of her neck to look her in the face.

"It's time for use to get up. I can sense the fleet getting restless." 13 said, earning her a comforting hand on her cheek.

"Weren't you the one who said that work can wait?" Isaac asked with a cheeky grin.

"That was over 12 hours ago. It's a new day." 13 reasoned.

"So? We still have to wait for Tirpitz. Having her traverse any farther than here by herself would be dangerous." Isaac countered.

13 pouted a bit, but the pout turned to a giggle as she remembered the events of the night prior.

"Well, then what shall we do?" 13 asked.

"Well, since it is likely that the fleet is still asleep, we can surface and you can help me with something." Isaac said.

"Ooo. I like that. Come, get dressed." 13 said, laying another tender, yet devastatingly full, kiss on his lips.

"When you do things like that, it makes it hard for me to want to get out of this bed." Isaac said with a smile.

"I'll always be around, my love. You know where to find me." 13 said as she walked her bare body over to her dresser, giving Isaac a nice view as the soft light of the room adorned the two lovers.

"I have to say, giving you a bigger hull certainly had a drastic effect on your human form." Isaac said.

"I'm still getting used to the different height and... weight changes. But if it is to your liking... then I won't complain." 13 said as she slipped on a clean outfit.

Isaac got up and quickly dressed himself in his uniform from the night before.

"Shall we head up?" 13 asked as Isaac made the bed, returning it to the sight he had seen when he had first entered the night before.

"Yes. Hopefully none of the destroyers are awake... I'd hate to have to explain anything they may have heard." Isaac said.

"Nimi probably already knows." 13 offered.

"All of them probably do..." Isaac said with a defeated look on his face.

"Oh well. Cheer up. You're a strong healthy man. Wanting these things is not evil. Take pride in the fact that you find yourself in this situation." 13 said with a smile as she grabbed his hand and headed out, shutting the door to her room.

"You do make a fair point. Most men would kill to be in this position." Isaac said.

"Most men and women would kill to be in the positions we were in last night." 13 quipped.

Isaac held his free hand to his face.

"I know we were both thinking it... but when you say it..." Isaac said.

"What? It's true. I can see why you have such a... powerful... ring of wives, my love." 13 said.

"You're part of that now, you know." Isaac said.

13 held her hand up, seeing the lights shining off the pearl set into her ring.

"I know. And it makes me very happy. Finally, after months of waiting. I was able to repay you for saving my life back in Niue." 13 spoke as they headed towards the sail.

"You had already paid me back by joining me all those months ago. This... this was a result of my love for my fleet, and your returned love for me." Isaac said as 13 blushed.

"Gods... you say love and my body gets all hot again. What have you done to me, Shikikan?" 13 asked as she hid her face in Isaac's coat.

"I only gave you what you asked for, 13." Isaac retorted.

"I know... but I feel... it might become habit forming." 13 said.

Isaac chuckled.

"Well... in the words of a very passionate submarine... You know where to find me." Isaac said with a smile.

"Shut it..." 13 said, her voice muffled by the fabric of his coat.

"Alright. 13, raise us up, slowly. We may have drifted so we should be careful when surfacing." Isaac said.

"Aye, Shikikan." 13 said, the blush still present on her face.

Several minutes passed until 13 and Isaac were back on the surface and moored into one of the berths.

The top hatch opened, allowing 13 and Isaac to climb out.

Their emergence was accompanied by a loud whistle coming from where the aircraft carriers were moored.

Isaac shot a glance over, seeing a petite blonde sitting on the concrete facing the Shinano with her head turned to see them.

"Who's that?" 13 asked.

"If I recall... that's Archerfish." Isaac said.

"Archerfish? Are all Union submarines named after fish?" 13 queried.

"I think so. But I haven't met all of them, so I wouldn't know for sure." Isaac said.

"I see. Well, I think that one wishes to speak with us." 13 said, noting that the blonde was now actively running towards them.

"Archerfish? Is something the matter?" Isaac asked.

"Wow, pervy commander. You already know my name?" Archerfish asked.

"A buddy of mine served with you, back during the war. Now what's this about a 'pervy commander'?" Isaac asked, placing a hand on his hip.

"Ah, that would make sense. You know, Commander, I was the only Union submarine to keep a crew. The others refused to have a crew. Did your friend have a name?" Archerfish asked.

"Marcus. Now answer my question." Isaac said.

"Oh, that's simple. You had sex with the submarine to your left. All of us subs could hear it. Oh, and I also felt Eldridge using her Hydrophone last night while you two were screwing like animals." Archerfish said, earning her a glare from 13.

"Shikikan... I don't think I like this one." 13 said as she squeezed his hand.

"Oh come off it. Nobody else is awake to hear us. Just saying, we heard it. We hear everything. You should already know that water acts like an amplifier." Archerfish said.

"Yeah... I guess I should have thought of that." 13 said.

"Both of you, knock it off. I won't have any infighting among this fleet." Isaac demanded.

"Yes, Shikikan." 13 said.

"If it makes you feel better, that new American boy you brought into the fleet got laid last night too. So no need to feel too bad." Archerfish said before remembering something.

"Commander, you said your friend was named Marcus?" Archerfish asked.

"Yeah? Why?" Isaac asked.

Archerfish blushed a bit.

"He was the reason I kept a human crew." Archerfish said, leading Isaac to connect the dots right away.

"You know... that makes a lot of sense. He said he loved serving on the Archerfish. I never knew the appeal of being on a submarine, but after last night... I can see why." Isaac said as he ruffled 13's hair.

"Shikikan... I just brushed my hair." 13 pouted.

"Sorry. Force of habit." Isaac deflected.

"Is there something you needed from me, Archerfish?" Isaac asked, trying to reign in the conversation.

"Yes, actually. I remember seeing this vessel before." Archerfish said as she pointed to the Shinano.

"Well... according to your mission report, you should. That's the Shinano, the Yamato Class carrier that you sunk towards the end of the war." Isaac said.

"So she's here?" Archerfish asked.

"Yeah... if her vessel is here, that would be the next logical assumption." Isaac said.

"So... can I meet her?" Archerfish asked.

"I mean... she is part of the fleet. I would like you all to get to know each other considering that we will need everyone at some point." Isaac reasoned.

"Do you know where she is?" Archerfish asked.

"I was below the water for the last 12 hours. I don't even know what time it is." Isaac spoke.

"You have a point..." Archerfish said, realizing the idiocy of her question.

"Well, if that's everything, I'm going to go and check a few things and get the fleet ready to leave when Tirpitz arrives." Isaac said.

"Alright, Commander. I'll be around here, waiting for Shinano." Archerfish said as she walked back towards the massive carrier.

"I still don't think I like her... she's a loudmouth." 13 said.

Isaac shrugged.

"She is a submarine. Hearing things is what you all have had to do to survive. It was only a matter of time before a submarine heard something like that." Isaac said.

"I know... but she didn't have to say anything about it." 13 pouted again.

"I know. I'm sorry. But maybe we can forget about that and we can go check up on Bremerton." Isaac said.

"Oh?" 13 asked.

"She should be in recover from Vengeance's procedure." Isaac said as he and 13 made their way towards the Vengeance.

"So let me get this straight. You mean to tell me that you... WANT me to take multiple wives?" Michael asked, yawning as he, Amagi and Shinano had been talking all night.

Amagi turned her head but nodded.

"I... I don't know why. I love you, more than you know. You found my hull and by a stroke of luck, you fixed me. I became useful to my nation because of you. That is why I pushed for you to be my commander." Amagi explained.

"But then wouldn't that make you want to keep me for yourself?" Michael asked.

"No. We would not be having this conversation would that be the case." Amagi said.

"We are... whimsical beings at best, Mr. Michael. Sometimes, even we do not know why we want things. And we may spend forever trying to figure it out. It is best to not dwell on it too much." Shinano reasoned.

"So... if I took another... or multiple wives... you'd be okay with it?" Michael asked.

Amagi hesitated, feeling the full gravity of the question.

"I... I do not mind sharing you with others, if it is your wish." Amagi blurted out before she had time to stop herself.

"Hmm." Michael mulled over the conversation in his head.

"I will think on it. This is something that will impact both of us, my love." Michael said as Shinano adjusted her Kimono, giving Michael a view of black fur.

"Is that?" Michael started.

"Yes. But I do not know how to make it a reality for myself." Amagi said as Shinano gently divested Yume from her breast and cradled the child in her arms.

"So Kansen can have children... and this is Isaac's?" Michael asked.

Shinano nodded.

"Her name is Yume." Shinano spoke softly as Yume opened her eyes and cooed at Shinano.

"Dream, huh? Knowing you, that makes sense." Michael said as he turned back to Amagi.

"I shall think on this. But as we have been up all night discussing this... I would like to rest now." Michael said.

Amagi nodded as she went to stand, prompting Michael to grab her hand and keep her planted.

Shinano realized immediately and stood.

"Have a good rest, Mr. Michael. I will inform Isaac that you will be... predisposed for the better part of the day." Shinano said as she walked out, closing the door behind her.

"How is she?" Isaac asked.

"The operation was a flawless success. The bandages will be coming off tomorrow, where I will perform a couple of tests to ensure that the ocular implant is operating properly. Then I will... do as you asked with Zero, as much as I hate not being able to hurt her like she hurt me." Vengeance said.

"I know it isn't the best arrangement. But, I will not stop you from killing Sirens you find in the field. None of us will. And unless they come to us with a surrender, you are free to fight with every ounce of power you have." Isaac said.

"I will hold you to that, Isaac. I will not allow my anger to stew for much longer." Vengeance warned.

"Tester Beta is our current target. When we arrive in the Philippines, I expect you to fight like your life depends on it." Isaac said.

"None shall survive." Vengeance promised.

13 nudged Isaac with her elbow.

Isaac turned to face her.

"Norfolk is asking you to put your helmet on. She has acquired a connection with Tirpitz." 13 said.

"Look after Bremerton, understood?" Isaac asked as he looked at Vengeance.

"No harm shall come to her. She is resting in the corner. I shall continue monitoring her." Vengeance said as Isaac nodded and headed out of the medical bay and put on his helmet, handed to him by 13 who had ran back to her vessel while Isaac was talking with Vengeance.

"Hello?" Isaac asked as he tapped the side.

"You had asked to speak with me, Kommandant?" Tirpitz asked.

"Are you okay?" Isaac asked.

"Of course. Why would I not be?" Tirpitz asked.

"Norfolk picked up Strength putting out a lot of energy. Like she was fighting someone." Isaac said.

"Oh... her. Yeah we had a bit of a run in with Strength and her defense force at the cape of South America. Never to worry however, we made it through. The Missouri however was heavily damaged." Tirpitz reported.

"WHAT?!" Isaac yelled, causing 13 to jump.

"Nimitz survived and the hull of the Missouri is being towed back to Bermuda by Graf Spee. Illustrious, Prinz Eugen and I are continuing our trek, trying to put distance between South America and ourselves." Tirpitz said.

"Shit... Did you tell Spee to make sure she isn't tracked? There is a massive Union fleet docked in Bermuda." Isaac said.

"You act as if I don't know this. I know how to command my forces, Kommandant." Tirpitz said, a hint of agitation in her voice.

"You're right... I apologize. Are the three of you alright?" Isaac asked.

"A bit banged up. But we lived, and we took out her little pet during the battle. So we came out on top." Tirpitz said.

"I will require a full debrief when you arrive. If your damage isn't critical, we will be moving out when you and your forces arrive." Isaac said.

"Understood, Kommandant. We shall be there in a few days." Tirpitz said as she cut the line.

13 looked at Isaac who had removed his helmet.

"Everything alright, my love?" 13 asked.

"We may have kicked a Hornet's nest. Tirpitz and her force, along with the Missouri engaged Strength and her defense fleet, killing one of Strength's subordinates." Isaac said.

"That's a good thing... right?" 13 asked.

"Strength is the one who mutilated U-556. She targets humans for fun. It sounds like the Missouri was nearly a total loss." Isaac said.

13's face went pale.

"Do you think we'll be attacked?" 13 asked.

"I will have to evacuate Bermuda. Zero spoke of a resistance in Gibraltar. Maybe I can send the Bermuda fleet there." Isaac said.

"According to Norfolk, Observer Alpha would be the only real threat in that region. Purifier is tied up in Russia. And the Arbiters are in the America's. Compiler is in the UK, so she could be a non issue due to her having to cross Alpha's territory to attack Gibraltar. So that may be a good idea." 13 said.

"Then we shall do that. Let's get to the Norfolk. Time is of the essence." Isaac said as he and 13 bolted onto the deck of the Vengeance and down the gangway towards the Norfolk.
