Isaac looked through the visor on his helmet at the Island in front of him. It wasn't big by any means, merely a dot lost in the middle of the vast Pacific. But it was home to more people that needed his and his fleet's help. Looking from left to right, Isaac scanned the beachfront, looking for any signs of a trap. He tapped the side of his helmet and connected his comms to the Enterprise.

"Enterprise, can you hear me?" Isaac asked.

"Loud and clear, Admiral." Enterprise replied.

"Are Michael and Jager with you?" Isaac queried.

"Yes, Sir. They have been here on the bridge exploring. Along with the myriad of scientists exploring below deck. It seems they are interested in the technology that makes up my hull." Enterprise explained.

"That would make sense, Enty. Hell, I'm itching to get over there and take a look myself. Zero and Vengeance both say your hull comes from the future, so I'd be lying if I said I wasn't interested in taking a look." Isaac said.

"Hmm… I never really thought of it that way, Admiral. But back to the matter at hand, did you need something?" Enterprise asked.

"I do. Can you send Jager out in his fighter? I know he had it stored in your hanger deck as per his assignment." Isaac requested.

"I can, but how should I brief him?" Enterprise asked.

"I need a flyover of the Island of Palau to determine if it is safe to dock in the shallows temporarily." Isaac said.

"You're sending him out as AA bait?" Enterprise asked.

"No, Enterprise. I'm not so careless as to waste a pilot like him. He will be the eyes. I want you to send a detachment of Skyraiders to accompany him and act as a shield for his aircraft. If you are engaged by AA fire, I want your planes to break off and engage the ground targets with HE bombs and rockets as I have seen equipped on your planes before. I will connect my comms to his craft to receive the intel." Isaac said.

"Well spoken, Commander. He may be our old enemy, but he is still a man. I would be most upset if you were to throw his life away needlessly." Enterprise spoke before cutting the line.

"I wonder where she got that notion from…" Isaac spoke softly to himself.

"Dear Husband, you could have made yourself clear from the beginning. It is not hard to jump to that conclusion when you say something like that." Friedrich said as she pushed herself against his back.

"You're being rather forward today, Friedrich." Isaac said as he looked over his shoulder.

"But of course, dear husband. I've been holding back since the birth of your… our child. But there is only so long that a loving woman can go without the touch of her beloved husband." Friedrich spoke softly next to Isaac's head.

"I think I understand. And I'm assuming it would be foolish of me to think that this is only happening to you." Isaac said.

"As perceptive as always." Friedrich jabbed sarcastically.

"Ouch…" Isaac said in a slightly offended tone.

"To be fair, dear husband, you tend to be rather dense when it comes to these kinds of things." Friedrich spoke in her more sensual tone.

"I know… but you didn't have to call me on it." Isaac said as he turned to her.

Isaac's heart leapt into his throat when he saw Odin, Nimi, Friedrich, and Eagle standing behind him.

"We all feel the same." Eagle said as she looked at the others, who nodded in agreement.

"We all held ourselves back with the birth of Yume. Aside from 13, who has eagerly awaited your blessing since Niue, nobody has wanted to take you away from your… I mean our child." Nimi said with a blush on her face.

"You're the second to make that mistake, Nimi. Yume isn't just my child. She is a child of this fleet. Everyone before me is just as much her mother as Shinano is. I expect you all to act as such, which you all have done with flying colors." Isaac said as a familiar yawn filled his ear.

"Shikikan?" Shinano asked softly as Isaac turned to see her standing on deck next to him, her shoes wet from the trip over to the Norfolk from her vessel.

"Shinano, speak of the devil and he shall appear." Isaac said, earning him confused looks from all the wives present.

"Devil?" Friedrich asked.

"It's a saying I got from my father. It refers to the more… taboo side of things, when people would 'make deals with the devil.'" Isaac said.

"But if it is such a bad thing, why would you refer to Shinano in such a way?" Nimi asked.

"It's not referring to Shinano as a devil. It is said that if you speak the name of the devil, then he shall appear before you and you can make a deal. Well, in this case, I said Shinano's name no less than five minutes ago, and yet without me calling for her over the radio, she's here on the deck of the Norfolk with us." Isaac elaborated.

"I see. I shall try to use this." Odin said as Isaac shook his head.

"Is something wrong?" Friedrich asked.

"It's funny. You know? We're here, in the biggest ocean on planet Earth, fighting aliens… for all intents and purposes… and we're here joking like this and acting like this is a normal situation." Isaac said as he leaned back against the rail.

"So you can come up with something like that, but you can't tell when a girl loves you?" Eagle asked.

Isaac was taken aback by her pointed statement.

"Anyway, what can I do for you, Shinano?" Isaac asked, deflecting the question and moving in a completely different direction.

"Yume has been rather restless lately. I haven't managed to sleep much since we rescued the Chinese cruisers. I was hoping you could take her for a while so I could sleep." Shinano pleaded.

"You don't have to ask me like that, Shinano. Here, come to Papa, Yume." Isaac said as he took Yume from Shinano, causing a bashful smile to cross her face.

"Thank you, Shikikan." Shinano said as she walked over and lifted Isaac's helmet just enough to plant a soft kiss on his lips.

"Sleep well, my love." Isaac said as Shinano retreated to her vessel for some much needed rest.

"Dear Husband…" Friedrich said.

"You all. If we can make it through the Philippines, I will give you what you desire. But for now, we cannot afford to take our eyes off of our main objective." Isaac said as Friedrich took Yume.

"Kommandant… I don't agree with that form of reasoning." Odin said as her eyes glowed a soft red.

Isaac looked around to see the others advancing on him.

"G-girls…" Isaac said as Norfolk peeked out from the superstructure. Friedrich took that moment to hand off Yume to Norfolk before producing her rigging and turning towards Isaac.

"Do you have any idea how hard it is to keep ourselves at bay? All of this pent up frustration and stress. It's your duty as a husband to help us, Kommandant." Odin said as Isaac saw a cackle of electricity spark between her fingers as she reached for him.

Isaac was helpless to resist as his bevy of wives quickly subdued him and escorted him below deck.

"Spee? Spee. Are you alright?" Ranger asked as Spee opened her eyes.

"W-where am I?" Spee asked.

"You're onboard the Akashi. Just relax. You've more than pulled your weight." Ranger said as she knelt down next to Spee's bed.

"The Union Admiral?" Spee asked.

"Admiral Nimitz is safe thanks to your efforts. Please, lay back down." Ranger said as she tried to keep Spee from sitting up, but her hand was gently pushed aside.

"I can't sit here all day. I need to get my vessel repaired." Spee said.

"The Bulins are taking care of it, Nyaa." Akashi said.

"No. I do my own maintenance. The men back in Germany tried but they always messed it up." Spee said.

"The Bulins are well versed in every nation's form of shipbuilding. They will do good work, Nyaa." Akashi defended her workers.

Spee thought about it for a moment.

"Fine. But if there's one bolt missing, I will not allow them to work on my vessel again." Spee said.

"Agreeable terms, nyaa." Akashi said as she handed Spee a cup of water.

Spee took the cup and drank.

"Spee, you were doing well with the Bulins back in Bermuda, why the change all of a sudden?" Ranger asked.

"I did my own maintenance. They never touched my vessel. So I had no reason to be upset. But now they are being used against my will. I have every right to be upset." Spee said.

"I suppose you do." Ranger said as she sat back. Several seconds later, Washington came in holding Max's hand.

"So. I hear this little cruiser took on Strength's forces on the way here." Washington said as she looked at Spee.

"I did. What of it?" Spee asked.

"Congrats. I know you're some special kind of cruiser that the Gerry's concocted, but no cruiser… not even Minneapolis or Baltimore could have pulled off what you did, with one turret even. That has earned you my respect, kid." Washington said as Max looked at her.

"Miss Washington? Who is this?" Max asked as he pointed to Spee.

"That is Admiral Graf Spee of the Ironblood navy. She is a Heavy Cruiser, like Wichita. But she has bigger guns and more armor. She saved a lot of people." Washington said in a soft tone.

"Wow! Do you think she's as powerful as you?" Max asked.

"Well, it's not fair to compare us. I'm a full bodied Battleship. I have nine 16 inch guns and a lot of extra armor. She, from what I've seen, has six 11 inch guns and eight 6 inch guns with heavy cruiser level armor." Washington explained.

"So she's like a mini you?" Max asked.

"If I may, I am a Panzerschiff, or an Armored Ship. I was given the nickname of pocket battleship by the Royal Navy." Spee interrupted.

"Pocket Battleship?" Max asked.

"Like a battleship you can fit in your pocket." Spee joked with a soft smile.

"What she means is that the Royal Navy considered her so much of a threat, that they labeled her as a smaller battleship on account of her guns and armor being more than that of similar sized cruisers." Washington spoke.

"Woah…" Max said as he held Washington's hand tighter.

"She won't hurt you, Max. I don't think she'd want to." Washington said.

"Of course not. I am a friend." Spee said.

"I see the island." Eugen spoke.

"Can you hail the Kommandant?" Tirpitz asked.

"I can't. It seems that the channel he contacted us before is only bringing up static." Eugen reported.

"Wait, I'm picking up something below the surface." Eugen spoke before Tirpitz had a chance to speak.

"Eugen?" A voice asked.

"47?!" Eugen asked.

"The Kommandant left me here to make contact with you. Did you make the trip safely?" U-47 asked.

"We encountered Strength and her forces, but we prevailed." Tirpitz said as U-47 surfaced and scrambled to reach the conning tower. Tirpitz walked onto her main deck to see U-47 kneeling on one knee.

"Lady Tirpitz." U-47 spoke.

"At Ease." Tirpitz said with a chuckle.

"It is so nice to see you again, my lady." U-47 spoke formally.

"As is you, 47." Tirpitz said as she ruffled the submarine's hair.

"So… where is this grand fleet?" Tirpitz asked.

"Palau. I can take you immediately. I just received word earlier today from Norfolk that they had to make a slight detour." U-47 explained.

"I see. Let us go at once. My reunion with my sister must not be delayed further." Tirpitz said as U-47 nodded.

"Then let us be off, my lady." 47 said as she remained on the Tirpitz as 47's vessel sunk below the waves.
