Yes, I KNOW I originally had this "complete"... Then Tears of the Kingdom came out. So, thus I had to redo the ending.

Remnants of Hyrule

Ch 6: End of a Mage

To say Ruby was excited over Jaune's newly created Crocea Mors was an understatement. She had nearly followed her sister's interaction with their shared Arc fiancé. Jaune just smiled as he felt a weight lift off of his shoulders. He had recreated the weapon of this Great-Grandfather. He had-with a lot of help-destroyed Calamity Ganon.

He had lived up to his ancestors...and especially to his beloved brother: Link.

Yet Reports kept a feeling of Joy to a minimum. Vaati had torn apart the pitch black Typho ruins: or at least had blown apart a bunch of trees enough to let light into it.

Now winds swirled outside of the sanctum of Hyrule Castle as the Wind Beast saught to make the castle it's stronghold.

Teams RWBY and JNPR were there to meet him with the four Champions.

"Everyone listen up." Jaune spoke with the Master Sword drawn, "Only Holy weapons can hurt him, but other ones can stun him." Shadows gathered together to form the dark copy Shadow Ruby.

"Ruby. Take out your wannabe quickly." Yang said as she punched her Ember Celica together and her hair lit up. Urbosa smirked as a Lizalfos tried leaping at her and the Gerudo Champion slammed her shield into it's chest and she stabbed it with her Scimitar of Seven.

Shadow Ruby's cloak turned red as the original drew the Four Sword and split into four copies and the silver-eyed warrior clashed swords with her dark copy.

Pyrrha ducked as Jaune deflected a laser from Vaati's eye back at the Wind Mage back into said eye as black skin tore apart and purple blood spilled from the torn skin and it roared, forming a barrier of tornadoes around it.

Ruby ducked under a slash as Weiss froze a Black Moblin and let Blake shatter it, before Ruby stabbed her Four Sword into her Shadow Copy's gut. The monster shrieked in pain before shaking her head and it's cloak turned purple. Ruby quickly pulled out her sword and deflected the Dark Sword of Shadow Ruby. The shadow quickly glanced at the Blue and Green cloaked copies of Ruby stabbing their swords into the back of it's creator and growled.

If it could take out the original, the copies would die as well.

Turning her attention back to Ruby, it smirked knowing that it could only be harmed by the one with the purple cloak; It's adaptation allowing some resistance to the Holy Weapon. Only then it's smirk turned into a look of confusion seeing an absolutely smug look on the original.

"Bye!" Ruby said at it, and the Shadow's eyes widened in horror as it realized it had lost track of the purple-cloaked copy...and then Dark Ruby's head was sliced off her shoulders as it burst into smoke.

This was not how Vaati had planned things to go. Unfortunately for the Wind Mage, it's attack had come as the heroes had been meeting with the new King. Only it's fury and Pride kept it from retreating. The green-clad Ninja kept bombarding him with bomb arrows, while the blonde and redhead women kept blasting him with Darkness-Forsaken Holy Magic: further weakening him! Two copies of the Four Sword were stabbed into it's back; he could feel the two swords trying to seal him away again.

Vaati saw Pyrrha collapse from exhausting her magic and, with golden magic crackling along it's body, lashed a shadow-covered claw at her. She watched with horrified eyes as Jaune stood in front of her; ready to take the blow...

But then the Champions leapt in front of him at the last moment, shadowy magic covering their bodies and causing spams as they were sent skidding along the stone ground.

The last two Ruby's joined the two on Vaati's back and stabbed their Four Swords into it's back. Jaune focused and rammed the Master Sword into it's eye until only the hilt remained exposed.

Golden light cracked along it's body as it collapsed to the ground. The once powerful winds around it pitiful breezes. Finally, all five swords glowed and Vaati exploded into light and shadows.

Instead of celebrating, Jaune was immediately at Mipha's side.

"The Magic is attacking her Aura..." Jaune said, and his eyes narrowed as he pulled on the aura she gave him to call upon her ability.

"Jaune...you'll lose our abilities..." Mipha weakly said.

"These powers mean NOTHING if I can't save those I care for!" Jaune roared, pushing her Aura back into Mipha and he could feel the Darkness harming her shattering as he lost Mipha's Grace.

He was then by Urbosa's side, repeating the process. Then Daruk, then Revali-the most stubborn of the four at accepting his Aura back.

Revali just looked as if someone broke a bow right in front of him. "Why...why did you give up these abilities?"

"As I told Mipha. These abilities are useless if I can't use them to save others." Jaune replied, sheathing the Master Sword, "Besides, you four are the best at using them."

King Ozpin knew that rebuilding would take quite a while...and that now the Castle was in worse shape due to Vaati's Assault. Thus, they had no choice but to move Jaune's house BACK to Hateno Village-lest it get crushed by falling debris. Still, the remaining Bulkheads would be used to move Vah Rudania and Vah Nabooris-as Vah Medoh could fly and Vah Ruta could swim. He had a new mission for the four Champions and their Divine Beasts.

They would watch over the rebuilding and restructuring of Remnant.

Rudania and Daruk would go to Mistral and especially Menagerie-the Island that was known to house the Faunus. Daruk's cheerful nature and outgoingness would win over the Faunus and show that they really did mean no harm. Rudania would be mostly for show, but would be usefull at destroying any Grimm.

Mipha and Ruta would go into Vale. Mipha's upbringing as a Zora Princess would help her navigate the politicians around Vale and her kindness would win over the public. Of course before she left she took Jaune to go swimming before they then...um..."went swimming.."

Urbossa would be sent into Vaccuo. Her upbringing as a Gerudo made her adept at desert habitats, and her stern yet teasing and fair nature would help break Vaccuo's tendency of "Survival of the Fittest" and bring in an era where inhabitants would work together to help everyone. Nabooris would be a good detterant for those who thought badly of this change.

Finally, Revali and Medoh would go into Atlas. Being a Rito, he was adapted to withstanding the colder weather Atlas was known for. Medoh would keep the more militant forces in line to prevent more power grabs, and Revali's pride wouldn't allow the words and feelings of others at being ordered by a "nonhuman" to slow his drive and mission.

Little did they know...beneath the depths of Hyrule Castle...Evil was stirring. The Source of Calamity Ganon would soon emerge...
