Hey, everyone! Good news! I've posted the final part of Temptation's Flower, under the new title name, "Enraptured by You". I hope you will check it out! My goal is to complete the story sometime between late 2022 and late 2023. Chapters will be significantly longer, and the romance between Youko and Kagome will happen there. Yuuta's name has been changed to Seijun in "Enraptured by You", and there will be slight changes made to Shippo's character as well. Aside from all that, I have a lot of surprises in store for everyone in this final part of the story. Less fillers and more focus on plot/romance. I'm estimating that the story may range less than 100,000 words, but we shall see what happens.
Slight Spoiler for what we "Originally" had planned for Temptation's Flower:
Originally, my friend planned for Kagome to be inside the Goshinboku Tree during the entire course of the story, sort of like a paradox and the voice she heard at the end of chapter one was actually her voice calling for help, for something she failed to do in the feudal era. But considering that it led to a confusing plot, especially with the spirit detectives entangled into, we decided to get rid of that. It wasn't long until Yashahime was released with the idea that Rin was trapped inside the tree, and that was a big no no for our story, thus, we agreed to get rid of it. xD
Using the Goshinboku Tree was originally my idea, whereas it was originally MWMI's idea to use Kagome inside the tree. I didn't like the idea of reusing the well and wanted to create something new for this story. But when it comes to the final part of this story, "Enraptured by You", I'll be changing up the plot and beginning the romance between Youko and Kagome somewhat early on, with a few other surprises. I hope you look forward to that.
