When Goki landed softly on the ground in front of Megaton's entrance; immediately her temporary traveling companion let go of her as if she were some kind of monster (rabid deathclaw).
"Don't you ever ... do that again ... without warning me ..." said Sarah between her teeth as she gave a look of few friends to the 'flying heroine' ... Yes, she had already qualified her with that nickname.
The woman with palm-tipped black hair scratched the back of her neck with her right hand at the look her traveling companion gave her.
"Hehehe... I'm sorry, Sarah," Goki apologized with an embarrassed tone, because she knew she sometimes went overboard on certain occasions; and this was one of them.
The silver-blonde-haired woman rolled her eyes at the words of the 'busty heroine' ... Yes, she used two nicknames to qualify her.
"Yeah, yeah, let's get this over with," Sarah growled as she started walking into the settlement with the intention of confronting her former boss once and for all.
The woman with eyes as dark as coal silently followed her traveling companion; everything was relatively normal and calm, but this came to an end when they arrived at Craterside Supply.
"Well, well ... But, look who we have here."
Both women look up meeting the blue eyes of a white-haired guy.
"Moriarty," Sarah spat out the guy's name with absolute hatred.
The Saiyan woman looked with a touch of curiosity at the man standing on the railing in front of a store; because to her eyes he didn't look strong let alone intimidating.
"Is that old man Moriarty?" asked Goki loud enough to draw the attention of several people walking by.
Both the silver-haired woman and the white-haired man; the former with her mouth slightly and the latter with a level of surprise of huge surprise, which quickly transitioned to another emotion.
"Watch your words, girl," Moriarty warned with a slight hint of anger at her lack of respect for his person.
Sarah was about to say a rude word to the guy who had her working on things she didn't want, but she couldn't because the 'flying heroine' beat her to the punch when she started walking towards Moriarty; obviously she didn't stop her because she knew what she was capable of if the latter came to give her a good punch ... And even more so with that slightly muscular body.
The bar owner watched the young woman with the hot body carefully to see what she wanted from him, but also his anger was still latent because he was no 'old man'; since he was still in his 'prime of youth'.
"No. Now you're going to listen to me," Goki growled curtly the moment he was in front of the guy older than her.
Silver shuddered at the cold tone of voice of the 'busty heroine' because it was no longer the tone of an innocent and somewhat naive young girl.
"Oh?" said Moriarty with mild interest in his facial expression; ignoring the change in tone of the woman with the huge boobs ... Damn, they looked even bigger up close!
The woman with spiky black hair in the shape of a palm tree looked at the human in front of her without blinking at any time.
"You will stop threatening Sarah," Goki ordered with a touch of coldness.
The blue-eyed man raised an eyebrow at the woman's own warning of flashy clothing and exotic colors because the change in her attitude was all over.
"Or else what, girl?" asked Moriarty with a mocking tone, ignoring his former employee's smirk; then he would give that foul traitor her comeuppance.
The charcoal-dark-eyed woman stood thoughtfully for a few seconds before replying to the smirking fellow.
"Or, if not, I'll kick your ass so hard you won't be able to sit down for a year," Goki promised with absolute certainty, while at the same time waving his left leg in a sign that he would do it.
The bar owner was already starting to get tired of this rude girl's nonsense threats; so he prepared his right hand to give her a good, hard slap to settle her ideas, and in the process put her in her place.
"And what if I told you that I told you-"
"You'd better calm down, you fucker," Goki warned with a touch of anger as she stopped the guy's hand, although she knew it wouldn't hurt him with such a weak blow; she preferred to do it with the intention of teaching him a lesson that Moriarty would never in his life forget.
"Filthy bitch of- AGHHHHHHHHH!"
The Saiyan woman's hand squeezes the immobilized hand a little causing the white-haired guy to let out a cry of pain that was heard throughout Megaton.
"Are you calmed down yet?", Goki asked with a calm tone; but he only got the guy's moans of pain as an answer. "I'll take that as a yes... Now, will you stop bothering Sarah?" she asked again, as she exerted a little more pressure on Moriarty's hand and swore, she heard a 'crack' ... Oops.
The pain was so bad that the bar owner fell to his knees because he could no longer stand; even his brain wasn't functioning properly at this point in the face of the superhuman strength the young woman had, which had him pinned and vulnerable on the floor.
"Yes, dammit! YES! I won't bother her anymore!" agreed Moriarty loudly, while at the same time gritting his teeth hard not to scream again; enough was enough of this humiliation and he didn't want another one on his list.
Immediately, the woman with palm-tipped black hair let go of the blue-eyed guy's hand; who immediately crawled away from her crawling across the floor to a 'safe' position, all the while cradling her injured hand.
"See, it wasn't that hard, old man," Goki said with the same sweet smile as always, which caused the bar owner to wince slightly with different emotions.
The gray-haired adult man got up from the floor with a touch of difficulty because he was not used to this kind of pain and humiliation ... Even his father had never done anything like this to him; soon his fear turned to fury.
"... This won't stay like this," Moriarty growled with absolute anger, while at the same time he went inside his bar; not before giving one last dangerous look to the monster of a woman who ruined his reputation.
Our beloved protagonist let out a sigh at the guy's nasty attitude because not even Vegeta was that annoying ... Well, actually, no, but he was close.
"What's wrong with these people?" asked Goki with her gaze on the door of the bar, where Moriarty had entered so she wouldn't see him for who knows how long; but she hoped it would be for a long time.
When the lower-class Saiyan woman turned around she found a small crowd of people (among them was Sarah) staring at her in shock and disbelief.
"Problem solved!" said Goki loudly, while at the same time making a thumbs up with his right hand in the direction of his temporary traveling companion.
The former prostitute remained silent and at all times watching with wide eyes of surprise, but she came out of this state when she heard the voice of the 'Heroine of Orange and Blue' ... Yes, from now on she would start calling her like this.
"Thank you, Goki..." Sarah whispered with tears of relief and happiness escaping her blue eyes.
The small crowd of people immediately surrounded the exotic black-haired woman; where they began to bombard her with questions of all kinds.
With David
After jogging for ten minutes, the Lone Wanderer had arrived at the gates of Megaton where he did not hesitate to enter to look for Goki so that he would not make a mistake that could bring trouble to both of them ... Although he got a surprise when he saw that the latter gave that damned swindler his comeuppance without overdoing it, that is to say that he did not use that superhuman strength that could have torn Moriarty to pieces without problems.
"She never ceases to amaze me..." muttered David with a small smile as he watched the smiling woman with striking black eyes give a thumbs up with her right hand towards the onlookers.
The man raised in Vault 101 watched as the small crowd of people surrounded the Saiyan woman where they started asking her all sorts of questions; for a moment he thought about helping her, but then thought better of it and let her 'suffer' for a bit.
"In the meantime, I'm going to go check on her, Brayan," David said to himself as he remembered that he had left the boy without saying anything to her and it's possible that he was worried about them.
Without further ado, the Lone Wanderer turned around and started walking in the direction of home.
Returned With Goki-Kakaroko
Our beloved protagonist was walking alongside Sarah; the former had just gotten rid of the small crowd that had bombarded her with questions and ultimately left her very dizzy.
"Goki!"
The woman with tousled spiky black hair stopped dead in her tracks the moment she heard a female voice call out to her.
"Yes?" said Goki as she turned around meeting a woman she didn't know.
"I'm Lucy, Lucy West ... I saw how you bravely stood up to Moriarty; not fearing him at any point ... I-I wanted to ask you if you could help me with something."
The Saiyan woman perked up at the chance to distract herself for a good while because after answering so many questions from her 'fans' left her mentally exhausted.
Whereas, Sarah didn't really agree and less for free; but she decided to stay silent and listen to her friend's answer.
"Of course! What do you need?" asked Goki with a lot of enthusiasm, while her eyes shone reflecting happiness at the possibility of fighting against something.
The blue-eyed woman for a moment was taken by surprise at the positivity of the woman with the voluptuous body, but then she formed a small smile.
"Can you deliver this letter to my family in Arefu? Please, you would be doing me a great favor," Lucy assured her; and she prayed to God that she would accept because she hadn't heard news about her family in quite some time.
The woman with eyes as dark as coal nodded her head and quickly took the letter from the human's hands.
The woman nicknamed 'Silver' only let out an annoyed snort at how easily her friend accepted things; this could bring her a lot of trouble in the near future, but who was she to tell her what to do and what not to do?
"Understood!", Goki accepted without thinking about the request; though she was suddenly silent for a few seconds. "But ... Where is this 'Arefu'...?" she finally asked as she tilted her head to the side; making her look very kawai.
Sarah rolled her eyes for the second time since meeting her savior; no doubt she was either dumb or had been living under a rock her whole life.
The blue-eyed woman blinked at the woman's exotic black hair question, but had no trouble answering her.
"I almost forgot that you're new ... Well, it's a small settlement consisting of four houses located on top of a ruined bridge across the Potomac River," Lucy explained every detail where her former home where her family lives was located.
The woman with black hair spiked in the shape of a palm tree stared at the human to whom she had agreed to do her a certain favor; she even frowned trying to understand what the latter told her.
"... Potomac? What is that?" asked Goki with a clear expression of complete confusion.
The blonde was speechless at the questions of the young woman in striking orange with blue clothing: because she did not expect the latter to be a total null regarding the settlements and geography of Capital Wasteland.
The woman with the nickname 'Silver' rolled her eyes for the third time since meeting her friend, as apparently what she had previously thought about her friend was confirmed.
"Take it easy, Lucy. I got this."
The three women turned at the new voice; only two of them recognized the man.
"David!" exclaimed Goki the name of the Lone Wanderer.
The man who grew up in Vault 101 formed a small smile as he was infected by the happiness of his adventuring companion.
"Hello, Goki," David greeted his excited traveling companion.
Lucy and Sarah silently watched the interaction of the quirky duo, but also felt some jealousy for different reasons each.
"Ehem..." Lucy coughed into her right hand to get the attention of a certain duo; which she succeeded in doing. "So... Can I count on you, Goki?" she asked with a touch of jealousy because David never looked at her and talked to her that way.
Our beloved protagonist remembered her promise and immediately turned away from the Lone Wanderer.
"Of course, Lucy!" replied Goki loudly, while at the same time preparing to take flight right there; not realizing that first of all he didn't know where this 'Arefu' was. "I'll take this letter to your family and-"
"Hold it right there, Goki."
The young black-haired woman stopped short of flying away from Megaton when the hand of a certain blonde-haired man grabbed her left shoulder.
Sarah looked like she was about to yell at the orange and blue heroine for wanting to fly away; no doubt the latter was too airheaded and impulsive.
Meanwhile, Lucy looked confused at the woman with striking hips because the latter looked up at the sky and made a strange movement with her legs ... Did she want to jump?
"Huh? What is it, David?" asked Goki with a confused and curious expression.
The Lone Wanderer let out a sigh of relief because he stopped just in time his traveling companion from flying off in front of dozens of witnesses ... No doubt that would have been very difficult to explain.
"Well ... Bryan told me he wanted to see you, plus remember you still have no idea where Arefu is; only my Pip-Boy can tell you where it is more accurately," David replied hoping that the woman with superhuman strength would get the hint, and they were doing this so that Lucy wouldn't know about the abilities of a certain Saiyan woman ... Because they didn't know what she could do with that kind of complicated information.
Our beloved protagonist blinked a couple of times as she remembered that; not getting the hint from the man who grew up in Vault 101.
"Oh..." said Goki with a thoughtful look; which quickly turned into a smile. "Let's go see Brayan!" he exclaimed with much enthusiasm, while at the same time turning around and starting to run.
The three watched with a bead of anime-style sweat as their friend went in the opposite direction of the Lone Wanderer's house.
Ten Minutes Later
When David, Goki and Sarah entered the former's house after the previous little problem; the Saiyan woman was the first to enter and say something out loud:
"Hello-"
She was interrupted when a pair of small arms wrapped around her waist in a hug and when she saw who it was, she was shocked.
"Hey, Bryan... What's up?" she asked with a slightly confused expression due to the fact that she didn't get hugged very often; it wasn't that she didn't like hugs, on the contrary, but it was strange.
The brown-haired boy continued to hug the woman who saved him from being eaten alive by the giant fire ants.
"I was worried about you, Miss Goki..." murmured Brayan a reply with a touch of difficulty because he was between the huge breasts of his savior.
The woman with black spiky black hair in the shape of a palm tree changed her confused expression to a happy one, while at the same time she hugged him back; being careful not to smother or crush him with her tits.
"Easy, Brayan ... I'm fine. Besides, it's very hard for them to be able to hurt me," Goki assured with a small confident smile, since the people who physically hurt her were Vegeta, Freezer and Broly ... Maybe a couple more, but she couldn't remember their names.
From afar, David and Sarah watched with obvious jealousy as Bryan embraced the woman with exotic black hair because they would love to be in her place; let alone when they saw that the boy's head remained between the latter's huge melons.
"Lucky boy/brat..."
Somehow, Brayan could see how the Lone Wanderer and the former prostitute watched him with death stares, but in response he smiled broadly at them; causing them to gape and also be very angry.
End of Chapter Nine
I hope you liked the ninth chapter of this story, and I also hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
Here are the remaining questions and you can leave (if you want xD) your answers/opinions:
Will Moriarty take revenge against Goki for the humiliation he suffered at her hands?
Do you think Sarah will start a new life somewhere else? Rivet City, for example?
Did anyone else notice the superhuman strength of our beloved protagonist?
Additional Question:
How about Goki going alone to deliver Lucy West's letter to Arefu?
These would be the questions of this chapter.
As I always tell you in every story I write, if you have any opinion or criticism leave it in the comments box, I'm always interested in reading what you think about the stories I upload.
Well, that would be all until the next chapter.
Ja ne!
The chapter has 3100 words.
