Dark Elf's Queen Blood Knight of Domination Chapter 4
The Devils were in shock as a trial was being held. Sirzechs Lucifer formerly Sirzechs Gremory was trialed for costing a devil's life in Issei Hyoudou as Issei was Rias's Pawn in the rating game of the wedding. He was trial for biased judgment as someone in their anger mostly after Issei's death and his biased decision decided to sneak and use evidence of him asking his wife Grayfia Lucifuge who was also his Queen to give Issei an invitation when the Groom Riser said that the pawn wasn't invited.
That wasn't all as they had seen his Griffon, Mathias lying in wait possibly to crash the wedding and take Rias. Normally he could just shut them the hell up as Lucifer but after this much evidence and not even some good logical arguments it became clear that he was going to cheat his sister out of this wedding. The crowds were angry. Most of the pureblooded devils were angry at him for being this biased. Some didn't care about the pawn's death but it did costed a new devil's life and the fact that one of their leadership was this biased may call others into question.
The reincarnated devils were just angry as one of their own was killed because of this but also because when they were reincarnated, they were meant to replenish devils in numbers but they were starting to think they were just expandables and this could hurt politics severely. If those devils all turned into strays then it would make it harder for them to up their numbers with the Evil Pieces. This was already making the reincarnated devils call the system into question which was fair. If Lucifer was this biased then why should they even make a deal with the devil?
Some were affected more than others in the current generation. Asia who joined after Issei had saved her was starting to regret her decision. Sure she had been banished for healing a devil but her first friend was now gone. It didn't help that it was for her master which her brother was very biased. She didn't like what Rias was going through but she also didn't want to stay right now. The only reason she did was because Issei would not have wanted her to be all alone and that she could be killed anytime if she left which she wasn't in a hurry to die.
A lot of devils were also affected but none more so than the Gremory family. Zeoticus was a proud man but his greed for grandchildren had maybe cost him his son's greatest achievement. His greed may also make Sirzechs lose his position which would make their standing even worse. It was bad enough that Rias was against this but also that Rias's deceased pawn was meant to be the Red Dragon but even his Sacred Gear had decided to look for a better host.
It would be somewhat fine but now that the public knew he was pushing this and that it cost a lot. The public may see Rias as an abused child and when your Clan in the Underworld is known for its Kindness it is pretty bad.
His Wife was doing worse. She was divorcing him. His greed had cost him at least the love of his life but maybe even his entire family. Perhaps Rias was right all along but having your wife leave you just because of this was a bit much. No, it wasn't if anybody looked more. His wife Veneleana had good reasons. He had a domino effect with his greed which made things worse for maybe the entire Underworld.
Rias was having it very badly. She had lost her pawn but even if she escaped her wedding, more problems would rise. Asia was only staying with her out of survival and she looked back on her actions. She was lazy, she had 12 years to prepare but chose not to. She relied on her peerage but even they had trauma that she chose not to help with hoping her love would help. It had but it wasn't the full recovery that they needed. The only good thing other than the Phenex refusing to help the Gremory was that she was now resolute to grow and then help her peerage. Rias Gremory would earn these nights watching anime after working hard so it would feel all the more satisfying.
Only another devil was feeling the pain as he was also trialed. His name was Diodora Astaroth, the younger brother of Akuja Beelzebub, formerly Astaroth. His queen had decided to speak and tell everything about him including his plans, abuses of them, and even his connections to the older Satan faction. He was sweating buckets as his older brother was going to be the main judge while the Leviathan and Asmodeus would be co-judges. It terrified him because his brother was in the limelight and if he chose to save him...it would hurt all devils so he was guaranteed execution. The only thing keeping him somewhat calm was the Sirzechs were in there too meaning that if he bit the bullet, there was some chance that Sirzechs would too.
The news of the current affairs in the Underworld reached the two remaining factions and it hurt to see that Peace as they hoped would not be possible but to the leaders of the Angels, He was more perplexed about the Longinus running away to choose another host. This had never happened before but what was also worrying was the fact that the person it chose came from another reality beyond the Gap which meant that The gear could go away forever. For now, he would observe and hope nothing came of it.
Meanwhile in another Realm
A certain mercenary leader was livid at what happened. He lost the main trophies that he needed to Conquer Eostia and he hated it but as he trashed his room and broke his stone chair, a voicer spoke to him.
''To think their descendants would go that far. I expected nothing less of Eostia...the land that Hyrule became.'' It said as the mercenary turned towards the voice revealing a dark green colored skin man in dark and gold armor with a red game and orange regal hair. On his left hand, a reddish-golden triangle began to glow as he spoke again.
''No matter, even with this minor setback we have learned that they use this. Now we use this knowledge to our advantage. Now my descendant...I take that the preparations are almost ready?'' The man asked as the leader of the mercenary spoke.
''Yes, we have found the weapon in that dimension that you wish to destroy great ancestor...Ganondorf.'' Volt said as the now-revealed Ganondorf smiled wickedly as he spoke up before erupting into laughter.
''Perfect...the blade of Evil's bane will be easy to crush now. This weapon hasn't been powered for at least a millennium so there is no way that the sword will resist the poisonous gloom of my malicious power. Mwahahahhahahahaha!'' Ganondorf said.
