Marinette just stood there. How had she not realized it sooner? She was happy but also kinda pissed off. She had just told him her life story and he just leaves to go fight a damn akuma. She had already fought Lila or "Truth Seeker" earlier and she was one tough cookie but she could keep terrorizing Paris for one more tiny second while she got some comfort.

She was aware it sounded selfish but she was tired of fighting especially with Lila and Hawkmoth. Deciding to transform and help Chat, she jumped from the and swung across Paris.

Chat was almost done defeating Truth Seeker when Ladybug entered the fight. Apparently Chat taking all his anger out on her weakened her and shorten the fight. All she had to do was purify the akuma and cure everything. Lila had lost the battle and when her transformation had worn off she was angry and us. Ladybug wasn't the least bit surprised.

Chat insisted they leave her on the ground which was right below the Eiffel Tower where Chat had ended Lila's akuma reign. Ladybug just agreed knowing better not to argue since he was not in the best mood.

Chat ran to a random roof top quickly not caring who saw him and not knowing that Ladybug was right behind him struggling to catch up."Slow down you alley cat! I can't keep up!" Ladybug shouted at him from the sky. Finally he stopped which allowed her to catch her breathe.

"What the heck Chat! You can't just run off like that! Talk to me something is obviously wrong." She says trying so hard not to yell at him. "Chat talk to me please. Were friends and I care about you. Stop being so stubborn and let me in!" Oh how she sounded like a hypocrite right now.

"You wanna know what's wrong? I screwed up that's what's wrong. I didn't realize that my girlfriend who is kinda my sister has been struggling and I didn't do anything to help her! And I stupidly revealed my identity to her. Now everything is ruined!" The look on Chat's face made her heart break. He did absolutely nothing wrong. It was her fault for not opening up. Yes, he did reveal his identity but she could overlook that.

"Tikki spots off." Chat watched as Ladybug's transformation wore off and left in her place was Marinette. He couldn't believe it. All this time it was her. He has known her prior to them living together. They were actually closer than he thought they were. Even with the masks she was still the same girl and he wished he would have put it together so much sooner.

"Surprise Kitty cat." She said with a smile. "No need to stress Chat, you did nothing wrong so get that look off your face." He rolled his eyes and smiled back at her. He had never seen her be so playful when talking to him as her civilian self and it was a sight to see. "Well Princess I guess the Cat is out of the bag. Plagg Claws in."

"Finally you two know who the other is. Now, can I have my delicious cheese!" The little cat Kwami had been starving the whole fight and all this lovie dovie stuff was making his tummy growl. "Plagg here's your cheese. Eat it quick and recharge so we can go. It's getting late and I don't want Father looking for us." After Plagg ate his cheese and pulled off a small piece for Tikki. The duo transformed back and made there way to the mansion. Luckily Adrien's window was left open and they could quietly sneak back through. Marinette and Adrien laid down together on his couch tired after the battle.

Adrien held his lady close to him. It was nice to actually hold her in his arms without the suits. It was crazy that she was even letting him cuddle her. She was much more comfortable around him after revealing themselves less than an hour ago. This felt right. Even though it's been akward between them as Marinette and Adrien for awhile. Now that there were no secrets things just fell into place. Atleast that's what Adrien thought. Tikki was watching them silently from Adrien's bookcase and Tikki knew things that Adrien didn't know about Marinette. It was eating away at the kwami and she knew sooner than later she'd have to him before it's to late.

Down in his secret lair Gabriel was being lectured by Nathalie "What were you thinking Gabriel! You really risked Marinette's life over trying to get jewelry? Your lucky Chat Noir was there and brought her to safety!" She looked at him with pure disappointment. "You need to break ties with this Rossi girl she's bad news and clearly has it out for Marinette."

Gabriel stood in place silently knowing that he was in the wrong once again. What was this all for? Being evil was tiring and he was no closer to getting the miraculous. He wasn't a bad person he just wanted one miraculous wish. Maybe it was time to hang up being Hawkmoth and be a family man. He could spend more time designing again, have time to do something special with Adrien and Marinette, or even get the courage to take Nathalie on a real date. If she ever forgave him for his actions today.

"Nathalie, I think Its over. I have endangered my family for the last time. The only thing hurting the only people I love is my stupid actions. All this stress hasn't been good for either of us especially you. I am done being Hawkmoth." Gabriel removed his miraculous and grabbed Nathalie's from her. He put both in there boxes and shut them in his drawer. Today was the start of something new.
