Just think about it this way: in the context of events, Mordred tends to be portrayed as a Butt Monkey. And wouldn't reading about her profile this way count as something that would bug her? Meta textually fitting, sort of.
I always thought it was strange that Type Moon and Lasengle hadn't ever thought of adding more Bride forms for other Servants. Was Nero Bride that unloved? We have had dozens of Summer alternates, several Alter alternates, and many Santas, but only one Bride, ever. That's weird, don't you think?

Biography:
Tired of Nero's boasting about how close she is to the Master and how she is the only one who has prepared for a marriage with her, Mordred has had enough and decided to teach her a lesson. It's only because of that she's taken the appearance of a noble groom! It's not like she actually wants to marry you or anything!
The first ascension has her as a groom. Due to the meddling of several other Servants, Mordred is convinced, begrudgingly, to wear the gown of a delicate bride in the second ascension, but this only makes her miserable. On the advice of other Servants, she reverts to being your groom for the third ascension.
There may be a heartwarming story of self acceptance and being honest somewhere in there. Or something.
The basic parameters haven't changed much from her Saber self.

This is Mordred's reasoning as she suits herself for the occasion. Has her dislike for Nero's boastful ways damaged her mind so much? Artoria, King of the Britons, would say that is the case.

When rushing to the altar, a bride or a groom is given new strenght by love. That's independant of gender. Dashing towards the waiting arms of her bride, the king who would be stomps the ground harder under her feet.
Instinct: B
A good groom has keen eyes and can prepare for anything in his wedding ceremony. Threats and menaces can be detected, and jealous would-be conquerors who would attempt to snatch the bride away are identified and swiftly dealt with.
Usurper Spouse: A
When Artoria left to wage war abroad, Mordred allegedly tried to marry Guinevere to legalize her bid for the throne. This, then, is a parallel to that situation, as Berserker secures the Master for herself.
Extra damage is dealt whenever battling Assassin Serenity, Lancer Tamamo, Saber Nero Bride, any form of Kiyohime, any form of Minamoto no Raikou, or any form of Charlotte Corday.
The Riding skill is lost but the Servant can drive vehicles or ride animals with the same competence she has as a Saber as long as she is using them to head to the wedding, leave it with her bride, or otherwise just get her bride anywhere. Dragons and phantasmal beasts aren't invited to the wedding or the following banquet.

The manifestation of that irregular event in Mordred's life, when she tried to force a woman into marrying her.
An ethereal church is pulled from the ground, trapping those in the vicinity. Arrows fly from every angle to skewer the conspirators against the happiness of the young king.
As soon as the Noble Phantasm is running out of mana, it burns, taking all those still caught inside down. Berserker and her Master can escape, reflecting how Mordred lived another day and made it to the Battle of Camlann.
Summon: "Marry me! What? Too sudden, you say? You shoulda seen how I proposed to Guinevere! Who are you anyway to reject someone with my pedigree? Mad? No, I'm not mad only 'cause I'm a Berserker!"
