Present Mic: If anyone was ever curious is angels exist. They do. I have seen two today and am currently staring at one of them. They are far too bright for this world and my poor little gay heart is having feelings for this woman that I don't know what to do with.

Nezu: I'm pleased to announce the new Hero Agency, Plus Ultra. This agency serves both daylight and underground heroes, with offensive, defensive, and rescue departments. Their goal is to build a bridge in the next generation of heroes. The agency will also begin working with UA one year after opening; To take students for internships and work study programs.
Present Mic: What?

Recovery Girl: All of them?

Snipe: There is a lot more to agencies than just hero work.
Ectoplasm: And 20 heroes, not that I don't think they could do it, but are they really prepared for it to open?
Eraserhead: It's all covered in the business plan binder. From who will get the mail each morning to who will file payroll. Schedules for all the departments, location, hero commission and government approved paperwork. They even have the loan for the building ready.
Nezu: The first time Midoriya and I met, I asked him what he wanted out of our meetings and he this is what he wanted. He said he didn't like the idea that hero agencies didn't communicate very well and that hero teams weren't common in the pro-world. He wanted a place that covered all types of heroes and could work flawlessly together. You'll find a youth outreach program in the binder as well under future projects. He also wanted to help people before they made the decision to be villains.
All Might: Young Midoriya did all this?
Nezu: Class 1-A worked together. Is was Midoriya who got them all on board and brought the idea to them.
Present Mic: I don't know what to say.

Eraserhead: They have things to learn, they can be excited later. If they think the hero rankings are more important than class, then I've clearly failed them as a teacher.
All Might: The hero rankings is very important for their future. To already be in the top 200 at such a young age, Young Todoroki, Young Bakugou, and Young Midoriya are bound to be a little unfocused.
Spine: Just walked past Kayama's class, she's currently lecturing. Not a single student is looking away from her.

Midnight: They literally stopped long enough for Mina to gasp, everyone to look, Midoriya to tear up, Bakugou to tell Midoriya he'd beat him next ranking, and then they put their phones away and looked at me like I was supposed to be able to do my job after finding all that out.
Midnight: They were distracted for 3 minutes. TOPS. What is the world do you teach these kids Shota?
Eraserhead: Priorities.

Thirteen: Remember that vacation Midoriya gave us a few months ago? Thirteen: Can I have another?

Thirteen: Todoroki made an ice rink and then lit it on fire.
Thirteen: Denki electrocuted the fire ice rink and three other nearby sparring pairs.
Thirteen: Shinsou hung Satou from the ceiling with his capture weapon after someone switched his sugar with salt, and then ran around alternating between commentating on the matches in Yamada's voice or yelling at them to do better in Aizawa's voice.
Eraserhead: Any broken bones?

Present Mic: I'm gonna stop you right there. You DO NOT get to comment on how Shota shows his affection! Izuku has been around us not just as teachers, but around us at home since after the sports festival his first year. He has celebrated holidays, birthdays, events, and anything else with us. He is the reason we have Eri and an integral member of our family.

Deku: I know you're upset with me that I gave permission for Nezu to tell the staff and that I told Aizawa. I'm sorry. I trust Aizawa, and if he says the staff knowing is okay, then I trust them too.
All Might: Why didn't you tell me you were close to Aizawa or that you were dating his son?
Deku: I didn't know how to. I was afraid that you'd think I wasn't trying hard enough or giving it my all if I was off on dates every week.
Deku: I'm sorry, for not telling you.
Deku: I've wanted to be a hero my entire life, and you've given me that. I will never be able to repay you for everything you've done, and I will never not respect or admire you.
