Chapter 0: First friend in Academy City?
February 26 6.00 A.M.
Midoriya izuku has dream to be a herosomeone that want to save everyone with smile. When everyone in his generation turn 4-6 years old esper power will be manifest but his esper ability never appear in system scan so he has been labeled as level 0. If All might never appear that day. He might abandon his own dream to become one. After he inherited One for All. Esper ability like a torch of justice that can pass to other generation. Currently he hands down his ID card to a guard.
Izuku Midoriya POV
"Izuku Midoriya 16 years old request to enter as a guest to take entrance U.A. exam you have permission to stay for 2 days"
A guard give my ID card back with guest card on it has red stamp with 2 days. When I walk down pass the tunnel I see a lot of skyscrapers, compare to Mustafa This is like a different world. Cleaner robots roam around the street, holograms show a news and advertise. This city develops 20-30 years ahead of the world. Academy City is roughly 1/3 the size of Tokyo located from the west have 23 districted. Is a common knowledge but it's still amaze me. I would like to take a walk around but exam will start soon in next hour so I must hurry go to district 2.
5.30 P.M.
I obvious gonna failed this exam. I confident that I pass written exam but the second part practical is another story. I have zero point in this part, injured my arm. All might and mom definitely disappoint on me. I currently walk to hotel my mom checks in for me while look down shame on myself. They belief in me but repay them with fail mark.
"Hey! Man Are you okay?" The voice called me. I instinct look toward someone that call me. The first specific appearance that identified his character is his spiky hair then he has crutches support his legs wrap with splint. Worry expression show on his face toward me. "I… Okay it nothing" his hand reaches out for pant pocket then hand me a handkerchief. "You don't need to hide it. Only two of us around this street so doesn't embarrass to let go"
Huh I'm crying right now? I reach my hand to touch on my face then I find some wet liquid.
"I know it not my business but can you please tell me what happened? I think at least share your trouble to someone even is me as stranger might loosen up a little bit" his condition looks worse than me it might because recovery girl cure me but he still has better expression than me. In my life I confess I kind of jealous to some one with ability but this is the first I feel the it but not the same way as Bakugo or All might. I jealous to someone even I don't know his ability?

"I'm Izuku Midoriya. same age hope to attend U.A. high school" We take our hand back then sudden alarm clock in his phone ringing. He calms expression crumble to panic.
"Ah! I complete forgot I need to buy a sale product. Sorry Midoriya kun I need to leave now" He pick his crutches then walk with speed that I doubt he fake his injury.
"Hey! Can I know you esper level? I'm level 2 by the way" He inspire me for some reason even he isn't hero at all. At least I want to know something about him to influence his life to become such an optimistic person. I won't gonna ask him about what ability though. In society norm is kinda rude for stranger to ask it. He turns back to me then I kinda realize his answer gonna be humble. "I'm level 0" That the moment I feel more jealous and shame that before.
"Kamijou you…are very strong person" his mood shift to something that I used to. It the same face I look at myself in mirror.

Academy City in this Universe.
-Scientist gladly accept everyone to demonstrate their ability for research so children that grow up in this city has more experience to handle for their esper power compare to other area.
-The first generation Esper in this world appear around Aleister Crowly founding this city I don't why. Everyone kinda be gemstone in this point so this never appear anywhere.
-At first, I gonna change Esper Quirk but If I write quirk level # seem strange/cringe to me and I want to explain MHA quirk in scientific way.
-Yes, It more Level 5 Esper in this fic. All might for example. He is #27 gen Level 5 called as Gen of Raising while #28 gen Accelerator, Mikoto, etc. called as Gen of Development. Each Gen has increased more scale to reach level 5.
-I tried to (somehow)bend villain league in Darkside. I so excite how their gonna cooperation.
-supernatural ability in Toaru verse has more big brain how to use power compare to my hero so I need to use my small brain to upgrade their flexible to use their ability and scientific explain how their power do so expect nonsense logic later.
