Sup guys? Time for another story, this one about Mass Effect and Xenoblade. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Mass Effect or Xenoblade, Bioware, Monolith and a few others do.

It was clear to her that such issues had been something that had yet gotten over the road. It was all going to have been something he had wished to have handled… Wish to see done.

A Quarian's life was… Odd, very odd, and anyone who dared say otherwise had no damn idea as to how it'd have been. They were treated as second-rate citizens… And that'd not be likely to have changed. Even to him? well, this was still something beyond him.

And it seemed as if explosions raged aboard the ship. That it'd be beyond him for a very damn long time.

Sheene' Nillo vas Vozay was freaking out. Not purely just because the ship was falling apart, but because… Well, as an engineer? He had a lot more pressure on him.

The Vozay was a fine cruiser, a fine ship for war and he respected the commander which meant that he had a lot resting on his mind which worried the Quarian as he continued to fix the rest of the ship.

This massive damage was not the result of some massive system that had fallen apart. No, it was the result of something that had been handled before… A Cerberus Cruiser outmatched the Quarian cruiser which was trying to engage it.

There was a massive kick as the Voray's main guns opened fire and sent a crackling across the Cerberus ship which absorbed it. it was entirely clear they were outmatched despite the crew's best efforts.

"Engineering, what the hell is going on!?" He heard as he sighed before he questioned himself. "We're still getting out of here; everyone continues to handle your stations. Someone, order the damn fighters…." He heard before there was an explosion both on the enemy cruiser and on their ship.

The bridge… It had hit near the bridge. Several of the marines and Sheene' were already out of the section and towards the bridge. The rest of the staff continued to toil, not allowing their work to be interrupted as it was just something that he'd not understand for the time being.

"What the hell is going on? is the Voray going down?" He asked as he shook his head before he sighed, resting his hand on his hip.

He didn't at all know what to do next. It was honestly prepared before he sighed to himself. It was clear of they were anxious and curious, but also anxious. All of the crew wanted to know what the hell was happening, and how well this would have ended. He didn't at all know for the time being which meant he didn't at all know what to do next.

It was clear to all of them that something wrong had been going on. No orders came over the intercom. Their captain always ordered them over the intercom for a multitude of reasons.

The main one was obvious… The bridge crew was dead if that happened. Their ship was nothing more than a floating pile of garbage. Yet? They needed to keep going, they had to make sure.

As the lift reached the top? Every rifle and pistol from the group was drawn as the doors slid open, it was clear there was no decompression, and even if there was? The Quarians could not be killed by something as simple as the vacuum of space which meant unless the entire ship had taken massive damage? The crew would survive.

There were motions and signals as the group slowly started to think of the worst. There were no signs of boarding and all this did was tell them more and more before now and it was all too clear something was wrong.

"Someone gets the damn doors open!" The commander of the group stated as they tried to do so. "Bridge, we are outside, what is your status? We will be inside in 2 minutes." The commander asked as no sound came from their Omni tool.

There were a few key types and the doors slowly yet surely slid open. Weapons and tools were drawn as the group waited for signs of hostiles.

Instead? They were greeted by bodies, several bodies as the squad moved inwards.

Phew. The first chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be 900-6500 words and such. Until the 2-10 months and will be showing the next part of the battle and setting up the main plot. The next chapter will be delayed and will show more of the conflict and such as well, until then.
