Another NaruTen Challenge lol. This time the idea revolves around Naruto being Tenten's Jōnin-sensei. Or you could say he would be her Shishō (Master), since Tenten would be more like an apprentice to him (like Sakura was to Tsunade). Well, let me show you the rules:
-Genin Graduation must be upped to 16-years-old;
-Six months after their Genin Graduation, Team Gai should participate in the Chūnin Exams, which should happen in a village that isn't Konoha;
-Neji should be the only member of Team Gai to be promoted to Chūnin;
-Neji should leave Team Gai after becoming Chūnin;
-Gai should take Lee as his sole apprentice after Neji leaves;
-Gai and Hiruzen should appoint Tenten to a new teacher, who happens to be Naruto;
-Naruto should be a Jōnin who is a master of Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, Fūinjutsu and Chakra Elemental Transformation, which are all the areas Tenten always wanted to master as well. Naruto can be as strong as you want, but Tenten should match his strength by the end of the story. Of course, her growth should be gradual;
-Tenten and Naruto should know each other already. They met at the orphanage and were best friends. One day, though, Naruto disappeared and Tenten never saw him again until now;
-Tenten should, eventually, master everything Naruto teaches her, including Chakra Elemental Transformation for all five elements;
-Tenten should use Elemental Transformation primarily in conjunction with her weapons and Taijutsu. You can give her Ninjutsu too, but it shouldn't be her focus. And you should prioritize Nintaijutsu or Ninbukijutsu over regular Ninjutsu (i.e. Earth Spear is a good jutsu that would complement her fighting style nicely);
-Naruto should be around Tenten's age (one year younger or older at maximum);
-Since Naruto won't be part of the Rookie 9, who should graduate six months after Naruto and Tenten's reunion, you can fill the gap with whomever you want;
-The Chūnin Exams that happens in Konoha should start more or less a year after the previous one (the one that Neji got a promotion from);
-The main romantic pairing must be Naruto and Tenten;
-You can tweak Naruto's character and personality to better fit your story, but no edgy, shady, dark, evil, cold or villain personality is allowed;
-You can diverge from canon as much as you want, as long as the rules are respected.
