Aizawa sometimes worries about Hitoshi.

He knows that there are some students who still belittle and hurt Hitoshi -whether physically, mentally, or emotionally- even when Hitoshi says otherwise. Of course, he tries his best to help; he immediately gives those students their suitable punishments if he ever spotted them or heard them speak badly about his student. But he could only help with a handful of them.

"Listen, sensei. I appreciate this, I really do. But I'm fine." Hitoshi shrugs. "I can handle it. I promise you that if they do cross the line, I'll let you know."

"I know...but that doesn't mean it should happen in the first place," Aizawa argues.

It was after a training day, after school when Hitoshi noticed Aizawa staring at the bruise around his wrist in the shape of a handprint.

"Yeah well..." Hitoshi looks down, fiddling with his capture weapon. "It's nothing new. It's bound to happen to people like me...you would know." He gives a sad smile.

And Aizawa does know, he hates that he has to! But back then, he had someone; he had Hizashi, Oboro, and Nemuri. Sure, it was during U.A and not their middle school days but he had someone. As far as Aizawa knows, Hitoshi has no support or friends in U.A and he knows he didn't have either of those in middle school.

It's simply put: Hitoshi has no one on his side that helps when Aizawa can't. He's just a teacher, an adult. While Hitoshi trusts him and looks up to him, he needs support and care from someone his age, someone else that he trusts even more than Aizawa. He's getting tired of finding bruises on Hitoshi because of some students that should know better.

Quirkist assholes.

Yet still. Still! Hitoshi doesn't seem to care. As if he has the support Aizawa wishes he had. He can't tell if Hitoshi is hiding a friend of some sort but he's honestly just glad Hitoshi didn't break up until now. However, he would like to know how and (if) who is helping him.

However, the last thing Aizawa expected to come out of his wish for Hitoshi was something he can't decide whether it was good or not.

It's Aizawa's shift during the student's break in the cafeteria, along with Hizashi and Nemuri. Many would think that's many teachers watching over the students but there are many; whether big, small, big quirks, quirks used for pranks, etc...

Of course, that doesn't mean they don't get to eat. No, they get to eat but it's with the noise of the many rascals around them. Aizawa is the one doing most of the complaining.

"Snipe owes me two hundred yen," Nemuri smirks as she eats her food.

"What for?" Hizashi asks before biting into his sandwich.

"He believes that Aizawa's kids don't have 'Dekusquad' and 'Bakusquad' yet all I see are two separate tables with said squads."

"Why would he think they didn't exist?" Aizawa deadpans. "And why does it matter?"

Nemuri shrugs. "Apparently he just thinks your class is one whole squad. Though, that's him with just the low interaction he had with the class."

"...Whatever." Aizawa shakes his head. This was ridiculous.

"Mind also telling him that each squad is a color shade." Hizashi laughs.

"Hot and cold colors, I know." Nemuri laughs.

"Are you two done color coding my students?" Aizawa butts in.

"Nope! Speaking of which, if your other student joins in, which squad would he join?" Nemuri asks.

"Other student?" Aizawa questions.

"Oh! She means Hitoshi Shinsou!" Hizashi helps.

"Ah..." Aizawa leaves them with that.

"...Are you going to answer?" Nemuri asks, waving around her fork.

"No?" He says it as if it's the most obvious thing in the world. "I'm not joining in on this shit."

"Well," Hizashi speaks up. "I for one think he would be in the Dekusquad."

Aizawa groans.

"Really? I would think he fits well in Bakusquad." Nemuri says.

"How about you leave my student alone and he's in all squads?" Aizawa tries.

"Boo! You're no fun." Nemuri laughs.

There's a pause as they continue to eat before Hizashi speaks up again. "Um, speaking of your student. Who's that other student he's talking to?"

"What?" Aizawa quickly turns to where Hizashi is pointing.

Hitoshi could avoid and ignore bullies when it's in the halls, during class, in-between classes, whatever the fuck; but why did it have to be in the cafeteria in front of everyone? Can these bullies just keep their ego as short as their dick and leave him alone? Hitoshi wants to eat, Goddammit.

He's carrying a tray of his food when he starts making his way to an empty table and stumbles slightly when some student steps in front of him, smirking. Already, Hitoshi is deadpanning and begging whatever God exists that he could eat his food before dealing with this crap.

"Well, well, well, look who we have here." This student, Hitoshi is going to call him Bob because his hair is bobbing a lot as he speaks. "Where are you going?"

Hitoshi looks left and right before looking back at Bob. "To eat? Like every other student?"

"Oh? You trynna use your quirk on me, freak?" His smirk somehow grows.

"No, I'm trying to make it to a table so I can eat." Hitoshi is not in the mood for this shit.

He tries to step to the side and avoid Bob but he just steps in front of him again. "Whoa whoa, what's the rush? It's not like anyone is waiting for you to grace them with your wasteful presence."

Hitoshi has had a shitty day of insults that he stays silent.

"Nothing to say? Did I hurt your emotionless heart? Aww. That's sweet."

'Can this bitch like...fuck off?'

"I honestly don't feel sorry for you."

Hitoshi raises a brow.

"No one wants you. You're just a villain after all!"

He notices the cafeteria talk coming into a quiet as people start to look their way—Hitoshi shifts where he stands.

"A little villain-looking freak with a villainous quirk! How you even got accepted into U.A is beyond me!" Bob laughs, hand on his face.

Hitoshi just looks down, not meeting any damn eye in this cafeteria.

"You're so pathetically lonely! Although, are any of us really surprised?" Bob leans closer and Hitoshi leans back. "You're nothing." He shrugs.

Aizawa is seething as he stands and tries shuffling out of his seat with Hizashi and Nemuri following.

"You hear me? You're nothing-!" He shoves Hitoshi by the shoulder. Luckily, Hitoshi manages not to drop his tray but he can't help but wince when Bob hits a past bruise. "Nothing but a villainous freak playing hero."

Hitoshi gulps down the small lump in his throat. He's heard it many times but it never stops haunting him.

"Who could ever love a villain like you?"

Before Hitoshi's eyes could start filling with tears, there's a shadow hovering over Bob's shoulder.

Just as he was about to call out the student on his bullshit, Aizawa and his fellow teachers freeze when they see someone speed up to where Hitoshi and the student stand.

It was Izuku Midoriya and he was...angry is an understatement.

Roughly, he snatches the tray from Hitoshi's hands, eyes only on the latter, and pushes it into the other student's hands harshly, some people gasping at his sudden appearance.

Before anyone could blink, as Izuku is pushing the tray to the other student, he leans close to a shocked Hitoshi and kisses him, his hand going up and cupping Hitoshi's face as the other releases the tray and wraps around Hitoshi's waist. Immediately, Hitoshi wraps his arms around Izuku's neck and grips his shoulders. Despite being shocked, he's kissing back.

Gasps of disbelief, surprise, shock, and being caught off guard echo in the cafeteria. The student who bullied Hitoshi has his mouth agape and eyes wide with brows furrowed. Quickly after, there are whispers but they're cut off as Izuku -he's still kissing Hitoshi...quite roughly. And Hitoshi seems to enjoy it...more gasps and a couple of whistles follow as Izuku snakes his arms under Hitoshi's thighs and lifts him up, wrapping his legs around his waist.

Hitoshi lets out a small yelp but is kissed roughly again.

"AYE! Get some Midoryia!" Denki cheers.

"Hot damn," Jirou exclaims.

"...What just happened?" Todoroki questions.

"Well, that's interesting, ribbit." Tsu smiles.

Iida lets out a blabbering mess of how inappropriate this behavior is but with shocked exclamations.

"I KNEW IT!" Mina yells.

Sero wolf-whistles and laughs at the scene.

"...What the fuck?" Katsuki sits, stunned and very confused.

Ochako is a giggling mess. "Get him, Izuku!"

Todoroki glances at her before looking back at the still-kissing couple. "Yay."

Aizawa is frozen where he stands, eyes wide. Hizashi is cackling in disbelief and Nemuri covers her mouth hiding the amused smirk.

Hitoshi is kissing Izuku. Izuku is kissing Hitoshi. Hitoshi and Izuku are kissing, roughly. Both of them.

When the fuck did this happen?!

Speechless, Aizawa just stares and his eyes are burning with questions and the need to rewind time.

"W-What..." Bob speaks.

Izuku lets out a small moan -sweet fuck, Hitoshi shivers when they break the kiss.

Turning around to look at Bob, Izuku -slid Hitoshi down his body to hold his waist and press the latter's head against his shoulder, earning a whistle from Hagakure - glares dangerously at him as he holds Hitoshi protectively.

Bob is sure his soul left his body while the rest of the cafeteria cowers or shivers at the gaze. Hitoshi just looks up at Izuku in wonder -Aizawa notices.

"You." Izuku's voice is ice cold and Kirishima whispers 'Oh boy, he's fucked.' "You ever touch, speak, or even look at him again, I won't hesitate to Detroit Smash you into the other side of the country."

That wasn't a threat. That's a promise.

"Jesus." Ojiro mumbles.

"Damn..." Satou exclaims.

"The darkness consumes him," Tokoyami says. Shoji is in shock.

Aoyoma stares in fascination at the couple. "Tell him, Izuku!" Mina cheers with Denki. Ochako just snaps her fingers, proud of Izuku.

"Do.You.Understand.Me?" Izuku says darkly.

Bob lets out a squeal. "EEP! YES! Yes, I-I understand. No look, speak, nothing!"

Izuku hums, studying him, eyeing him up and down. "Good." He turns to Hitoshi, suddenly with a loving smile on his face. "You free after the break?"

Hitoshi takes a moment before nodding. He has a free period and he knows Izuku does to- oh...

Oh.

Oh, fuck yes.

From the delicious smirk on Izuku's face, Hitoshi knows he knows exactly what's on his mind.

"Then," Izuku says, out loud -sweet Jesus. "How about I be your number one hero and give you a nice smash?"

Yeah-no, Hitoshi is holding in a moan, biting his lip as everyone else is exclaiming in pure shock and 'what the fucks'. Present Mic is squawking in disbelief as Nemuri purses her lips, eyes wide in total surprise.

Aizawa thinks his soul left his body when he sees Hitoshi nodding, an excited smile on his face.

Izuku grins, chuckling as he leads Hitoshi out of the cafeteria with an arm around his waist and one of Hitoshi's hands on his chest.

They leave the cafeteria in chaos.

And when Aizawa sees a purple mark on Hitoshi's neck during their training after school...he can't bring himself to say anything.

Not because it's embarrassing or awkward or he wishes he could bleach his eyes. But because he can't bring himself to wipe any happiness off of Hitoshi's face.

Yes, what happened was a disaster. But Hitoshi looks happy, content, and safe.

Now he knows why Hitoshi never minded the bullies. It's because his problem child came in and saved him, supported him, and loved him. And Aizawa knew Hitoshi struggled to believe people could actually love him.

Aizawa worried about Hitoshi. But now he can be happy for him, knowing he's cared and loved for.

Even if it's by a problem child and they may or may not be completely innocent.
