It had been one month since Claire had transformed into an Indoraptor under the full moon. It was terrifying for her, and she was scared if she harmed someone she cared deeply about, like Owen or Massie. So, she made sure to be away from the area, and deep in the wilderness before she could harm anyone.
"Claire," said Owen, snapping Claire out of her thoughts, "It's time."
Claire nodded, and Massie was asked to stay in the house, as Owen took Claire out, and found a clearing and took out some chains.
"So, you ready?" asked Owen.
"Yeah, I'm ready," said Claire.
The chain was then wrapped around Claire tightly, and linked together with a lock.
"That good enough for you?" asked Owen.
"Yeah," said Claire, as she was unable to free herself, "I hope this works."
"I'll find you in the morning," said Owen, "I promise."
The two then kissed, and Owen said, "Love you."
"I love you too," said Claire.
Claire was set down on a stump, and left her. The sun was still up, and Claire was nervous. She didn't know if this was something that would happen if she she had a child, or if she scratched someone, or stab them with her claws.
The sun was now past the trees. Claire felt her heart racing, as she felt the change starting as the moon shown down on her. Claire grunted in pain, as her body felt on fire. She let out a loud cry that echoed in the distance. Claire's eyes turned to an amber red, with a slanted pupil. Her back and body contorted and expanded, ripping her shirt a bit.
Her boots burst open, revealing her growing feet, with massive claws on them now. Claire's big toes moved up her foot, becoming more fistigel, and her third and fourth toes merged together, forming a single digit. Her second toe nail grew into a large sickle claw, with started to tap the ground as it grew.
Claire finally burst out of the chains, and fell onto her hands, which were now massive, with four fingers, tipped with massive claws, and black scales. A tail grew from the base of her spine, and pushed its way out of her pants. Her legs got more muscular, and ripped her pants in two. Claire's hair then stiffened, and shortened, becoming quills, as her teeth became sharper, with serrations on them. Her face stretched out, as it became more dinosaur like, and her shirt was now in tatters.
The Indoraptor let out a blood shrieking roar, announcing it's presence in the woods. She then took off into the night. She smelled the air, and found a strange smell. It smelled delicious, and followed it. Soon, it found the source. A cow. Big and juicy. The Indoraptor got on all fours, and slowly approached the cow. The cow, however, lifted it's head up. It looked around, and before it could even react, the Indoraptor attacked, and clamped her jaws onto the cow's neck, breaking it in an instant!
She then dragged her prize into the woods. The Indoraptor feasted, and heard something in the brush. From the brush, came a pack of wolves. The Indoraptor growled, and the wolves did as well. They surrounded the Human turned Hybrid, and the dinosaur glared at each one. One wolf went to nip at the Indoraptor, only to get grabbed, and slammed to the ground, with a splintering crack!
The Indoraptor then roared, and the wolves took off, scared out of their minds. The new alpha predator of these mountains then continued eating away. When she was done, she went to find water.
At a stream, there were deer, and she roared to get them out of her way. The Indoraptor then drank from the stream, feeling much better. She then wondered the woods, and started to mark her territory.
Soon, she found a moose. The Indoraptor had nothing to do, so she decided to hunt. The moose was just up for a late night drink, when the Indoraptor stepped on a twig, and it snapped. The moose's head shot up, and looked around. The Indoraptor then charged, and broke the neck real fast. She then roared in triumph, and ate some more. However, she ate a little, seeing as she had eaten a whole cow earlier. Much meat was left behind, and she took off.
Next morning, Claire woke up with a massive head ache, and in a bed. She looked up to see Owen, watching over her.
"Owen," said Claire, "Where did you find me?"
"Right outside the door," said Owen, "I went outside, and saw you change into a human as soon as the sunlight hit you."
Claire then said, "Does... Massie know?"
"No, she doesn't," said Owen, "But she might if you keep this a secret for too long."
Claire sighed, "You saw how that thing kept chasing her, and tormented her. It probably traumatized her a bit."
"I understand why you're doing this Claire," said Owen, "But, just know, she will find out sooner or later if we're not careful."
Claire sighed, and just went to get cleaned. Unknown, a certain blue striped Velociraptor was watching Claire.
