Chapter 16: Izuku's sadness

A week pass

"We are going to hosu city so you can experience fighting villains" aizawa said grabbing her capture gear as izuku walked up to her "okay aizawa" izuku said and aizawa placed her hands on izuku's shoulder " i know what happened and understand what you are going through and you need to get out there and show why you haven't given up yet" aizawa said and izuku looked into her eyes "okay, i-ill try" izuku said "good" aizawa said as they made their way towards the train

"Izuku what are you doing?" aizawa asked as she looked at izuku's phone "im waiting for Iida to text back, she hasn't responded to my calls or text which is weird and plus when we leaved for our internship she had that look on her face" izuku explained fully and aizawa sighed "that idiot is properly going after the hero goroshi, you experienced that right ?" aizawa said and he nodded "knowing what her quirk is can't be good for Iida who rely's on her speed to fight" izuku said "once we get to hosu city, im going to need you to find stain and tell me where you are okay?" aizawa said

Aizawa looked at izuku who didn't look overall happy so she hugged him "dont worry about IIda okay? It's not like she's going to die soon, you'll be there to protect her" aizawa said hugging him and izuku fell into the hug "yeah thanks i needed a hug" izuku said "ill be sure to give you hugs often" aizawa said as she smiled at him " but for now let's cuddle" she said and izuku laughed quietly

"Aizawa we're here" izuku said gently pushing aizawa's sleeping figure awake as she yawned and stretched her arms "*yawn* alright lets get started, from what i know, stain likes to work at night so we can get her there and also" aizawa said grabbing into her pockets as she pulled out a card "this is a tamparey hero license that i got for you for nezu's request for this mission " she said handing it to izuku who looked at his card in awe

"Lets do this then!" izuku said happily

Izuku and aizawa landed on a roof "alright lets split up for stain and for Iida as well, manual has already notified me of her absence " aizawa said and izuku nodded "alright be careful and if you get hurt then walk it off" she said jumping off downbelow like a badass and izuku smiled at that and he quickly fired up one for all at 20 percent and dashed inbtween alleyways in search of stain and for IIda as well

"I'll kill you for hurting my sister!" Iida shouted in tears as she angrily looked at stain "so you're the sister for ingenium ?...your tainting your sisters hero name, she was a good hero but i had to paralyze her because someone was hunting her down, but you dont want to hear that dont you?" stain said as she looked at the now downed Iida who only saw rage in her eyes and stain sighed "if you are going to act like this if someone close to you dies or get hurt because of someone or a villain and you go after them? What would your sister do if she finds out about this hm?" stain said

"She wont! She will never find out! You villain!" Iida said towards stain who simply just let out a frustrated sigh as she looked at Iida "you're a lost cause, its heroes like YOU" she said pointing at Iida "that taint this world all because of revenge! That is why i must get red of you" stain said raising her sword in the air and all Iida could've done was to close her eyes and waited for pain to come but it never did expect

"Dont you dare kill my friend!!" Iida immediately opened her eyes to see izuku there "w-what are you doing here?! Its dangerous here! Leave now!" Iida said and izuku looked at her in the eyes and she flinched "why should i listen to you? And expect me to leave?" izuku asked and he didn't get an answer

"So we met again" stain said readying her sword "yes we have, but this time im much stronger then before" izuku said as he looked at stain before running towards her and stain took a swipe but found nothing but air and she smiled and turned around to swipe at nothing again and looked up to see izuku above her head "st louis smash!!" izuku said as he kicked her and sent her to a nearby wall

Izuku looked down at his phone and sent his location to aizawa and hawks and puts his phone back to his pocket "the heroes will be here in a couple of minutes, ill stall time" izuku said looking at both Iida and native who were on the ground "ah i see, but when they get here, what are they going to find ?" stain said as she rushed towards izuku fast as she slashed but missed and dodged a punch from izuku

Izuku went up to stain but he hesitated as he saw a reflection of his creator staring at him but he quickly snapped out of it to nearly dodge a attack from stain who return took another slash at izuku who dodged her attack but couldn't deliver a punch because he hesitated again

He jumped backwards to take a breather but stain wouldn't let him as she attacked again but faster this time so he dodged it but it scrapped his cheek and he was instantly paralized

"Kid looks like you've been through stuff but don't let that hold you back, you still have room to grow but sorry i have to paralize you as well" stain said

Iida's pov

I saw my fingers move and stood up quickly and used my speed as I pushed Midoriya out of the way of stains attack and her sword went through my armour and finally through me "no!!!!!" i heard midoriya and stain pushed me into the ground with her foot but midoriya caught me as i coughed up blood "sorry for being such an idiot" i said to him "its going……its going to be fine! We can get you to a hospital and…..and" izuku spoke but his voice was getting lower and lower and he started crying "enjoy the future for me….will ya?" i said as darkness filled my vision

Izuku's pov

I saw the light in Iida's eyes fade away as my vision was slowly filling with darkness "NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

No one's pov

Stain ssaw the kid's eyes turn black and she stepped back as he kept shouting "no" as she saw tears in his eyes 'oh shit i think i messed up'she thought in her mind and then he stood up slowly and stared at her with his now black eyes with green pupils

Izuku balled up his fist and appeared in front of stain so fast she couldn't dodge as he decked her in the face and he was about to punch her again "Izuku stop!" a far away aizawa said as she raced towards them but she stepped when she saw his eyes looking at her but she quickly snapped out of it and grabbed him with her capture tape and bringed him to her and let go and flashed her eyes at stain and quickly wrapped her up as well but stain ripped the scarf and was about to stab her but her hand was grabbed harshly and when she looked who grabbed her hand she was almost startled when she saw izuku's face

Izuku punched stain in the guts so hard she threw up her lunch and flew over to a wall and aizawa saw she was knocked out so she stopped him by grabbing his arm but

Crack

She immediately let go of his arm once he basically broke it and pushed her to the ground with his other arm and continued to walk over to the unconscious form of stain and grabbed a nearby knife she had and aimed it at her chest and thrusted forward

Izuku's pov

I thrusted forward the knife i found

"Hey!" somebody said as i saw them take away the knife "we dont kill someone unless it's absolutely necessary okay?" they said as i continued to look at stain "im sorry i couldn't be there for you when needed to but im here now" they said and felt a pair of arms around me

"It'sokay tocry" theysaid

I looked at them confused but then i noticed tears started to fall from my face

Izumi's pov

I hugged my brother tightly as I looked at him The eyes to see that he was crying "aizawa, the other heroes will be here soon" I said to her and I tended to my brother who was in grief and i couldn't blame him for losing a friend

I looked at his friends body 'shit' I cursed underneath my breath as I looked away cuz I knew who that was it was ingenium's little sister

Timeskip

"Sorry for your loss tensei " I said to tensai and patted her shoulder. Becuase she was grief for the loss of her sister "That idiot, why did she go after stain after I told her not to, damn it" tensei said gently hitting the Fabric of the hospital bed "hey if you ever need me just call you know ?" I said to her and she looked at me with her teary eyes "yeah of course you're my best friend, thanks for being with me when I needed it " tensei said "no problem tensei" I said standing up "I need to go to my brother he needs me right now like you right now so I gotta go and also merry Christmas " I said to her and she nodded

I left the room shortly after and headed towards the dorms of Yuuei

Once I got there I opened the doors and spotted Momo sitting there with a slightly larger belly from before "hey Momo is izuku alright ?" I said to her and she looked at me and shook her head "oh…." I said looking away "I'll talk to him okay?" I said to her and she nodded

As I passed above her I patted her head "don't worry Kay?" I said as I winked at her and she smiled at me

I walked towards the rooms and found his room and twisted the handle of the door knob and opened the door and found izuku with his legs tugged in crying and I shut the door behind me and he looked straight towards me "izuku yesterday was not your fault" I said " you know it is *sniff* everyone know it is, she died because of me" he said putting his head on his knees "izuku, you know being a hero is going to be hard, moments like this its heart wrenching yeah but you just have to be stronger, i-i dont know where im going like this but still" i said setting my back against the wall "a lot of people are not going to see this not you're fault, think of all of your friends, would Iida want you to be like this?" i asked looking at him

"No….." he said "Iida wanted you to be strong, she acted like a true hero at that moment" i said

I put my arm around him and pulled him closer "i'll always be here for you, you know that, i'll never leave" i said and he puts his arms around me and i smiled and i saw momo standing in the doorway and nodded and she came towards us and she wrapped us in a hug as well "thanks guys, i promise i'll always save people with a smile" izuku said as he looked at momo's belly and smiled

"I promise to be strong for our child to" izuku said putting his hands around her belly "i know you will izuku" momo said kissing him

"Christmas day is tomorrow so let's be happy for that day alright ?" Momo said and Izuku smiled at her and me and nodded
