By the time lunch came around, the muggleborns were divided in two factions, those who agreed with Harry, and those who were angry at him. Granger came up to Harry who was studying healing spells after his friend's reasons for having such a thing in his pocket. She knocked that very book out of his hand. "I don't appreciate you mocking my family, Potter." "I'm just stating facts." "Are you? How would you feel if I said your grandparents on your muggleborn mom's side were dangerous to her." "You are stating facts. It was dangerous for her."

"Potter." Harry looked up to see Professor Snape. "In front of my classroom, really?" "No one comes here, professor." "I'd like to keep it that way. My office, now!" Harry followed Snape to his office. "Take a seat, Mr. Potter." Harry sat down. "Sir?" Snape sighed, "I will assure you, your mom was perfectly safe where she was." "How do you know!?" Harry stood up in anger. "I was her friend." "Are you muggleborn, sir?" Snape's face flashed in anger for a minute. How dare that Potter brat imply that Snape was a muggleborn? "No, Potter. I'm a half blood. Born to a muggle and witch." Snape took a deep breath, Lilly's memory will not be insulted! "I was your mother's neighbor. I introduced her to the magical world." "And if she didn't have you, she could be in danger. I doubt my aunt appreciated her abilities." "Even a broken clock is right twice a day, Mr. Potter. She did not." "Then you admit there was danger." "Mr. Potter, you need to understand, that not every muggle is bad. Just like there are bad and good wizards." "Give me a break." Harry sighed. "I will not let any more muggleborn be hurt. I am a muggleborn's son after all. Who am I to let injustice go?" Harry looked in Snape's eyes, "I will find a way to keep muggleborns safe. And wizards should NEVER be placed with muggles. They just aren't safe.

No muggle cares what goes on behind closed doors." "Potter, your mother wouldn't want you to go down this path." "Sir, I disagree. May I leave?" "I can see you will not react to reason, Potter. Let me remind you of this, you are Lilly's son. You may leave." Harry angrily left, forgetting to take his book with him. Snape picked it up, "Healing and it's Effects." Snape looked through the book, finding that Potter had notes on spells to cure burns, cuts, and scrapes. But he also had notes on potions to look up and what a beozar was. Snape also saw notes that made even him go pale.

Save muggleborns

Muggleborns need separated from their families. No wizard should be raised with muggles. Find a way to test babies for magic. Separate magical babies. Find a way to replace magic babies with non magical babies?

Future

Can erase memories

Are kids born non magical for wizards

If so, can switch with muggleborns

Separate older kids immediately, in danger

Older wizard kids may be in denial

Snape stopped reading and marched straight to Dumbledore's office. His NEWT class could manage, he hoped. He knocked on the gargoyle. "Severus, come in." "Albus, you need to see this." Snape handed the book and notes to Dumbledore. Dumbledore looked at the book, "I fail to see why Mr. Potter studying healing is an issue." "Look at his notes." Dumbledore saw Harry's notes and placed his head in his hands. "What do I do, Severus?" "How am I supposed to know!?" Snape asked, agitated. "I thought you said he'd be safe. Was he?" Albus' mouth turned into a deep frown. "With the way he is, I have my doubts. I'll have to help him change his ways." The unadded, if we are to be safe was unheard.

Harry stomped up to Praxis and Noah, in anger. "I can't believe how blind she is. I understand Snape's blindness, but hers?" "Who?" Praxis asked. "Granger! She doesn't see she's in danger!" A boy who made Noah's hair look dark mumbled, "What a prat." Harry turned around and looked at the tall boy standing in front of him, "And you are?" "Hand me down robes and bright red hair, he's a Weasley Potter." Draco involved himself in their conversation, "His father is a muggle lover." "Muggles did nothing wrong!" Ron yelled, defending his father. Noah aghast at the statement, went to hit Ron, before Draco caught his arm, "Improper Thompsan. Dueling is how we solve disputes in the wizarding world." Dumbledore saw this series of events, and decided to intervene before fighting became apparent. "10 points to Slytherin for stopping violence of your classmates. And Mr. Malfoy is correct, dueling is how we solve disputes. Now why is professor Snape blind, Mr. Potter?" "He doesn't understand the severity of wizards being placing with muggles, sir." Draco nodded. That wasn't surprising, that went with Mr. Malfoy's ideals, at least partially. But muggleborn agreeing was a crime within itself. "Very well, Mr. Potter. But Professor Snape is right, that not all muggles are bad." "Sir, I have never met a good muggle. Excuse me, I have to go to class."

Harry's pack of Ravenclaws went to Charms with the Gryfindors. This meant Weasley, Granger, and Bell followed behind them in a huff. "What a dick, that one." Ron whispered to Hermonie.

Harry rolled his eyes when Flitwick squealed and fell over once his name was on the roll. He figured wizards didn't care about their celebrities very much, if they placed them directly in danger. At best, Flitwick didn't understand, at worst he hoped the danger would kill him.

"It's Wingardium Levoisa." Granger said sometime after Potter lifted his leaf. Praxis was about to lift his, "My brother tested this charm on me before. It's fun when you're not dropped on your head." Harry suppressed the urge to laugh.

"Then you do it then!" Weasley's patience was running out. He should have more sympathy for someone raised by a muggle. They aren't taught manners. Hermonie's leaf floated. "Very good, 5 points to Gryffindor." Flitwick beamed.

Harry felt hot, "Finnagin, careful, you're about to burn Potter." Hearing that, Harry stood up and casted an auguimenti. The class went silent. Wands were heard dropping. After regaining his composure Flitwick commanded, "Potter, stay after class."

When the first part of class was over Harry stayed behind. "Mr. Potter, are you aware you did a charm that is taught in 6th year?" "No, sir. I am not." "I would like to ask if you are bored in your classes so far?" "Thank you, sir. I am not bored in Herbology or Flying as I'm just learning those now. I'm not saying your class is boring, but today's lesson was very easy for me." Flitwick nodded. "I supposed so. Us professors keep papers in our classrooms in case we see a student who can meet potential for an honors class. Would you be willing to sacrifice your break to take the test for charms?" "Yes, sir." Harry had to tell his friends about this as soon as possible.

Harry took the test during the 15 minute break. "Meet me after this class so we can do the practical exam." "Yes, sir." Harry's voice was untypically loud and happy. Harry didn't realize theory bored him too. Shame he listened to way too much theory at the beginning of this class.

He was given worried looks by Noah and Praxis. "I have to stay after class. May take a while." He whispered. Harry did just that, taking the practical portion of the honors exam. He watched Flitwick grade his work, "Mr. Potter, you are advanced in charms. You know enough for a 6th year. I will talk to Headmaster Dumbledore about putting you in the honors program." "Thank you, sir."

Harry came out to see Moon, Draco, Noah, and Praxis waiting on him. "Thanks." Draco nodded, "Anytime, Harry. Why were you held up?" "I was taking a practical exam for a honors program." "Amazing, my brother didn't even qualify for the potions one. Snape said he was one off." Moon looked conflicted, before Draco whispered in her ear, "Oh you know." Draco nodded, "Yes, I will not tell anyone of my house. I promise." "Thank you, Malfoy." "Please call me Draco." She smiled. "Draco, is the honors program like muggle honors programs where you are in a more advanced class and your grade goes up a letter?" "Up a letter!" The purebloods exclaimed. Draco continued, "They made it easy. Except for the up a letter grade part, it's the same." "Do muggles make everything easy?" Praxis asked. Harry shook his head, "No, not for wizards." Noah added, "That's by design." to Harry's statement.

Later that evening, Draco wrote a letter to his father. He hoped his father wasn't too mad about Thompsan and Moon. He couldn't figure out why a muggle would steal magic if it causes them problems. Snape even got mad at him for not eating dinner.

Owls came the next day. Draco read his letter. "Do you mind?" He asked Lilly, as she was stretching beside him to read his letter. "Sorry." She mumbled. "It's fine. This is private." Draco's father wasn't upset and even seemed pleased about separating the wizards from the mudbloods. He told Draco to teach the muggle raised manners, as many don't know how magical society works.

Harry as usual had no letter and Noah had a letter condemning him to hell, which was noticed since Praxis asked, "What's hell?" "Hell is the place for bad people to burn after death." "That makes no sense." Renard stomped over there, "You can choose to come back after death or ENJOY the afterlife." Two boys sitting next to each other yelled, "Hell is real!" Renard looked at the two, "Well Entwhistle and Malone, is Mr. Thompsan condemned to hell for being a wizard?" "They looked at each other." One uttered no while another uttered yes. "Are you going to hell then Mr. Malone?" "No, I was forced to come by my less devout parents, but I will not do more then the bare minimum to compensate, then I'll complete my GCE to go back in where I belong." His friend stepped away from him.

It even caused people to stop reading their Daily Prophets. "You're worse than Potter!" Ron spat. Renard nodded, "If my brothers weren't in Ravenclaw, I would take points off of you. But I'll give you detention instead."

At the Head Table Dumbledore was reading the daily prophet that was being passed between staff.

The Boy-Who-Lived Condems Muggles

Harry Potter has first hand experience with muggles. He says they are evil. Starved and locked in cupboards.

Why has no one checked on our hero? Albus Dumbledore has said he was safe and sound. How can anybody expect a wizard to be safe with muggles?

Albus is a muggle lover so it is clear he overlooked the boy's saftey to give muggles a chance to prove himself. He of all people should have known how this would work out since his sister Araina Dumbledore was attacked by muggles for using magic. At six years old! Muggles don't have any regard for witches, which Albus Dumbledore knows from experience. Why does he keep giving these people second chances?

He even started-

Dumbldore crumbled up the newspaper before reading more. He took deep breaths, to keep his magic under control. Accidental magic happens all the time from students, no need to add to the chaos that is Hogwarts. Good thing to, as the staff dunked when papers started flying and the bewitched sky started to turn into a roof, as uncontrolled hexes started flying across the room, particularly to Harry and Dumbledore whose hair and robes were turning a bright shade of orange. Torches fell to the floor. After the accidental magic faded, Dumbledore stood up and threw up sparks. "We all are emotional at this time. Please, keep the rules in mind while going to classes. We all need a breather so I ask that the remaining be used to gather our thoughts." Dumbledore forced calm into his voice, which was noticed by the other students. They were quiet and looked at him with pity. Every single student was quiet and said nothing, no talking, fighting or anything. The paper didn't lie, but how did Rita Seeker know about his sister's condition and attack? He never uttered a word to anyone, and doubt his remaining family would do so.

Harry's group walked together to transfiguration where a cat was on the desk. Harry started rubbing it, "I met a cat calm as you once. It chased Dudley away when he tried to beat me up." Harry smiled, "Little did that dirty muggle know, the black cat was the least of his problems. I poofed the brat up a tree." Harry sat down, "I loved that cat, though I prefer snakes myself." Harry revealed his snake to the cat who seemed disgusted, when the Slytherins admired the tiny green snake. "They are nice people." "He said he likes you." Harry translated. "What!" Mandy gasped, "You are evil! You speak a dark language!" "Parseltongue?" Harry asked bewildered someone could believe a wizard could do anything dark, "It's all magic. Quit acting like a muggle!" Amanda seemed affronted, "What's wrong with muggles? My parents are!" "They are rude as evident about you slapping Noah yesterday. You had to learn it from somewhere. Only dirty muggles have that much disdain!" Minerva had enough and transformed back, causing the first year muggle-born to scream. "Mr. Potter, Ms. Rouge, and Ms. Brocklehurst, that is enough, please take your seats. I have half a mind to take house points and give detentions." Everyone quickly sat down when Minerva started spouting theory. Harry yawned. "Mr. Potter, is my class boring to you?"

Harry nodded, "No offense professor, but I already know this." "Sure you do." McGonagall's mouth turned into a thin line, "Turn my vase into a ferret then." McGonagall doubted he could do it, a muggle raised was never advanced. "Yes, ma'am." Harry walked towards McGonagall's desk before using wandless magic to turn her vase into a ferret, before turning it back. The class gasped. "Harry, that's wandless magic!" Draco exclaimed. "So?" Harry asked. McGonagall started her lecture, "Wandless magic Mr. Potter, is extremely rare for wizards to posses." Harry burst out in anger, "You mean many wizards are reliant on wands! That's ridiculous, we aren't safe only using such a thing!" "Mr. Potter, our curriculum doesn't teach wandless magic, but I advise if you feel so strongly about this to make a club. Now take a seat. I will inform Professor Dumbledore about you being in a class that doesn't match your pace." Harry spent the time writing about a good time and place for his club. All years needed to be invited.

During break, Harry found Professor Snape doing his supervising duties. "Professor!" Harry exclaimed. "Yes." Snape sneered at the overenthusiastic boy who liked him for some reason. "Can you help me with a club?" "I do not tolerate clubs that hurt others Mr. Potter." Harry smiled, "That's good. I wanted to know if you knew someone who could supervise a club teaching wandless magic?" Wandless magic, that was quite ambitious of the boy. "I can do wandless magic, but why should I supervise your club? Especially when it involves teaching more?" "Sir, wizards are in danger if they don't have a wand. That is an issue if witch hunts happen again." "I was not aware you had history of magic yet." "I had not, I been studying on my own. I hope History of Magic teaches us why we need to be aware. We have that next." Snape thought of Binns and sighed. Potter's green eyes were looking up at him, and the determination reminded him of Lilly. Those same green pleading eyes, "You are going to be disappointed in that class. Binns is an incredibly boring ghost. However, I will teach you wandless magic in this club, if you allow me to teach history of witch hunts to show why it is needed. It would really be a class, however Headmaster Dumbledore would not approve this as a class so it is a club, understand?" "Yes, sir. Thank you, sir." "I just have to get the Headmaster to approve it." Snape thought for a second, "If you are planning to stay in the wizarding world, I expect you and your friends to participate in my club after school today. It is known as wizard traditions. It is to help muggle raised students to understand our traditions and how they work. Many think it's just Slytherins bashing muggleborn, but many would appreciate effort on muggle raised part." "I will deliver the message, sir." Harry walked away. Snape sighed, how can someone who looked so much like that blasted Potter, have Lilly's passion.

"He wants us to what!" Noah yelled. Draco frowned, "Usually only Slytherins participate so only halfbloods." Draco subtly looked at Lilly, "And a select few muggleborn get to learn traditions. I believe Snape believes if Harry goes to the club, many more will participate." Harry nodded, "Makes sense."

Harry had History of Magic with the Gryffindors. Snape was right, it was incredibly boring. How can someone make goblins put you to sleep? Harry was glad Snape was going to teach real history.

Lunch was chaotic as howlers were sent to Dumbledore nonstop. Harry even got a burst of letters from many owls. "Dear Potter, I'm sorry about what Albus Dumbledore did to you." "Dear Potter, please forgive us for trusting you with muggles." He also got many invitations to stay at wizarding homes. Harry was near offended when Draco spelled a letter to burn up, "Father taught me how to tell if a letter is cursed. THAT ONE IS!" Draco yelled trying to voice over yet another howler of Dumbledore's.

"HOW DARE YOU LEAVE THAT BOY IN SUCH A VULNERABLE POSITION!? HARRY POTTER HATING MUGGLES BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T EVEN CHECK UP ON HIM! YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON, ALBUS DUMBLEDORE!" Draco sighed, "I wish it would stop!" Snape also getting annoyed by the howlers, though that could be because he was sitting directly beside Dumbledore stood up and casted Sonorus on himself adressed the students, "If you wish to eat your dinner in peace, my common room is open to all students. The password is good blood. It will be changed after lunch. This is a one time option, this will never be allowed again." Snape was followed by students and staff to leave Dumbledore to listen to his howlers by himself.

Harry opted to sit by the lake with his friends. Draco didn't mind Harry taking the lead, "It's beautiful." The Ravenclaws murmured. "I want to go down there." Harry exclaimed. "Gillyweed." Renard told Harry, "Use that."

After lunch, Harry went to Defense Against the Dark Arts. Defense Against the Dark Arts wasn't much better than his last class. Quirell kept looking at Harry. As if he wanted to recruit Harry for something. And it was boring too. Harry already knew the theory behind the spells and executed many of the muggles he was forced to live with. You have to survive somehow when you live with beasts.

Harry stayed behind and asked about a honors test. "Of c-c-course Mr. P-P-Potter. How d-d-do you f-f-feel about the D-D-Dark L-L-Lord?" "He killed my parents and forced me to live with beasts. He is partially right, but his methods are what got him killed." "The boy is partially right." Went through Quirell's head. "V-Very w-w-well Mr. Potter." After his test, Harry caught up with his friends before entering Snape's Wizarding Traditions club." "Mr. Potter, nice of you to join us. Malfoy told Slytherins you may be late. He of course waited on you like a true wizard. Let me explain why this is important in wizard customs. Take a seat." Snape was torn between wishing Harry was in his house and being glad he wasn't. He wasn't a bad kid, just had unfortunate looks, but that can't be changed. After everyone was seated Snape began, "We leave no man or woman behind. When a wizard is staying behind for anything, someone should always know where they are, especially if they're in muggle presence. The reason is anyone can attack anyone, and wizards don't always have their wand. Mr. Potter's father was unfortante to be in that very situation.

He did fight for his family, Mr. Potter. As arrogant as he was. It was still brave, like a Gryffindor. I would not suggest copying their behavior." Snape could tell from Harry's disgust at the word Gryffindor that they may have already did Snape a favor of keeping the boy from adding James' personality to James' looks. "While a wand is suggested when you can have it, that is not always a possibility. Two on one is better than one on one. And if you are lucky, your companion may have a wand. This is so if needed, you have someone on your side at all times. Any questions?" Harry shot his hand up, Snape nodded. "Why didn't my dad have a wand?" "Because Mr. Potter, your dad was extremely arrogant and thought he could survive without a wand. Do not copy his example. I know you survived the killing curse once, but that does not guarantee you can survive it twice." "Yes, sir. Thank you, sir."

Harry was annoyed to be stopped by Dumbledore, "Mr. Potter, I see you have embraced a club." Snape intervened, "Mr. Potter also wishes to start a club. He has elected to ask me to supervise." Dumbledore's eyes twinkled, "Really? What kind of club, son." "Teaching wandless magic." "That is quite ambitious for a young man like you." "We won't always have our wands, sir." "And you are going to help with planning?" Dumbledore looked at Snape, "Yes. I will not let students blow their heads off. Though Longbottom has already nearly blew up a cauldron today alone. I was wrong to believe even a dunderhead like him could follow directions that are spoken then written on the board." "Why wouldn't you follow directions?" Harry blurted out. "I've wondered that myself." Snape answered.

Dumbedore had the twinkle in his eye again, "Yes, Mr. Potter, you may have your club. Work out a schedule with Severus. And I'll talk to Longbottom." "Like it'll do any good." Snape muttered.

Harry was glad astronomy was the last class of the day, but disgusted by being beside Granger. Granger once again lectured him on why muggles weren't an issue. "Granger, I'm trying to find Jupiter." Harry didn't add, it may be bigger than your mouth, like he instantly thought after trying to give Granger a hint that he didn't care about her misconceptions.

Harry had potions with Hufflepuffs late Thursday morning. Harry sat beside Sally-Anne who smiled at him. "Thank you for caring about me Potter. My family as you probably know are not accepting." "I have no problem fighting for what is right."

They all turned around when Snape entered, using his hand to close the windows before taking roll. He paused at Harry Potter. He didn't hate Potter, nor did he like the boy. He was just as much James' child as Lilly's as his own house reminded him. Potter wasn't there when Slytherins boasted about or against him claiming he had Evans as a mom, so was right or was a decendant of Evans and should know his place. This was in regards to Harry's friendship to muggleborns, yet disdain for muggles. "I hope you choose to not let fame get in the way." "Thank you for looking out for me, sir." "You are welcome. I'm going to ask you some questions. What would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to wormwood?" "Some kind of sleeping potion. Death of Living?" Harry answered thinking back to one of his potion books he checked out of the library. And Madam Prince rudely told Harry he checked out more than Granger. Harry hated that arrogant girl. He met her far too much in the library. "Close. The name is the Drought of Living Death. Let's go to the next question. Where do you find me a bezoar?" "Either in Praxis' pocket or in a goat's stomach." Snape curled his lip, "Watch the cheek, Mr. Potter. Mr. Praxis empty your pockets." Praxis did and Snape looked at the bezoar, "Why do you have that?" "Incase anyone is poisoned, sir." "5 points to Ravenclaw for being prepared. Now Mr. Potter, one last question, what is the difference between monkshood and wolfsbane?" Harry sighed, "I don't know, sir." "They are the same plant which also goes by the name aconite. You are obviously prepared, Mr. Potter. 5 points to Ravenclaw for studying ahead. Write this down."

Potions wasn't too bad. Harry did find how Snape wouldn't directly help with his and Sally's potion, like he did for every one else's. Harry couldn't decide if that was a bad or good thing as Snape snapped at a lot of people when they messed up a potion.

Harry told Praxis' at the end he was staying behind. "Your funeral." Praxis mumbled, not realizing Snape heard him. Harry walked towards his professor's desk. "Yes, Mr. Potter?" "Sir, your questions made me realize I don't know too much about plants." "That's what Herbology is for." "It's not my skill for sure, you need it for potions." "In the later years, Mr. Potter. I appreciate your commitment to your studies. Many dunderheads refuse to take class seriously." "Yes, sir." "Mr. Potter, is there a reason you are worried about this now?" Snape remembered the notes. "I want to be a healer. I seen what people can do to us. I need to be able to take care of my own wounds." "I see why you were close to being a Slytherin. You are like your mom in many ways. My advice, focus on Herbology to learn plants and focus in my class as potions will be needed. You will be a fine young man, one day Mr. Potter. Now, let's eat lunch." Harry felt weird when he and his friends walked to lunch with Snape behind them.

Snape could tell Potter had more of his mom in him than his dad. Potter befriended his godson and remained steadfast in his convictions. He knew Lilly would be disgusted by Potter's anti muggle stance. And Potter didn't seem to prone to anger issues if you asked him. He did keep an extra eye on Potter due to Dumbledore's revelation of the boy having such issues. He just hoped he didn't have James' knack for hiding his true self.

That weekend, Harry was summoned to the Headmaster's office. "Headmaster Dumbledore." "Mr. Potter, I have had feedback from plenty of your professors. Somehow, you have got Snape to speak kindly of you." Dumbledore's eyes twinkled, "You may be good for him." "He's my favorite professor, sir." That thought terrified Dumbledore, he knew how Snape felt about muggles. That is why Snape was only sent to retrieve muggleborn with difficult families in an effort to avoid compulsion charms. Kids had to learn magic one way or another. And muggles can not teach magic, and many were staunchly against homeschooling by a foriegn government. Usually a family will give in after dealing with Snape. Dumbledore never asked how Snape managed such a thing, and never intended to. It may border on illegal, and he didn't wish to know if his suspicions were true or not.

And Dumbledore knew Snape wasn't a fan of muggleborns unless Lilly was counted. He has been alive long enough to know people make exceptions when they need to, even if they prove their stance wrong. After all, it's easier to say there is an exception than change your stance. He hoped if anyone was influenced in this weird relationship, Harry influenced Snape. He could convince Harry muggles aren't evil with time. "You may be good for him." Dumbledore stated with less enthusiasm. "I called you here because you qualify to take your NEWTs in Transfiguration, Charms, and DADA. I think our honors program may even be too slow for you. You know more than our six years. However, I am not allowed to put you in those classes without NEWTs and OWLs being taken. Each must have a term between as these exams are meant to be draining. I ask you take your NEWTs now so I can at least put you in honors classes." "Yes, sir." Harry was given a stack of paper. "Sir-" "Mr. Potter, you will be given an anti cheating quill, so don't worry about not having your materials. That was intentional." Harry started soon as he was allowed to. "Done." Harry handed Dumbledore his exams. "I'll send this to the ministry Mr. Potter. Dismissed."
